Since I was traveling alone without a car, I participated in this tour that seemed great for exploring Ishigaki Island. It turned out to be very good. The view of Kabira Bay on a sunny day was beautiful, and I was able to see sea turtles from the glass-bottom boat. The scenery from the observation deck was also incredibly stunning and left me in awe.
The guide's stories were interesting, and I was able to enjoy the bus ride without getting bored. I highly recommend this for solo travelers!

This was my first trip to Ishigaki Island, so I wasn't sure what to do, and I joined a day tour that included Iriomote Island and Yubu Island.
When we arrived at Iriomote Island and transferred to a bus, the driver provided a lot of explanations about the island, which helped me understand more and made the sightseeing more enjoyable. On Yubu Island, which we crossed by water buffalo cart, there was a lush subtropical botanical paradise. It felt like being in another country. There were flowers and various types of plants that can only be seen in Okinawa.
You can also experience a butterfly garden and a pond with many water buffalo, as well as interact with them. Although I didn't have high expectations for lunch, it was a delicious meal with generous portions, allowing us to enjoy Okinawan cuisine.
The final mangrove cruise was a relaxing way to view the mangrove forest from the boat, and the guide provided explanations about the ecology of the mangroves, the plants, and the creatures, making it an informative experience.
This trip was not just about enjoying the scenery; I was able to learn various information while having fun, which made me very satisfied. If it's your first time in Ishigaki Island and you're feeling lost or want to have a more enjoyable trip, I highly recommend participating in this tour.
石垣島旅行は初めてなので分からなくて西表・由布島めぐり日帰りツアーに参加しました。
西表島に着いてバスに乗り換えて移動する時に、運転手さんが島についてよく説明してくれていろいろ分かるようになったし、より楽しく観光ができました。
水牛車に乗って渡った由布島では自然豊かな亜熱帯植物楽園がありました。
海外に来たような雰囲気でした。
沖縄でしか見られない花やいろんな種類の植物があります。
蝶々園とたくさんの水牛がいる池、水牛ふれあい体験までできます。
昼食も付いてて大した期待はありませんでしたが、ボリュームもあって沖縄料理を楽しめるおいしい食事でした。
最後のマングローブ遊覧はマングローブ林をのんびり船から見学ができ、ガイドさんがマングローブの生態や植物、生き物について解説しながら案内してくれて学びの多い時間でした。
景色だけを楽しむ旅行ではなく、様々な情報も一緒に学びながら楽しむことができて、その点にとても満足しました。
石垣島が初めてで迷っていたり、もっと楽しい旅行をしたい方はぜひ参加してほしいです

We participated in this on our honeymoon! The guide was very friendly and approachable. It took about 30 minutes by car to reach the jungle, but along the way, he shared a lot of interesting facts and history about Ishigaki Island, which was very educational. The travel time felt like it flew by.
In the jungle, we were able to see various creatures like coconut crabs and hermit crabs. Many of them are not found in the Kanto region, so I was excited every time I spotted a new creature! It felt like I returned to my childhood and had a great time. We went with a family that had small children, and the guide was considerate of them, so we could relax and enjoy ourselves!

