The driver was very kind, walking with us to explain the tourist spots, stopping at scenic locations for photo opportunities, and providing exceptional service, making for a very enjoyable sightseeing experience. It was my first trip to Kyushu, and I thoroughly enjoyed Takachiho and Aso. Above all, the flexibility in the order of places to visit, as well as the ability to accommodate our desired locations and time, was very good.

I traveled with two families, including relatives from overseas, and we had a wonderful time. The Aso area alone is full of attractions, and we also enjoyed Takachiho, making it a luxurious trip. These were places that are hard to reach for amateurs. Along the way, we were surrounded by vibrant and lush greenery, which was truly soothing for the soul.

The driver's hospitality was exceptional; he flexibly suggested plans, recommended dining spots, and shared stories about the tourist sites. It was a thoroughly attentive experience. Everyone in the family was deeply moved by the grandeur of nature, as well as the local history, culture, and traditions. Not only that, but the whole family became big fans of the driver, making it an unforgettable journey. Thanks to the driver's experience, knowledge, and skills, we had a safe and comfortable trip. I'm really glad we chose this journey.

For those planning to use this service, I recommend considering lunch timing and narrowing down the spots you want to visit. Each attraction is quite far apart, and it takes a considerable amount of time to move between them. Additionally, at crowded tourist spots, if you take time to take photos and enjoy yourself, you will quickly run out of time. Most dining places in Takachiho close at 2 PM, so I think it's best to plan ahead considering waiting times and eating.

Note: For those planning to visit the Aso volcano crater, please be aware that volcanic gases (sulfur dioxide) can pose a danger to life, so individuals with respiratory conditions cannot enter. The same applies to those who are not feeling well. Even those who are generally healthy but have concerns are advised to wear masks.

海外から遊びに来た家族と共に、2家族、子連れで参加しました。阿蘇エリアだけでも見どころが満載な上に、高千穂まで堪能し、贅沢な旅になりました。どこも素人ではなかなか辿り着けない場所でした。道中、見渡す限り鮮やかで豊かな緑に包まれて、眩しい緑の世界に心癒されました。
　運転手さんのおもてなしの心が素晴らしく、臨機応変にプランを提案してくださったり、お食事処を教えてくださったり、観光地にまつわる話を教えてくださったり、、、至れり尽くせりでした。家族もみんな、壮大な自然の美しさや、地域の歴史、文化、伝統を知ることができ、とても感動していました。それだけでなく、家族みんなが運転手さんの大ファンになるという、忘れがたい旅になりました。運転手さんの経験、知識、技術のおかげ様で、安全で快適な旅でした。この旅をお願いして本当に良かったです。
　これから利用される方は、ランチの時間の考慮、周りたいスポットを最小限に絞ることをおすすめします。見どころのロケーションのひとつひとつに距離があり、移動にかなり時間がかかります。また、観光客で溢れる観光地で、写真を撮ったり、ゆっくり楽しんでいると、すぐに時間が足りなくなります。高千穂では、ほとんどのお食事処が14時に閉店します。順番待ちと食べる時間を考慮して早めが良いと思います。
備考: 阿蘇山火口に行かれる方は、火山ガス（二酸化硫黄）が生命に危険を及ぼすため、呼吸器疾患をお持ちの方は入場できません。体調が優れない方も同様です。健康に自信がある方でも心配な方は、マスクの着用をおすすめします。

I was able to efficiently visit Takachiho and Aso, and it was a very fulfilling sightseeing experience. The driver was very kind and even took us to additional recommended sightseeing spots, making it a fun day. I recommend it for those who are unsure about driving a rental car to visit tourist attractions.

I used a sightseeing taxi from Aso to Kumamoto City. Unfortunately, the weather forecast predicted heavy rain! With the long rains of the rainy season, there were also areas along the way with landslides. The driver had researched this information in advance and informed us about changes to the course and route during our morning meeting. Since we traveled by car everywhere, it was very comfortable even in the rain. It was nice not to have to worry about train or bus schedules. Along the way, I remembered places from commercials, and the driver would casually mention that we were close to those locations, allowing us to stop at places that weren't originally planned. Above all, our driver, Mr. Takashiro, was very knowledgeable, and our conversations during the ride were lively and enjoyable.

I hadn't thought at all about lunch, but when my child expressed a desire to eat something, the driver helped us find it along the way, and we managed to have a meal without any issues.

