I was scared to drive on the snowy roads in Hokkaido during winter, so I signed up for a tour. It was great not having to drive, and I could enjoy some drinks during breaks! The guide was from China and mentioned that he would mainly speak Chinese when excited, but he could also speak Japanese and English, so I learned a lot and had a fun trip. On the day I went, about half of the participants were Japanese, and the rest were from China and the Philippines. The weather was nice, and the scenery was beautiful, making it a wonderful memory.

冬の北海道で雪道の運転が怖かったので、ツアーを申し込みました。
運転しなくていいので、休憩でお酒も飲めるし最高でした！
ガイドさんは中国の方で興奮すると中国語がメインになるとおっしゃってましたが、日本語も英語も話せるのでいろいろ教えてもらえて楽しい旅でした。
行った日は日本人が半分ほどで、あとは中国とフィリピンの方という感じでした。
天気も良く景色もいいので最高の思い出になりました。

Since there were only one-third as many Japanese tourists, the guide provided information in three languages (Japanese, Chinese, and English), which was impressive. I'm glad I could visit various places. It felt more like quickly going to different spots rather than leisurely sightseeing. I went in late March, so it was particularly cold around the lake. I think it's best to be well-prepared for the cold.

日本人観光客が1/3しかいなかったため、ガイドさんが3か国語(日本語、中国語、英語)で案内されてて凄かったです。
色んなところを観光できてよかったです。
ゆっくり観光というよりは、さくさく色んなところに行くという感じです。
3月下旬に行ったので、湖周辺は特に寒かったです。
防寒対策はしっかりされた方がいいと思います。

I was looking forward to the Lake Toya bus tour, and the guide was a Chinese person who spoke fluent Japanese. The explanations in Japanese were easy to understand, and the guidance was perfect. The ability to switch between Japanese, Chinese, and English was quite impressive. It was a lot of fun since it was all new places for me.

I had a full day of enjoyment. Thank you very much.

楽しみにしていました、洞爺湖バスツアー、ガイドさんは流暢な日本語を話す中国の方でした。日本語の説明もわかりやしく、案内も完璧でした。日本語、中国語、英語と使い分けは中々良かったです。初めての場所ばかりで大変楽しかったです。

The guide was simply wonderful. I was impressed by how skillfully they switched between Japanese and Chinese, keeping both Japanese and inbound tourists engaged. They had a wealth of information, and although it wasn't my first time in Hokkaido, I learned many things I didn't know, making it a meaningful day. Unfortunately, at the end at Lake Shikotsu, two inbound guests did not return to the bus by the departure time. The guide made several trips back and forth between Lake Shikotsu and the bus, desperately searching for them, but ultimately, we couldn't make contact until the tour ended, leaving a somewhat unsatisfactory feeling about the tour. I hope the two of them are safe. Thank you to our guide, Onodera, and our driver, Hinata, for a fun tour.

とにかくガイドさんが、素晴らしかった。日本語と中国語を巧みに使い分け、日本人も、インバウンドも退屈させないよう聞いていて感心しました。情報も沢山お持ちで、北海道は初めてではありませんでしたが、知らなかったこともいろいろ教えてもらい、有意義な一日になりました。残念だったのは、最後の支笏湖で、インバウンドの２名様が、出発時間になってもバスに戻ってこなかったこと。ガイドさんは何度も支笏湖とバスを往復し、必死に探していましたが、結局ツアー終了まで、連絡が取れず、なんとなく後味のすっきりしないツアーになってしまいました。お二人がご無事であったことを祈念しています。ガイドの小野寺さん、ドライバーの日向さん、楽しいツアーありがとうございました。

I have been to Hokkaido more than ten times, but this was my first time participating in a day trip bus tour. I have been to Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya in the summer, but the winter scenery was breathtaking. The overall course setting was excellent, and both the driver and the guide were kind and attentive. The lunch was also great, and it was the best experience. I would love to participate again if I have the chance.

北海道には10回以上行っていますが、日帰りバスツアーに初めて参加しました。
支笏湖や洞爺湖は夏には行った事があるのですが、冬の景色は絶景でした。
全体的なコース設定も最高で、運転手さん、ガイドさんも親切丁寧で、昼食も良くて最高でした。
また機会があったら参加したいです。

I had a wonderful time enjoying the unusually warm weather for Hokkaido.

