Overall, this tour was extremely satisfying. Since it was snowing, I had some concerns about the journey from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo, but the stability was outstanding, allowing us to travel comfortably and with peace of mind. The Asahiyama Zoo was also fantastic. It was a wonderful zoo where you could feel the consideration for the animals, ensuring they were not stressed. The free time we had inside the zoo was just right. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the bus driver and the tour guide. Thanks to both of them, we truly had a comfortable time. Thank you very much.

今回のツアーは全体的に大満足出来る内容でした。雪が降っていた事もあり札幌から旭山動物園までの道中に不安があったのですが安定感抜群で安心して快適に道中過ごせました。そして旭山動物園も最高でした。動物にストレスをかけないように配慮しているのが各所で感じられる素晴らしい動物園でした。園内で過ごせる自由時間もちょうどいいくらいでした。最後にバスの運転手さんバスガイドさんにお礼を伝えたいです。お二人のおかげで本当に快適な時間になりました。ありがとうございました。

It was a tour where we could stay at Asahiyama Zoo for three hours. I thought I might get bored being alone, but the time flew by. I was able to watch the penguin walk at a leisurely pace. The bus also had breaks along the way, making it comfortable.

I only had one day, but there were many places I wanted to visit, so I joined this tour. I thoroughly enjoyed Lake Toya, the Silo Observation Deck, and Otaru, among others. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I was able to experience a variety of things in a short amount of time. If I have the opportunity again, I would definitely like to do this again.

洞爺湖、サイロ展望台、小樽なと、満喫しました。ガイドの説明がわかりやすく、短時間で色々体験ができました。また機会があれば是非お願いしたいです。

It was our family's first trip to Hokkaido, staying in Sapporo. The day before, I searched the internet and suddenly decided to go to Asahiyama Zoo. While taking the train would have been fine, I happened to discover this tour and opted for the convenient bus tour instead.

I was torn between a course that included Biei, but since I wanted to take my time observing the animals and the Blue Pond was lit up, I chose this course because I'm not a fan of light displays. It turned out to be a great decision for us.

Based on other people's reviews, we brought our own bento boxes for meals, but it seemed that the restaurant wasn't crowded. However, since we visited on a weekday in late March, I think it was relatively empty.

The bus guide's stories were fascinating, and we had a very enjoyable time.

初めての北海道、札幌宿泊の家族旅行でした。
前日にインターネットを検索して、急遽旭山動物園に行こうと思いたちました。列車で行くのでも良かったのですが、たまたまこちらのツアーを発見し、楽できるバスツアーに決めました。
美瑛付きのコースと迷ったのですが、動物をゆっくり見たいのと、青い池はライトアップとありましたので、ライトアップは好みではないので、こちらのコースにしました。
私達にとっては大正解でした。
食事も他の方の口コミをみて、駅弁を持参しましたが、レストランも混んでいなかったようです。ただ訪れたのが3月下旬の平日なので、比較的空いていたのだと思います。
バスガイドさんの話も興味深く、とても楽しい時間が過ごせました。

You can go directly from Sapporo Station to Asahiyama Zoo while sitting comfortably. Since there were plenty of available seats, I was able to take advantage of the empty ones. The service areas on the way there and back differ in size; the one on the way there is more substantial, so I recommend purchasing anything that catches your eye.

We arrived at the zoo in the early afternoon, and I had given up on seeing the penguin walk, but after confirming online that they do have an afternoon walk, I made a reservation. I was thrilled to finally see the walk I had been looking forward to.

On the way back, we returned to the Sapporo area earlier than planned, around 6 PM. It was smooth and very pleasant.

動物園にはお昼過ぎに到着するので、ペンギンの散歩は見られないとあきらめていましたが、ネットで午後の散歩を実施していることを確認してから予約しました｡
念願のお散歩を見ることができて楽しかったです｡

帰りは予定より早く、6時過ぎには札幌付近に戻りました。
スムーズでとても良かったです｡

I had always wanted to visit Asahiyama Zoo, so I joined the tour by myself. Although it's quite a distance from Sapporo, the guide drove safely the whole way and shared unique customs of Hokkaido, which kept me entertained. They also made sure I was comfortable enough to take a nap, and the information about the zoo provided in advance was very helpful, making the three-hour journey fly by! The penguin walk was already out of season, but it made me want to come back again! It was a place and a tour that truly captivated me. I fell in love with the hippo and the Ezo raccoon named Sora. My long-held wish was fulfilled, and I am very satisfied. Thank you!