We had a very enjoyable day. While I think group tours are good, I found that a chartered taxi is excellent for family trips, especially when traveling with small children or elderly people, as they provide thoughtful considerations.

阿蘇から熊本市内までの観光タクシーを利用しました。当日は生憎にも土砂降り予報！梅雨の長雨もあり途中道に土砂崩れの箇所があったりもしました。ドライバーさんは事前にその情報を調べてくれていて、コース内容や順路の変更などを朝の集合の時に知らせてくれました。どこに行くにも車移動なので雨でもとても楽でした。電車の時間やバスの時間を気にする事なく居られたのも良かったです。途中でCMの場所を思い出したり、話している時にその場所近いですよとか、予定に無いところも気軽によって貰えました。何よりドライバーさん（高城さん）がとても物知りな方で話を聞いている移動の車中も盛り上がりました。
お昼ご飯を全く考えていかなかったのですが、子供が食べたいと言ったものを移動途中で探してくれて無事に済ませることが出来ました。
1日とても楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。
ツアーの観光も良いと思いますが、家族旅行や小さい子供さんやご年配の方が一緒の旅行などは細かい配慮もしてもらえる貸切タクシーはとてもよいとおもいました。

It was a sightseeing trip on Sunday. Many restaurants in the Takachiho Gorge area are closed on Sundays, and it seemed that the driver wasn't very familiar with the area, so in the end, we could only eat the grilled rice cakes from the Takachiho Gorge shop.

They took us to the sightseeing spots, but they didn't provide very detailed explanations. For those who find explanations annoying, it might be just right.

Since it was a private tour, we had flexibility with our time and were able to use a rental boat. The rental boats were expensive, but they were popular. Thinking that I might not come here again, I decided to use it even though it was pricey.

日曜の観光でした。高千穂峡エリアの飲食店は、日曜日が休みのところが多く、ドライバーも詳しく知らないようで、結局高千穂峡売店の焼き餅位しか食べられませんでした。
観光地に連れて行ってくれましたが、それほど丁寧に解説はしてくれませんでした。解説がうるさいと思う人にはちょうど良いと思います。

個人観光だったので、時間の融通が利き、貸しボートを利用することができました。貸しボートは高いけれど、人気でした。もう来る事は無いかもしれないと思うと、高くても利用しました。

It was the best tour. We were able to efficiently visit both Takachiho and Aso, enjoying the freshness of Takachiho and the grandeur of Aso. It didn't feel too busy, and I can recommend it to people of various ages. The flowing somen noodles in Takachiho were fun.

We used this service for our trip as a couple. Since we often use sightseeing taxis at various travel destinations, we researched several sites and decided to go with this one due to the positive reviews. It turned out to be a great choice.

Kurokawa Onsen is far from the airport, so the main options for transportation are rental cars or buses, but with a sightseeing taxi, you can visit all the main attractions in Aso, such as the Aso volcano crater, Kusasenri, Daikanbo, and Nabegataki, while being taken to your accommodation. This time, we also requested a stop at Shirakawa Onsen next to Kurokawa Onsen.

We were picked up right in front of the airport arrival area, and they helped carry our luggage, making for an easy start. The driver was very talkative and full of service spirit, taking us to various spots not on the route, like Shirakawa Springs and scenic viewpoints. We were able to leisurely explore, and they informed us about limited-edition souvenirs from the crater, which we were able to purchase. The assistance during boarding and alighting was very polite, and they took great photos for us, making for wonderful memories. They also took us to a restaurant that matched our lunch preferences.

Aso has many mountain roads (especially narrow roads in Kurokawa Onsen), and finding parking at tourist spots can be time-consuming, so it would have been quite difficult with a rental car.

We were blessed with good weather, making it a very memorable anniversary trip. I highly recommend this service for those who want to enjoy sightseeing comfortably and without hassle.

