The 6-hour course was a very fulfilling sightseeing experience, allowing us to visit Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kinkaku-ji, Ryōan-ji, Kitano Tenmangū, and Ginkaku-ji✨️. The explanations provided by our guide were also interesting, and I was impressed by the secret at Ryōan-ji, which I felt they must have known because they have lived in Kyoto for a long time. I could feel the energy at Fushimi Inari Taisha and Kinkaku-ji as power spots. With a sightseeing taxi, we were able to efficiently visit places that would be difficult to see in one day using trains and buses, and we could also hear various interesting tidbits (which was a big plus). I would definitely like to request this service again when I visit Kyoto!✨️ Thank you!

6時間コースで、伏見稲荷大社、金閣寺、龍安寺、北野天満宮、銀閣寺と見学できてとても充実した観光でした✨️
担当して下さった方の説明も面白く、龍安寺での秘密？は、長く京都に住まわれてるから分かったのだろうなと感動しました。伏見稲荷大社、金閣寺とパワースポットを感じました。電車バスだと１日では観光できないところを観光タクシーでは効率よくまわれて、豆知識（これは大きい）も色々聞けるので、また京都観光の際はぜひお願いしたいです✨️ありがとうございました！

Thank you to the guide and driver. This was my first trip to Kyoto from Hokkaido. It was also the first time traveling with just my mother and daughter, and the guide's explanations and guidance to the places we wanted to visit were excellent. My mother, who is in her 80s, mentioned several times that although the bus tour involved quite a bit of travel, she didn't feel too tired and had a lot of fun. If there is another opportunity, I would love to participate again.

Due to the cherry blossom season on the weekends, the trains and buses were extremely crowded. However, we were able to enjoy our sightseeing smoothly. The bus schedule was just right as well.

桜の時季の土日という事もあり、電車、バスは大混雑

I made a reservation for a plan that included both English and Japanese, but it felt like it was primarily in English.

When there was a mistake with the reservation for the parking at Kiyomizu Temple, the explanation of the situation was only in English, and I couldn't understand what was happening.

Given that this was a plan aimed at foreign visitors, I was told there was "no time to include Japanese," but I would have appreciated explanations in Japanese for essential details like the meeting time, meeting place, and any issues that arose.

Overall, I was satisfied with the places visited and the duration of the stay.

英語+日本語でのプランで予約をしましたが、英語が中心という印象でした。

清水寺の駐車場への予約のミスの際、状況の説明が英語のみで、何が起こってるのか分からなかった。

外国の方向けのプランという前提で、｢日本語を入れている時間がない｣と言われていましたが、集合時間や集合場所、トラブルに関する説明など、必要なことは日本語でも説明が欲しかったです。

訪問場所や滞在時間などはおおむね満足できる内容でした。

I traveled with my elderly mother, so I had some concerns. I wanted to show her as many places as possible, but I didn't want to put too much strain on her body, which is why I chose this plan.

Thanks to the driver's kind consideration, it turned into an amazing day that exceeded our expectations. I am filled with gratitude.

We visited four main tourist spots in Kyoto in one day. Thank you to our tour guide, Maki, for your hard work. You spoke continuously in both Japanese and English, and I appreciate you accompanying us and providing explanations throughout the tour.

The detailed maps of each sightseeing location were easy to understand and very helpful.

There were many foreign visitors, but everyone gathered on time without any issues.

Thank you to our driver, Kanda, as well. It was a very enjoyable trip.

I participated in this tour with my elementary school child from Kyoto Station. My child wanted to visit Kinkaku-ji and Kiyomizu-dera, but since the locations are a bit far apart, I wasn't confident about navigating them on our own, so we joined this tour. There were mostly foreigners, and we were the only Japanese people, just the two of us. Our guide, Nin, provided a detailed explanation in Japanese after the English description, which was very considerate. In addition to explaining the temples, he shared various stories, including about plants and quizzes on Kyoto's difficult-to-read place names, which kept my child entertained and engaged.

It was great to efficiently see all the famous spots like Arashiyama, Fushimi Inari, Kinkaku-ji, and Kiyomizu-dera. Although there was about two hours of free time in Arashiyama, I chose a plan without lunch, which resulted in long wait times at restaurants, and we didn't have enough time to visit Tenryu-ji's gardens or the Bamboo Grove, which was disappointing. Kiyomizu-dera also had 70 minutes of free time, but it took a while to get the goshuin (temple stamp), so we ended up just seeing the stage and heading back. However, I really appreciated being able to visit so many famous sites in one day, which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own.

