It was a humid time, but I was pleased with the thoughtful considerations that made the in-car environment comfortable. The conversations during the drive were enjoyable, as they weren't overwhelming and made the journey fun. At the sightseeing spots, I was able to learn more thanks to the guidance provided. I am grateful for the optimal route changes made in response to sudden rain, a little extra reservation time, and the distance from our current location. I would like to have the same person assist me again when I use the service next time!

父はもちろん、母と私も京都を満喫出来ました。

I met up with my friends at Kyoto Station, and after being picked up by taxi just after 9 AM, we did some sightseeing and were taken to Kibune Beniyasan around 1 PM.

I had informed them in advance about a few places I wanted to visit, but I was surprised that they not only took us there but also provided detailed guidance at each location.

The timing was perfect, and they drove safely, showing gentlemanly behavior during boarding and alighting. They were the best guide!

It was definitely worth the money! If my friends and I had gone by rental car, the narrow roads to Kibune, where buses pass by, would have been difficult to drive, and we might not have made it in time... More importantly, it would have been hard to get everyone in the photos together.

It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

The train trip was really romantic with some imagination. It passed through various gorges ,bridges and rivers in a small scale open red train roared with non stop wow and laughter. The river boat trip was another realm , you got so excited all along down the rapid that you heard the tour guides shouting in Japanese that imprinted in your mind some daily words. The boatmen

Train was cool, was nice to let someone else handle the details for the day. River was gorgeous, wear Sun protective clothing and you are sitting on a wooden bench with no back for 2 hours. And finishing with the bamboo Lane (not really a forest) and shops were great. Highly recommend.

On the third day of our trip to Kyoto, we used this taxi service as a family! It was early June, and the temperature in Kyoto reached 30°C on that day, so it was really great to have this option, especially since we had kids and luggage on our last day!

On the first and second days, the taxi drivers we had were quite chatty, and I prefer to have a quiet ride, so I was a bit anxious. However, the driver this time was very calm and composed, which was really nice!

In five hours, we were able to start at Arashiyama and visit Ryoan-ji, Kinkaku-ji, Kitano Tenmangu, and Yasaka Shrine! The kids wanted to stay in the car due to the heat at Kinkaku-ji, but the driver was very accommodating, allowing my husband and me to explore together. He dropped us off at the places we wanted, making it the perfect final day! Our whole family was very satisfied!

We visited five stops along the route in one day. We went into it without prior knowledge of the venue, the actual setup or the details of the experience, and i was at awe of the arrangement and the experience, truly a once of a life-time experience you cannot miss if you plan to visit Kyoto!

The venue was superb, the restaurant being reserved solely for us, a genuinely private experience. However, I have to note that the initially, it wasn't a pleasant start due to a misunderstanding by the host restaurant staff. As the lead of the group I approached the front door of the venue, only to be shouted at by an elderly male saying that this is private and i have to leave. I tried to approach him to show him my reservation as i was trying to explain that we are the ones who booked the venue but his attitude got more aggressive and did not want to hear anything i had to say. I was not going to start the experience with conflict so i left and got in touch with the emergency number on the voucher, who immediately resolved the issue and the man later apologized for his behavior. I understand that tourist have been a bit of a hassle lately for Kyoto and hence do not take it personally, however for future reservations, please note of this and don't let it ruin your day.

As for the main experience, there are no words to summarize how magical, pleasant and lovely the rest of the evening was. The translator, an expert in Geisha Tradition was superb, providing us with a detailed history of the tradition and guiding us on how to enjoy the experience as it plays out. The shimasen, Gecko, Geisha and Maikos made us feel like honorary guests and provided us with the most authentic and personal experience we have ever enjoyed, a lovely mix of dance, song, food, entertainment and conversation. Although i say it is a once in a life-time experience, i will definitely book when i visit the country again!

It was very hot and difficult. I thought I could move to the lower deck like on other sightseeing buses if it was hot, but I couldn't. Upon closer inspection, it was written in small print. I was disappointed. Since I was with my elderly mother, we got off right away and gave up. It seems that if it's crowded, you often can't get on. It's the worst sightseeing business service that is affected by the strength of the sunlight, weather, and temperature. I felt deceived and regretted it. It was an astonishing service. Family trip with two elementary school children and parents
We were picked up in front of the hotel, communicated the places we wanted to visit, and had a great time exploring! We also left lunch up to the driver, who introduced us to excellent Japanese cuisine.

I utilized the busy two days of Golden Week from May 2nd to 3rd. On the first day, we met at the Kyoto Bus Terminal, and with a lot of luggage, we comfortably traveled as a family of four in a Serena. We were guided to temples and gardens in the desired Shugakuin area. The explanations were excellent, and they taught us efficiently, even taking family photos at various spots, making for a relaxing and fulfilling day. The soba restaurant for lunch was also fantastic. In the evening, we were taken to our hotel near Kiyomizu-dera, and the next morning, we visited Kiyomizu-dera at 6 AM when it was less crowded. After that, we were picked up at 9 AM and leisurely visited Ninna-ji and Myoshin-ji, and after having a parent-child rice bowl, we were guided to Tenryu-ji, the Bamboo Grove, and Nonomiya Shrine in Arashiyama, despite the crowds during Golden Week. I was surprised by the number of foreigners in the town, but they managed a schedule that would have been impossible with a rental car, allowing us to fully enjoy our holiday. Our previous family taxi trip to Nagasaki in the fall was good, but this time it was even more fulfilling. I would like to use this service again.

5月2日から3日までのゴールデンウィークの混んでる2日間利用しました。初日は、京都バスターミナルで待ち合わせし、荷物も多くゆったりとセレナで家族4人で、希望の修学院方面の寺社やお庭の案内をしていただきました。説明がすごく上手で、手際よく教えていただき、スポットで家族写真も撮っていただき、のんびり充実した1日でした。お昼案内のそば屋さんも最高でした。夕方清水寺付近のホテルまで送って頂き、翌朝6時開門の、空いてる時間に清水寺参拝した後、9時に迎えに来ていただき、仁和寺と妙心寺をゆっくり拝観し、親子丼を食べた後、ゴールデンウィークで混雑していましたが、嵐山の天竜寺、竹林、野々宮神社を案内して頂きました。町並みに、外国人が多いのに驚きましたが、レンタカーではとても無理なスケジュールをこなして頂き、休日を堪能できました。前回秋の長崎タクシー家族旅行もよかったですが、今回さらに充実していました。また利用したいです。

During the cherry blossom season, Kyoto is overflowing with tourists, so I requested this sightseeing taxi to take my elderly family members around. Unlike buses, we didn't have to wait in line for transportation, and we were able to go to the places we wanted to visit, which was very helpful! Since there were many of us, they arranged for a jumbo taxi instead of a Serena, allowing us to sit comfortably, and my parents, who have difficulty walking, were very grateful. Since my elderly mother was with me, I thought it would be difficult to take the local bus, so we decided to ride. The guide was friendly and engaging, which made it very enjoyable.

Although we didn't get too close to the cherry blossom branches, we had a good view. I felt it was a bit expensive since we only rode three times. I think it would be better if there were a few more buses available.

I was able to board smoothly at Kyoto Station on time. The suggested sightseeing route was a bit rough, but I was satisfied. I visited Enryaku-ji, Shisendo, and a temple associated with Murasaki Shikibu, and finally went to Nishiki Market before being taken back to my hotel. I am grateful for the service. I would definitely like to use it again on my next opportunity.