旭山動物園にずっと行きたくて一人で参加しました。札幌から距離はありますが、道中ずっと安全に運転くださりガイドさんが北海道ならではの慣わしなどお話くださるので飽きることなく、そして程よく寝かせてくださるお気遣いもあり、事前に教えていただいた動物園の情報も役立ち3時間があっという間でした！ペンギンのお散歩はシーズン終了していましたが、だからまた来たい！と思える場所でありツアーでした。私はかばちゃんやえぞたぬきの空くんにドはまりしました。念願叶い大満足です。ありがとうございました！

I was able to enjoy many places efficiently in just one day. The great outdoors was wonderful, and I was also happy to see the bear ranch. The meals were substantial, much more than I expected from a tour.

1日で効率よくたくさんの場所を満喫できました。大自然も素晴らしかったですがクマ牧場も見れて嬉しかったです。食事もツアーとは思えないくらいしっかりした内容でした。

I visited Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and Mount Usu, and each place was incredibly beautiful and moving. I enjoyed a delicious lunch while taking in the scenery at Lake Toya. The guide was very kind and attentive, which made the tour even more enjoyable. We were able to get off in Susukino on the way back, so I could also enjoy Susukino. Thank you to the driver and the guide!

支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山を回りましたが、どこもとても美しく感動的でした。洞爺湖でのランチは景色を見ながら美味しいランチを頂きました。ガイドさんがとても親切丁寧な対応をしてくださったので、より楽しいツアーになりました。帰りにすすきので下車出来たので、すすきのも楽しむ事ができました。運転手さんガイドさんありがとうございました。

I like bus tours because they allow me to efficiently visit attractions. The information provided through the earphones was detailed, and both the guide and the driver were friendly and very good. There are still spots I want to visit, so I will use this service again.

I took a round trip by bus from Sapporo to Asahiyama Zoo! It took about three hours one way, but the roads were smooth, and there was a restroom break along the way, making it very comfortable. Once we arrived, we had free time to explore the zoo as we liked, and I got to see the adorable penguin walk! Since it was during a three-day weekend, I brought my lunch and was able to relax and eat it in the break room.

バスで札幌から旭山動物園までバスで往復しました！片道3時間ほどでしたが、道路も順調で、途中トイレ休憩もあり、とても快適でした。現地では自由行動だったので、好きに動物園をみられて、ペンギンのお散歩が見れてとても可愛かったです！三連休中で、お昼は持参して行って休憩室でゆっくり食べられました。

The bus guide shared enjoyable stories about Hokkaido, making the travel time both to and from the destination fun. At Asahiyama Zoo, we were blessed with good weather and had a great time walking slowly up the snowy slopes. I was especially looking forward to the penguin walk, and their adorable appearance did not disappoint. I was surprised by the unexpected size and behavior of the hippos (laughs). It was also a lot of fun to be so close to the animals, including the spotted seal, polar bears, and the muscular arms of the chimpanzees.

バスガイドさんは北海道の話しを楽しくお話ししてくれて往復共に楽しい移動時間でした。旭山動物園は天候にも恵まれ雪の坂道を焦らず歩きながら楽しい時間を過ごせました。楽しみにしていたペンギンの散歩も可愛らしい姿が見れました。予想外のカバの大きさや行動にびっくり（笑）他にもごまふアザラシやしろくまやチンパンジーの筋肉質な腕など動物との距離が近くてとても楽しかったです。

In February, we visited Asahiyama Zoo in the snow, and it was adorable to see the penguin parade. The guide was friendly, and the driver drove safely, which made me feel secure participating in the tour. Asahiyama Zoo has more slopes than I expected, and since the bus stop for group tours is located at the top of a hill, it might be a bit tough for those with weak legs or backs.