One thing I want to mention about this tour is that the meeting point in the morning was hard to find. We participated on a Saturday, and the meeting area was crowded with a huge number of people from various tours. The guide was wearing a yellow happi coat, but since we were boarding a bus departing from Osaka, I felt anxious about where to wait until the bus arrived. The bus was yellow, which made it easier to distinguish from others, so I think it would be good to head towards any yellow (lemon-colored) bus you see.

小学生の子供と京都駅から参加しました。
子供が金閣寺、清水寺に行きたいと言っていたのですが、場所が少し離れているため、自分で回る自信がなかったので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。外国人ばかりで日本人は私達親子2人だけ。ガイドのニンさんは、英語の説明の後、わざわざ私達の横に来て日本語で丁寧に説明してくれました。また、お寺の説明だけではなく、植物や京都の難読地名クイズなど、いろいろな話をしてくださり、子供も飽きずに楽しく過ごすことができました。
効率よく、嵐山、伏見稲荷、金閣寺、清水寺と有名所を全部見られて参加してよかったです。嵐山は約2時間の自由時間があったものの昼食なしプランを選んだため、飲食店での待ち時間が長く、時間が足りず天龍寺の庭園、竹林の小径まで行くことができなかったのが残念です。清水寺も70分の自由時間がありましたが、御朱印をもらうのに時間がかかってしまい、舞台を見て戻る感じになってしまいました。でも、自分では1日でこんなに名所を回ることができないので、本当に参加して良かったです。
このツアーで一つ言いたいのは、朝の集合場所が分かりづらいことです。
参加したのが土曜日でしたが、集合場所は、いろんなツアーの人達がものすごい人数なので、ガイドさんは黄色いハッピを着ていますが、大阪から出発するバスに乗っているため、バスが到着するまではどこで待っていたら良いのかわからず不安でした。
バスの色が黄色で他のバスと区別がつきやすかったので、黄色い（レモン色）のバスを見かけたら、そこに向かうようにすれば良いと思います。

I used this service for sightseeing in Kyoto with a dear friend from abroad. They organized a plan that allowed us to efficiently visit various places even within our limited time, and we felt secure sightseeing even in the rain. I think it would have been difficult for us to manage on our own.

The driver was fluent in English and provided us with a wealth of knowledge about the tourist spots. My friend was very pleased as well. If there is another opportunity like this, I would definitely like to use this service again.

This time, the guide was mainly in Chinese and Korean, so most participants were from China and Korea. Everyone was very quiet and well-mannered, even during the bus ride. The guide, Mr. Gu Mun-gil, handled three languages and seemed to have a tough job, but he did his best to explain things clearly.

The itinerary was different from what was listed by VELTORA; once we arrived at the location, we had free time until the designated hour. Since I had visited several times before, I was able to enjoy my free time, but those visiting Kyoto and Nara for the first time might have been a bit confused. For me, it was a valuable tour since there aren't many tours from Kyoto Station to Nara.

今回、中国語、韓国語メインのガイドだったので殆どが中国、韓国の方でしたがみなさん、車中含めとても静かでマナー良く参加されていました。
ガイドの具文吉さんは、三カ国語対応で大変そうでしたが一生懸命わかり易く説明してくださいました。
行程がVELTORAの記載とは違い、現地に着いたら時間まで自由行動で、何度か訪れていたので自由時間を楽しむことが出来ましたが、初めて京都、奈良を訪れた方は戸惑ってしまったかもしれません。
私にとってはなかなか京都駅発で奈良まで行くツアーが無いので、有り難いツアーでした。

A trip to Kyoto with cherry blossoms in full bloom. Despite the unfortunate rain, I made a selfish request to visit famous cherry blossom spots, and my wish was graciously fulfilled, allowing for a fun and wonderful sightseeing experience. The driver was knowledgeable about history, delicious local delicacies, and everything else, truly a premium guide. He took many photos for us as well. I really appreciated his attention to detail. Thanks to him, it became a memorable cherry blossom trip in Kyoto, even in the rain.

It was unfortunately a rainy day, but I was able to enjoy the classic sights of Kyoto and Nara. Although the tour guide was not Japanese, they provided very courteous service. I was disappointed that the deer crackers were sold out during the Nara tour, but I was able to see the deer up close. I am satisfied! If I have the opportunity, I would like to participate in other sightseeing plans as well!

This time, I decided to travel to Kyoto with my mother. Since my elderly mother would find it easier to take a taxi rather than ride the train and go around, I requested that. The driver was very calm, which made me feel at ease.

I communicated the temples and places we wanted to visit, and he kindly suggested some recommended temples along the way, which I really appreciated. He also accompanied us inside the temples, taking photos and providing explanations. He even carried an umbrella with him because it looked like it might rain, which was a great help.

I would definitely like to book activities through VELTRA again when I travel.

