I was taken to a hidden temple that even the locals don't know much about. It was a narrow mountain road, but I was able to enjoy the scenery with peace of mind. We had some extra time, and I was taken to various places. The guide was also very helpful, making for a fun four hours. Thank you very much!

地元の人でも なかなか知られていない秘境のお寺さんまで行っていただきました。細い山道でしたが 安心して景色などを堪能しました。時間が余りましたが いろんなところへ行ってくださいました。ガイドもしてくれて 楽しい4時間でした。ありがとうございました。

This time, he first confirmed our preferences. Based on that, he efficiently guided us while considering the rental time and crowd conditions, adding recommended places to our wishes, which made for a very satisfying two days.

Additionally, he shared many interesting stories about historical backgrounds and the origins of words that aren’t included in guidebooks, making our sightseeing in Kyoto not just about seeing but also deepening our knowledge.

今回も、まず私たちの希望を確認してくださいました。その上で貸切時間、混雑状況を踏まえて、希望プラスお勧め場所も追加しながら、効率良く案内して頂いたおかげで、非常に満足できる2日間でした。
また、ガイド本には書かれていない歴史的背景や言葉の語源など、興味深いお話もたくさんして頂き、ただ見るだけではない、知識も深まる京都観光となりました。

I wonder if it would have been more fun if there were a few more people from Japan. However, the driver was kind, and the explanations were easy to understand, which was great. It would be helpful if the car had a phone charger. Even if you send photos, it's hard to open them. The car was too fast and it was scary. I was disappointed that it wasn't a bus.

日本の人が、もう少し多いと、楽しかったかなーと、、。
でも、運転手さんも親切だし、わかりやすい説明で、良かったです。車が、携帯の充電が、あると助かります。写真送ってくれても、中々開けれないです。

It was great to be in places that were completely free of crowds. I really enjoyed hearing about life in Kyoto. I was able to fully enjoy various aspects of Kyoto that aren't in the travel guides, as well as the good points of the major attractions.

混雑が全く無いところばかりでよかったです。京都の生活とか聞かせてもらってほんとに楽しかったです。
観光本に無い京都や、メジャーもメジャーの良いところなど色々説明していただいて満喫できました。

In the limited time we had in the morning, we were able to efficiently visit various places. The car was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I'm glad I was able to visit the famous tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. The bamboo grove in Arashiyama was beautiful, and I think I had a great experience as the tour guide took even more wonderful photos for me.

I was glad that the driver also served as a guide, allowing us to hear detailed explanations. We were able to learn many interesting stories and details that weren't in the guidebook, making me want to brag about it to others. While there are ways to save money using public buses and trains or renting a car, this option is perfect for saving time. Thanks to the knowledgeable local guide, this was the best way to spend a rich and fulfilling time, making it a valuable trip. Thank you!

運転手さんがガイドを兼ねていて、詳しい説明を聞くことが出来て良かったです。ガイドブックには載っていないような細かいこと、面白い話しもたくさん聞けて他人に自慢したくなります。公共機関のバス、電車を使って安く上げたりレンタカーを使う方法などは有りますが、時間の節約にはこれがピッタリです。地元の詳しいガイドさんのおかげで濃密な時間を過ごすにはこれが一番で、価値ある旅でした。ありがとうございます。

I was able to visit all the main attractions in Kyoto in just one day, and it felt like a second school trip, which was really fun! The most memorable part was how heavy the "Omokaru Stone" was (laughs). This was my first time using this tour, and both my friends and I were very satisfied with how much we could enjoy Kyoto for this price. I also thought the tour guide was excellent in their hospitality, being considerate of both the foreign guests and the few Japanese participants. It was a very meaningful day. Thank you!

I was initially worried because there were many people from overseas, but they made an effort to provide explanations in Japanese, and I had a great time. I was surprised by the large crowd, but I was satisfied that I could visit various places.

海外の方も多かったので初めは不安でしたが日本語の説明も頑張ってやっていただいて楽しい時間が過ごせました　人が多いのに驚きましたが色んな所に行けて満足です

I have visited Kyoto many times, but traveling alone can be challenging due to bus transfers and lack of research. However, with a tour like this, it's easy. For places I had visited before, I was allowed to explore freely, while I was guided to places I had never been. The guide entertained us with unique English as well.

何度も京都に来ていますが、個人だとバスの乗り継ぎやリサーチ不足で大変ですが、このようなツアーだと楽です。以前行ったことのある所は自由行動にしてもらい行ったことのない場所を案内してもらいました。ガイドさんもユニークな英語で楽しませてもらいました。

We were able to visit four places by bus, and lunch was included. Despite the cold, we were able to enjoy Kyoto comfortably and happily. Maria's guiding explanation was perfect! I plan to join another tour in June during the hydrangea season.

