Entering the pitch-black jungle can be daunting since you never know what might come out, but I'm glad I had the opportunity to experience this tour. Since it's wildlife we're dealing with, it depends on luck, but it seems we were fortunate to see an owl and a turtle this time. The guide was able to spot and introduce creatures that I likely wouldn't have found on my own. The moon was out, and perhaps due to its position, we could see quite a few stars. However, it seemed a bit challenging to capture the beautiful starry sky in photos. The two guide brothers were friendly, and it seemed like they were enjoying themselves as well, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
真っ暗なジャングルの中に入っていくのは何が出てくるかわからないし、躊躇してしまいますが、このようなツアーで体験できてよかったです。
野生生物が相手なので運によりますが、今回はフクロウ、カメなどが見れて当たりだったようです。自分では見つけられないであろう生き物をガイドさんが見つけて紹介してくれました。
月が出ていましたが、位置が良かったのかまぁまぁ星は見れました。
星空はきれいに写真に残すのは少し難しそうでした。
ガイドのお兄さん二人がフレンドリーな方で、ガイドさん自身も楽しんでいるようで、楽しめました。
参加人数が多く懐中電灯が1グループに1つだったので、持参するのが良いと思います。
また、新月のタイミングで参加すると星空がきれいに見れると思います。

I was finally able to visit Miyako Island after a year of anticipation, and I created wonderful memories there! I was very nervous, but thanks to the kind words and constant smiles from the staff (Mr. Amane), I was able to participate joyfully! I appreciated the guidance on poses as well, which was helpful. I got to see some of the photos taken, and they turned out beautifully, making for great memories!
At the end, I received detailed recommendations for spots to visit in Miyako Island, which expanded my options for sightseeing from tomorrow onward!

The reason for joining the tour was simply to see the "coconut crab." I was very satisfied to see both juvenile and adult coconut crabs. It was a very precious experience that reminded me of my childhood as an adult. In the end, I was able to see a lot of stars in the night sky, which made me very happy. Although we couldn't see the beautiful Milky Way due to the clouds, we were able to discover several coconut crabs. We also encountered various creatures, including different types of crabs, frogs, and scorpions. I would love to visit Iriomote Island again.

We participated as a family of four.
It took about 40 minutes to reach our destination from the meeting point.
We were lent flashlights and rubber boots, and we explored the jungle. Perhaps because it had just rained, we saw many creatures, including coconut crabs.
We reached the coast, where we could see the starry sky and even spotted shooting stars.

It was really great. I felt at ease participating thanks to the guide's careful instructions. Walking through the jungle was a bit thrilling, but it was exciting as well. The night sky from the beach was filled with countless stars, and I was truly moved. Along the way, I encountered various creatures and had an extraordinary experience. This is definitely a tour you should experience when you go to Iriomote!

A clear and calm night before the typhoon approached.
We were picked up by the hotel, and there were two other groups, making a total of six people including our guide, Naoto.
As soon as we entered the jungle after getting out of the car, we saw a coconut crab! This was a fantastic start. We saw so many coconut crabs, and I was very satisfied to see various creatures like the habu snake, crabs, and scorpions.
When we reached the coast, the starry sky was breathtaking! This was truly moving!
Naoto's guidance was enjoyable, and we had a wonderful experience.

ホテルに迎えに来てもらえて他に二組４人ガイドのなおとさんもいれて６人でした。

I was unsure whether to book the tour until the last minute due to the unpredictable weather for stargazing, but since I was going to Miyako Island, I decided to go for it and made the reservation.
After booking, they adjusted the time via email and clearly explained the meeting point, so I was well-prepared in advance.
On the day of the tour, the weather was... perfectly clear! We traveled along a dark road with hardly any lights to the meeting place, but above us was a breathtaking starry sky like I had never seen before. After arriving, the photographer was friendly and chatted with us, and he recommended poses for the shoot.
After the shoot, he showed us the results on the camera, and I was just... blown away by how beautiful the photos turned out! The starry sky and the Milky Way were captured so beautifully that I was truly moved! Three days later, I received the photo data via LINE, and each image was sent in high quality, so when I printed them in larger sizes like A4, they looked stunning.
Before leaving, they also shared many recommended dining spots in Miyako Island, making it a 200% satisfying experience from start to finish! I definitely want to use this service again if I have the chance to visit Miyako Island!
星空撮影のため、天候がどうなるかわからず直前までツアー予約するか悩みましたが、せっかく宮古島に行くので思い切って申し込みました。
申し込み後は、メールにて時間の調整をして頂き集合場所もわかりやすく教えて頂けたので事前準備は万全。
当日、天候は・・・見事に晴れ！
撮影集合場所まではほとんど明かりもない真っ暗な道を進んで行きましたが、すでに頭上には今まで見たことのないような満天の星空☆彡
到着後、カメラマンさんが気さくにいろいろと話をしてくださり、撮影ポーズも今回はおすすめを教えて頂き撮影してもらいました。
撮影後、カメラで出来栄えを見せて頂きましたが、もう、、素敵すぎる出来栄えで満天の星空と天の川がこんなにも綺麗に撮ってもらえたことに感動！！
撮影３日後にLINEで撮影データを送ってもらえましたが、一枚一枚画質の大きなデータで送って頂けたので、後日A4サイズ等の大きなサイズで印刷してもとても綺麗でした。
帰り間際には宮古島のおすすめのお食事スポットもたくさん教えて頂き、最初から最後まで満足度200％の最高のツアーでした！！
また宮古島に行くことがあった際は是非利用したいと思います！！