Mishima Tour 三島巡り

I traveled from Ishigaki Island's ferry terminal to Iriomote Island and took a mangrove cruise. I knew the cruise wouldn't go too far into the mangroves, but I was a bit disappointed that we turned back much sooner than I expected.
Next, I took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island. Yubu Island felt like a botanical garden and was very beautiful. The water buffalo cart was just as I had hoped.
Lunch at the island's cafeteria was also good.
Then, I visited Taketomi Island. Since I added all the options, we first went on a glass-bottom boat to see the corals and fish. The water clarity was a bit poor due to the typhoon that had just passed, but I was satisfied because I could still see corals and fish. It would have been even better if the water had been clearer, but that's just luck.
After that, we toured the island by microbus. I was a little disappointed by the number of people. Finally, I rode the water buffalo cart again to circle the island, and then we walked around the places we visited by water buffalo cart until it was time for the ferry. We were taken by bus to the ferry terminal and then took the ferry back to Ishigaki Island's ferry terminal.
I was very satisfied to have visited three islands in one day.
石垣島離島ターミナルより西表島に渡り、仲間川マングローブクルーズ。
マングローブクルーズはあまり奥まで行かない事は分かっていたが、期待していたよりも全然手前で戻ってしまったので少し残念。
次に水牛車で由布島へ。
由布島は全体が植物園の様な感じでとてもキレイでした。水牛車も期待通りで良かったです。
島の食堂でのランチも良かったです。
そして三島目の竹富島。
オプションを全部付けたので始めはグラスボートでサンゴと魚を見に行きました。
台風直後だったので水の透明度が少し悪かったですが、サンゴも魚も見れたので満足。
水が透明だったらなお良かったですが、こればかりは運ですね。
その後マイクロバスで島内観光。人の多さに少しがっかりでした。
最後は水牛車に乗ってもう一度島内をぐるりと回り、その後船の時間まで歩いて水牛車で回った場所をおさらい。
フェリー乗り場までバスで送ってもらい、フェリーで石垣島離島ターミナルへ。
1日で三島巡りできてとても満足でした。

I encountered one after swimming for about 10 minutes and was very satisfied! Even if you're not used to swimming, the instructor will guide you to the sea turtle spot, so you can feel very safe. I discovered many sea turtles in the beautiful ocean, and even as a snorkeling beginner, I had a great time!

I wanted more time at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, so I would like to participate again if there is a tour focused specifically on the Churaumi Aquarium.
Considering transportation costs and transfers to get to the Churaumi Aquarium, I think participating in a tour is the best option, so I believe there is demand for it...

This was my first time in Miyako Island, so I wanted to enjoy the sea as much as possible, and I signed up for two experiences: SAP and snorkeling. Both my husband and I are just before our sixties, so we had some concerns, but we went ahead and booked. We didn't know the experience locations until the day before, but that made it exciting to find out where we would be going.
The day before, we were informed that SAP would be at Ingyā Bay and snorkeling would be at Shigira Beach. For SAP, we were taught the basics in the calm bay, and by the end, we were able to paddle while standing. Balancing on the board was challenging, but even as beginners, we had a great time!
After that, we moved to Shigira Beach for snorkeling. They provided us with wetsuits, masks, and fins, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful Miyako Blue sea, swimming among the fish and coral. Unfortunately, we didn't see any sea turtles, but the underwater world felt like a different realm, making it an unforgettable experience.
The staff who taught us were very polite and provided excellent support. We also got some wonderful photos taken. Thank you to all the staff! I definitely want to come back to Miyako Island again.
今回初めての宮古島でしたので、できるだけ海を楽しもうということで、SAPとシュノーケル体験を二つ申し込みました。
夫婦二人共還暦前なので若干不安もありましたが、勢いで申し込みました。
前日にならないと体験場所がわかりませんでしたが、逆に何処なのか楽しみでもありました。
前日に連絡がありSAPはインギャーの入江、シュノーケルはシギラビーチとなりました。
まず初めてのSAPでしたが、穏やかな入江で基礎から教えてもらい、最後は立って漕ぐことができました。ボードの上でのバランスが難しいですが、初めてでも十分に楽しめました！
その後場所をシギラビーチに移しシュノーケルをしました。ウエットスーツとマスク類や足ヒレなども準備してもらいシギラの宮古島ブルーのとてもきれいな海で魚や珊瑚を存分に楽しみました。
残念ながらウミガメには会えなかったですが、別世界のような海は忘れることができないくらい最高の体験でした。
教えてもらったスタッフも丁寧で親切なサポートがとても良かったです。
素敵な写真も撮ってもらえました。
スタッフの皆様有り難うございました。
また宮古島に絶対来たくなりますよ。

Especially, we traveled from Iriomote to Yufu Island by water buffalo, and we also rode water buffalo on Taketomi Island. It was a joy to spend time with my family on the same route I took about 30 years ago with my family members.

