Sapporo was hit by heavy snowfall the day before. Although there were concerns about the itinerary, everything went smoothly throughout the day, and it turned out to be a fun experience. It became an irreplaceable memory. I also appreciate our guide, Shu, for accommodating my requests. Thank you very much for your help.

行程が危ぶまれましたが、終始スムーズにガイドしていただき楽しい一日になりました。
かけがえのない思い出となりました。
ガイドのシュウさんにも、無理を聞いていただきました。本当にお世話になりました。ありがとうございます。

I made a reservation and had some requests that I communicated through inquiries, but on the day of the pickup, I was told I wasn't on the customer list... The guide confirmed with the head office, and I was finally able to board. However, since I wasn't on the list, even though I reserved for four people, we couldn't all ride together and had to split into two buses with two people each. The order of the route was different, so in the end, we mostly ended up going around separately. I was quite disappointed.

The tour itself was conducted with two large buses, one in Chinese and the other in English. The bus guide and the driver were very kind, providing clear explanations and instructions, which made everything run smoothly. I truly appreciated their professionalism, especially considering the challenge of coordinating a diverse group of international travelers.

The itinerary allowed for stays of about 30 to 90 minutes at each location, which was great for quickly covering all the spots. Since it was free time, experiences varied for everyone. There were times I felt it was too short, and other times when I thought it was enough. Overall, the emphasis on punctuality was evident, and everyone adhered to the schedule, which helped maintain good order.

予約して、その後要望があり問い合わせでやり取りまでしていたのに、当日、ピックアップの際に顧客リストにないと言われ…ガイドさんが本社に確認してやっと乗れました。しかし、4名で予約したのに、リストになかったので、一緒に乗れず、バス2台で2名ずつに分かれて乗ることに。ルートを回る順番が違うので結局、ほとんど分かれて回ることになりました。かなりガッカリです。
ツアー自体は大型バス2台で中国語と英語のツアーで、バスガイドさんと運転手さんはとても親切でとてもわかりやすい説明と指示でスムーズに進めてくださって、本当に素晴らしかったです。多種多様な海外の方をまとめるのは大変だと思いますがプロフェッショナルでとても脱帽でした。
コース自体はそれぞれの場所に30-90分くらい滞在する形でちゃちゃっと全部周るという面ではとても良かったです。自由行動なので経験は人それぞれになるかと思います。短いと感じる時もあれば、もういいやと思うときとありました。ひとまず、時間通りにというのを誇張されていたのでみんな規律と時間厳守ですごく統制は取れていました。

Nice to meet you. I participated in a day trip departing from Sapporo by myself. Most of the guests were from overseas. I was impressed by how the guide explained things in various languages.

The sightseeing spots were free for each person to explore, so I could look around without any hesitation, and since lunch was also free to choose, I was able to enjoy my time even as a solo participant.

初めまして利用してみました。
札幌から出発の日帰り旅で1人で参加しました。
ほとんどが海外からのお客さんでした。ガイドさんが色々な言語で説明していてすごいなと感心しました。

観光場所は各自自由散策になりので気兼ねなく見る事が出来、昼食も各自自由に食べれるので1人参加でも楽しく過ごす事が出来ました。

It was the best experience, allowing us to efficiently visit various spots that we couldn't have done on our own in just one day, and it was also cost-effective!

Especially at Lake Shikotsu, even though it was winter, we could see a bit of Shikotsu Blue, which was very magical and beautiful.

Our guide, Catherine, was very knowledgeable and skillfully explained things in Japanese, English, and Chinese. She was also a great speaker, and I really enjoyed it! I would love to join her guided tour again.

About 80% of the other guests were from Korea and China, and there were few Japanese guests, but everyone was quiet on the bus and adhered to the meeting times, making it a very comfortable tour.

The only downside was that I was looking forward to the photo of the Showa Shinzan Ropeway included in the tour photos, but we didn't have enough time to ride it, so just be aware of that. Other than that, it was a very satisfying tour!