2月に雪の中の旭山動物園となりましたが、ペンギンの行進が見られてかわいかったです。
ガイドさんは親切だし、ドライバーさんも安全運転で安心してツアーに参加できました。
旭山動物園は思った以上に坂が多く、団体ツアーのバス乗り場は坂の上にあるので、足腰の弱い方は少しキツイかもしれません。

We set off amidst a snowstorm forecast, but we arrived as scheduled. The Sunagawa Highway Oasis along the way was full of temptations! Despite the heavy snow, we thoroughly enjoyed nearly three hours at Asahiyama Zoo. It was delightful to see the animals buried in white snow and those seemingly enjoying the snow, and the penguin walk was truly adorable and enjoyable.

On the way back, I think the crew had a really tough time with the highway closures, but they kept us informed about the situation, which made us feel at ease. I also appreciated the unexpected two bathroom breaks along the way.

It was challenging, but I can only express my gratitude for all the thoughtful considerations and responses. Thank you very much!

暴風雪予報の中の出発でしたが行きは予定通り着でした。
途中の砂川ハイウェイオアシスは誘惑がいっぱい🈵です！
大雪の中でしたが３時間近く旭山動物園を堪能しました。白い雪に埋もれている動物や雪を楽しんでいる様な動物、またペンギンのお散歩は本当にかわいらしく楽しめました。
そして帰り道、高速の通行止めやらで乗務員の方本当に大変だったと思いますが、状況を逐一知らせてくださったので安心していました。
途中予定外の2回のトイレ休憩もありがたかったです。
大変でしたがいろいろな気配りと対応に感謝しかありません。ありがとうございました。

First time at Asahiyama Zoo.

It was a long time since I visited a zoo, and I was very moved to see the animals up close. The highlight was the penguin walk, which was great, but what surprised me the most was the hippo. I was amazed by its size when I saw it swimming through the tank!

Also, the tour guide's information was very helpful, and I was able to spend about three hours from Sapporo to Asahikawa without getting bored. Thank you very much.

身近で動物が見られて、動物園なんて久々でしたがとても感動しました。

I signed up for this tour, which has a longer stay than others. However, three hours is barely enough. Even just securing a spot for the penguin walk takes up time, and you have to stand still in the cold. I recommend dressing warmly during the snowy season. There were also fun talks from the guide about Hokkaido's quirks, making it enjoyable beyond just the zoo. Thank you very much.

他のツアーよりも滞在時間の長いこちらのツアーに申し込みました。
しかし、３時間じゃ足りないくらいです。
ペンギンの散歩の場所取りでも、時間を使ってしまいます。しかも、寒い中じっとして。

A very fun tour for family with kids. Definitely worth the trip! Our guide, Victoria, made sure we had a worthwhile experience.

First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Driver Matsuzaki (I apologize if I misheard your name) for your polite and safe driving. The next day, I participated in a half-day sightseeing bus tour in Sapporo, and I was very happy when the driver recognized me and said, "You're the one from yesterday."

I also appreciate all the consideration you showed regarding my shoes. I was truly impressed when I saw the guide bowing his head while driving in response to the guide's "Thank you." He is truly a wonderful person.

The guide for the Sapporo city tour was also very helpful. Everyone, including the driver and the guide, was fantastic, making for a very enjoyable trip.

As for the bus tour itself, despite the long itinerary of 10 hours, I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful snowy landscapes of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, and the time flew by.

On the next day's sightseeing in Sapporo, the Okurayama Jump Stadium and the Shiroi Koibito Park were also very nice.

In closing, thank you very much to the driver and the guide for a truly enjoyable trip.

次の日にも札幌市内午前半日観光バスツアーに参加しましたが、その際に運転手さんから「昨日の方ですね」と覚えていていただき、大変嬉しく思いました。

→ツーリストインフォメーションセンターは営業時間前でしたので、屋内に入ることはできず集合時間までは基本屋外での待機でした。近くに地下街があるので、そこでの待機・お手洗いの利用ができました。こちらでツアーガイドの方から出席確認を受け、バスに乗り込みました。

→道路状況により、到着は1時間ほど遅延しました。冬季は雪の影響があり到着時間が読めないため、バスツアー当日の夜は予定をなるべく入れないことをおすすめします。

It was a snowy day due to the cold wave from the Sea of Japan, but fortunately, the snow stopped at Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya. We enjoyed a wonderful view from Mount Usu.

日本海からの寒波で雪の多い日でしたが、幸い、支笏湖と洞爺湖では雪が止みました。有珠山からは、素晴らしい景色を楽しめました。

Since the snow was expected to be heavy, I was a bit worried about the optional tour with the bus, but it turned out to be completely fine. In fact, the tour was wonderful with the penguin walk, the icicles at the waterfall, and the beautiful snowy scenery.

