It was a very fulfilling day because my child loves animals. Above all, the stories from the bus guide were very educational, making the travel time incredibly valuable.

子供が動物大好きなので、とても充実した1日でした。
何よりバスガイドさんのお話がとても勉強になる内容ばかりで、移動時間も大変貴重な時間でした。

You can easily get from Sapporo Station to the zoo entrance, which is convenient. I was just in time to see the penguin parade, and it was awesome!

札幌駅前から動物園入口まで行けるので、楽ちんです。ギリギリペンギンパレードも見られてサイコーでした！

I was able to efficiently explore Biei in winter. The guide was kind and gentle, providing explanations before we arrived at each destination, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was able to create wonderful memories. If I travel to Hokkaido again, I would like to join a tour with the same company.

冬の美瑛を効率的に回ることができました。ガイドの方も親切で優しくて、目的地に着く前に説明してくださるので、より楽しむ事ができました。素敵な思い出を作ることができました。また北海道に旅行に来たら、同じ会社のツアーに参加したいと思います。

I went on a Saturday in February, and the weather was great, it was the best.
I stayed for about three and a half hours and was able to see everything at a leisurely pace.
It's wonderful that they take you without having to drive yourself.
The tour guide also explained a lot about Hokkaido.
If I had to say something, it would have been reassuring if the bus had a restroom.

2月の土曜に行きましたが、天気も良く最高でした。
3時間半くらいの滞在でしたがゆっくりみながら全部回れました。
自分で運転せずに連れて行ってくれるって言うのが最高です。
添乗員の方もたくさん北海道について説明してくれました。
強いて言えばバスにトイレが付いていれば安心でした。

Since it was winter, the objects at the Silo Observation Deck were not set up, and the sofas on the terrace of Mount Usu were covered in snow, but I had a great time until the end.

The guide was bilingual, speaking both Japanese and Chinese. Before our arrival at each destination, they announced recommended ways to enjoy the sights, allowing us to make the most of our limited time for sightseeing. When we got off at photo-worthy spots, the guide helped us take pictures. 🫶🌲 The short storytelling during travel time was sure to make us laugh, which made the tour even more enjoyable. There were no significant delays, and we were able to conclude the tour about five minutes earlier than scheduled.

到着前に、各目的地でのおすすめの楽しみ方をアナウンスしてくださるので、限られた下車時間を有効に使って観光できました。写真映えスポットで下車した際には、ガイドさんが撮影を手伝ってくださいました🫶🌲
移動時間中の短いエピソードトークは爆笑必至で、ツアーがより楽しいものになったと思います。
大幅な遅れは無く、帰りは予定時刻よりも5分ほど早く解散することができました。

The highlight is the Biei Shirahige Waterfall in the snow. With a relaxing tour guide and a group of quiet tourists on the bus, we can unwind and enjoy the snowy scenery during the ride. The guide is a young Japanese man, and we are fortunate to have him. He speaks English very well. The buffet lunch is average but sufficient. It's better to include the buffet lunch since there aren't many other options around.

美瑛白ひげの滝 in snow is our highlight. Relaxing tour guide with a group of quiet tourists in the bus, we can relax and enjoy the snow along the bus ride. The guide is a Japanese young man, we are lucky to have him. He speaks English very well. Buffet Lunch is average but adequate. Better to include buffet lunch as not much other choices around.

I had a very meaningful day filled with places I wanted to visit around Sapporo. The lunch was plentiful and delicious, and the view of Lake Toya from the restaurant was also very beautiful.

1日で札幌近郊の行きたかった場所が満載でとても有意義な1日になりました。
昼食も量も多く美味しくレストランからも洞爺湖の景色もとても綺麗でした。

I found a tour that included Asahiyama Zoo, Blue Pond, and Shirahige Falls, and I participated in it. The zoo is compact, but the exhibits were creatively arranged and enjoyable. The Blue Pond was bluer than I expected. Shirahige Falls was beautiful, even though we viewed it from a bridge a bit away. The Yubari melon was very sweet and delicious, and I ended up eating a lot. It was a pity that the flowers in Biei were finished and the weather wasn't perfectly clear, but it was a trip that satisfied both my eyes and my stomach.

旭山動物園・青い池に白ひげの滝がついていたツアーを見つけ参加しました。
動物園はコンパクトですが、展示が工夫されていて楽しかったです。
青い池は思っていたよりも青かったです。白ひげの滝は少し離れた橋の上からでしたが
とても綺麗でした。
夕張メロンはとても甘くておいしくお腹いっぱいに食べてしまいました。
美瑛の花が終わっていたのと天気が青空といかなかったのが残念でしたが
目もお腹も満足な旅行でした。

For the people of Hokkaido, it felt like spring had arrived, with temperatures and clear skies no different from those in the Kanto region, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

From the top of Mount Usu, I was moved by the grandeur of Showa Shinzan and Lake Toya, the miracles of the Earth, and the local efforts to coexist with active volcanoes.