1日で自分達だと回れない色んなスポットを効率良く回れてコスパも良く最高でした！
特に支笏湖では冬でしたが支笏ブルーも少し見れてとても幻想的で綺麗でした。

ガイドのキャサリンさんはとても博識で、日本語、英語、中国語を巧みに使い説明をしてくれて、話しもとても上手で本当に楽しかったです！
また彼女のガイドツアーに参加したいです。

まわりのお客さんの8割は韓国、中国からのお客さんで日本人の方が少なかったですが、車内でも静かで皆んな集合時間も守っていてとても快適なツアーでした。

ひとつだけ残念なのは、ツアー写真に昭和新山のロープウェイの写真があったので楽しみにしていたのですが、ロープウェイに乗るには時間が足りず乗れないので、そこだけ注意です。
それ以外はとても大満足なツアーでした！

Unfortunately, the guide's Japanese was not only poor, but as a Chinese person, their Chinese expression was also not very good. There was hardly any guidance in Japanese. However, the scenery is incredibly beautiful! The sights are worth visiting, but the guide was the only regret.

残念ながらガイドさんの日本語は苦手だけではなく、中国人として中国語の表現もあまり上手ではない。日本語の案内もぜんぜんなかった。しかし、景色はめっちゃきれい！
导游的日语真的不太好，中文表达能力也很一般。景点很美值得一去，但导游是唯一的遗憾。

I visited Sapporo for the first time. Since I wasn't used to walking on snowy roads, choosing a bus tour was definitely the right decision! Although there were mostly foreigners, the guide was considerate and explained everything in Japanese first, providing detailed and enjoyable explanations, which allowed us to make the most of our sightseeing schedule! Although lunch wasn't included, I tried the guide's recommendations and was able to enjoy sightseeing within the limited time. Thanks to the timely progress made by the driver and the guide, it was a fun day. I highly recommend it!

札幌に初めて行きました。雪道慣れないのでバスツアーにして大正解でした！
外国人ばかりでしたが、ガイドさんが気をつかって日本語を先に説明してくださり、とても詳しく楽しく説明してくださったので、スケジュールを有効につかって観光できました！昼食なしでしたが、ガイドさんのおすすめを食べて、限られた時間を有効に観光できました。雪の中、時間通りに進めてもらって、運転手さんガイドさんのおかげで、楽しい１日でした。おススメです！

I enjoyed the magnificent nature with the snow-covered mountains in the background. The food was delicious, and thanks to the driver's safe driving and the guide's professional explanations and attentiveness, I was able to relax and have a great time. I would like to experience this again in another season.

雪化粧の山々をバックに雄大な大自然を満喫しました。食事も美味しく、運転手さんの安全な運転、ガイドさんのプロの説明と気遣いもあり、ゆったりとした気分で楽しめました。また他の季節に利用してみたいです。

On the day of the trip, it snowed and turned into a cold day. Since I wasn't used to driving on snowy roads, I chose a bus tour instead of renting a car. During the journey, I listened to an audio guide that explained the sightseeing spots and information about Hokkaido, and the guide also shared various stories, so I never felt bored. The lunch was delicious as well. Before lunch, I stopped at a drive-in and bought mushroom soup and mushroom rice balls, both of which were tasty and I highly recommend them. On the way back from Lake Toya, the guide pointed out that "a red fox is walking in the snow," and I was able to see it. There was also a garbage collection before getting off the bus. Thanks to the friendly and cheerful bus guide and driver, I had a great day.

当日は、雪が降って寒い1日になりました。雪道に慣れていないので、レンタカーというわけにはいかす、バスツアーを選びました。道中は、イヤホンガイドで、観光地や北海道についての説明を聞きながら、ガイドさんも色々と話してくれて、退屈する事なく過ごせました。昼食も美味しかったです。ランチ前に寄ったドライブインで、きのこ汁ときのこのおにぎりを買いましたが、どちらも美味しく、オススメです。洞爺湖からの帰路の途中で、ガイドさんが「キタキツネが雪の中を歩いている」と教えてくれ、見ることができました。バスの降車前にゴミの回収もありました。親切で明るいバスガイドさん、運転手さんで、いい1日が過ごせました。

It started with light rain, and there were moments when it was sunny along the way, but when I got on the cable car, I was disappointed because I couldn't see anything in the clouds! I would like to participate again when the weather is nice. Thank you very much.