今回夫婦での旅行で使わせていただきました。各地の旅行先では観光タクシーを利用することが多いので、いろいろなサイトを調べた結果、口コミの良かったこちらでお願いすることにしました。結果大正解でした。
黒川温泉は空港から遠くレンタカーかバスでの移動が主になりますが、観光タクシーを使えば阿蘇山火口、草千里、大観峰、鍋ヶ滝など阿蘇観光のメインを全てまわりながら宿まで送っていただけます。今回は黒川温泉のお隣の白川温泉までお願いしました。
空港到着口前でピックアップ、荷物も運んでくださり楽々スタートです。ドライバーさんはとても話上手で、サービス精神満点の方でルートにない白川水源や絶景箇所などいろいろ回ってくださいました。のんびりあちこち見て回れて、火口限定のお土産のことも教えてもらい購入できました。乗り降りのときの対応もとても丁寧で、写真も上手に撮ってくださり良い記念になりました。昼食も希望に合ったお店に連れて行ってもらいました。
阿蘇は山道も多く（黒川温泉は特に道がせまい）、観光場所では駐車場所を探す時間も惜しいのでレンタカーだったら大変そうでした。
天気にも恵まれとてもいい記念日旅行になりました。
手ぶらで楽に心地よく観光に行かれたい方にはぜひお勧めです。

We used a sightseeing taxi with a group of five and toured Takachiho Gorge and the surrounding area of Mount Aso. Our driver provided detailed explanations, and we were blessed with good weather, making for a very satisfying sightseeing experience. On the way there, we were taken to the old aqueduct called Tsujun Bridge, which was recently registered as a national heritage site, and it was very interesting. Unfortunately, due to high alert levels, we couldn't get close to the crater of Mount Aso, but we were able to take photos at a viewpoint with a great view. Our driver was very helpful. We were able to use our time efficiently, and if the opportunity arises again, I would like to use this service once more.

5人のグループで観光タクシーを利用し、高千穂峡と阿蘇山周辺を観光しました。
ドライバーさんに詳しい説明をして頂き、お天気にも恵まれ、とても満足度の高い観光ができました。往路、通潤橋という最近国の遺産に登録された古い水道橋に連れて行ってもらい、非常に興味深かったです。残念ながら警戒レベルが高くて阿蘇山の火口近くまでは行けませんでしたが、眺めの良いポイントで写真撮影ができました。

It was during Golden Week, but since it was a sightseeing taxi from Veltra, I was glad to be able to park in a designated area. The weather was nice, and all the places were incredibly beautiful. The soba restaurant they recommended for lunch was delicious, and I was lucky to get in without much wait. I was very satisfied with the packed itinerary. I can understand why this course is the most popular one in Kyushu.

ゴールデンウィーク中でしたが、ベルトラの観光タクシーだったので専用駐車場に停められよかったです。お天気もよくどの場所も最高にきれいでした。

During my trip to Kyushu with my elderly mother, I really wanted to visit Takachiho, so I did some research and ended up here. I thought it might be a bit extravagant to take a taxi for just the two of us, but considering my mother's age, it seemed difficult for her to manage on her own, so we decided to use a chartered taxi for the first time.

Unfortunately, it rained, but we were able to meet our driver right away at the airport. They lent us a large umbrella and were very considerate of my mother, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed and pleasant conversation while we toured around. The popular soba restaurant they recommended was also very delicious.

Despite the rain, we had a great time, arrived at our accommodation early, and I am very grateful for that. This course turned out to be a memorable trip thanks to our driver. I would love to try a different course next time.

高齢の母との九州旅行で、どうしても高千穂に行きたくて、色々調べてこちらにたどりつきました。
2人でタクシーコースはもったいないかなとも思いましたが、母も高齢だし自力では難しそうだったので、初めて貸し切りタクシーを利用しました。
あいにくの雨になってしまいましたが、空港でもすぐにお会い出来ましたし、大きめの傘も貸して下さり、母の事も気遣って下さりながら、楽しくお喋りしながら余裕を持って回れました。
ご紹介頂いた人気のお蕎麦屋さんもとても美味しかったです。
雨でも楽しく回れ、早めに宿にも着き、大変感謝しております。

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Takagi from Kumamoto Kotsu for all his help. This tour was full of highlights, including Aso and Takachiho Gorge, and we were able to efficiently sightsee upon arriving at Kumamoto Station. We were blessed with great weather that day and truly had a wonderful time. I didn't eat lunch because I was full, so we had extra time and were taken to places that weren't on the itinerary. Additionally, I was able to listen to various stories from Mr. Takagi during the ride, which was educational and made me appreciate the benefits of a sightseeing taxi even more. If I have the opportunity to go to Kumamoto again, I would love to ride in Mr. Takagi's taxi.

