Due to the weather, we switched to a mangrove kayak tour.
We participated as a family of four.
It was our first experience, but the scenery was more beautiful than we imagined, and the kayaking was enjoyable; we felt rejuvenated by nature.
Our guide taught us various things, and we found different creatures while spending a relaxing time, creating wonderful memories.
If we come to Ishigaki Island again, we would like to request this tour once more.

天候の関係で、マングローブカヤックツアーに、変更になりました。
　家族４人で参加しました。
初めての体験でしたが、想像以上に、景色は素晴らしく、カヤック体験も楽しかったですし、大自然に
癒されました。
　ガイドの方に、色々な事を教えて頂き、生き物をみつけたり、ゆったりとした時間を過ごして、
良い思い出になりました。

Among the many tours where participants over 60 years old are either not allowed or require a medical certificate for snorkeling in the Blue Cave, we chose this one because there were no specific restrictions as long as you are healthy.

Two staff members accompanied our family of five. Thanks to the attentive support from the staff, my 67-year-old mother and my 10-year-old child were able to enjoy the experience with peace of mind.

It was everyone's first time kayaking, but both my mother and child were able to ride in the kayak with the staff, so there were no issues at all. We paddled to the Blue Cave while enjoying the scenery, took a break in a large cave, and then entered the Blue Cave for snorkeling.

When entering the Blue Cave, we waited to ensure we wouldn't overlap with other boat tours, which helped avoid congestion, making it a pleasant experience.

We opted for a photo shoot, and we were glad we did because we received many wonderful photos. The facilities were clean, and we could freely enjoy cold tea. During our break in the large cave, we also had tea, which was great for hydration.

Thanks to the staff, our three generations created wonderful memories together! Thank you very much. I would love to use your services again if the opportunity arises.

青の洞窟シュノーケリングで60歳以上は参加出来なかったり要診断書のツアーが多い中、こちらは健康であれば60歳以上でも特に制限が無かったのでこちらに決めました。
私達家族5名にスタッフ2名付いて下さいました。
67歳の母も10歳の子供もスタッフの方の手厚いサポートにより安心して楽しめました。
シーカヤックは全員初体験でしたが、母も子供もスタッフの方と一緒にカヤックに乗せて貰えたので全く問題無かったです。
カヤックで景色を見ながら青の洞窟近くまで行き、大きな洞窟で一旦休憩してからシュノーケルで青の洞窟へ入っていきました。
青の洞窟へ入る時も他のボートツアーの方達と被らないように様子を見てから行ったので混雑もあまりなく良かったです。
オプションで写真撮影を頼んでいましたが、素敵な写真をたくさん撮って頂けたので頼んで良かったです。
施設も綺麗でしたし冷たいお茶も自由に頂けたり、ツアー中大きな洞窟での休憩時にもお茶を頂き水分補給もバッチリでした。
スタッフの方のお陰で親子3世代素敵な思い出が出来ました！
ありがとうございました。
また機会があればお世話になりたいです。

I participated in the Kayaking Tour at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave. Kabira Bay was very clear and calm, a place where I could find peace of mind. The snorkeling was also amazing. I often snorkel abroad, but I was surprised by the beauty of Kabira Bay! The corals are so colorful! I want to go again!

One good thing was that there were quite a few people who got seasick, but we had taken motion sickness medication in advance, so we didn't have to worry about that. However, even though I changed my accommodation a month before the tour and updated the reservation confirmation with Veltra, no one came to pick us up, and I received a call saying they were at the original hotel I had inputted. After a while, the shuttle bus arrived, but it was clear that they were annoyed and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were the reason for the delay. I received a message the day before the tour, but at that time, I was about to board my flight, so I conveyed that, and the response was via email, which only mentioned the hotel front. How careful do I need to be with these confirmations? Although my reservation with Veltra was correctly updated to reflect the new accommodation, the shuttle bus driver seemed to suspect that I had changed it at the last minute. Isn’t there a lack of communication between Veltra and the tour company?