小雨程度でスタートして、途中晴れた時もありましたが、肝心のロープウェイに乗った時、雲の中で何も見えなくて残念でした‼️また天気のよい時に参加したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

It was very easy to find the departure point next to the TV Tower. I felt that the tour, which covered the main tourist spots in the Southern Hokkaido area in one day, was a great deal. The view from the observation deck at Lake Toya was beautiful and impressive. Since the tour depends on the weather, I would recommend the spring and summer seasons. I was very satisfied!

テレビ塔横が発着のためとても分かりやすかった。
ツアーは道南エリアの主要観光地を1日で回ってとてもお得だと感じた。
洞爺湖の展望台はとてもきれいで感動した。天気に左右されるツアーだと思うので春夏のシーズンがおすすめかも。大満足でした！

Since there were few participants, we could choose our bus seats freely and sit comfortably, which was very pleasant. Both the guide and the driver were nice people. The lunch was also delicious. I think it was much more cost-effective in terms of time and money compared to going by public transportation on our own. However, it was a bit disappointing that we ended up with a group of foreign tourists on the Usuzan Ropeway, and it was extremely noisy.

ただ、有珠山のロープウェイで外国人観光客の団体と一緒になりものすごくうるさかった事だけが残念です。

I used this for a family trip. The guide was a kind person. Lunch was at a place with a view of Lake Toya (it had a nice atmosphere). I would like to use it again. ^^

The round-trip cable car ride, including lunch, allowed us to enjoy the experience for 10 hours, and it was a great value. The automatic audio guide via earphones was available in multiple languages, and it was convenient to just remove the earphones when we didn't want to listen. The mushroom soup and lunch were satisfying as well. The views at all the sightseeing spots were fantastic. Although it was sunny, the snow from a few days prior made the snowy scenery very beautiful. I'm glad we visited the bear ranch too. The guide took a lot of photos for us. Thank you very much.

ロープウェイ往復、昼食代も込みで、10時間かけて楽しむことができ、コスパ最高でした。イヤホンによる自動音声案内も多言語対応で、聞きたくない時はイヤホンを外すだけなのでよかったです。きのこ汁や昼食も満足でした。どの見学地も景色が最高でした。晴れの天気でしたが数日前の降雪のため、雪景色がとても綺麗でした。クマ牧場も行ってよかったです。ガイドさんにたくさん写真を撮ってもらいました。ありがとうございました。

The bus guide was kind, and the driver drove safely, so I was able to ride with peace of mind. If I could wish for something, it would be great if the time at the sightseeing spots could be set a little longer, even if the return time is later. Also, since the guide only spoke Japanese, foreign visitors might have had some trouble understanding the explanations.

バスガイドさんも親切で、運転手さんも安全な運転だったので、安心して乗車できました。欲を言えば、帰る時刻は遅くてもいいので、観光地の時間をもう少しだけ長めに設定して頂けると良かったです。また、日本語オンリーのガイドさんだったので、外国の方は説明がわからず少し困ったかもしれません。

The passenger ratio was about one-third Japanese, with the rest mainly from China and South Korea. The guide was from China and spoke alternately in Japanese and Chinese. I thought I would get tired from the long bus ride, but the guide's skillful storytelling and the beautiful winter scenery outside made the time fly by. If I had to mention one thing, the exploration time was short, and I wished we could stay longer, but it seems unavoidable since the days are shorter in winter in Hokkaido. The guide mentioned that summer is more enjoyable. The snow-covered Hell Valley and Showa Shinzan were really beautiful, so I’m glad I visited in winter. The plan was well thought out, especially with the timing for sunset at Lake Shikotsu. I would like to book a different tour next time I visit Hokkaido.

