I have visited Furano many times, but this is my first time visiting during this season. As expected, the lavender season was over, but I was able to enjoy plenty of other colorful flowers. The lunch was delicious, and I also took a tour of the Blue Pond... I was able to enjoy sightseeing in Furano efficiently. I highly recommend it.
富良野には何度も訪れたことがありますが、この時期に訪れるのは初めて。さすがにラベンダーの季節は終わっていましたが、その他彩り鮮やかな花々で充分楽しめました。
ランチも美味しかったし、青い池まで巡ったり...効率的に富良野観光を楽しむことができました。オススメです。

Due to the low number of reservations, we were picked up by a van instead of a bus. There was no tour guide, just the driver, so there was no information about where we were headed. When one passenger asked, "Where are we going now? Is there no guidance?" the driver replied, "I'm just the driver, so I don't know anything." It was shocking. As a result, there was no explanation about the sightseeing spots or the scenery along the way, and the van was silent. Although it was mentioned that we could see the scenery from the window, the heating inside the vehicle was so strong that the windows fogged up quickly, making it impossible to see anything. We were taken to various places, but with no explanations, it felt like we were just wandering around on our own.
Additionally, we had a plan to eat lunch at the Biei Town roadside station, but we were taken to a completely different roadside station that only had a hamburger shop. Since everyone concentrated there, they eventually stopped taking orders, and we couldn't order anything. Spending 80 minutes in such a place was unacceptable. At the Furano Cheese Factory, it was stated that we could enjoy experiences, but since we arrived after 3 PM, by the time we got there, the time for experiences had ended, and we could only look around. I wondered if we needed to make a reservation in advance to even participate in the experiences.
Since all the facilities were free and we had to pay for our own lunch, I felt that even though it was a one-day bus tour, 10,000 yen was too expensive. I signed up for the bus tour because it was my first trip to Hokkaido and I wanted to see various places, but there was really no guidance, and I was disappointed that I couldn't see the scenery I was looking forward to. It felt just like taking a taxi. I even thought that moving by taxi might have been better.
The only positive thing is that I was able to return home safely.
予約された方の人数が少なかったこともあってか、集合場所に来たのはバスではなくワゴン車でした。添乗員がおらず運転手のみだったので、最初にどこに向かうのかなど案内がなく、「今はどこに向かっているんですか？案内とかないんですか？」と一人の乗客が訪ねると「私は運転手だから何も分からない」と言われました。ビックリです。なので、観光する場所の説明や道中の景色の説明など一切なく無言の車内でした。景色は車窓からと書いてありますが、車内の暖房が強くすぐに曇ってしまい何も見えません。それぞれの場所に連れて行かれますが、本当に何も説明がないので自分達で勝手に見てまわる感じでした。また、美瑛町道の駅でお昼ごはんを食べるプランでしたが、連れて行かれたのが全く違う道の駅でハンバーガー屋さんしかなく、みんながそこに集中するので最後は注文を打ち切られ何も頼めませんでした。ここで80分過ごすのはありえない場所です。富良野チーズ工房では、体験なども楽しめますと書いてありますが、15時過ぎの到着だったので、着いた頃には体験できる時間は終わっておりただ見るだけでした。そもそも、事前予約しないと体験すら出来ないのではと思いました。どこも無料の施設でお昼ごはんも自分達で払うので、１日のバスツアーとはいえ1万円は高すぎるとすら感じました。そして、初めての北海道旅行で色んな所を見てまわりたいと思いバスツアーを申し込んだのですが、案内が本当に何もなく楽しみにしていた景色も見れず残念でした。これではタクシーと同じです。タクシー移動の方がマシだったのではと感じてます。
無事に帰って来れたのがなによりです。

I felt that a three-hour stay, including time for arrival and meals, was just right. Since it was a round-trip bus ride, it was stress-free and easy even with kids. The driver was kind, and the veteran bus guide's stories were very enjoyable. I was able to hear a variety of explanations about the places the bus passed, historical anecdotes, and recommendations for souvenirs, which made it a lot of fun. In individual travel, you don't get to hear such stories, so it was really great.

I participated alone. I was a bit anxious, but I didn't have to share a seat on the bus, and during meals, they arranged for solo participants to sit with other solo participants. Farm Tomita and Shikisai no Oka had truly beautiful flowers, and the cheese fondue for lunch was exquisite. The travel time was quite long, but I was very satisfied because I could listen to the guide's explanations through earphones, and the guide's stories were enjoyable. I felt that guests from more than three countries participated, and they kindly guided us in Japanese, Chinese, and English. The tour guide was from Taiwan, bright and friendly with a wonderful smile! I could feel their thoughtful attention, and they were very kind. They communicated with all of us participating in the tour, including us, with smiles, and I believe everyone was able to relax and enjoy themselves. I am truly grateful for their interesting and enthusiastic explanations.
Our stay at Asahiyama Zoo was about an hour and a half, which might feel a bit short for those who want to take their time, but we were able to see almost all the popular animals, except for those that were resting! Despite the unfortunate weather, we were able to see both the Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls well. The wonderful memories were thanks to the tour guide! I was very happy to have such a lovely encounter, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Thank you very much to the tour guide and the driver!