海の中は大変綺麗でインストラクターの方も一生懸命やっておりました。しかツアー開催1ヶ月前に宿泊先を変更してベルトラの予約確認にも変更してある状態なのに迎えが来なくて連絡が来ました。そしたら最初に入力したホテルにいるとのことです。しばらくして送迎バスが来ましたが私達のせいで遅れてしまったという態度が見え見えでバスの中に居づらかったです。ツアー前日連絡が来ましたがそのときは飛行機の出発前だったのでその趣旨を伝えるとメールでの連絡となっており届いたメールにはホテル前とだけ書いてありました。どこまで慎重に確認しなければならないのでしょうか？ベルトラの予約確認にはちゃんと変更後の宿泊先に直してありましたが送迎バスの運転手の方にはあたかも寸前で変更したかのようにも疑われました。ベルトラとツアー会社の連絡が行き届いていないのではないでしょうか？

We participated as a family of four with our 5-year-old and 7-year-old children. We gathered at Shinjo Beach for snorkeling at 8:30 and were able to park in the free parking lot without any issues, then joined the tour. They provided a floatation device that allowed our 5-year-old, who isn't a strong swimmer, to safely enjoy looking at the sea, which made it a lot of fun. We were able to see sea turtles and colorful fish, making the time fly by. We disbanded briefly before 10:30 to grab a bite to eat.

For the canoe and SUP experience, we gathered at Ingyamarine Garden at 12:00, and our family split up to try both activities. It was our first time on a SUP, but my husband and our 7-year-old quickly got the hang of standing and paddling. The location was fantastic, and we saw pink corals and rock crabs. An hour passed in no time, and our whole family thoroughly enjoyed it.

Mr. Nakamura, who guided us, provided clear and polite explanations and was great at encouraging everyone! Thank you for a wonderful time for our family! We would love to join the same tour again in a few years.

　4人家族、5歳と7歳の子どもと一緒に参加しました。シュノーケルは8:30に新城海岸集合で無事無料駐車場に駐車でき、ツアーに参加。泳ぎが苦手な5歳の子供でも海が覗ける浮き輪を貸していただけたので、とても楽しめました。ウミガメも見られたし、カラフルな魚も夢中で見つけられたので、時間が過ぎるのがあっという間でした。10:30前に一度解散し腹ごしらえへ。
　カヌーとSUP体験はインギャーマリンガーデンに12:00集合し、家族で分かれてどちらも体験しました。初SUPだったのですが、夫も7歳の子どもも立って漕ぎ出すのに全く時間はかかりませんでした。もちろんロケーションも最高で、ピンクの珊瑚や岩ガニなどもみられました。一時間があっという間に過ぎて家族全員満喫することができました。
　教えてくださった中村さんはわかりやすく、丁寧な説明で、なおかつ褒め上手！家族みんなに楽しい時間をありがとうございました！また数年後にぜひ同じツアーに参加したいです。

I wanted to try sea kayaking for the first time in Okinawa, and I found out there was a Blue Cave near our hotel, so my family of five participated in this activity.

Sea kayaking was really fun as we glided over the beautiful gradient of the sea and a vast number of fish, weaving between steep cliffs and rocks. The distance to the Blue Cave was just right—not too close and not too far.

I was worried about whether my 6-year-old youngest son could snorkel in the Blue Cave, but thanks to our guide Ko-chan's years of experience and excellent instructions, he kept his face in the water almost the whole time. There were places that were so deep and dark that we couldn't see the bottom, but he did really well without getting scared.

Thanks to this, our whole family was able to fully enjoy the mysterious and wonderful blue world, and we were truly satisfied.