今回は、母と2人で京都へ旅行に行く事になりました。高齢の母には電車に乗ってあちこち行くよりゆっくりタクシーで連れて行ってもらう方がいいと思いお願いしました。運転手の方はとても穏やかで安心してお願いできました。
行きたいお寺や場所を伝え、またその通り道にはオススメのお寺もあるのでどうでしょうと教えてくださりとても有り難かったです。またお寺の中までついてくださるので写真も撮っていただいたり説明もしていただきました。雨が降りそうだからと傘も持ち歩いて一緒に行動していただき本当に助かりました。また、旅行に行く際にはベルトラさんを通してアクティビティを申し込みたいです。

We used this service for a family trip. There were three of us: two elderly people and my daughter, and we requested a tour of Kyoto. The driver was very polite and attentive, guiding us to places that are usually hard to reach by bus. We were able to visit hidden gems and famous shops in Kyoto, as well as event locations up until today, making it a meaningful day without wasting any time. The driver took many photos without any complaints, creating plenty of memories for the forgetful elderly. Thank you very much! I came to Kyoto alone and had no plans at all, so I signed up at the last minute. It had been over 30 years since I last visited Kyoto, and I had no sense of direction, so it was great to be able to efficiently visit the famous spots in just one day. My main goal in Kyoto was to collect goshuin (temple stamps), so I chose this course that includes a visit to Fushimi Inari Taisha. There were some places where I had to wait in line to receive the goshuin, which made it a bit rushed, but I was able to visit all the places I wanted to go.

1人京都へ来たものので全くノープランだったので急遽申し込みました。京都はもう30年以上ぶりで土地勘が全くないので1日で名所を効率的に巡ることができるので良かったです。私の京都第一目的は御朱印巡りだったのって伏見稲荷大社を巡ることができるこのコースを選びました．御朱印を貰うのに並ぶため、時間に余裕が無い所もありましたが行きたい所はすべて行けました。

From the open sky bus, I was able to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. The guide's commentary was also great. I plan to ride again next time.

I went on a trip to Kyoto with friends for the first time in a while, and I wanted to make the most of our time by visiting the main attractions, so I joined this tour. I was a bit anxious about being with foreigners, but the tour guide explained everything clearly, and we were able to enjoy sightseeing without any delays in our meeting times.

友達と久しぶりの京都旅行、時間を無駄にせずに主要な所に行きたくて、このツアーに参加しました

I consulted and was taken to places where I could enjoy the cherry blossoms while avoiding crowds. For lunch, I went to a local soba restaurant without tourists and was able to have a leisurely meal.

相談して人混みを避けながら桜を観られるところをまわってもらいました。
ランチも観光客がいない地元のお蕎麦屋さんに行ってゆっくり食事ができました。

The guide explained in both Japanese and English, which was helpful since I had a friend from Australia who only understands English and a Japanese elementary school daughter who only understands Japanese. However, it was a bit hard to understand, and the kids seemed a bit confused. I think if they had incorporated some quizzes or activities, the children would have enjoyed it more.

ガイドさんが日本語と英語で説明してくれて、英語しかわからないオーストラリア人の友達と日本語しかわからない日本人の小学生の娘がいたので、助かった。ただちょっと聞き取りにくく、娘達はちょっとちんぷんかんぷんな様子で、クイズとか取り入れてくれたら子供も楽しめたんじゃないかと思う

We used the Kyoto Seven Lucky Gods pilgrimage with six people. It was great that we could complete it in one day and move at our own pace. It was helpful that it rained on that day. We were also able to have a leisurely lunch. They kindly showed us where to get the goshuin (temple seals). I would like to use this service again.

1日で回れ、自分たちのペースで動けたのが良かったです。
当日、雨が降っていたので助かりました。
お昼もゆっくり食べることができました。

I accidentally signed up for this inbound tour and was a bit worried, but the guide was fluent in English, Chinese, and Japanese, and was kind and responsible. The tour itself was very fulfilling, and it included a visit to "Miyama Kayabuki no Sato," which is not part of other day tours to Amanohashidate, so it was a very satisfying day.

If I had to point out something, the photo of the "kaiseki cuisine" listed in the tour details was different from what we actually ate, so I think it would be better to include photos of the dishes that will be served.

間違ってこちらのインバウンド向けのツアーを申し込んでしまい、少し心配していましたが、英語・中国語・日本語を流暢に操り、親切で責任感の強いガイドさんでした。ツアー自体も内容が充実して、ほかの天橋立日帰りツアーにない「美山かやぶきの里」の散策も入っているので、大満足の1日でした。
強いて言えば、ツアー詳細に載せてる「会席料理」の写真は食べたものと違ったので、実際に提供される料理の写真を載せるべきかなと思いました。

The on-site assistance and time management were excellent, but the way they handled my wife's forgotten mobile phone was outstanding. They stopped the bus as quickly as possible and provided great help with arranging a taxi and how to return to Kyoto Station.