乗客の割合は、日本人が1/3、その他は中国や韓国からが主でした。
ガイドさんは中国の方?で、日本語と中国語を交互に話してくださりました。
長時間バスに揺られて疲れるかと思いましたが、ガイドさんの巧みな話術や、外の冬景色に気を取られているとあっという間なように感じました。
ひとつ言うなら、散策時間が短いのでもっと滞在したいと思いましたが、冬の北海道は日が暮れるのが早いので仕方なさそうです。夏の方が楽しめるとガイドさんは仰っていました。雪の降った地獄谷や昭和新山がとても素敵だったので、私は冬に行ってよかったと思います。
日没に合わせた支笏湖など、とても考えられたプランでした。
また北海道に伺った際は、違うツアーを申し込みたいです。

It was cold, and it snowed a little along the way, but both Lake Shikotsu and Lake Toya had wonderful scenery. Riding the ropeway provided a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view. We also had lunch at the hotel, and it was a satisfying experience that felt far beyond a day trip bus tour. The day trip lasted a long time, from around 8:30 in the morning until the evening, and I thought the price was very reasonable. This trip to Hokkaido became my best memory.

寒くて途中雪が少し降りましたが支笏湖、洞爺湖とも素晴らしい景色でした。ロープウェイにも乗り360度のパノラマの景色は絶景でした。ランチもホテルで頂き、日帰りバスツアーとは思えないほどの満足感のある内容でした。朝の8時半くらいから夕方まで長い間の日帰りツアーで色々と連れて行っていただいて、料金はすごくお安いと思いました。この度の北海道旅行の1番の思い出になりました。

There was a major accident near Mushroom Kingdom on the way from Lake Toya to Lake Shikotsu, which forced us to make a U-turn. However, thanks to the driver's efforts, we took a slightly longer route but were able to return to Sapporo almost on time. The guide was cheerful throughout and spoke fluently in three languages, fulfilling their duties excellently!

洞爺湖から支笏湖に向かうキノコ王国の近くで大きな事故があり、Uターンを余儀なくされましたが、運転手さんの起点により、多少遠回りにはなりましたが、ほぼ定刻で札幌まで戻れました。
ガイドの方も終始明るく3カ国話を流暢に話され、お仕事を全うされていました！

Although I was a bit anxious about participating alone, I was able to visit the sightseeing spots more efficiently than I had expected. The tour guide was friendly, and the other guests from overseas were also very pleasant.

一人での参加で不安もありつつでしたが、思っていた以上に観光名所を効率良く回れ、ツアーガイドさんも気さくで、海外からのお客さんも感じの良い方たちでした。

The day after arriving in Sapporo, I participated in a tour. Since the next morning was early, I wanted to find the information center at Sapporo Station before heading to the hotel. However, I had a hard time locating it because there was construction going on inside the station. I felt it would be helpful if the information center's signs were more visible, such as being hung from the ceiling.

On that morning, there were about five people who were cutting it close on time and mentioned they had trouble finding the place. I was satisfied with the tour because we were able to visit all the places we wanted to go. The water at Lake Toya and Lake Shikotsu was incredibly clear and transparent, which surprised me. I was thrilled to be able to walk down to the water's edge.

For lunch, we had a luxurious meal that was delicious, and I’ve attached a photo. We took the ropeway up to Mount Usu and walked from there to the summit. The magnificent scenery of Hokkaido was amazing. The tour duration seemed just right, and I appreciated the safe driving from both the guide and the driver. I got off at Susukino, and it was my first time being able to get off exactly where I wanted during a tour.

