I had the opportunity to experience SUP and snorkeling at the Blue Cave. We were blessed with great weather, and it became a wonderful memory amidst the stunning scenery. My companions had never tried either activity before, but the instructor was very skilled in teaching, and they were able to enjoy it right away. Thank you for this valuable experience, and I hope to have the opportunity again.

天気にも恵まれ、素晴らしい景色の中とても素敵な思い出になりました。
同行者がどちらも未体験だったのですが、インストラクターの方の教え方がとても上手ですぐ楽しめていました。

I kayaked through the incredibly clear sea towards the limestone cave, and as I slipped through a small entrance, I found myself in a mystical and mysterious cave. Climbing up the stalactites and going deeper and deeper felt like entering another world. Inside the sacred cave, I purified myself with spring water and made a wish. Finally, I made a wish dive from the pumpkin stalactite!

Although the tide was rising, thanks to Naoki Jimuna and the guides' skills and judgment, I was able to enjoy a thrilling and exciting adventure tour with peace of mind. The photos they took were all wonderful shots, creating great memories.

In the morning, I also encountered a sea turtle while snorkeling, which was a long-awaited experience, making it a truly satisfying tour. The garlic shrimp and mango cafe recommended by Erika were exquisite. I’m really glad I could participate in such a friendly and professional tour with the guides. Thank you!

びっくりするほど透明な海をシーカヤックで鍾乳洞へ向かい、小さな入り口を潜ると神秘的で不思議な鍾乳洞の中。
鍾乳石を登り、奥へ奥へと登ると異世界へ。神聖な洞窟内では湧水で身を清め願い事を。最後はパンプキン鍾乳石の上から願掛けダイブ！
満潮迫る時間の中でしたが、ナオキジムナーはじめ、ガイドの皆さんの手際と判断で安心してスリルとワクワク感満載の冒険ツアーを満喫できました。撮ってくださった写真もステキなショットばかりで良い思い出ができました。

午前中は、シュノーケリングで念願だったウミガメにも出会えて、本当に大満足のツアーでした。
恵理香さんに教えてもらったガーリックシュリンプやマンゴーカフェも絶品。ガイドの皆さんのフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルなツアーに参加できて本当に良かったです。

I entered a cave for the first time, and I felt safe and secure with our guide, Nira!

Inside, we encountered pumpkins like I had never seen before, and it was truly impressive! The guide provided thorough explanations throughout the cave, and at the end, we took a big dive!

It was a very enjoyable and satisfying tour.

初めて洞窟に入りましたが、安心安全でガイドのニラさんが連れて行ってくれました！

中は見たことのないパンプキンが出てきて、迫力満点！！洞窟の中もしっかりと解説してくださり、最後は思いっきりダイブ！

We came as a group of three and had an absolutely amazing experience with Daan, our tour guide. He was extremely friendly and knew a lot about the local sea life. All the staff at Aruguide were also extremely welcoming and kind. We took the kayaks out to the spot where you can snorkel and also see the cave. The cave itself was fairly crowded but the area around it was incredibly beautiful and so many living things everywhere you look. Colorful fish and beautiful clear water. I couldn't recommend this experience more. 10/10

The guide was friendly and provided a fun tour while introducing us to Okinawan plants and local quirks along the way.

It seemed like they guided us from early morning without taking a lunch break, making for a packed and fulfilling tour! The kids also had a great time, and it was a wonderful experience to interact with nature.

We were lucky to see a sea turtle surfacing for air! Naoki's guiding was so smooth that it felt like he had been doing it for a long time, allowing us to relax and enjoy (emoji).

After returning home, we received more photos and videos than we expected, which made us very satisfied! It became a great memory. ♬

ガイドの方が気さくで、道すがら沖縄の植物や、沖縄あるあるなど紹介しながら、楽しく案内して下さいました。

朝早くから、お昼休憩もとらずにご案内くださったようで、盛りだくさんのとても充実したツアーでした！

They provided items like kickboards for those who are anxious about swimming, and there was consideration for those who swim slowly, allowing everyone to enjoy looking around the ocean comfortably. It was a great experience for the whole family! We were able to enjoy both the banana boat and snorkeling at the same time, making it the best memory of our trip to Okinawa.