Kurokawa Onsen, Aso sightseeing, Farm Land, and Kumamoto city were wonderful, but I was particularly impressed by the detailed explanations about the newly established semiconductor company and that Kumamoto's water comes from underground sources. Above all, my body felt relaxed, and it became a wonderful memory for my sister and me, like a dream!

Since I don't have an international driver's license and thought renting a car would be troublesome, I wanted to save time to visit Takachiho Gorge and Sōun-kyō. Originally, I planned to take a bus, but while researching, I stumbled upon this website. Honestly, I was quite worried about whether there would be any issues when booking... Even on the day of the trip, I felt a bit uneasy.
However, when I saw the taxi driver's decorated car, I relaxed completely. The entire experience was very pleasant. The driver was very professional, both as a driver and a guide, familiar with various routes, and had an elegant demeanor. He also tailored our trip based on our preferences through our conversations, taking us to places we might be interested in. He introduced us to many attractions' origins and details, took us to eat at great little restaurants, and shared information about local specialties. Along the way, he also chatted with us about local customs.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Not only did it save time, but we also got to visit every attraction and learned a lot about the local culture.
I am really grateful!

The only requirement is that you should know a bit of Japanese. I lived in Tokyo for a few years, so communication wasn't a big issue, and the driver also knew a little English. Although translation technology is quite advanced now, back-and-forth communication can take some time, especially when you're in the car and can't wait... So I suggest knowing a bit of Japanese is better! It feels very safe and secure! 因为没有国际驾照加上觉得租车麻烦又想节省时间去高千穗峡和草千里，本来预定是要坐巴士之类的在查资料的时候偶尔看到了这个网站。老实说预定的时候我还挺担心会不会有什么问题……哪怕是到了当天我也有些不安。
但是看到出租车司机的痛车的时候整个人都放松了，全程非常愉悦，司机不管是作为司机还是导游都非常专业，熟知各种路线，举止优雅，并且还会从聊天中根据我们的喜好带我们去我们可能有兴趣的地方。也会给我们介绍很多景点的由来和细节，带我们去吃好吃的小餐馆，以及给我们介绍那里的特产比较好啥的。一路上也跟我们聊了一些当地的风俗。
整体非常愉快，不仅节约了时间，还把每个景点都玩到了，除此之外还了解了到了很多当地的文化。
真的非常感谢！

唯一有点要求的是得会点日语，我在东京生活过几年所以交流上问题不大，对方也会一点英语。虽然现在翻译机技术也很成熟了，但一来一去会耽误一些时间，尤其是在车上的时候是等不了了……所以建议还是会点日语好一些！非常安心安全！而且接送都是直接到旅店，服务真的非常好了＼\\٩( 'ω' )و //／如果有中国来玩的小伙伴偶尔看到这条评论，放心上预约！！！真的很好！

I used a 7-hour sightseeing taxi service. The driver was waiting in the lobby even before the scheduled start time and treated us with respect and politeness throughout the day, which I truly appreciated. We were able to discuss and make additional changes to our destinations with the driver on the day of the tour, and he was very flexible. His driving skills were excellent, ensuring safe and efficient travel. Thanks to this experience, my stay in Kumamoto became a wonderful memory.

It was a course that took us from Kumamoto Station to Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso, and the driver was very kind and provided various explanations. Unfortunately, there were many clouds, and it was disappointing that we couldn't reach the crater of Mount Aso, but instead, we visited other attractions. We had time constraints, so I think it would have been difficult to cover the itinerary on a bus tour. However, by communicating our preferences along with the model itinerary, we were able to travel efficiently and have the trip we hoped for. Thank you.

We used a private sightseeing taxi from Kumamoto Port to our accommodation in Kurokawa Onsen, just my mother and I.

Since it was my first time in Kyushu, I really enjoyed the driver's guidance, conversations about history, and explanations about the area on the way to our destination. In today's world, we can get a lot of information online, but the stories from a local driver truly captured the essence of the place and added a live feel to the experience, which was very enjoyable. My mother and I were very satisfied. The driver also responded to our requests to see Kumamoto Castle from the car and suggested a great sightseeing route to Kurokawa Onsen, providing detailed guidance. The photos taken with my mother at the driver's recommended spots will be wonderful memories of our trip.

We considered renting a car as an option for our travel plans, but choosing the sightseeing taxi was definitely the right decision. Interacting with people is one of the joys of traveling.