寒い中寒さもしのげラクに楽しく京都をまわれました。マリアさんのガイド説明も完璧でした！また6月紫陽花時期に別のツアーに参加予定です。

I participated alone, but I had a great time.

I was able to efficiently visit Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, Arashiyama, and Kiyomizu-dera all in one day, which I think would be quite difficult to manage on my own. The bus rides allowed me to rest during the transfers, which was a big help physically.

Most of the participants were foreigners, and many were in groups, but everyone adhered to the schedule and showed good manners, making it a comfortable experience. The guide primarily spoke English but also provided thorough explanations in Japanese for the Japanese participants.

Additionally, since I was the only one participating alone, the female staff member was very attentive and kindly approached me, saying, "I was looking for you to take a photo," which made me very happy. She was very kind.

Traveling alone allows for easy sightseeing, so I now want to utilize bus tours for my future travels. I highly recommend it.

女ひとりで参加しましたが、とても楽しめました。

伏見稲荷、金閣寺、嵐山、清水寺を1日で効率よく回ることができ、個人ではなかなか難しい行程だと思います。移動中はバスで休めるので、体力的にもかなり助かりました。

参加者は外国の方が多く、複数人で参加されている方がほとんどでしたが、皆さん時間やマナーをしっかり守っていて、安心して参加できました。ガイドは英語メインですが、日本人向けに日本語でも丁寧に説明してくださいます。

また、ひとり参加が私だけだったからか、スタッフの女性の方がとても気にかけてくださり、「写真を撮るから探していました」と声をかけてくださったのが嬉しかったです。とても親切でした。

ひとり旅でも気軽にたくさん観光できるので、これからはバスツアーを活用して旅行してみたいと思いました。とてもおすすめです。

I participated with my child, and both the crew members and the driver were very kind, which made me feel at ease. My husband's family also joined, and they said it was really great.

子連れで参加したんですが、搭乗員の方、ドライバーの方共にとても親切な対応で安心でした。旦那の家族も参加させていただいたんですが、とても良かったと言ってました。

There were no numbers for the meeting place or signs for the tour, and when I asked two staff members who seemed to be in charge of the bus, they had a cold attitude. I called the company, but they said it was not in use, and I couldn't make the call, so I waited until just before departure, feeling very anxious. However, at the last minute, I received a call from the bus staff, and I was able to participate. The staff member on the bus was a Taiwanese man who mentioned that his mother is Japanese. He was very friendly, and even though we were the only foreigners, he kindly followed up with us in Japanese. It was so much fun that I forgot about the unpleasant experience before the tour. I'm glad we had such a wonderful staff member. I hope the company will focus on training their staff.

集合場所の番号や、ツアーの目印看板が無く、それらしいバスの係員に、2件質問しても、冷たい態度だった。会社に電話したけど、使われてないと、電話も出来ず、発車ギリギリ迄待って
すごく不安だった。でも、ギリギリで、バスの係員から電話が有り、参加出来ました。参加したバスの係員の方は、台湾の男性の方で、お母さんが日本人だとおっしゃってました。とてもフレンドリーで、私達以外外国人だったけど、とても丁寧に、日本語でフォローしてくださいました。ツアー前の嫌な体験忘れる位、楽しかったです。とても素敵な係員さんで良かったです。　会社も係員さんの教育をお願いしたいです。

I waited for over 15 minutes. It was so slow that I had to call. They said it would take at least another 15 minutes. On that day, there were traffic regulations due to the festival, and there was a traffic jam.

I couldn't make it to my next appointment, so I used another mode of transportation. They should have known about the traffic regulations in advance. The guide on the bus was also disappointing. It was overpriced.

It might be great for solo travelers or those with plenty of time.

余りに遅いので電話連絡させて貰いました。
そしたら早くても後15分かかるという事でした。
当日、お祭りで交通規制があり、渋滞しているとの事。

次の予定に間に合わないので、別の交通手段を使いました。
交通規制は予め分かっているはず。
バスの中のガイドもイマイチで残念でした。
割高でした。

1人旅や沢山時間のある方には、とても良いかも知れませんね。

The meeting and sightseeing went smoothly. Whenever we had trouble, we were able to consult about various things, and the Alphard was comfortable. My family was also very happy.

I was anxious about traveling to Kyoto with my elderly parents, but thanks to the thoughtful assistance of our driver, Mr. Kumagai, we were supported for two days. He not only served as our tour guide but also took into consideration my mother's mobility issues, making sure to minimize the walking distance as much as possible.

We were able to have a very fulfilling trip to Kyoto, and I am truly grateful. Thank you very much.