Usually, the temperature is significantly lower when getting off the ropeway compared to the base of the mountain, but this time I didn't mind at all and was able to fully appreciate the scenery from the heart.

I sat next to someone of the opposite sex who was also traveling alone on the bus, and our conversation picked up along the way, making me feel the joy of travel once again.

北海道の人にとって、春が来た？というほどの、関東と変わらぬ気温と快晴の空のもと、美しい景色を堪能しました。
有珠山の上から見た、昭和新山、洞爺湖の雄大さ、地球の奇跡、活火山と共存する地元のかたの取組の展示など、全てに感動です！
いつもならロープウェイ降りるとかなり山の下より気温が低いらしいのが、全く気にならず心から景色を堪能できました。
バス席は一人参加で、同じく一人参加の異性の方のとなりでしたが、途中から話が盛り上り、旅の楽しさを改めて感じました。

I participated on February 17 from Osaka to see the penguin walk. The weather was favorable and the highway was smooth, so I was able to enjoy the park for a full three and a half hours. There was no wind, so it wasn't as cold as I had worried it would be, and I didn't need a hat or earmuffs. It was also good that I adjusted my timing, as I had no trouble finding a place for lunch. I enjoyed the break and shopping at the Sunagawa Service Area along the way. The bus guide's stories were interesting, and I enjoyed the unique information from a Hokkaido resident and the scenery from the bus without getting bored during the trip. Thank you very much.

ペンギンの散歩を見るため、大阪から2月17日に参加しました。
天候に恵まれ高速もスムーズだったので、園内3時間半たっぷり楽しめました。風もなかったので心配していたほど寒くもなく帽子や耳当ては不要でした。時間をずらしたのがよかったのか昼食休憩場所にも困りませんでした。
途中の砂川サービスエリアでの休憩＆買い物も楽しめました。
バスガイドさんのお話も興味深く、北海道民ならではの情報や車内からの景色など道中飽きることなく楽しめました。

This was my second visit to the zoo. The last tour I participated in didn't have enough time because it stopped at other sightseeing spots, so this time I chose a tour with plenty of time. However, there was also a penguin walk, so in the end, we still didn't have enough time...
I think it can't be helped since the blizzard made the road conditions worse.
But once again, I was healed by the cute animals and I was very satisfied.
I'm thinking of going for my third visit in the summer.
The bus guide also taught us various things, and there was plenty of time for breaks, so it was great to be able to buy souvenirs and snacks!

２回目の動物園でした。前回参加したツアーは他の観光スポットも寄るため時間が足りなかったので、今回はたっぷり時間があるツアーを選択しました。でも、ペンギンのお散歩もあったので、結局時間は足りなかった…。
吹雪で道路事情も悪くなってしまったので、仕方がないかなと思います。
でも、今回も可愛い動物たちに癒されて大満足です。
３回目は夏にしようかなと思います。
バスガイドさんもいろいろ教えてくれたり、途中の休憩も十分時間があって、おみやげや軽食が買えて良かったです❗

I was very satisfied to be able to visit all the places I wanted to go 🥰. The tour I participated in (in February) had a mix of participants: one-third were Chinese, one-third were Taiwanese, and one-third were Japanese. Everyone gathered on time without any delays, making for a stress-free trip. At the photo spots, the crew took a lot of pictures for us, creating wonderful memories.

私が参加したツアー(2月)は、中国人の方3分の1、台湾の方3分の1、日本人3分の1という割合でした。
皆さん時間に遅れることなく、きっちり集まりストレスのない旅でした。写真スポットの所では、乗務員の方がたくさん写真を撮って頂き良い思い出になりました。

As a resident of Sapporo, driving in winter can be challenging, so when it comes to using public transportation, I have to transfer to a bus at Asahikawa Station, which is often crowded and requires a long wait, making it difficult to find a seat. That's why I decided to use this tour.

There are several tours to Asahiyama Zoo, but this one allows for a longer stay of over three hours, which lets you fully enjoy the zoo, unlike others that stop at various sightseeing spots and have shorter zoo visits. The comfortable bus took us right to the entrance of the zoo, making it easier than going on my own.

The guide shared interesting information about the area and Hokkaido during the trip, which was beneficial even for someone like me who lives in Hokkaido.

Regarding the penguin walk, since I visited during a busy weekend, it's important to secure a good spot early, or it can be hard to see. I managed to get a front-row spot just 15 minutes before it started. Also, using an umbrella can be a nuisance to others, so having a hat is a good idea in case it snows.