Although the weather was unfortunately drizzly, I had a great time. The staff on the mangrove cruise provided various explanations, and I was able to see plenty of mangroves. We crossed to Yufuin Island by water buffalo, and if you get a cart that plays the sanshin, you can enjoy some music too♪ The lunch on Yufuin Island was also very delicious, made with local ingredients.

On Iriomote Island, I enjoyed the Nakama River cruise where I could see various mangroves and animals, and the boat guide's stories were fun. We crossed to Yubu Island by water buffalo, and I really felt the essence of Okinawa with the sound of the sanshin and the songs. There was also a spot to touch the water buffalo, and I was able to take pictures with them! They were so cute. The lunch bento was delicious too.

I encountered a sea turtle right after I started swimming! Our very kind guide, Matsuura, said, "I'll look for more!" and we were able to meet four sea turtles together. We took many photos from various angles, the sea was clear, and there were plenty of fish. This was the most enjoyable snorkeling experience I've ever had! I used this service on the last day of my trip to Miyako Island, and it became the perfect memory to wrap up my travels. I highly recommend it!! Thank you, Matsuura! (^o^)

I participated with three friends! The weather was great, and snorkeling was incredibly refreshing! We even got to see a sea turtle up close, and it was so cute (*´˘`*)♡ During the tour, they taught us about the ecology of sea turtles and clownfish, and even helped us with lunch recommendations afterward, which made the conversation really enjoyable! I wanted to go snorkeling with sea turtles but wasn't sure where to book it, so I searched online. Since it was for the next day, I thought it might be too late, but when I called, they were incredibly polite and kind, and I decided to go with them. I was so impressed by their friendliness that I could immediately say, "This is the place!"
On the day of the tour, I was excited and a bit nervous about who would be guiding us, and then a super friendly guide named Hikaru arrived. His explanations were thorough and easy to understand. As soon as we reached the spot, we encountered turtles right away, and I couldn't believe how close we could swim to them! I took photos while swimming near the turtles and was truly moved by the experience.
Even though it's only been a week since I returned, I'm already thinking about wanting to join Hikaru's tour again next year. When I spotted Hikaru waving at the meeting point, I felt a rush of excitement for the sea turtle snorkeling tour. We encountered a total of four turtles.

海亀シュノーケルがしたいが何処にお願いしたら良いものかと思いながらネットで検索し、翌日の事なのであかんかなぁーと思いながら電話をしたらとっても丁寧で親切に対応して頂きお世話になる事を決めました。あっここに決めたと即答できるくらいめっちゃ親切でした。当日現場に行きまたまたどんな人が来てくれるのかとドキドキしてたらこれまためちゃくちゃ親切な光くんが来てくれました。

On the day of the tour, I thought the weather was going to be iffy, but it cleared up just in time for the start, which was great. Thanks to that, the stars were incredibly beautiful, and I was very satisfied!
The jungle tour, where we moved forward with just our handheld lights in complete darkness, was exciting as I wondered what animals or insects we might encounter. It was quite challenging to spot them, but our guide and fellow tour members found a transparent crab and a newt, and I even got to see the main attraction, the coconut crab. It was a lot of fun and made for a great memory!

お陰で、星が凄く綺麗に見れて大満足でした！
真っ暗の中を手持ちのライトだけで進んで行くジャングルツアーは、どんな動物や虫に出会えるのかとワクワクしました。
中々探すのは難しかったですが、ガイドさんや一緒のツアーの方が見つけてくれた透明のカニやイモリ、見たことのない物に出会えて本命のヤシガニにも遭遇できて、とても楽しかったです。