札幌についた翌日にツアーに参加しました。
翌日朝が早いのでホテルに行く前に札幌駅で案内所を見つけようと思って探したのですが、札幌駅構内も工事をしており案内所を見つけるのに大変苦労しました、構内側から見たときに案内所の表示が見やすいように、例えば天井から吊り下げてあればいいと感じました。
当日朝5人ほど時間ギリギリの方もいて場所がよくわからなかったとのことでした。
ツアーは行きたいところに行けたので満足してます。
洞爺湖、支笏湖の水がとてもきれいで、透きとおっていて驚きでした。
波打ち際まで降りることができて感激です。
お昼は、豪華な食事でおいしかったです、写真添付しておきます。
有珠山はロープウェイで上って、ついたところから歩いて頂上までいってきました。
北海道の雄大な景色が素晴らしかったです。
ツアー時間はちょうどいいかも、ガイドさんも運転手さんも安全運転で感謝です。
降りるところもススキのでおりました、自分の降りたいところで降りれるツアーは初めてです。

I was satisfied with being able to visit many tourist spots during the autumn foliage season in Hokkaido. At each location, the bus guide took photos for us, allowing us to keep memorable pictures. This time, there were many foreign participants, and the guidance was mainly in English, but the guide was very considerate, making it easy to enjoy the sightseeing. I think the duration of stay at each tourist spot was just right. Since I participated alone, I was very happy to be able to enjoy sightseeing at my own pace. If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate again next time.

北海道の紅葉の季節に、たくさんの観光地がまわれて満足できました。
各地の観光地で、バスのガイドさんに写真を撮っていただき、記念に残る写真を残すことができました。
今回は、外国の方が多く参加されていて案内は外国の方が中心にはなったのですが、ガイドさんが気配りをしてくださり、安心して観光ができました。
各観光地の滞在時間に関しては、ちょうど良かったと思います。
今回、１人での参加のため、気楽に観光が出来てとても嬉しかったです。
機会があれば、次回も参加したいと思っています。

This tour was completely different from the last one, so I wanted to write about it.

First, the meeting point at Sapporo TV Tower was hard to find. There were many sightseeing buses nearby, and since there was no one to ask, I called the help center. The Chinese man who answered the phone asked, "Can you see the mountains?" and I was confused.

Due to traffic issues, we couldn't enter the highway and were an hour and a half late to the first location. However, there was no communication about this. We were only informed after arriving at Hell Valley.

The Chinese female guide provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese, but she was only fluent in Chinese. There wasn't much information given about the tourist sites. I could tell that 70% of the passengers were Chinese, but even when I said multiple times that I didn't understand Chinese, she continued to speak in Chinese.

Additionally, it was very disappointing that it rained that day.

前回行ったツアーと全然違いますので、書きました。
まずは札幌テレビ塔の集合場所が分かりにくいです。
近くに観光バスがたくさんあって、聞く人がいなかったのでヘルプセンターに電話してみました。
電話が出てくれた中国人の男性は「山が見えますか？」って言われて、は？って思いました。

事項のせいで高速道路に入れなくなって、最初の場所まで一時間半も遅れました。しかし、全然報告がありませんでした。地獄谷に到着してから言われました。
中国人の女性ガイドさんは日本語・英語・中国語で説明されるが、中国語だけ上手いです。
観光地の情報もあんまり説明されませんでした。
乗客は70％中国人だとわかるけど、何回も中国語が分かりませんっと言っても中国語で言ってくれました。
また、当日が雨だったので、とても残念でした。

Most of the participants were from overseas, and the guide provided information in three languages. Thanks to the cheerful guide and the friendly driver, it turned out to be a very enjoyable day. The time allocation at each location was just right, and being able to visit so many places efficiently in one day is something only a tour can offer. Personally, I really enjoyed the Summit Memorial Museum that we visited while exploring Lake Toya.

海外からの参加者がほとんどで、ガイドさんは3か国語で案内しておられました。明るいガイドさんと朗らかな運転手さんのおかげで、大変楽しい1日になりました。全ての場所の時間配分もちょうどよく、一日でこれだけの場所を効率よく回れるのはツアーならではかと。個人的には洞爺湖散策で入ったサミット記念館がすごくよかったです。

I enjoyed a smooth day trip with a luxurious lunch. The crew members were consistently kind, and if I have the opportunity again, I would like to use VELTRA's tours.