I was impressed by the clear waters of Lake Shikotsu and excited by the encounter with a herd of fawns, which allowed me to feel the richness of Hokkaido's nature.

Also, at Showa Shinzan and the Usuzan Ropeway, I lost track of time while exploring and unfortunately couldn't make it to the bear ranch.

The "mushroom soup" from the Mushroom Kingdom that the guide recommended was truly delicious, and the lunch was also very satisfying with its generous portions.

北海道らしくない暖かさと天候にも恵まれて、とても楽しく過ごせました

支笏湖の透き通った水面に感激し、子鹿の群れとの遭遇に興奮して、北海道の自然の豊かさを感じることができました

また、一度行ってみたかった昭和新山と有珠山ロープウェイでは、あちこちを散策していたら時間が足りなくなり、熊牧場に行くことができず残念でした

ガイドさんに教えていただいた、きのこ王国の「きのこ汁」は本当に美味しかったですし、昼食もボリュームがあり大満足です

The guide was a woman named Onodera. She spoke broken Japanese and managed the tour beautifully for the Chinese tourists. She must be a naturalized Chinese citizen, but she was very friendly and casually spoke to me as well. I would definitely like to tour with her as my guide again.

小野寺さんという女性ガイドでした。片言の日本語を話されて、中国人観光客を相手に見事に車内を仕切っていました。帰化された中国人なのでしょうが、とても気さくで自分にも気軽に声をかけてくださいました。ぜひまた、この方のガイドで周ってみたいです。

There was one participant, but there were no issues. I participated on the Monday after the three-day weekend. There was a bit of traffic in the morning, but after that, we were able to stick to the schedule without any problems. The weather was snowy and foggy, but we were able to enjoy the hot springs at Lake Toya.

３連休明けの月曜日に参加。朝少し渋滞でしたが、その後は問題なく予定時間でまわることができました。
天候は雪と霧でしたが、洞爺湖では温泉に入れましたし、楽しむことができました。

I booked a trip to Hokkaido with my son without knowing much about the area, but it turned out to be a great decision as we were able to efficiently and enjoyably visit various tourist spots!

Especially, our guide, Mr. Gyoda, was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our detailed questions about the sights with care, precision, and a personal touch. While the content of the trip is important, what made it truly rewarding was receiving such high-quality service from our guide, which made me feel like I really got my money's worth.

息子との2人旅、北海道の事がよくわからずとりあえず申し込みましたが、効率よく楽しく観光地を回る事ができ、大正解でした！

特にガイドの行田さんが素晴らしくよかったです。知識が豊富で、観光に関する細かい質問にも、丁寧に的確にまた親身になって応えていただきました。
旅行内容も大切ですが、何よりガイドさんからこんなにも質の高いサービスを受ける事ができて、凄く得した気分になりました。

The guide was extremely kind. The mountains of Hell Valley in Noboribetsu, the bears at the bear ranch, the soup curry at Lake Toya, and the ice sculptures at Lake Shikotsu were all great.

ガイドは超親切です。登別の地獄谷の山、熊牧場の熊、洞爺湖のスープカレー、支笏湖の氷像は全部よくなりました。

There were 40 passengers on the bus, and only one was Japanese; the rest were Chinese. Several attractions were quite nice, but the bear farm at Showa Shinzan was very small, and the admission fee of 900 yen is not worth it. I do not recommend going there.

It was great to be able to enjoy the beautiful nature of Hokkaido on a day trip from Sapporo. It was reassuring and comfortable to leave the long-distance driving to the driver and relax in the car. The lunch had a rich menu, was hearty, and delicious. There were also foreign participants, but the guide used a translation device for explanations, so everyone gathered on time and there were no particular issues.

札幌から日帰りで北海道の大自然を観光できてとても良かったです。
長距離の移動をドライバーさんに任せて車内でのんびりして過ごせるので安心で快適です。
昼食はメニューが豊富でボリュームもあって美味しかったです。
外国人の方も参加していましたが、ガイドさんが翻訳機を使って説明していたので時間通りに集合していたし、特に問題ありませんでした。

The Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival was canceled due to the warm winter causing the ice to melt, but it was a very fulfilling and enjoyable tour. Two-thirds of the tour participants were inbound travelers, but the guide provided explanations in two languages, so there were no issues. Unexpectedly, on the way back, we were able to see many cute deer.