初めての沖縄で初めてのシーカヤックをやってみたくて、ホテルの近くに青の洞窟があることを知り、家族5人でこちらへ参加させていただきました。

シーカヤックは海の綺麗なグラデーションと膨大な数の魚の上を進みつつ、切り立った崖や岩の間をすり抜けるのが本当に楽しかったし、青の洞窟までの距離も近過ぎず遠過ぎずちょうど良い距離。

青の洞窟では6歳の末っ子くんがシュノーケリングできるか不安でしたが、ガイドのこうちゃんの長年の経験に裏打ちされた絶妙なインストラクションのおかげで、ほとんどずーっと海の中に顔をつけてくれました。
底が見えないほど深かったり暗い場所もあったけどよく怖がらずにやってくれたなと。
おかげで家族揃って不思議で素敵な青い世界を十分堪能することができ、本当に大満足でした。

The Blue Cave was, of course, great, but our guide, "Ko-chan," had a wonderful personality, which allowed us parents to enjoy snorkeling with peace of mind.

My younger son is timid, and it was our first snorkeling experience as a family of four, but as expected, he was scared before we started snorkeling.

Usually, he hides behind his mother and does nothing. However, thanks to Ko-chan's thorough guidance and the time he spent with my son, my son became motivated and ended up having the most fun.

Not only did we enjoy the Blue Cave, but I believe my son was also able to grow through the snorkeling experience.

青の洞窟はもちろん良かったのですが、担当が「コウちゃん」という方で、パーソナリティが素晴らしく僕ら親も安心してシュノーケリングを楽しめました。

下の息子が臆病で、4人揃って初のシュノーケリング体験でしたが、案の定シュノーケリング開始前に怯えていました。

普段だと、奥さんの影に隠れ何もしないのが常です。
ですが、コウちゃんがしっかりと時間をかけた息子への指導のお陰で息子もやる気になり、最後には1番楽しんでいました。

青の洞窟を楽しめただけではなく、シュノーケリング体験を通して息子も一皮剥けることができたのではないかと思います。

The combination of snorkeling and diving was more enjoyable than I expected! We visited three diving spots, and it was really convenient to choose between diving and snorkeling. This time, I added a dive at the second spot, and that was a great decision! As we dove to a breathtaking depth, we were taken to a point filled with highlights, including clownfish and a sandy desert covered in white sand. I was also happy that the instructor wrote the names of the fish on a board and taught us about them at various points. While snorkeling at the last spot, I was thrilled when a turtle approached me! They really aren't afraid of people at all.

Afterward, we received towels, which helped keep our luggage light. The facilities on the boat were also well-equipped, and I didn't feel any inconvenience. Thank you!

シュノーケリングとダイビングの組合せは、思った以上に楽しめました！
ダイビングポイントを３か所回って、ダイビングとシュノーケリングが選べるのは凄く便利でした。
今回は、２か所目のポイントでダイビングを追加したのですが、これが大正解！目がくらむくらいの深さを潜っていくと、カクレクマノミや白砂に覆われた海の中の砂漠など、見所満載のポイントに連れて行ってくれました！
インストラクターさんが、ところどころで魚の名前をボードに書いて教えてくれるのも嬉しかったです。
最後のポイントでシュノーケリングしていると、カメさんが接近してきて感激しました！全然人を恐れないんですね。

終了後はタオルをいただけるので、荷物が少なくて済みました。船内の施設も充実していて不便は感じませんでした。ありがとうございました！

I participated with my son (4th grade) and we had a great time all day! There were no complaints or issues. I highly recommend it. According to my son, this tour was the highlight of our trip to Ishigaki Island. If I had to mention something... the canoe tour gets your backside wet. It's brown. The cave tour requires you to wait under the blue sky. Everyone ends up sweating while waiting...

It was truly a wonderful tour! The Blue Cave was beautiful, of course, and I was amazed by how close the fish were swimming in the sea as we swam to the cave! I brought my three children, and the staff were incredibly kind and considerate, allowing us parents to fully enjoy the tour as well. They took many lovely photos for us, and even now that we're back, we keep looking at them. We're talking about wanting to go again, so please take care of us when that time comes! I signed up for the tour at 7 AM after the Obon holiday, but by around 9 AM when we were leaving, there were a lot of people on the stairs at the cape, and the parking lot was crowded with a line, so I recommend the early morning tour.