札幌市民ですが、冬は運転が大変なので公共の交通機関で行くとなると、旭川駅でバスに乗り換え、バスは大混雑で長時間待つことになり座ることもできず・・など時間がかかってしまうので、こちらのツアーを利用しました。
旭山動物園へ行くツアーは他にもいくつかありますが、動物園以外にも観光スポットに立ち寄るため動物園の滞在時間が短く、こちらのツアーは滞在時間が3時間以上あり、動物園を満喫することができました。設備の整ったバスで快適に動物園の門の前まで行くことができ、個人で行くより楽でした。
ガイドさんが道中、そこの土地についてや北海道について紹介してくれ、北海道に住んでいる私にとってもためになる内容でした。
ペンギンの散歩について
週末の混雑している時期に訪れたため、早めに場所取りをしないと見えにくい場所になってしまいます。15分前でぎりぎり前列を確保できました。また傘を使うと他の人の迷惑になってしまうので、帽子があると雪が降ったときなどにいいと思います。

It was a cold day with snow falling, but I was able to see a group of king penguins on their walk. I've been to the zoo several times, but this was the first time I got to see the penguins' walk, and it was so moving that it made me forget about the cold.

雪の降る寒い日でしたがキングペンギンの集団お散歩を観る事が出来ました。何度か動物園には来ていますが初めてペンギンのお散歩を見れて寒さも吹き飛ぶ位の感動でした。

I participated in a tour during the Spring Festival. There were probably only four Japanese people, and the rest were likely all Chinese. The tour guide was also a Chinese person who had been in Japan for two years. Anyway, the group was not punctual at all; we started late, and my concerns about the rest of the trip were confirmed as delays continued. A 10-minute delay was the norm. The only time we were on schedule was for the last restroom break at the service area. I felt sorry for the tour guide, who was anxious every time. Thank you for your hard work, especially when you hurried and stumbled!

春節真っ只中のツアーに参加しました。たぶん日本人は4人だけ。あとは、たぶん全員中国人。添乗員さんも来日二年目の中国の方。とにかく時間を守らない人達、先ず出発が遅れ、この先を案じるも期待を裏切らない遅れぶり。10分なんて当たり前。最後のSAのトイレ休憩が唯一時間通り。気の毒なのは添乗員さん毎回毎回気を揉んでました。慌てて転んだりほんとご苦労様でした！

In mid-January, I participated in this bus tour, and out of 47 people on the bus, 40 were from China. Each time we departed from different locations, there was about a minute of explanation in Japanese, but afterwards, the conversation continued in Chinese for 20-30 minutes. It created quite an alien atmosphere, and I constantly felt out of place on the bus. If this is such a foreigner-oriented tour, I would have appreciated being informed of this in advance as a precaution.

Additionally, outside the bus, I experienced behaviors such as people cutting in line and persistently pushing to get ahead during the lineup, which even caused some people to fall.

Throughout the tour, I often felt anxious and disappointed, but the personality of the driver and the guide was very good, and it was nice that they generally adhered to the scheduled departure times.

1月中旬こちらのバスツアーに参加し、バス車内47人中40名が中国の方でした。
各地出発の度に1分程度日本語で説明がありますが、その後は20-30分ほど中国語でのお話が続きます。かなりアウェイな雰囲気で、車内では常に肩身の狭い思いをしました。
これほど外国人向けツアーであるならば、注意事項として事前に教えていただきたく思いました。

また、車外でも列に割り込む、整列時も前に入るため執拗に押す等の行為を受け、転ぶ人が出るほどでした。

終始心細く残念な気持ちになることが多かったですが、運転手さんやガイドさんのお人柄は非常によく、基本的に定刻出発が守られており気持ちがよかったです。

Sapporo, our departure point, had little snow, but Asahiyama Zoo was a winter wonderland at -6 degrees, truly representing Hokkaido! Although it was a freezing world, as long as you dress warmly, the cold is not bothersome. The zoo was a place where I could watch the active animals for hours. We had just over three hours there, but it flew by as we ate and browsed for souvenirs. For those with children, it's best to start with the must-see attractions! The kids' snow play can slow you down quite a bit. The polar bears and seals are located on the opposite side from the main entrance, so it takes time to get there. The return trip on the highway was exhausting due to many road closures, taking nearly five hours, but I'm grateful for being safely delivered on the snowy roads without any accidents.