Our guide, Mr. Wang, spoke in three languages during our travels, so I never got bored, and he also taught us how to navigate around the zoo. Thank you, Mr. Wang! The bus was clean, and his cheerful atmosphere was great as well.

雪がすごいだろうから、バスとかちょっと心配だったオプショナルツアーだけど、全然大丈夫でした。むしろペンギン散歩とか、滝のつららとか、雪景色とかとても素敵なツアーでした。
ガイドの翁さんがいろいろ移動中３カ国語でおはなししてくれたから、退屈することもなくあっというまで、動物園の周り方も教えてくれたりして、翁さんありがとう！バスもきれいで、翁さんの明るい雰囲気も良かったです。

The guide explained the surroundings and our destination in three languages, which was enjoyable. I used this service because it was more cost-effective than exploring Sapporo on my own, and I was quite satisfied with it. I think it was a seasonal issue, but the snow leopards and other feline creatures I was looking forward to seeing were all sleeping, so I couldn't see their faces very well, haha. Still, the zoo was a lot of fun. The only disappointment was the lunch; there wasn't anything that looked delicious, and as expected, it wasn't tasty. However, the Furano melon was incredibly delicious, so I thought that was a nice trade-off. At the photo spots, they took a lot of pictures for us.

ガイドさんが3カ国後で道中付近や行く先の説明をしてくださり楽しかったです。札幌から自分で回るよりお得だったので利用しましたが満足度はかなり高かったです。時期の問題だと思いますが楽しみにしていたユキヒョウや猫科？の生き物はみんな寝ていて顔があまり見えませんでした笑それでも動物園はとても楽しかったです。唯一残念なのはランチで、美味しそうなものがなく案の定美味しくなかったですが富良野メロンがすごく美味しかったのでいいかなって思いました。フォトスポットでは写真もたくさん撮ってくれました。

I have visited Furano many times, but this is my first time visiting during this season. As expected, the lavender season was over, but I was able to enjoy plenty of other colorful flowers. The lunch was delicious, and I also took a tour of the Blue Pond... I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Furano efficiently. I highly recommend it.

富良野には何度も訪れたことがありますが、この時期に訪れるのは初めて。さすがにラベンダーの季節は終わっていましたが、その他彩り鮮やかな花々で充分楽しめました。
ランチも美味しかったし、青い池まで巡ったり...効率的に富良野観光を楽しむことができました。オススメです。

Due to the low number of reservations, we were picked up by a van instead of a bus. There was no tour guide, just the driver, so there was no information about where we were headed. When one passenger asked, "Where are we going now? Is there no guidance?" the driver replied, "I'm just the driver, so I don't know anything." It was shocking. As a result, there was no explanation about the sightseeing spots or the scenery along the way, and the van was silent. Although it was mentioned that we could see the scenery from the window, the heating inside the vehicle was so strong that the windows fogged up quickly, making it impossible to see anything. We were taken to various places, but with no explanations, it felt like we were just wandering around on our own.

Additionally, we had a plan to eat lunch at the Biei Town roadside station, but we were taken to a completely different roadside station that only had a hamburger shop. Since everyone concentrated there, they eventually stopped taking orders, and we couldn't order anything. Spending 80 minutes in such a place was unacceptable. At the Furano Cheese Factory, it was stated that we could enjoy experiences, but since we arrived after 3 PM, by the time we got there, the time for experiences had ended, and we could only look around. I wondered if we needed to make a reservation in advance to even participate in the experiences.

Since all the facilities were free and we had to pay for our own lunch, I felt that even though it was a one-day bus tour, 10,000 yen was too expensive. I signed up for the bus tour because it was my first trip to Hokkaido and I wanted to see various places, but there was really no guidance, and I was disappointed that I couldn't see the scenery I was looking forward to. It felt just like taking a taxi. I even thought that moving by taxi might have been better.

The only positive thing is that I was able to return home safely.