泳ぐのが不安な人向けにビート板みたいなものを用意してくれたり、泳ぐのが遅くてもゆったりと海の中を見てられるような心遣いがあって、家族みんな楽しく体験できてとても良かったです！

I was glad to finally see the mangroves. The tour with the team was not only about the mangroves but also included a lot of interesting trivia, which made it even more enjoyable.

I participated alone! It was a beautiful place rich in nature⭐︎ In the morning, the cows on Yufujima were adorable. In the afternoon, I went on a canoe mangrove cruise. I joined Team Seki, and when I asked them questions about the mangroves and the creatures, they provided many interesting answers! There were also families from overseas participating, and it was impressive how they explained everything in English! Even though I was alone, I was well taken care of and had a great time‼︎ I highly recommend this activity!

We participated as a family with elementary school children. We were able to fulfill two wishes: Yufu Island and the mangrove canoe tour! The canoe tour not only included explanations about the mangroves but also allowed us to catch crabs and mudskippers, making it a very satisfying tour for the kids. Thank you, J! 😊

This was my first time in Miyako Island, and it was the best start! The snorkeling and cave exploration tour was led by a super handsome guy named Tetsu, who was kind and had interesting stories, making it a fun experience throughout. Even an 11-year-old child was able to enjoy snorkeling safely! The beauty of the sea was astonishingly different from that of the main island. I was very satisfied to be able to feed the fish and see the schools of fish up close.

After slowly canoeing while admiring the mangroves, we went on our first trekking adventure. The roots of the majestic trees were sprawling, making the footing quite challenging, but thanks to our guide's entertaining stories and explanations about the plants, we managed to reach the Piñal Sara Falls. Diving into the plunge pool with the 55-meter waterfall in the background was thrilling and felt amazing. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the half-day tour. I highly recommend it! The guide took many photos for us, creating wonderful memories. Thank you!

マングローブを眺めながらゆっくりカヌーのあとは、初めてのトレッキング。壮大な木の根っこがはびこり、足場はなかなかハードでしたが、ガイドの方の楽しいお話、植物の説明のお陰で、なんとかピナイサーラの滝に到着。落差55メートルの滝をバックにおっかなびっくり滝壺ダイブ、最高に気持ち良かったです。我が家は半日ツアーで十分楽しめました。オススメです！！

I participated with a friend! One of us was snorkeling for the first time and wasn't a strong swimmer, but the staff's explanations and support were easy to understand, and we were able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea and the fish of Ishigaki Island♫

They took a lot of photos with a GoPro camera for each group and sent them to us right after we finished📷

During the transportation, they also recommended many great restaurants and spots, which was super helpful~😊

To put it mildly, the Ishigaki Island snorkeling experience was absolutely amazing! Thank you very much⭐️

I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Ishigaki in a relaxed atmosphere. The scenery of the mangroves and the Blue Cave was wonderful. 😄 The instructor, Ryotaro, was very thorough in his teaching, and despite it being my first experience, I had a great time. The conversation was also interesting, and I learned new things. I highly recommend this activity!❗

I participated with my elementary school child, who is not good with the ocean and marine life. I signed up hoping to create fun memories in the beautiful waters of Okinawa, and the guide, Dan, was truly wonderful. He really lifted the children's spirits, and they enjoyed it even more than I had imagined.

Kayaking was quite hard, but it was great to enjoy nature more than just arriving by boat to the cave! We returned about 15 minutes late, but I was really grateful that the staff handled it without any complaints.

As we were leaving, Dan saw us off to the car and waved until we were out of sight, which made me very happy. If I have the chance to go to Okinawa again, I will sign up for Algaid's tour! Thank you, Dan!

