Although it was winter, the weather was nice and the scenery at all locations was beautiful. The meals exceeded my expectations and I was satisfied. If I had to wish for something, I would have liked meat or fish as the main dish. My biggest concern was the availability of restrooms during traffic jams or bad weather, but there were no traffic jams and plenty of restroom breaks, so I was able to complete the entire journey without any issues. However, I think it would be better to choose a bus with restrooms in the future, as we never know what might happen.

冬場でしたが天気もよくすべての場所の景色がきれいでよかったです
また食事も期待以上で満足でした。欲を言えばメインに肉か魚がほしかったです。
一番心配していたのは渋滞時や天候悪化の交通不通時のトイレでしたが渋滞もなく
トイレ休憩も多かったので何の問題もなく全行程を終了することができました。
でもやはり将来的には何が起こるかわからないのでトイレ付バスにした方が
よいかと思います。

On my usual travels, I would rent a car and sightsee while driving, but for someone like me who is not used to driving in the snow, the one-day tour on a regular sightseeing bus was really helpful. The lunch menu was also quite elaborate, and everyone was satisfied.

日頃の旅行では、レンタカーを借り走りながらの観光でしたが、やはり、雪走行には慣れない私には定期観光バスの１日ツアーは、ホント助かりました。昼のお食事も大変手の込んだメニューで皆満足してましたよ。

The weather was moderately good, and it was a satisfying tour. I was very grateful to be able to smoothly visit places like Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu, which are difficult to access by public transportation. Thank you very much.

Perhaps due to the rain, the zoo was not crowded, and we were able to enjoy it at a leisurely pace. We also had time to buy souvenirs.

Among the courses, the buffet was very good. We were able to enjoy a variety of unusual dishes to our heart's content.

雨が降ったせいか動物園は混雑もなくゆっくり楽しめました。お土産を買う時間もありました。

コースの中ではバイキングがとても良かったです。珍しいものをお腹いっぱい楽しめました。

It was a bus tour in heavy snow. Thanks to the driver, we were able to return safely. First, we visited Asahiyama Zoo, but the time felt short. We rushed through, but we were able to see the main attractions, which was good. After that, it started snowing heavily, so taking photos at each stop was cold and challenging, but the guide took great photos for us. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to the White Beard Falls, but it was a very satisfying tour.

大雪の中のバスツアーでした。
本当に運転手の方のおかげで無事帰れました。
まず旭山動物園でしたがやはり時間は短く感じます。足早に見て回った感じですが主要な箇所は見れたのでよかったです。この後から大雪でしたので寄る箇所毎の写真撮影が寒くて大変でしたが、ガイドさんが的確に写真を撮ってくださりました。白い髭の滝は残念ながら行けませんでしたが大満足のツアーでした。

We departed from Sapporo early in the morning and it took about two hours to reach Asahiyama Zoo with a break. We could leisurely stay at the zoo for about an hour and a half. The lunch buffet at the herb garden offered a variety of choices, which was enjoyable. Unfortunately, we couldn't stop by the Blue Pond due to time constraints, but the final stop at Shirogane Falls was a perfect way to conclude the tour. On the way back, we were delayed by a traffic accident, so we arrived in Sapporo around 8 PM, but we were able to fully enjoy the day.

早朝札幌を出発し、旭山動物園までは休憩を入れて、２時間程度。動物園には1時間半ほどゆっくりと滞在出来る。ハーブガーデンでの昼食ブッフェもいろいろ選べて楽しい。青い池には時間の関係で寄れなかったが、最後の白ひげの滝はツアーの締めくくりにちょうどいい。帰りは交通事故の影響で札幌到着は20時ごろになってしまったが1日を満喫することが出来た。

I didn't get bored even while traveling alone, the guide was efficient, and the driver always greeted us. The driving was skillful, making for a pleasant journey. I really enjoyed it after a long time! ⤴️💕

一人旅でも飽きず，ガイドさんも無駄なく，運転手さんも必ず挨拶が有り又、運転も上手だし気持ち良い旅でした，久しぶりに楽しめました、⤴️💕

The weather was nice, and I had a very good day. There were 14 people, and while there were some from Asia, it felt like there were more Japanese participants. Since there were few people, we initially had assigned seats, but once we departed, we were allowed to move to any seat we liked.

Although the sightseeing was a bit rushed, it was enjoyable to be taken around. The main guide was an audio guide through earphones. The tour by Chuo Bus was great, and the bus was clean as well.

