When we arrived that day, there were many people gathered, and a handsome guide suggested snorkeling at a different location. They flexibly changed the plan, and as a result, we had a wonderful snorkeling experience.

The service was very polite, and even our children, who were experiencing this for the first time, felt safe participating. When introducing children to nature, in a new place, and with new experiences, safety and reassurance are the top priorities, so we were very grateful for the way they handled everything.

During snorkeling, we were able to swim alongside sea turtles and beautifully colored tropical fish at an arm's length, and our entire family was extremely satisfied.

対応も非常に丁寧で、初体験の子どもも安心して参加出来ました。
自然相手で、初めての場所、初めての体験を子どもにさせる際、やはり安心安全が最優先となる中でこのような対応をして頂けたのがとても有り難かったです。
シュノーケリングはウミガメや美しい色をした南国の魚が手に取るような距離で一緒に泳ぐことができ、家族全員が大満足でした。

Although we only had 50 minutes on Yubu Island, we were able to see water buffalo and many colorful flowers, and we enjoyed a delicious gelato while strolling around. Riding the water buffalo cart while listening to the sound of the sanshin was very pleasant.

In the afternoon, my 6-year-old daughter was a bit scared since it was her first snorkeling experience in a year, but the guides, Abe-chan and Yumi-chan, were very kind and gently encouraged her, saying, "You can hold onto the float—let's have fun!" Even though the rain forecast was 90%, it only rained for a few minutes and quickly cleared up, so it wasn’t hot even in the summer. I realized that weather forecasts aren’t very reliable.

The trekking was a good workout for both someone in their 40s who is out of shape and a fifth grader, and we had no troubles at all. The senior couple with us were also fit, and we were able to enjoy the experience together.

The lunch we had at Pinai Sara was delicious! The waterfall was magnificent, and the water level was as expected from the rain forecast the day before. After returning from the monsoon, we were relaxed by the horses and the owner. Even a half-day was enough to thoroughly enjoy the experience!

I was planning to try some water activities when I went to Miyako Island, and I had a lot of fun experiencing activities I had never done before. Caving was an unknown experience that made my heart race. The instructors were kind and great. When I came to Ishigaki, I thought I had to go snorkeling, and even though I'm not a great swimmer, I had a wonderful time. The weather was sunny that day, and the beautiful location touched my heart. Once I dove in, I was healed by the stunning sea and the fish I kept watching, which led me to decide to extend my stay in Ishigaki, haha. It's high season, but if I could wish for anything, I would have liked a bit more time.

石垣に来たらやはりシュノーケリングをしないとと思い、あまり泳げない自分でも楽しい時間を過ごせました。
当日晴れていたのもあり、素敵なロケーションで心打たれ、さらに潜ると綺麗な海、魚達を眺め続ける事で心が癒され、石垣に延泊を決めました笑

This was my first solo trip from Kanagawa to Okinawa, and while I was debating where to go to the beach, I decided to join a tour to the Kerama Islands because I had never been there and wanted to see the Kerama Blue. The staff were all friendly and kind, making it really enjoyable even as a solo participant.

The Kerama Islands have such high transparency; I've been to various places like Hawaii, Cairns, and Miyako Island, but this was the best! The underwater world during snorkeling was incredibly mystical, and I highly recommend it to anyone who is unsure.

The handsome captain and everyone at Pushiinushima Ishigaki were very accommodating and quick, allowing my family to experience it with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

I was so captivated by the clarity of the seawater that I became absorbed in snorkeling, but I did feel quite a strong current. However, they provided life jackets and flotation devices, so even my elementary school-aged daughter was able to enjoy it safely.

In mid-July, I signed up for SUP at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave, but due to not meeting the minimum number of participants, it turned into a half-day snorkeling experience at the Blue Cave. They kindly offered to transport us back on the bus while still wet, so I made sure to apply sunscreen and wore my swimsuit to participate. Even as a first-time snorkeler, they taught us patiently, allowing me to swim without anxiety, and they checked in to see if I was tired.

The sea was incredibly beautiful, so I could look down at the seabed without fear, and I was amazed to see many corals and colorful fish up close. Experiencing the Blue Cave without going to Italy is unique to this place! Since we wore life jackets, I recommend it even for those who are not confident swimmers. Although I didn't get to see any sea turtles, it was the best experience.

I have participated in many activities so far. Generally, I don't write low-rated reviews, but honestly, this was the most disappointing tour I've experienced.

