We have reviewed the driving records from that day and confirmed with the accompanying staff, and we found the points you raised to be valid. In this tour, everyone cooperated and gathered before the scheduled time, allowing for a relaxed schedule without the need to rush. However, the driver still operated in this manner, and we will remove this driver from service and provide further training.

Additionally, since you arrived early and everyone gathered 15 minutes before the scheduled departure, we proceeded to leave. The driver considered it was the weekend and aimed to maximize the time at each sightseeing location, which led to an early departure. However, from the customers' perspective, this may have made you feel rushed as if you had arrived just in time. Ideally, we should have communicated, "Although we are departing significantly earlier than scheduled, since everyone is here, we will proceed," and we lacked this consideration.