お天気も良くとてもいい一日を過ごしました。
１４名で、アジア圏の方もいらっしゃいましたが、日本人の方が多かったように感じます。
人数が少なかったので最初は座席が決まっていましたが、出発すると好きな座席に移動させてくださいました。

観光は駆け足にはなりますが連れて行ってもらえるのは楽でした。
主なガイドはイヤホンからの音声ガイドでした。
中央バスさんのツアーはバスもきれいですし良いツアーでした。

I thought it would be more efficient to take a tour rather than driving around Hokkaido with a rental car, so I chose a course that mainly focused on Asahiyama Zoo. In the end, it was the right choice as I was able to visit various famous spots efficiently. There were many people from China on the tour, but by the end, I felt like I could somewhat understand Chinese, which was fun.

久し振りの北海道でレンタカーで回るよりツアーの方が効率的かなと旭山動物園をメインに回るコースを選択😊
結果的には色々な名所を効率的に回れて正解でした。ツアーは中国の方が多かったんですが最後はなんとなく中国語も理解できたような感じして楽しかったです。

Hokkaido is vast, so I was able to eat, drink, sleep, and play without having to drive myself. I could also listen to the guide's announcements about the history along the course, which allowed me to understand everything without having to research it beforehand, making it an effortless and moving experience.

北海道は広いので、自分で車を運転する事無く、お酒も飲めて食う、寝る、遊ぶが出来ました、コース内の歴史などガイドアナウンスも聞けて、事前に自分で調べることなく理解できるので無理なく感動できました。

I enjoyed Asahiyama Zoo just before the snow piled up. It was cold, but the 90-minute visit felt just right. The Blue Pond and Shirahige Falls were not too crowded, making it easy to enjoy them. The lunch buffet was decent, and the tour guide was kind and enthusiastic, but the explanations in Chinese were particularly long, loud, and somewhat grating. Some effort is needed to distribute printed materials or make adjustments.

ギリギリ積雪前の旭山動物園を楽しめました。寒い中でしたが９０分の見学時間は丁度良い感じでした。青い池、白髭の滝もさほど混雑もなく見学できました。
昼食バイキングはそれなり、添乗員の方も親切で熱心でしたが、中国語での説明が
特に長く、音量も高く耳障りでした。ある程度印刷物の配布等工夫が必要です。

The weather was unfortunately bad, but I was glad to see the scenery somehow. Also, I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but I was surprised at how delicious it was.

あいにくのお天気でしたが、景色はなんとか見れてよかったです。また、昼食はあまり期待していませんでしたが、とても美味しくて驚きました。

This is a fulfilling course where you can visit two lakes in one day. I wanted to ride the ropeway at Mount Usu, and the view was even more amazing than I expected. I didn't know much about Lake Shikotsu before going, but I was glad to enjoy the autumn leaves. I'm not good with boats, so I strolled along the lakeside and enjoyed some food, which was satisfying. If the lunch break had been longer and the weather had been nice, it would have been a five-star experience.

２つの湖を1日で見て回れる、充実コースです。
有珠山のロープウェイに乗ってみたかったのですが、思っていた以上に視界が開けていて素晴らしかったです。
支笏湖のことはあまり知らずに行きましたが紅葉が楽しめてよかったです。
船は苦手なので乗らずに湖畔を散策し、食べ歩きしていましたが、満足できました。ランチ休憩が短かったのと、天気が良かったなら、星５です。

I understand that the tour covers Sapporo's sightseeing spots in half a day, but it was disappointing as there was no charm to the tour aside from the Okurayama Jump Stadium. The outer market we visited last had no energy at all (this is in comparison to the Nijo Market I visited a few years ago).

Also, the meeting point was hard to find, so I think it should be improved. Additionally, the guide did not address the loud chatter among the foreign tourists on the bus. I believe this should also be improved.

札幌市内の観光名所を半日で周りツアーというのは理解してるが、大倉山ジャンプ台以外は何の魅力もないツアーだったので残念でした。特に最後に回って場外市場は全く活気もない市場でした。(数年前に訪れた二条市場との比較になります。)
後、集合場所が分かりずらいので改善した方が良いと思う。
バスの中で外国の人たちの私語がうるさいのにガイドさんは注意しない。これも改善した方が良いと思う。

I wanted to take my time observing the animals at Asahiyama Zoo, so I joined this tour that doesn't stop at places like Biei. I'm glad I had plenty of time. The meeting point was convenient, right in front of the station. The guide's stories also provided useful travel information.