スムーズな日帰り旅行で昼食も豪華で堪能しました。また乗務員の方々も終始親切な対応で、また機会がありましたらこちらのVELTRAさんのツアーを利用したいと思います。

The weather wasn't very good, but I'm grateful to the bus guide for their stories and to the driver for safely handling the long drive of over 200 km.

天気はあまり良くありませんでしたが、バスガイドさんのお話と200km以上のロングドライブを安全にこなしてくれた運転手さんに感謝です。

Visited on October 30, 2023. Due to the unusually hot temperatures lasting for a long time, the autumn leaves were about 80% changed. The weather was clear, so it was a great opportunity for sightseeing. Most of the passengers were foreigners, but the atmosphere on the bus was quiet. The guide's explanations were mostly in Chinese, but it was nice that they also provided information in Japanese. When most of the passengers are foreigners, it's beneficial to have some prior knowledge about the sightseeing spots. Understanding what the locations are like before arriving can enhance the enjoyment, even if the guide's Japanese explanations are limited. The guide was very proactive in taking photos, which was appreciated for solo participants.

At the Toyako Onsen area, we had free time for lunch, but there were fewer restaurants. The restaurant I had researched had a four-person wait. Since lunch time was limited, I couldn't eat there and had to go somewhere else, which was a bit disappointing. I regretted not buying food at a convenience store before boarding or at the Seicomart near Lake Toya. We got caught in traffic just before arriving at Shikotsu Lake and arrived 40 minutes late. It was too dark to enjoy the sights of Lake Toya. The tour was planned to arrive just before sunset in Hokkaido, but that didn't happen, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a packed itinerary, and I thought it might have been better if the time at the two souvenir stops was reduced. Thank you to the guide and driver for their long hours of service!

2023年10月30日利用。異常に暑い気温が長く続いたため紅葉は８分位。晴天だったので良い観光ができました。殆ど外国人の乗客でしたが、車内は静かでした。ガイドさんの説明時間は殆ど中国語でしたが日本語でも対応いただき良かったです。乗客が殆ど外国人の場合、事前に観光地の情報、知識等を自分で把握しておいて、ガイドさんの少な目な日本語の説明がなくても現地に到着してどういう所なのか、理解していると楽しみも増します。ガイドさんが写真を積極的に撮ってくださるので一人参加者の場合、ありがたかったです。洞爺湖温泉街で各自に自由な昼食になっていますが、レストランが少なめ。事前に調べていたレストランは4人待ち。昼食時間が限られているため、このレストランでは食べられず、別の所で食べましたがちょっと不満足感。集合前にコンビニで食物を買って乗車あるいは、洞爺湖近くにセイコーマートがあるのでそこで買えばよかったと悔やまれました。支笏湖到着間際に渋滞に巻き込まれ、40分遅れて到着。真っ暗で洞爺湖観光どころではありませんでした。ツアー予約前にぎりぎり北海道の日没時間前に間に合うかと思うプランでしたが、叶わず、ちょっと残念。総合的に盛りだくさんで、お土産2か所の時間を減らすと、いいかも？と思いました。ガイドさん、ドライバーさん長時間にわたってありがとうございました！

自分では、なかなか行けない場所を効率よく行くことができました。ガイドさんのお話も面白く、１日があっという間でした。とても充実したツアーです。

The weather was great, and of course, the sightseeing was excellent, but the highlight was our guide, Catherine. She provided explanations in Japanese, English, and Chinese, and was attentive to everyone from all countries. As a solo participant from Japan, she always reached out to me. She did this for the entire group. Just watching her made me feel good.

天気が良く最高の観光ができたのはもちろんのことガイドのキャサリンさんが素晴らしかった。日本語、英語、中国語で説明をしてくれたり、全ての国の方々全員に気配りをしていました。私は一人参加の日本人ですが常に声をかけてくれました。それを全てのグループにしていました。その姿を見ているだけで気分がよくなりました。