The schedule indicated that the activity would last 55 minutes from start to finish, but in reality, it was only about 15 to 20 minutes. The sagaribana was beautiful, but the viewing area was a field that could be walked across in one minute, and we just looked at the sagaribana and took photos before it was over.

Since I received a message the day before asking for the sizes of everyone's rubber boots, I thought we would be moving to another location, but instead, they confirmed the hotel we were being taken to, leaving me with the feeling of "Is this it?" It was also painful to be left there for what felt like many more minutes (laughs). I wonder what the rubber boot sizes were for? Another family that participated with us was also having a conversation like, "Isn't this enough? Don't we want to go home?!"

The sightseeing taxi we used the day before (for 4 hours) was very fulfilling, and since the cost was exactly the same for our family of four, I might have felt even more disappointed. It might be good for those who are studying sagaribana or are very interested and could watch it for a long time, but perhaps our expectations were too high. This was the only part of our trip to Ishigaki Island that I regretted booking.

正直、これまでで一番がっかりしたツアーとなりました。

案内スケジュールには、アクティビティスタートから終了まで55分と記載されていますが
実際には、約15分～20分程度でした。
サガリバナは綺麗でしたが、観賞場所も1分で歩けるフィールドで
サガリバナを見て写真を撮って終了。

前日に、家族全員の長靴のサイズを確認する連絡が入っていたため
場所を変えて次の地点に移動するのかと思えば、送り先のホテルを確認されたので
「これで終了？」という思いが拭いきれませんでした。
あの場で、あと何十分も放置されるのも苦痛でしたが(笑)
長靴のサイズは何だったのかな？
一緒に参加していた別のご家族も、「もういいよね？帰りたいよね？！」という
会話をされていました。

前日に利用した観光タクシー（4時間）がとても充実していて
家族4人で、料金がまったく同じだったこともあり余計に残念に感じたのかもしれません。
サガリバナを研究していたり、すごく興味があってずっと見ていられる人には
良いかもしれませんが、私たちは期待値が高すぎたのかもしれませんね。
今回の石垣島旅行で、唯一、申し込みを後悔しました。

The guide provided slow and careful support, and shared stories about the nature and lifestyle of Iriomote Island at various points, making it a very enjoyable and educational time.

夫婦、子供二人(小4、小2ともに女の子)で参加させていただきました。
出発から折り返し地点を経由してゴールまで、しっかりと距離もあって、子供と一緒にドキドキしながら童心に帰って楽しめました！！個人的には、マングローブの森の中で見た木漏れ日がとても綺麗で忘れられない体験になりました。
小2の娘も大人用パドルで、最後まで漕げたので、小学生であれば十分体力的にも問題ないと思います。四苦八苦しながら一緒に協力しあってカヌーを操縦する体験はとてもいい経験になりました。
ガイドの方も、ゆっくり丁寧にサポートいただき、また随所随所で西表島の自然や生活面のお話しをいただき、とても楽しい時間を過ごせて、勉強にもなりました。

The staff were very friendly, and I felt safe and enjoyed my time! The kids experienced snorkeling and parasailing for the first time in their lives! They were kindly guided and had many photos taken, which made them very happy! The staff also made the slide exciting, and the kids had a great time sliding down! I was truly healed by the beautiful sea and the pleasant breeze! It was a wonderful experience! I heard there were whale sharks swimming nearby, but it was a shame we couldn't see them... My elementary school-aged child was very satisfied with the unique experiences, like exploring the limestone caves and kayaking, which we don't usually do. The fun-loving guide was full of entertaining talks and kept us engaged throughout the tour! I highly recommend this tour for families.

I thought we would just see the Pumpkin Cave and that would be it, but it turned out to be an adventure beyond my imagination as we climbed further in! The final dive from the pumpkin was incredibly refreshing! My daughter paired up with Yamato, who shared stories about the history of Miyako Island, and we really appreciated his help! Our blue cave snorkeling event was cancelled due to weather but they offered to take us to a shallow area near their shop where we saw tons of fish. The current was strong but the heavy duty life vest kept us afloat and our guide was right there with us, taking pictures, and also had a boogie board we could grab onto if we needed a rest. If we had more time, I would have rebooked the blue cave once the weather calmed down. Our guide was kind and helpful and the equipment was clean and in good condition. My son and I had a great time.