I was worried since it was my first night tour, but our guide, Yuri, was kind and explained everything, making it easy for us seniors to participate with peace of mind. It was thrilling to walk through the pitch-black forest, and we even encountered two coconut crabs. The weather was perfect, and we could see a sky full of stars without a single cloud. There were so many stars that I couldn't even recognize the constellations. Participating in the tour created wonderful memories for me. I had visited Ishigaki Island several times, but participating in this tour made this trip the most enjoyable memory. I was able to see a coconut crab, the weather was great, and I got to see the Milky Way, creating wonderful family memories. My fifth-grade daughter loves living creatures, and since we could also enjoy stargazing together, we decided to participate. We were fortunate with the weather and were able to see a night sky filled with stars that we can't see in the city. We also got to see a coconut crab properly. It became a wonderful memory of Ishigaki Island!

During the tour, there was a coconut crab deep in the rocks, but it quickly ran away, so I gave up on taking a photo. However, later on, the guide managed to catch one, allowing me to observe it closely!
ツアー中、岩場の奥にヤシガニが居たのですが、すぐに逃げてしまい、写真は諦めていました。ですがその後、ガイドの人が捕まえてくれたためじっくり観察することができました!
If the number of people on the tour is large, there may not be enough flashlights provided, so it might be a good idea to bring your own.

I participated with my wife. The large full moon was very beautiful, and the sea and jungle illuminated by the moonlight were stunning. Thanks to the bright moon, the forest paths and the shoreline were softly lit, allowing us to walk in nature without feeling a sense of unease, which was impressive.
As I listened closely, I could hear the sounds of insects and the calls of owls, and spending time enveloped in a silence that can't be experienced in the city was truly luxurious.
The guide carefully explained about the creatures and plants, and being able to observe hermit crabs and nocturnal animals up close was a great memory. It was heartwarming to see small children eagerly searching for creatures and asking questions.
Although I couldn't fully enjoy the starry sky, I think experiencing the unique nighttime atmosphere created by the full moon was a one-of-a-kind experience of this tour. Next time, I want to aim for the new moon to see a sky full of stars.

次は新月のタイミングを狙って満天の星を見に来たいです。

I was recommended by a friend who moved to Ishigaki Island, and my husband and I participated together. I was a bit scared because I'm not good with bugs, but I was able to enjoy it while feeling excited with the guide and everyone else. Watching the guide bravely trying to catch a coconut crab gave me a lot of courage. I kept saying "gross, gross!!!" but then I reflected that I must seem grosser to the bugs. (laughs)
The full moon seen in a place away from the city lights was incredibly beautiful, and looking at the calm sea and the full moon felt like it purified my heart, making it a particularly memorable moment during the trip.
Although we had to drive far from the city, the guide shared many stories about Ishigaki Island and the surrounding islands, so the time flew by. I also became interested in visiting Kuroshima and Iriomote Island. It was great to observe many small creatures that are active at night while listening to the sounds of frogs and birds, allowing me to discover a side of Ishigaki Island that I couldn't experience during the daytime sightseeing. 体を張ってヤシガニを捕まえようとしてくれているガイドさんを見てかなり勇気をもらいました。
キモいキモい！！！ばっかり言ってましたが、虫たちからしたら私の方がキモいよなと反省したりしました。笑
そして街の明かりが届かない場所で見る満月はとても綺麗で、穏やかな海と満月を見ていると心が浄化されたような気がして 旅の中でも特に印象に残るひとときになりました。
市街地から離れた場所までの車移動でしたが、ガイドさんが石垣島や離島の話をたくさんしてくれたのであっという間でした。
黒島や西表島にも行ってみたくなりました。
カエルや鳥の鳴き声を聴きながら夜に活動する小さな生き物たちをたくさん観察できて、昼間の観光では味わえない石垣島の一面を知ることができて良かったです。本当にありがとうございました！

The full moon made the night sky too bright to see many stars, but I was able to spot a natural monument insect, and a coconut crab peeked out from behind a rock. I participated with my wife and our lively boys aged 4, 6, and 8. I had been interested in the activities for a while, but I wasn't sure about the typhoon situation. However, since the kids were eager to explore and the weather looked good, we decided to join on the same day!
This time, we were lucky to see various things, and our guides, Yuuki and Ryu, were fantastic!
We could see quite a few stars, but since the full moon was approaching, it wasn't at its peak. However, we were able to see a level of stars that we usually don't get to see.

妻と4.6.8歳のヤンチャクソボウズと参加しました。
以前よりアクティビティは気にはなっていたものの、台風の加減が分からなかったので、子供が探検に行きたいとうるさいのと、天気もいい感じだったので当日予約で参加しました！
今回は運もよく色々なものが見れましたし、ガイドのユウキ君もリュウ君のコンビも最高でした！
星もけっこう見えたのですが、満月が近いってのもあり満開とはいきませんでしたが、普段見ることのないレベルでしっかり見れました。
楽しませていただきありがとうございました！

At first, I was wondering what it would be like, but I was able to find coconut crabs, as well as hermit crabs and frogs, and the starry sky was beautiful. I was satisfied to have participated in the tour.