海と生き物が苦手な小学生の子供を連れて参加しました。綺麗な沖縄の海で、楽しい思い出を作ってほしいという想いから申し込んだのですが、ガイドのダーンさんが本当に素敵な人で、上手く子供たちの気分を盛り上げてくれたので、想像以上に楽しんでくれました。
カヤックは中々ハードでしたが、ボートで洞窟に乗り付けるより自然を満喫できたので良かったです！
お店に戻ってくる時刻が15分くらい遅くなってしまったのですが、スタッフの皆さんが嫌な顔ひとつせず対応してくれたことも、本当にありがたく思いました。
帰り際にはダーンさんが車まで見送ってくださり、私達の姿が見えなくなるまで手を振ってくれて、とても嬉しかったです。
また沖縄に行くことがあれば、アルガイドさんのツアーに申し込みます！ダーンさん、ありがとうございました！

On a 2-night, 3-day trip, I couldn't go diving on the last day because I had to catch a flight, so I participated in a tour instead. I have always been interested in caves, so I really enjoyed the underwater cave! The plan to jump out at the end was thrilling and great! It might be difficult due to time constraints, but I wish I could have taken a few more photos. I was able to see a mystical place, and it became a valuable experience. Thank you!

2泊3日の旅行で最終日は飛行機に乗るため、ダイビングができず、最終日にツアーに参加させていただきました。
鍾乳洞に元々興味があったので、海の中の鍾乳洞が楽しかったです！
最後に飛び降りて出るというプランもスリルがありよかったです！
時間の都合などで難しいかもしれないですが、もう少し写真をたくさん撮れたら嬉しかったなと思います。神秘的な場所を見ることができ、貴重な体験になりました。ありがとうございました！

This was my second time participating at the request of my child, and it was amazing again! We jumped into the waterfall, slid down a natural slide, and above all, the zip line was the best! Even though I was nervous, the staff were kind and encouraging, and I managed to complete it, which gave me an incredible sense of accomplishment. It was the best experience to feel the great nature of Okinawa up close. I highly recommend it!

子供のリクエストで2回目の参加でしたが今回も最高でした！滝壺にとびこんでみたり、天然の滑り台をすべったり、、何よりジップラインが最高でした！ドキドキしながらもお兄さん達が優しく励ましてくれて何とかクリアでき達成感はんぱなかったです^_^沖縄の大自然を肌で感じる最高の体験です。オススメです！

I participated with my fifth-grade daughter, who experienced the ocean for the first time in her life. Thanks to the warm encouragement we received throughout, we were able to enjoy ourselves until the very end. Even if you're not good at swimming, you can hold onto something like a float and move forward, which is reassuring.

The fins tend to come off easily, but if they do get lost, the other families will help you look for them (very kind). They took many photos, creating wonderful memories and making us feel like we want to move here. They have a wealth of knowledge about fish and the environment and provide plenty of explanations.

On the day of the event, we arrived just in time for the meeting, and in my rush to prepare, I forgot the advice to take off my Apple Watch. As a result, it ended up lost in the sea during the diving scene. Despite it being my fault, they empathized with my feelings and diligently searched for it, and two weeks later, they found it for me.

I am truly grateful and strongly wish to continue receiving their services in the future. Each interaction felt very human and warm, not mechanical. Thank you, Naoki Jimuna. I look forward to working with you again.

生まれて初めて海を体験する小5の娘と一緒に参加しましたが、温かい励ましの声をずっと掛けてくれた事で、最後まで安心して楽しむ事が出来ました。
泳ぐのが苦手でも、浮き輪のようなものに掴んで進む事が出来ますので安心です。
フィンがよく外れるのですが、他の家族の方が外れて無くなっても探して頂けます（優しい）。
写真をたくさん撮ってくれて、最高の思い出と、こちらに移住したくなる気持ちにされてくれました。
魚や環境の知識も豊富で、たくさん解説してくれます。
当日は、集合時間にギリギリ到着してしまい、焦って準備していたためかApple Watchを外して行くように言われたアドバイスを失念してしまい、その結果、飛び込みのシーンで海の藻屑にしてしまいました。
こちらに非があるにも関わらず、こちら側の気持ちに寄り添って懸命に探して頂き、2週間後、無事に見つけて頂きました泣
本当に有り難く、今後もこちらでお世話になりたいと強く思っています。
とにかく、一つ一つの対応に人間味があり、機械的でない温かさを感じる事が出来ます。

We participated as a family of five!
SUP was really enjoyable, and surprisingly not too difficult, so I think anyone can do it. The information about the mangroves and the Blue Cave, as well as details about the shops in Ishigaki, were interesting to hear.
The snorkeling had excellent visibility, and the kids had a great time. It was wonderful to experience the world we had seen on TV and in the media firsthand. I want to go again!