出発地の札幌は雪が少なかったんですが、旭山動物園は雪で-6度、これぞ北海道！！という天候でよかったです。マイナスの世界ですがきちんと防寒すれば気にならない寒さでした。動物園も活発な動物の動きに何時間でもみていたい場所でした。3時間ちょっと滞在時間はありましたが、ごはんを食べたりおみやげを見たりしているとあっという間でした。子供がいる方はこれは絶対見たい！ってところから回るといいです。子供の雪遊びでなかなか前に進めません。しろくまやアザラシは団体入口とは正反対の場所にいるので行くのに時間がかかります。
帰りの高速道路は通行止めが多く5時間近くかかり疲れましたが、事故なく雪道を安全に送り届けてくれたことに感謝です。

Winter is cold and tough for humans, but the animals are very lively and full of energy, which was a lot of fun. I recommend winter over summer!

冬は寒くて人間は大変ですが、動物達はとても元気で生き生きしていて、とても楽しかったです。私は夏より冬がおすすめです！

We booked a bus tour with minimal travel burden for our first trip to Hokkaido with kids, and it was definitely the right choice!

What impressed me the most was the bus guide's stories about Hokkaido's history and culture during the journey. I learned so many things I didn't know, and it was truly an enjoyable time! I fell even more in love with Hokkaido!

The driver's skills were excellent, and we arrived at our destination without feeling sick! It was the best tour!

I was attracted to the direct access to Asahiyama Zoo and signed up. The price was reasonable, and we had a bus guide who provided commentary only during the journey. This bus guide had a nice, relaxed vibe. I was satisfied.

Considering how much you can do, it's an incredible deal! We stopped by Mushroom Kingdom before lunch, and since we were there, we tried the premium mushroom soup! The lunch seemed a bit lacking for men, so if you can eat, it might be a good idea to have something beforehand. The course to fully enjoy nature was truly the best!

The bus guide shared various stories about Hokkaido, which was both educational and enjoyable. It was great to see the winter version of Asahiyama Zoo's animals. Since it was my second visit, I was able to read the exhibits that I couldn't read last time at a leisurely pace. There was also plenty of time, allowing us to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. I was very satisfied to be able to eat delicious food at the rest area as well.

バスガイドさんがいろいろと北海道のお話をしてくれたのが勉強になったし楽しかったです。
冬バージョンの旭山動物園の動物達がみれてよかったです。2回目だったので、前回読めなかった展示などもゆっくり読めました。
時間も余裕があって、せかせかせずにゆっくりと楽しめました。
休憩場所でも美味しいものを食べれて、大満足でした。

The bus tour in sub-zero temperatures was completely different from other seasons, allowing us to enjoy the scenery and food unique to the cold period. There were many foreigners, but as a local, I also had a great time. Both Mount Usu and Showa Shinzan are representative volcanoes of Hokkaido, and the winter scenery was breathtaking.

氷点下というなかでのバスツアーは、他の季節とはまったく違っていて、寒い時期だからこその景色や食を楽しめました。外国人が多かったですが、地元民である私も存分に楽しめました。有珠山も昭和新山も北海道を代表する火山ですが、冬景色は圧巻でした。

I have visited Sapporo in winter many times, but I challenged myself with a bus tour for the first time. The highlight was the Usuzan Ropeway, but upon hearing that the temperature at the summit was minus 10°C, I braced myself. The initial experience and sensation were truly moving. I strongly felt that I want to visit both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya again in spring and autumn. 冬の札幌に何度も来てますが、初のバスツアーにチャレンジしました。
有珠山ロープウェイが最大の楽しみでしたが、頂上がマイナス１０℃と聞き、身を引き締めました。初体験の初感覚、まさに感動でした。支笏湖も洞爺湖も、また春秋に訪ねたいと強く感じました。
バス内のイヤホンの解説も快適で、妻と充実の旅を確認し合いました。

I participated on December 28th. I joined because I wanted to show my partner the Penguin Parade at 2 PM. Since it's only available in winter, I think it's worth seeing. There were many inbound tourists. I wished they would clean the restrooms more frequently. Some were so dirty that they didn't seem like Japanese toilets. 😭

12月28日に参加しました。連合いに14時〜のペンギンパレードが見せたくて、参加しました。冬しか見れないので、見に行く価値はあるかと思います。インバウンドの方が沢山います。お手洗いの掃除を頻繁にしてほしいと思いました。一部、日本のトイレと思えない位、汚れていました😭

I was blessed with clear weather during the winter tour and enjoyed the snowy scenery of Lake Shikotsu's blue waters. I was also satisfied with the experiences at the Usuzan Ropeway and Lake Toya.

雪の季節のツアーで晴天に恵まれて雪景色の支笏湖ブルーを楽しめました。冬の有珠山ロープウェイも洞爺湖湖も楽しめ満足出来ました。

The scenery exceeded all expectations throughout the entire journey. I highly recommend it. It was amusing that the Mushroom Kingdom was closed, but the troubles became part of the memories.

全行程で予想をはるかに超える景色でした。
お勧めします。
キノコ王国が休みだったのは笑えましたがトラブルも想い出になりました。