I booked this plan because I really wanted to include Takachiho Gorge in my solo trip. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, so it wasn't the best experience. On the day of my reservation, the sky was cloudy with light rain, and the beautiful scenery of the Aso grasslands that I was looking forward to was completely shrouded in fog, which was disappointing. However, on the way back, it cleared up in Kumamoto City, and I was lucky to see the rice mound. I used Kumamoto Taxi, and the driver was very considerate and engaging, making the visits to Takachiho Gorge, Amano Iwato Shrine, and Shirakawa Springs very enjoyable. According to the driver, it's easier to access Takachiho Gorge from the Kumamoto side. The lunch they recommended, consisting of daikon and takana rice and dako soup, was also delicious. They even stopped the car to explain about the Aso Ohashi bridge that collapsed during the Kumamoto earthquake. As for clothing, it's advisable to bring something to wear over your clothes, as there is a temperature difference between the city and the mountain areas.

一人旅でどうしても高千穂峡を入れたくこのプランを予約しました。お天気が悪かったので最高とまではいきませんでした。予約日はあいにくの空模様で小雨気味で楽しみにしていた阿蘇の草原の景色は完全に霧の中でそれだけが残念でした。帰りすがらに熊本市内方面が晴れて米塚が見れたのは幸いでした。熊本タクシーさんでしたがドライバーさんが色々気を遣って下さりお話も楽しく高千穂峡峡や天岩戸神社、白川水源はとても良かったです。ドライバーさん曰く高千穂峡は熊本方面からの方が行きやすいそうです。お昼に案内して頂いただいこんやの高菜飯とだご汁も美味でした。熊本地震で落ちた阿蘇大橋も車を停めて説明していただきました。
服装は山の上の方は市内と気温差があるので羽織るものはあったほうが良いです。

The driver was very polite. During the ride, he shared the history of our destination and recommended nearby spots and lunch places, which allowed us to explore options beyond our planned itinerary.

We were not constrained by sightseeing time and could take our time, making the trip less hectic. If I have the opportunity to visit Kumamoto again, I would definitely like to use this service.

At the sightseeing spots, he also helped with directions and took photos for us. I wondered if it was okay to rely on him so much, but I took full advantage of his assistance.

I highly recommend this for those who are not good at driving. While there are buses and other transportation options, the travel distances can be long, and you might face time constraints and crowds. If you're considering it, I encourage you to use this service.

観光時間に縛られることもなく、ゆっくりと時間をかけることができたので慌ただしい旅行にならず、また熊本の方へ遊びに行く機会があれば利用させていただきたいと思いました。

観光場所では道案内や写真撮影もしていただき、こんなに甘えて良いものか、と思いましたが存分に甘えさせていただきました。笑

運転が苦手な方は絶対におすすめです。バスなどの交通機関もありますが移動距離がどうしても長くなるのと時間に縛られたり混雑もあるので検討されてる方がいましたら是非利用していただきたいです。

The weather was wonderful, and it was a very comfortable taxi tour. The course was adjusted considering lunchtime, and there was a good degree of flexibility in the time allocation, which gave a nice "Customer First" feeling. At the crater, we could see a little hot spring, and at Kusasenri, I rode a horse (for the first time in 50 years!), and the view from Daikanbo was an unexpectedly breathtaking panorama that moved me!

Above all, the driver (I forgot to check her name, but she was a woman who moved to Aso last year and became a driver) was very pleasant. Even though the exploration was free, she went out of her way to come to the photo spots and took pictures for us. Her explanations about the sights were comfortable and easy to talk to, which made the tour very relaxing and enjoyable! Thank you, driver!

コースも　お昼時を考慮し、順番を変えて下さったり、時間配分もある程度自由があり、Customer First な感じがよかったです。
火口では　ちょびっとだけ湯たまりが見え、草千里では　馬に乗り（50年ぶり！）、大観峰は　予想以上の大パノラマ絶景で感動的でした！
何より、ドライバーさん（お名前をちゃんとチェックしなくて忘れてしまいましたが、昨年阿蘇に移住してドライバーになったという女性の方）が　とても感じのいい方で、散策は自由なのに、Photoスポットまで　わざわざ来て、写真を撮ってくださったり、観光説明のお話も心地よく　話しやすいん感じの方で、とてもリラックスして観光楽しめました！