支笏湖氷濤まつりは暖冬の影響で氷が溶けて中止となってしまいましたが、とても充実した楽しいツアーでした。
当日のツアー客の３分の２はインバウンドの方でしたが、ガイドさんは二カ国語を使分けて説明してくれるので問題ありません。
思いがけず帰り道にはたくさんのカワイイ鹿を見ることができました。

I was able to see various places in one day. There were many foreign visitors, and the guide spoke in both Japanese and Chinese, which made me feel like I was in a foreign country.
I think it's difficult for individuals to do sightseeing in one day, especially during the winter, so I had a great time being able to see so much.
Personally, I was disappointed that the main event, the Shikotsu Lake Ice Festival, was canceled, but I hope to make a comeback next year. I think I will choose Bell Tours for that time.

1日で色々な所を見ることが出来た。外国の方が多く、ガイドさんも日本語と中国語でお話しされていて、ちょっと外国に来た気分でした。
個人では特に冬期は1日で観光するのは難しいと思うので、色々見学出来て楽しかったです。
個人的にメインの支笏湖氷濤祭りが中止になってしまい、残念でしたが、また、来年リベンジしたいな。と、思っています。その時にはベルツアーさんを選ぶと思います。

Basically, as everyone has mentioned in their reviews, there were many Chinese participants, and the guide was in Chinese. However, they personally addressed us in Japanese with great care!

Since I can't drive, I was satisfied with being efficiently guided to various places that I couldn't reach on my own, allowing me to take photos. There was a moment when I thought, "If only we had more time!" while waiting to ride the ropeway at Showa Shinzan, but since we were on a tour, it couldn't be helped!

I had a wonderful experience in the magnificent Hokkaido, received great recommendations, and I am very satisfied! Thank you!

基本的にみなさん口コミに書かれている通り、参加者は中国人が多く、中国語でのガイドになりました。私達へは個人的に日本語で丁寧にお声がけいただきました！

車が運転できないので、自力で行けないところへ効率よく様々な箇所に案内してもらえるので写真を撮ったりするには満足しています。
昭和新山でロープウェイに乗るにはあと5分…滞在時間が長かったら！と思うような時間配分もあったのですが、ツアーで動いてましたので、仕方ないですね！

とても壮大な北海道を体験できておすすめも教えてもらい、大変満足しています！ありがとうございました！

The view of Mount Eniwa, Mount Fubetsu, and Mount Tarumae from Lake Shikotsu was very beautiful. Unfortunately, this time I couldn't see Mount Yotei from Lake Toya, but the view from Mount Usu, which I accessed via the ropeway, was breathtaking. I had been to all these places in the summer, but the snowy scenery was also fantastic.

支笏湖から見える恵庭岳、風不死岳、樽前山はとても美しい景色でした。今回は残念ながら洞爺湖から羊蹄山を観ることはで出来ませんでしたがロープウェイで登った有珠山から景色は圧巻です。
全て夏に行った事のある所でしたが雪景色も最高でした。

It's been 20 years since I visited Hokkaido in winter. Originally, I planned to participate in an event, but since I happened to get a ticket for the last flight the next day, I decided to include a bus tour as well. A tour where I don't have to drive is relaxing, and I can enjoy unlimited delicious beer! I thought it would have been even better if they had offered beer during lunch, but overall, I was satisfied.

The travel time was quicker than I expected, and I was able to stop by the Ice Festival and Bear Ranch, which weren't on the itinerary, making it a fun experience. If you're looking for a light sightseeing option, this seems more than sufficient.

冬の北海道は20年ぶり。本来はイベント参加が目的でしたがその翌日に偶々取れた航空券が最終便だったこともあり、それならバスツアーを入れ込もうと思い立ちました。自分が運転しないツアーは気が楽で美味しいビールも飲み放題！昼食時にビールの斡旋してくれたらもっと良かったなあ、などとも思いましたが概ね満足です。
移動時間が思ったよりも早く、予定にはなかった氷濤やクマ牧場にも寄ることができて楽しく過ごせました。さらりと観光するならこれで充分に思えます。

There were only three Japanese participants, including us, on a fully booked bus. Despite that, our guide skillfully used both Japanese and Chinese to kindly and thoroughly explain the sights we saw from the bus, as well as recommend souvenirs and food, making it a very enjoyable tour.