I participated in snorkeling at Miyara River Canoe and Osaki Beach (changed from the Blue Cave depending on wave conditions) at the end of October as a woman in her 50s. Experiencing the mangroves up close while hearing the sound of cicadas was unique to canoeing. The temperature that day was around 27°C. I rolled up the sleeves of my rash guard over my swimsuit and made sure to stay hydrated during the experience.
We passed through a tunnel of lush trees and saw a cave inhabited by bats, making for a varied adventure. The ride was surprisingly stable, allowing even beginners (and those at the upper age limit) to enjoy it without any issues. What left the biggest impression on me was the sight of many butterflies flying among the dense mangroves. It felt like a different world, completely detached from reality, as if time had stopped.
After canoeing, we returned to the island terminal for lunch, and then it was time for snorkeling, which was also a first-time experience for me. I was extremely nervous. Since it was my first time wearing a wetsuit, fins, and a mask, I wished I had watched a video beforehand just to prepare for putting them on. The beach was quite shallow, so I started by walking without fins. After a long underwater walk, I was told, "Now let's put on the fins," but it turned out to be quite challenging, and I almost felt like giving up.
Once I put on the mask, snorkeling began, but I ended up getting a small amount of seawater in my mouth, which made me feel like I was about to panic! Fortunately, the instructor quickly noticed my distress. "Let's hold onto this!" they said, handing me a float, and I was able to snorkel while holding onto it. Thanks to the float guiding me, I could safely swim among the colorful tropical fish in the coral reef.
Additionally, both during canoeing and snorkeling, many photos were taken for me. I participated without my smartphone, and it was not a problem at all.
10月末に宮良川カヌーと大崎ビーチ（波の状況により青の洞窟から変更）でシュノーケリングに参加した50代女性です。
セミの声が響き渡るマングローブを水面間近から見るというのはカヌーならではの体験でした。
この日は気温27℃ほど。水着の上に着たラッシュガードの袖をまくり、また水分補給をしながらの体験になりました。
生い茂る木々のトンネルをくぐったり、コウモリの住む洞窟を見たりで変化に富んだものになりました。
想像以上に安定した乗り心地で初心者でも（しかも年齢制限ギリギリ）問題なく楽しめました。
一番印象に残ったのは、うっそうと茂るマングローブの合間をたくさんのチョウが飛んでいる光景。現実から切り離された別世界、時が止まったようでした。
カヌーの後はいったん離島ターミナルまで戻り、昼食後に今度はシュノーケリングへ。
これも私にとっては初めての体験。緊張マックスで迎えました。
ウエットスーツ、フィン、マスク、全てが初めてだったので、その装着だけでも前もって動画で予習しておけはよかったと、、。
ビーチはかなりの遠浅になっていたので、まずはフィンをつけずに徒歩で移動。かなり長い水中ウォーキングの後「さぁここでフィンをつけましょう」と言われたものの、これが全く簡単ではなく、、早くも挫けそうになった私。
さらにマスクを装着した後にシュノーケリングがスタートしましたが、挫けそうになっている私の口の中に今度は少量の海水が…。
このままではパニックになりそう！と思っているのをインストラクターさんがいち早く察知してくれました。
「これに捕まりましょう！」と素早く浮きを差し出してくれ、それにしっかり捕まってのシュノーケリングになりました。
この浮きがずっと私を誘導してくれたおかげで安心してサンゴ礁の間を泳ぐ色とりどりの熱帯魚たちを見ることができました。
またカヌー、シュノーケリングともたくさんの写真を撮って下さり、スマホを持たずに参加しましたが何の問題もありませんでした。

First, we took a ferry from Ishigaki Island to Iriomote Island. On Iriomote Island, we cruised through the mangrove forests by boat. The guide provided detailed explanations about the mangrove ecosystem, and I learned so much—it was a wonderful experience!
From Ishigaki Island, we crossed the sea to Yubu Island by water buffalo. The water buffalo were so cute and soothing, and while crossing the sea, our guide played the sanshin, creating a moment where you can truly feel the essence of Okinawa!
We then took another ferry to Taketomi Island, where we also rode in a water buffalo cart! This time, the cart took us around the streets of Ishigaki, allowing us to enjoy a different scenery compared to Yubu Island.
It was a luxurious tour packed with highlights from all three islands! If you're visiting Ishigaki Island and want to explore many nearby islands, I highly recommend this experience!