旭山動物園でゆっくり動物たちを見たくて、美瑛などに寄らないこちらのツアーに参加しました。時間に余裕があってよかった。集合場所も駅前で便利。ガイドさんのお話も旅の情報になりました。

I thought the autumn leaves had already fallen, but I was able to enjoy the beautiful colors of the remaining leaves and the scenery of late autumn in Hokkaido. The lunch venue was right in front of Lake Toya, offering a magnificent view, and the variety of dishes was plentiful and exceeded my expectations in terms of taste.

However, the bus guide explained at the beginning of the tour that talking was prohibited on the bus, and there were a couple of people who chatted a bit, but they received a reminder to "remember the initial agreement." It was my first time on a bus tour where we were told not to talk so much, which surprised me. The atmosphere on the bus was very quiet. While I understand this may be a desperate measure to avoid conflicts among passengers, I honestly felt it was a bit too strict.

紅葉は終わってしまっているかと思いましたが、まだ残っている葉の色が美しく北海道の晩秋の景色を楽しめました。昼食会場は洞爺湖の目の前で雄大な景色を頂きながら、品数も多く、期待以上に美味しかったです。
ただ、バスのガイドさんからツアーの冒頭に社内ではおしゃべり禁止との説明があり、少し会話した２人連れがいたのですが「最初のお約束を思い出してください」との注意喚起がありました。あんなに話をしてはいけないと言われるバスツアーは初めてで驚きました。社内は大変静か（静まり返っていた）でした。乗客同士のトラブルを避けたいという苦肉の策かとは思いますがあまりにも厳しいなというのが正直な感想でした。

I was looking forward to this tour because I was satisfied with the bus tour the day before, but I think the guide was originally from China and spoke for 50 minutes straight in Chinese, which seemed to bewilder the other participants as well. The bus company from the previous day provided headphones, which was very good. I also felt that the bus seats were cramped. The buffet was not tasty, so I think I will avoid this tour next time.

初めての北海道で前日のバスツアーに満足したこともあり期待しての参加でしたが、ガイドさんはもともと中国の人だと思いますが、中国人向けの話(説明？)が中国語で50分ぶっ続け、他の参加者も呆れたのではないかと感じました。前日のバス会社はイヤホン🎧️でとても良かったです。バスの椅子も狭く感じました。バイキングも不味かったし次回参加の際はこのツアーは避けようと思います。

I participated with five friends, and there were many people from China, but everyone was punctual and things went smoothly. This was my third trip to Hokkaido, and in the past, I felt that the travel time was long, but this time we had one male guide who spoke fluent Japanese and Chinese and provided detailed explanations of the highlights and local delicacies. We had a 90-minute stay at Asahiyama Zoo, and thanks to the accurate advice, we were able to tour efficiently! We all had a great time and returned very satisfied!

仲間5人で参加　中国の方も多かったですが皆さん時間厳守でスムーズでした。北海道は３回目いままでは　移動時間が長く感じられた旅でしたが、今回はガイドさん男性１名で、流ちょうな日本語、中国語を使い見どころ味どころを丁寧に説明。旭山動物園は９０分の滞在ですが的確なアドバイスで効率よく回れる案内通り！十分楽しめました。５名共に満足で帰ってきました！

- During the bus ride, the guide shared information that was very easy to understand. We had a break along the way where we could enjoy soft serve ice cream and do some shopping.
- At the zoo we visited, I had a great time and felt rejuvenated.
- I think the disbanding time was just right.
- I have a driver's license, but I don't usually have the opportunity to drive, so it was helpful to be taken to the destination by bus tour.
- I would like to participate again.

・車中、ガイドさんがお話して下さり、とてもわかり易かったです。　途中休憩があり、ソフトクリームを食べたり、買い物ができました。
・目的の動物園では、十分楽しみ、癒やされました。
・解散時間も丁度良かったと思います。
・車の免許証は持っていますが、普段、運転する機会がありませんので、バスツアーで目的地まで連れて行って頂けると助かります。　
・また参加したいと思いました。

It was my first time in Hokkaido, so I wasn't familiar with the area... I decided to sign up for a bus tour. During the trip, they provided explanations here and there, which made it easy to understand and I learned about the region! They took care of everything, including lunch, which made it convenient and I thought it was really great. The timing at each spot was just right, and I was satisfied. On the way back, when I got off the bus and mentioned I wanted to go somewhere, they helped me out with that too (^^). The driver quickly caught a bug that got inside the bus, which was impressive! They were a wonderful duo (^^).

I happened to be in the front seat, so I could hear the interactions between the guide and the driver. They would say things like, "No cars on the left! A bicycle is coming!" and thank everyone at every intersection, which I thought was lovely. It was reassuring to see that they were confirming things together, making the ride very pleasant! Listening to their exchanges made me feel good, and I thought it was a wonderful company.