当日のアテンドや、時間配分も素晴らしかったですが、妻が携帯電話を忘れてしまった時の対応が素晴らしかったです。バスを出来るだけ早く止めて、タクシーの手配方法から京都駅への戻りかた等、とても良くしていただきました。

It was a very enjoyable bus tour where we efficiently visited the sightseeing spots I wanted to go to in just one day. I was very satisfied that I could enjoy the delicious yudofu for lunch without having to wait. The tour guide, Mr. Ikeda, was very unique, making the experience never boring. The other passengers on board were also well-mannered, allowing for a pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

I wanted to visit three places between checkout and the Shinkansen, and I was able to do so efficiently. In Arashiyama, the driver also guided me to a recommended restaurant for gyu-mabushi and a shop for warabi mochi.

At the first Fushimi Inari Taisha, I mistakenly went towards the mountain instead of returning, and I had to turn back halfway to make it in time for the meeting. At the next stop, Kiyomizu-dera, there were so many people that it took a long time just to stand in line to buy something, and I was cutting it close for the meeting time. However, at Kinkaku-ji, I ended up having quite a bit of extra time, and I wished I could have had a little more time at other places as well.

But overall, I am very satisfied. The guide was kind and friendly, which was great.

最初の伏見稲荷大社では、戻るところを間違えて山の方に行ってしまい、途中で引き返してなんとか集合時間に間に合いました。次の清水寺でも、ものすごい人で、買い物一つにもレジに並ぶのに時間がかかってしまい、集合時間ギリギリに。そのあとの金閣寺では逆に随分と時間が余ってしまって、他のところでもう少し時間の余裕が持てたらなーと思いました。
でも全体的にはとても満足です。ガイド様も親切で気さくで良かったです。

I had planned a trip to Kyoto, but I didn't have time to research transportation options or create an itinerary in advance, so I decided to use a sightseeing taxi for the first time.

On the day of the trip, I changed to a course suggested by the driver, which was completely different from my original list of places I wanted to visit. As a result, I was able to have a travel experience that exceeded my expectations!

京都旅行は計画していたものの、事前に移動手段を調べたり行動計画を立てる時間がなく、初めて観光タクシーを利用しました。

当日、行きたいところリストとは全く別の運転手さんのお任せしたコースに変更させていただきました。
なので想像以上の旅行をする事ができました！！

On the first day, we visited six of the Seven Lucky Gods in Tokyo over a planned five hours. Our driver provided a guided tour, giving us detailed explanations both in the car and at the temples. We were also recommended a very delicious udon restaurant for lunch. The highlight was definitely Genkōan, which the driver recommended. We hadn't planned to go there at all, but it was great because there were few tourists, allowing us to explore quietly. I think choosing a sightseeing taxi was the right decision, as it wouldn't have been possible to visit everything in one day using trains or buses.

初日は都七福神の6ヵ所を５時間の予定で回りました。運転手さんのガイド付きで移動中の車の中やお寺でも詳しく説明して頂きました。ランチのうどんやさんもとても美味しいお店を教えてもらいました。1番良かったのは運転手さんお薦めの源光庵でした。全く行く予定は無かったのですが観光客が少なく静かに回れて良かったです。電車やバスだと１日では回れないし観光タクシーを選んで良かったと思いました。

Originally, we planned to visit Kiyomizu-dera, Fushimi Inari, and Sanjusangendo. However, we were told that visiting all three would be difficult, so we were ready to give up. Fortunately, a nearby parking lot was available, and the places we stopped by were not crowded, allowing us to comfortably visit two locations. Since Sanjusangendo is always the same, we changed our plan to the driver's recommendation of Toji Temple, where we were able to explore the five-story pagoda, which was very satisfying. The detailed and thorough explanations allowed us to learn many things, which was truly wonderful. We moved quickly, so the guide must have been tired. Thank you for creating such enjoyable travel memories.

はじめの予定は清水寺→伏見稲荷→三十三間堂を予定していました。しかし3か所は難しいと言われあきらめていました。でも幸運にも近くの駐車場が空いていたり立ち寄る先々がすいていたりして2か所は余裕でまわれました。三十三間堂はいつ来ても一緒なので運転手さんオススメの東寺に変更して5重の塔の中を見学する事ができ大満足でした。丁寧で詳しい説明で色々な事を知る事ができ本当によかったです。早足で回ったのでガイドさんはお疲れになったことでしょう。楽しい旅の思い出ができありがとうございました。