It was a tour for foreigners, but they provided proper interpretation in Japanese as well. Everyone kept to the promised time, and it was quiet on the bus, allowing us to fully enjoy the tour.

外国人向けのツアーでしたが、きちんと日本語でも通訳してくれました。
皆さん、約束の時間を守り、バスの中も静かでツアーを満喫することが出来ました。

It was very convenient to be able to sightsee by bus, but I was disappointed that the lunch changed from "Kyoto tofu" to a buffet. Also, the meeting place in the morning was very crowded, and the tour guide arrived more than 10 minutes late, which made me anxious. Since we had to move to where the bus was parked, there were about two instances where we had to go back to pick up participants who arrived during the move, and several participants expressed that they were "looking for it" and "didn't know where to go."

バスで観光できるのは非常に便利でしたが、昼食の内容が「京豆腐」からブッフェに変更になったのは残念でした。また朝の集合場所は大変混雑しているなか、10分以上遅れて添乗員が来られたので不安でした。バスの停まっている場所に移動するので、移動中に来られた参加者を再度迎えにと言う繰り返しが2度ほどあって、参加者も「探してたーー」、「分からなかった」と言われてる方が何人かいました。

We had a wonderful time visiting Arashiyama, Kinkaku-ji, and Nijo Castle with my elderly parents and my college-aged sons, making a total of five people. The guide was very considerate of my parents, who had difficulty walking, and provided plenty of explanations at each destination as well as interesting stories about the city of Kyoto. I believe we wouldn't have been able to cover so much on our own. Not only were my parents happy, but my sons also seemed to feel the greatness of Kyoto, making it a truly great trip. 高齢の両親と大学生の息子たちと合わせて5人で嵐山、金閣寺、二条城を回っていただきました。たくさん歩くのが大変な両親のことを気にかけていただきながら、各行き先々の解説や京都の町のお話しもたくさんしていただいて濃密な時間でした。自分たちではとても回りきれてなかったと思います。両親が喜んでくれたのはもちろん、息子たちも京都が凄さを感じたようで、とても良い旅になりました。熊谷さん、ありがとうございました。

We had a wonderful experience in Kyoto driven & guided by Ken san, a real gentleman, who took us to see the sights & guided us through them. Would highly recommend.

The weather was nice, and the kindness of the tour guide was excellent. The scenery from the sightseeing boat was very beautiful, and I couldn't help but take some photos.

I visited Kyoto during the busiest time of the year without realizing it, and I used a sightseeing taxi. They selected the appropriate routes, allowing me to enjoy a comfortable stay. The knowledge about temples and shrines was impressive, and the stories shared were very enlightening. If I have the opportunity to go to Kyoto again, I would definitely like to request their services.

一年で1番人が多い時期とは知らず京都に行き観光タクシーを利用させていただきましたが適切なルートをセレクトしていただき快適な滞在を満喫できました。

The 6-hour course was a very fulfilling sightseeing experience, allowing us to visit Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kinkaku-ji, Ryōan-ji, Kitano Tenmangū, and Ginkaku-ji✨️. The explanations provided by our guide were also interesting, and I was impressed by the secret at Ryōan-ji, which I felt they must have known because they have lived in Kyoto for a long time. I could feel the energy at Fushimi Inari Taisha and Kinkaku-ji as power spots. With a sightseeing taxi, we were able to efficiently visit places that would be difficult to see in one day using trains and buses, and we could also hear various interesting tidbits (which was a big plus). I would definitely like to request this service again when I visit Kyoto!✨️ Thank you!

6時間コースで、伏見稲荷大社、金閣寺、龍安寺、北野天満宮、銀閣寺と見学できてとても充実した観光でした✨️
担当して下さった方の説明も面白く、龍安寺での秘密？は、長く京都に住まわれてるから分かったのだろうなと感動しました。伏見稲荷大社、金閣寺とパワースポットを感じました。電車バスだと１日では観光できないところを観光タクシーでは効率よくまわれて、豆知識（これは大きい）も色々聞けるので、また京都観光の際はぜひお願いしたいです✨️ありがとうございました！

Thank you to the guide and driver. This was my first trip to Kyoto from Hokkaido. It was also the first time traveling with just my mother and daughter, and the guide's explanations and guidance to the places we wanted to visit were excellent. My mother, who is in her 80s, mentioned several times that although the bus tour involved quite a bit of travel, she didn't feel too tired and had a lot of fun. If there is another opportunity, I would love to participate again.

Due to the cherry blossom season on the weekends, the trains and buses were extremely crowded. However, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing smoothly. The bus schedule was just right as well.

桜の時季の土日という事もあり、電車、バスは大混雑