初めての北海道だったので、土地勘がわからず…思い切ってバスツアーに申し込んでみました。
移動中ちょこちょこ説明してもらえてわかりやすく、地域のことを学べました！
昼食など全部やっててくれて楽だし、すごく良かったなと思います。
各スポットの時間もちょうど良くて満足でした。
帰りに、バスを降りたらここに行きたい！と相談したら教えてくれてそれも助かりました(^^)

I work as a hired driver in Tokyo. This time, I participated in a bus trip from Sapporo with my family of four. Initially, we considered renting a car, but choosing the bus trip was the right decision. We were able to fully enjoy the best spots in Furano and Biei during this time of year in just one day. I am grateful for the excellent driving by our driver, which made for a safe and enjoyable sightseeing experience. The wine at lunch was also delicious.

仕事では、都内でハイヤードライバーをしています。今回の札幌発バス旅には、家族4人での参加です。当初レンタカーとも考えましたが、バス旅の選択正解でした。1日でこの時期の富良野・美瑛のいいとこどり満喫できました。また、ドライバーさんの運転が最高で安心な観光ができました事感謝する次第です。ランチのワインも美味しくいただきました。

The weather was great and the scenery was amazing! The driver and crew were nice, making it a wonderful memory of the trip. It was good that we could efficiently visit various places on a schedule that was mostly on time.

I participated alone and joined two other groups. The driver was from the Chinese-speaking region, but he spoke Japanese very well and was quick-witted, which made for an enjoyable trip. I would like to use this service again next time.

私は１人だけで参加しました。ほか２組の方といっしょに回りました。ドライバーさんが中華圏の方でしたが、日本語がお上手で、機転を利かせていただいたので、楽しい旅行ができました。次回もまた利用したいと思います。

It was reassuring physically to be able to visit tourist spots without renting a car. The entrance to the bear ranch was paid, but it was enjoyable.

レンタカーを借りずに観光地を周れるので、体力的にも安心でした。
熊牧場の入場は有料でしたが楽しめました。

The most important thing was that all the activities proceeded safely and on time. The guide, along with many participants from overseas, provided accurate and courteous information during the bus rides to the places we visited. We were able to enjoy a safe and pleasant trip.

全ての行程が、安全に、時間通りに進んだのが一番です。ガイドさんはじめ、参加者は海外の方が多く、私たち日本人は少数でしたが、訪れる場所の車内案内など、的確に丁寧にしてくださいました。安心して楽しい旅ができました。

It was a wonderful bus tour with great weather. I was lucky to have the front seat, so I could see the scenery well from the window. I listened to explanations about various places through earphones, but the guide also provided a lot of additional information. The tour included places that are not easy to visit on your own.

At Campana Rokkatei, I enjoyed the freshly made "Furano Mochi," which can only be eaten there. The view of Furano from the balcony was also lovely. The lunch was delicious, and I ordered some wine. At Tomita Farm, I was healed by the beautiful flowers and mountains. Although the Blue Pond wasn't as blue as I expected, it was still one of the places I wanted to visit.

While we had free time at each location, I felt that the time allocation could be adjusted a bit. I wanted to stay longer at Campana Rokkatei to look at souvenirs, and I didn't have enough time to explore the deeper parts of Tomita Farm. I also wished I had a bit more time at the Blue Pond. On the other hand, Shikisai no Oka felt a bit redundant with Tomita Farm, and for someone not interested in alpacas, it seemed like too much time.

The total distance was said to be 350 kilometers. I'm grateful to the driver for their safe driving. I participated alone, but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The departure point for the bus was easy to find at the north exit of Sapporo Station.

If I have the opportunity to go to Hokkaido again, I would like to join a tour to a different location. (I wanted to post photos, but every time I pressed the registration button, the screen crashed, and I couldn't post them. I'm disappointed because I really wanted to show the wonderful scenery.)