予約された方の人数が少なかったこともあってか、集合場所に来たのはバスではなくワゴン車でした。添乗員がおらず運転手のみだったので、最初にどこに向かうのかなど案内がなく、「今はどこに向かっているんですか？案内とかないんですか？」と一人の乗客が訪ねると「私は運転手だから何も分からない」と言われました。ビックリです。なので、観光する場所の説明や道中の景色の説明など一切なく無言の車内でした。景色は車窓からと書いてありますが、車内の暖房が強くすぐに曇ってしまい何も見えません。それぞれの場所に連れて行かれますが、本当に何も説明がないので自分達で勝手に見てまわる感じでした。また、美瑛町道の駅でお昼ごはんを食べるプランでしたが、連れて行かれたのが全く違う道の駅でハンバーガー屋さんしかなく、みんながそこに集中するので最後は注文を打ち切られ何も頼めませんでした。ここで80分過ごすのはありえない場所です。富良野チーズ工房では、体験なども楽しめますと書いてありますが、15時過ぎの到着だったので、着いた頃には体験できる時間は終わっておりただ見るだけでした。そもそも、事前予約しないと体験すら出来ないのではと思いました。どこも無料の施設でお昼ごはんも自分達で払うので、１日のバスツアーとはいえ1万円は高すぎるとすら感じました。そして、初めての北海道旅行で色んな所を見てまわりたいと思いバスツアーを申し込んだのですが、案内が本当に何もなく楽しみにしていた景色も見れず残念でした。これではタクシーと同じです。タクシー移動の方がマシだったのではと感じてます。
無事に帰って来れたのがなによりです。

I felt that a three-hour stay, including time for arrival and meals, was just right. Since it was a round-trip bus ride, it was stress-free and easy even with kids. The driver was kind, and the veteran bus guide's stories were very enjoyable. I was able to hear a variety of explanations about the places the bus passed, historical anecdotes, and recommendations for souvenirs, which made it a lot of fun. In individual travel, you don't get to hear such stories, so it was really great.

到着して食事を摂る時間などを入れ3時間の滞在はちょうどよいと感じました。
往復バス移動なので子連れでもストレスなく楽チンでした♪
運転手さんは優しく、ベテランバスガイドさんの話しはとても楽しかったです。

I participated alone. I was a bit anxious, but I didn't have to share a seat on the bus, and during meals, they arranged for solo participants to sit with other solo participants. Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka had truly beautiful flowers, and the cheese fondue for lunch was exquisite. The travel time was quite long, but I was very satisfied because I could listen to the guide's explanations through earphones, and the guide's stories were enjoyable. It was also great that I could choose from several drop-off locations on the way back.

1人参加しました。不安でしたが、バス席は相席せずでしたし、食事の時は1人参加の人は他の1人参加の方と相席になるようにしてくださいました。ファーム富田や、四季彩の丘は、本当に花が綺麗でしたし、お昼のチーズフォンデュは絶品でした。移動時間が結構長かったですが、イヤホンで案内を聞かせてくださったり、ガイドさんのお話も楽しかったので、大満足でした。帰りの降車も何箇所か選べてとても良かったです。

I felt that guests from more than three countries participated, and they kindly guided us in Japanese, Chinese, and English. The tour guide was from Taiwan, bright and friendly with a wonderful smile! I could feel their thoughtful attention, and they were very kind. They communicated with all of us participating in the tour, including us, with smiles, and I believe everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. I am truly grateful for their interesting and enthusiastic explanations.

Our stay at Asahiyama Zoo was about an hour and a half, which might feel a bit short for those who want to take their time, but we were able to see almost all the popular animals, except for those that were resting! Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to see both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls well. The wonderful memories were thanks to the tour guide! I was very happy to have such a lovely encounter, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you very much to the tour guide and the driver!

添乗員さんは台湾の方で、明るく気さくで笑顔がとても素敵！細やかな気配りも感じられ、とても優しい方でした。
私たちを含め、ツアーに参加しているみなさんと笑顔でコミュニケーションを取っていて、皆さん安心して楽しく過ごせたのではと思います。
また、面白く楽しく、一生懸命説明してくださって本当に感謝です。

旭山動物園の滞在は約1時間半で、じっくり見たい方には少し短く感じるかもしれませんが、人気の動物をはじめ、お休み中の動物以外はほとんど見ることができました！
あいにくの天気でしたが、青い池も白ひげの滝もよく見ることができました。
良い思い出になったのは添乗員さんのおかげです！