We participated in a one-day tour as a family of four. In the morning, we did stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) at Ingyamarine Garden, and in the afternoon, we moved to Shinjo Coast for snorkeling. We intended to do both SUP and kayaking, but there was a miscommunication (even during our correspondence with VELTRA and when confirming with the shop the day before...), so we ended up doing only SUP. I was a bit worried since we have small children, but the waves were calm in the bay, so they were able to ride on the parents' SUP and join in. I participated in a one-day tour. There were about 10 participants in 4 to 5 groups for one guide. In the morning, we did stand-up paddleboarding at Ingyamarine Garden, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling at Shinjo Coast. It took about 15 to 20 minutes to enter the sea from the parking lot and receive a briefing, and the tour lasted about 40 minutes. After the tour, we took group photos and then dispersed at the parking lot.

As for important notes:
- Each participant needs to travel to the meeting point by rental car, and we will receive information about the meeting point the day before.
- Lunch is also on your own, but many shops are still closed even though the morning tour ends around 10:30.
- At Shinjo Coast, the parking lot was full, which took time to enter, and there was also a parking fee of 1,000 yen.

I participated in the SUP tour and sea turtle snorkeling! I was supposed to receive a call the day before, but there was no contact by 5 PM, so I reached out myself. The staff at the reception seemed unaware of my reservation, which made me quite anxious. They said they would get back to me, but I ended up receiving a call at 7 PM. I wish they had informed me if it was going to take that long.

As for the activities, the SUP tour in the morning was my first experience, and I was worried about whether I could stand up, but in the end, I managed to do it and had a lot of fun. There was a staff member at the back who provided helpful advice on how to paddle, which was very clear and easy to understand.

During snorkeling, it was low tide, so the coral reefs were very close, and I was able to see colorful fish, which was truly moving. I even encountered a sea turtle, and I was very satisfied. Although I was anxious about the communication issue, the activities themselves were fantastic!

後方にもスタッフさんが付き、乗り方のアドバイス等も丁寧に教えてくださり分かりやすかったです。
シュノーケリングは、ちょうど干潮だったのでサンゴ礁がとても近く色とりどりの魚も見れて、とても感動しました。ウミガメとも遭遇できて大満足でした。
連絡の件で不安になりましたが、アクティビティ自体は最高でした♪

インギャーマリンガーデンの景色も素晴らしく沖縄らしさを体験することができました。
シュノーケリングは新城海岸で行いましたが、なんとウミガメは４匹も出会うことができました！会えたらラッキーぐらいに考えていたのでテンション上がりまくりです！
こちらも最初に丁寧にやり方を教えてくださるので初心者の方も安心して参加できると思います。

I went snorkeling. The place they took us to was nice, but there wasn't much explanation, and it felt like we were just swimming freely without any guidance (although we sensed that we could swim freely without anyone explicitly saying so). There didn't seem to be an equal opportunity for participants to take photos; it appeared that we had to ask for them. By the way, since we were swimming freely, we didn't have any photos taken. The staff members were cheerful and friendly with each other, which was heartwarming, but it was unclear if that joy was conveyed to the participants. If it's your first tour, you might not have any complaints since you don't have anything to compare it to.

シュノーケルをしました。連れて行ってくれた場所は良かったけど、特に説明はなく、自由に適当に泳ぐ感じ。(ただ、自由に泳いで良いですよという声掛けもなく、雰囲気でそう感じ取りました) 参加者に平等に写真撮影はなく、お願いして撮ってもらう流れのよう、ちなみに私たちは自由に泳いでいたので写真は1枚もなかったです。スタッフ同士は和気藹々とされてて微笑ましかったですが、参加者にその楽しさが伝わってるかは微妙でした。初めてのツアーであれば、比較対象がないので、特に不満はないと思います。