お天気もよくステキなバスツアーでした。運がよく一番前の席だったので、車窓からの景色もよく見えました。
イヤホンで各地の説明を聞くのですが、それ以外にもガイドさんからいろいろ説明していただけました。自分ではなかなか回ることができない場所が入っているツアーでした。
カンパーナ六花亭ではそこでしか食べられない美味しい「ふらの餅」の焼きたてを食べました。ベランダから見る富良野の景色もよかったです。昼食も美味しくワインも注文しました。富田ファームもお花と山々が見える景色に癒されました。青い池は思った程青ではなかったものの行ってみたい場所の一つでした。
それぞれの場所で自由行動でしたが、個人的には少し時間配分を変えていただいていいような気がしました。カンパーナ六花亭は、お土産など見たかったのでもう少し滞在していたかったし、富田ファームも奥の方まで行くには時間が足りず、青い池ももう少し時間が欲しかったかなと思います。逆に四季彩の丘は、富田ファームとお花畑かぶりもあり、アルパカに興味がない者には時間を持て余す感じでした。
総距離350キロだったとのこと。安全運転してくださったドライバーさんにも感謝です。
一人で参加したのですが、全く気になりません。バスの出発場所は札幌駅の北口でわかりやすいです。
また北海道に行く機会があれば、今度は別の場所に行くツアーに参加したいです。
（写真を投稿したかったのですが、何度やっても登録ボタンを押すと画面が落ちてしまい、投稿できませんでした。素晴らしい景色をぜひお見せしたかったのに残念です。）

Traveling by round-trip bus was very enjoyable.
During the bus ride, I was able to learn various information about Hokkaido and the zoo, which made for a very fun time.
I would have been happy if there was a tour that could make it in time for the morning snack time.

往復バスでの移動は、とても楽でした。
バスの中では、北海道や動物園の情報を色々とお話ししていただけて、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。
できれば、朝のもぐもぐタイムに間に合うツアーもあれば、嬉しいと思いました。

My husband had never been to Hokkaido, so we decided to travel together. Since Hokkaido is vast and not a familiar place for us, we chose to join a bus tour.

There was audio guidance, so I think non-Japanese speakers can enjoy it too. The bus guide was straightforward and had an interesting talk.

The weather was cloudy, and it started to rain in the latter half. The Blue Pond had a beautiful blue color, but I would have liked to see it in sunny weather as well.

Since we went on a weekday, the roads and facilities were not crowded, which made for a stress-free experience. Although our time was limited, we were able to take our time to enjoy the sights.

If I have the chance again, I would like to participate in other tours as well.

旦那が北海道に行ったことがなかったので、2人で旅行来ました。北海道は広いのと慣れた土地ではないのでバスツアーに参加することに決めました。
音声ガイダンスがあるので、日本人以外の方も楽しめるかと思います。バスガイドさんがサバサバしていて、トークも面白かったです。
肝心な天気は曇っていたのですが、後半は雨が降ってきました。青い池は綺麗な青い色をしていましたが晴れた姿も見てみたかったです。
平日に行ったので道路や施設内も混雑することなくストレスありませんでした。限られた時間の中でしたがゆっくり見ることができました。
また機会があれば、他のツアーにも参加してみたいです。

Asahiyama Zoo aside, the Blue Pond and Shiraito Falls were great. The weather was nice, which made the blue of the pond stand out.

旭山動物園もさることながら、青い池と白糸の滝が良かった。

The weather was mostly cloudy throughout the day, but I was relieved that it didn't rain.

I took an optional ride on the Shikotsu Lake sightseeing boat, but I heard that the lake was murky due to heavy rain last month, so the glass boat had poor visibility and I couldn't see anything at all. While the view from the boat was beautiful, I thought 1,800 yen was a bit pricey for that.

Since lunch wasn't included during this period, I had a meal at Mushroom Kingdom. The mushroom tempura was quite delicious.

I was looking forward to the Usuzan Ropeway. Was it a school trip? It was crowded with groups of students. There were plenty of chairs on the terrace, but unfortunately, there were no empty seats. There was also a line for soft serve ice cream, so I couldn't buy any. Although it wasn't clear weather, I was glad to enjoy the magnificent scenery in the pleasant autumn climate.

天気は1日薄曇りでしたが雨が降らなくて安心しました。

支笏湖観光船にオプションで乗りましたが、先月の大雨で湖が濁っているそうでグラスボートは視界不良でまったく見れず。湖の透明感を味わうことはできませんでした。船の上からの景色もきれいでしたが、これで1800円はちょっと高いな～と思ってしまいました。

ランチがついていない時期だったのできのこ王国で食事を取りました。きのこの天ぷらがなかなか美味しかったです。

楽しみにしていた有珠山ロープウェイ。修学旅行でしょうか？学生の団体でいっぱいです。テラスには椅子もたくさん置いてありましたが、空いている椅子がなく残念。ソフトクリームも列ができていて買えませんでした。
快晴ではありませんでしたが、秋の気持ちの良い気候の中ぐるりと雄大な景色を見ることができて良かったです。