旭山動物園の滞在は約1時間半で、じっくり見たい方には少し短く感じるかもしれませんが、人気の動物をはじめ、お休み中の動物以外はほとんど見ることができました！
あいにくの天気でしたが、青い池も白ひげの滝もよく見ることができました。
良い思い出になったのは添乗員さんのおかげです！
一期一会の素敵な出会いに恵まれ、とても嬉しかったです。

The weather was my biggest concern, but it was nice from departure to arrival, and the scenery was very beautiful. The lunch was also luxurious and delicious. It was a girls' outing with three elderly ladies (laughs), but we had quite a bit of free time and it wasn't too busy, which was nice. Shikotsu Lake had heavy rain, and the highway was closed, so we had to take a detour. We went from Shiraoi to Lake Toya. That route was also affected by the heavy rain, creating a unique experience with splashes of water. Thank you to the driver for your hard work. When we arrived at Lake Toya, the rain had stopped, and we were able to see beautiful scenery.

I participated alone. As the guide mentioned, the flowers and greenery were withered due to the season, and while the scenery had autumn leaves, I thought it would have been even better to visit during a more favorable season. However, the guide's stories were quite delightful, and the way he spoke was slow, polite, and easy to understand. I had a very enjoyable time participating. First of all, I would like to thank our guide for their cheerful and upbeat guidance. Even though it was drizzling a bit right before departure, as soon as the bus started moving, the weather cleared up, and I was able to enjoy the wonderful scenery of Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the ropeway at Mount Usu, all mixed with autumn leaves. I was worried that 10 hours might be too long, but there were so many highlights that it felt like no time at all. Thank you very much for being so considerate of me as a solo participant.

The weather was a bit bad, but it was a wonderful itinerary. Furano is often associated with summer, but visiting at this time was definitely the right choice. I was able to enjoy the late-blooming lavender and see the most beautiful autumn leaves.
The cheese fondue and hamburger for lunch, Tomita Farm, Shikisai no Oka, and the Blue Pond in Biei were all part of an incredibly luxurious experience.

It was a trip I was looking forward to, but unfortunately, it rained. This was my second time on this tour, and since it was cloudy last time as well, I wish I could enjoy the beautiful Biei in the best season with the best weather. The tours in Furano usually include the Blue Pond, farms, and Tomita, so I personally think it would be nice to have a few different routes. The hamburger at the wine house in the back was delicious. The scenery in Biei is beautiful, so next time I want to see many beautiful hills.

However, the pork curry I had at Hanazono Shokudo in Kamifurano during lunch was so bad that it makes me feel nauseous just thinking about it. The pork was incredibly smelly, and it felt like they mixed boiled meat that had been sitting for a while into a low-quality lukewarm curry. When visiting Hokkaido, I wanted to enjoy delicious food, and each meal is precious, but that lukewarm, smelly pork curry for 1,200 yen was unacceptable. It felt like a careless offering aimed at foreign tourists, and it was frustrating.

On a company trip, we had a free day, and three male members of the company signed up for this tour to see the Blue Pond. Although there were some disappointing courses due to the timing, the three of us had a great day. It was a sunny day, but since our visit to the Blue Pond was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we couldn't capture the photos we had imagined due to the lighting conditions. It might have been better if we could have arranged the visit around noon.

This was my second visit to Furano and Biei. Last time I rented a car, but this time I joined a bus tour, and honestly, I was a bit anxious about the manners of foreign tourists. I had been hesitant to participate since it was mentioned that there would be announcements in foreign languages. However, once we set off, the guide clearly communicated important information to the passengers, and I didn't experience any of the discomfort I had anticipated. The three people who were speaking continuously in English right next to us were moved to another seat by the guide, which quieted things down.
The guide mentioned that they wouldn't do the typical "guiding," but they engaged us with light-hearted conversation without being pushy. 2回目の富良野・美瑛でしたが、前回はレンタカー、今回はバスツアーで（外国人のマナーに）正直不安がありました。外国語のアナウンスもあると書かれていたので、ずっと参加を迷っていました。発射するとガイドさんが注意事項をきちっと乗客に伝えてくれた事もあり、予想していた不快なことは全くありませんでした。私たちの目の席で英語でしゃべり続けていた３人もガイドさんが１人を別席に移して下さり静かになりました。
所謂、ガイドさんらしい「ガイド」はしませんとおっしゃっていたガイドさんも押しつけがましくなく、軽妙なおしゃべりを楽しませてくださいました。また運転手さんも、乗客が乗り降りする際に必ず声掛けをして下さり感心しました。長時間の運転ご苦労様でした。
立ち寄りの観光地の滞在時間も程よい長さで良かったと思います。前回訪問の記憶がよみがえり、新たな楽しい記憶が刻まれて夫婦２人で「よかったね」と話しています。大変ありがとうございました。
最後に、参加するかどうか悩んだ１つの要因は「会社の顔が見えない」事でした。変なツアー会社に当たったらどうしよう？変なバス会社だったらどうしよう？ 無駄な心配でしたが、WEB上でもアピールされた方が良いのではないでしょうか？心配されている日本人の方が他にもいらっしゃる気がします。

I wanted to go see the Blue Pond, but it was difficult to plan using public transportation, so I joined this tour.