Traveling around Noboribetsu, Lake Toya, Showa Shinzan, and Lake Shikotsu without a rental car can be quite challenging. However, this tour allowed us to reach each destination while receiving various guidance during the bus ride, and we had a reasonable amount of free time at each location, so it wasn't the typical rushed tour. It might have been a coincidence, but the fact that participants from overseas also managed to keep to the schedule without being late was likely due to the free time that was allocated. I'm grateful to everyone who participated together.

バス満席の中、日本人の参加者は私たちを含め3名だけ。そんな中ガイドさんは、日本語・中国語を上手に使って車窓から見えるものや、お勧めの土産や食べ物など親切にそして丁寧に説明してくれ、とても楽しいツアーでした。
登別、洞爺湖、昭和新山、支笏湖をレンタカーなしでめぐるのはとても大変です。でも、このツアーはバスに乗って車中いろいろなガイドをしてもらっているうちにそれぞれの目的地に着き、それぞれの場所ではそれなりに自由時間もあるので、よくありがちな急ぎ足のツアーではありませんでした。たまたまなのかもしれませんが、海外からの参加者の方も集合時間にほぼ遅れることなく行程が進めたのも自由時間が確保出来た一因なのかもしれません。一緒に参加された方々にも感謝です。

The magnificent scale of Hell Valley in Noboribetsu is impressive. I was moved by the Ice Festival at Lake Shikotsu. The sight of Showa Shinzan... Everything was a first-time experience, and I was very satisfied.

Since it was right in the middle of the Snow Festival, everywhere was crowded. The meeting point in the morning was a bit hard to find, but we were able to board the bus safely and headed straight to Jigokudani. Thanks to the overall kind guide, we were able to enjoy a leisurely bus tour. The bear ranch and Lake Shikotsu were also very nice. The Ice Festival was happening at the same time. The guide spoke in both Chinese and Japanese.

雪まつり真っ最中という事もあり、どこも人がいっぱいでした。朝一の集合場所は分かりにくかったですが無事にバスに乗る事もでき、そのまま地獄谷へ。総体的に親切なガイドさんのおかげでゆっくりバスツアーに参加する事ができました。熊牧場や支笏湖もとても良かったです。ちょうど氷濤まつりもありました。ガイドさんは中国語と日本語で話されてました。

The guide was considerate of each passenger. The announcements regarding precautions just before arriving at each spot and the departure times were clear. I was impressed that the driver bowed every time we got on and off the bus. The timing of the tour's schedule was just right. There were several restroom breaks, which were very helpful.

One disappointing thing was that the timing of the restroom break at the Mushroom Kingdom in Otaki Town was just before lunch. There were so many delicious options like mushroom curry bread and tempura that I really wanted to try, but in the end, I had to settle for just mushroom soup.

The announcements about the tourist spots and the history of the Sapporo area could be heard in multiple languages through a recording. I was surprised at first that it wasn't the guide's voice, but since there were many foreign tourists, I thought this was the best approach. The audio information was plentiful, so it was very educational.

各スポットに到着する直前の注意事項のアナウンスや出発時間のアナウンスも分かりやすかったです。
ドライバーさんも私達がバスを乗り降りする度に、会釈をしてくださり感動しました。
ツアーの内容の時間配分もちょうど良かったです。トイレ休憩も何度もあり、助かりました。
ひとつだけ残念だったのが、トイレ休憩で大滝町のキノコ王国に寄るタイミングが昼食の直前だったことです。キノコカレーパンや天ぷらなど、沢山の美味しいものが並んでいて、凄く食べたかったけど、結局、キノコ汁だけで我慢しました。

観光地や札幌近郊の歴史のアナウンスは、録音されたものを多言語で聴くことができました。はじめはガイドさんのアナウンスでないことにびっくりしましたが、外国人の観光客が多いのでこれが一番いい対応だと思いました。
音声での情報が多かったので、とても勉強になりました。

I apologize for the inconvenience caused to our guide, Shu, due to the accident. The tour itself had many highlights, and the travel time was not too long for a tour in Hokkaido, so I recommend it.