SUPはすごく気持ち良くて、意外にあまり難しくなく誰でも出来ると思います。マングローブとか青の洞窟の豆知識や、石垣のお店の情報とかを教えて頂き、話が面白かったです。
シュノーケリングは透明度がすごく良くて、子供達も非常に楽しめました。テレビやメディアで見てた世界を実体験出来て、とても嬉しかったです。また行きたいです。

I had an amazing experience snorkeling in the Kerama Islands before, so I decided to try it again this time. The kids were thrilled with the beautiful blue of the ocean that they had never seen before 😊. They are saying they want to go again, so when we come back to Okinawa, I definitely want to go again.

このツアーに参加したのは、翌日飛行機に乗る必要があったため、その日はスキューバダイビングができなかったからです。天気は素晴らしく、水はクリスタルクリアです。ファントムアイランドはとても美しいですが、周りにはあまりすることがなく、クリスタルクリアな水の中で砂の島をゆっくりと楽しむことができます。ファントムアイランドの後のシュノーケリングは素晴らしかったです。その場所のサンゴ礁の状態は素晴らしかったです。サンゴ礁の生態系を探検するのはとても楽しかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーで、英語があまり得意でないにもかかわらず、温かく迎えてくれました。

Join this tour because I had to fly next day which makes me not able to do scuba diving that day. The weather is great and the water is crystal clear.
The Phantom Island is quite beautiful, though there is not much to do around it just slowly embrace the sand island among the crystal clear water.
The snorkelling part after the Phantom Island was great. The reef condition in that site was superb. I had a great time exploring the reef ecosystem. Staffs were friendly and I was warm welcome even though they were not able to speak English well.

Yubu Island had a short and hectic impression with only one hour for sightseeing, but I was satisfied to cross by water buffalo cart. I was able to experience snorkeling at Barasu Island and another spot, making it a great experience. The meeting point was close to where we boarded the boat, and the snorkeling spots were also nearby, which was nice. Our guide, Abe-chan, took many beautiful photos, and I was very satisfied.

由布島は島内観光の時間が1時間と短く慌ただしい印象でしたが水牛車で渡る事が出来て満足です。
シュノーケルはバラス島ともう1ポイント2ヵ所で体験出来ました。
集合場所から船に乗るまでも近く、ポイント同士も近かったので良かったです。
担当ガイドのあべちゃんが綺麗な写真をたくさん撮ってくれて大満足でした。

I have experienced SUP in the river, but SUP in the ocean is different; it was beautiful and enjoyable. The water was shallow, so it was okay to fall in, and the scenery was amazing. The tour guides were energetic and entertaining. Everyone spoke English fluently, so foreign participants can join with peace of mind. I would like to participate again when I come to Ishigaki Island.

川でのSUPは体験したことがあるのですが、海のSUPはまた違って、綺麗で楽しめました。遠浅で、落ちても大丈夫ですし、景色も最高でした。ツアーの方々も、元気で楽しませて頂きました。皆さん英語も流暢で、外国の方も安心して参加できます。また、石垣島に来たら、参加したいです。

It was my first time snorkeling.
So, it was tough to wear the snorkeling gear.
Instead, I wore regular goggles to see the fish.
I was disappointed that I couldn't wear the snorkeling gear, but I was happy to see so many fish.
I want to try snorkeling again.

I participated in the afternoon session, but the area around the Blue Cave was very crowded. The instructor mentioned that it was less busy today, but... During feeding time, the children seemed to have a lot of fun surrounded by many fish. Thank you very much!