アクシデントでガイドのシュウさんにご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、申し訳ありませんでした。ツアー自体は見どころも多く、北海道のツアーにしては移動時間もさほど長くなく、お薦めです。

I'm glad I was able to see both Noboribetsu and Showa Shinzan, and to attend the Shikotsu Lake Ice Waterfall Festival, which is only held in winter. If I had to say something, I wish I could have stayed for the light-up longer.

I was surprised that out of 45 tour participants, I was the only Japanese person. It seems that more people are coming from abroad now.

There were nearly 40 participants today, and I was the only Japanese person. The guide was from Shanghai and spoke Chinese, English, and Japanese. That's impressive. Lunch was free, but while I was eating scallop fried rice at a recommended restaurant, a few people from the same bus came in. I thought it might be difficult to make detailed orders, but the guide appeared and took the orders together with the staff. I was impressed that both the staff and the customers were very helpful. It was wonderful. The conversation was interesting, and I found myself laughing while listening to the explanations. Unfortunately, the wind was strong, so I couldn't fully enjoy the beauty of the lake, but I was able to feel the nature that is not just beautiful. What left a strong impression on me personally was Showa Shinzan. I was able to see it up close from near the ropeway station of Mount Usu. Smoke was coming out from various places on the mountain. Perhaps due to the high surface temperature, there were areas without snow, giving it a rugged feel. I'm really glad I participated.

本日の参加者は４０名近くいて、日本人は私1人でした。ガイドさんは、上海の方で、中国語と英語と日本語を話しておられました。すごいです。昼食は自由だったのですが、お薦めいただいたお店で、帆立炒飯を食べていると、同じバスの方が何名か入ってこられました。細かい注文は難しいかなぁっと思っていると、ガイドさんが現れて、店員さんと一緒に注文してを取っていました。店員さんもお客さんもどちらもとても助かったのではないかと感心していました。素晴らしいです。お話も面白くで、解説を聞きながら笑ってしまいました。あいにく風が強くて、湖の美しさは堪能できませんでしたが、綺麗なだけではない自然も感じることができました。個人的にとても印象に残っているのは、昭和新山です。有珠山のロープウェイ乗り場近くから、本当に間近に見ることができました。山のいろんなところから煙も出ていました。表面の温度が高いのか、部分的に雪がなく、荒々しい感じでした。
参加してとても良かったです。

It was snowy in the morning, but it cleared up at just the right moments, allowing us to fully enjoy the scenery. The driver was sincere, and the guide was great. They weren't too talkative or too quiet, and they had a good sense of humor, making for a fun day. I wasn't expecting much from lunch, but I was pleasantly surprised. I chose this tour, which covers tourist spots far from central Sapporo, such as Lake Shikotsu, Lake Toya, and the Usuzan Ropeway, with the aim of enjoying the nature of Hokkaido in winter. It also included an unexpectedly luxurious lunch, which made me very satisfied. I can say this is the best value tour.

冬の北海道の自然を満喫することを目的に、札幌中心部から遠く離れた観光スポットである支笏湖、洞爺湖、有珠山ロープウェイなどが網羅されているこのツアーを選択。予想外の豪華な昼食もついており、大いに満足しました。コスパは最高なツアーと言えます。

While listening to the audio guide through my earphones, I visited Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu for the first time. The snowy scenery was incredibly beautiful thanks to the favorable weather. From the window of the hotel restaurant where we stopped for lunch, I enjoyed a wonderful view that looked like a postcard, along with elegantly arranged kaiseki cuisine. I was very satisfied to be part of this tour.

イヤホンから聞こえる音声ガイドを聞きながら、初めて訪問した洞爺湖、支笏湖。そして雪景色。天候に恵まれて凄く綺麗に見えました。
昼食で立ち寄ったホテルのお食事処の窓からも絵葉書の一枚を見るような素晴らしい景色と品良く並んだ懐石を堪能しました。
このツアーに参加できて満足でした。

I didn't have high expectations for lunch, but considering the sightseeing fee, it was very good.
The outbound and return journeys were significantly delayed due to snowy roads, but thanks to the driver's careful driving and the timely guidance from the tour guide (Mr. Yamauchi), I was able to enjoy the trip without getting bored.
The other passengers were also great people.
Overall, it was excellent.
All the crew and passengers were wonderful.
If I have the opportunity, I will use Chuo Bus and Veltra again.
