I participated in the tour on July 19. The facilities, including the aquarium, were great, but the red sweet potato tart from the snack shop recommended by the guide, as well as the sata andagi from Sanya Honpo that we had at Manzamo, were delicious! Thank you to the guide!

This plan, which allows you to visit the iconic tourist spots of Okinawa in one day, was very enjoyable for me as a beginner in Okinawa. The bus guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I believe I gained a deeper understanding of Okinawa. The views from the bus window were outstanding, and it was enjoyable no matter which side you sat on. It was also lucky that we happened to see fighter jets flying, possibly due to some training that day. The whale sharks at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium were impressive and wonderful, but personally, I found the manatees to be so cute that I want to visit them again.

ザ・沖縄といった観光名所を一日で周れるこのプランは、沖縄初心者のわたしにはとても楽しめました。バスガイドさんのお話もとても聞きやすく、沖縄への理解を深められたと思います。車窓からの景色は抜群で、左右どちらに座っても楽しめるようになっていました。この日はたまたま訓練をしていたのか、戦闘機が飛ぶ様を見れたのもラッキーでした。美ら海水族館のジンベエザメも迫力があって素敵でしたが、個人的にはマナティーが可愛くてまた会いに行きたいなと思いました。

I was a bit anxious since it had been a while since I last went into the sea for snorkeling, but the pre-explanation was easy to understand. Once I got into the water, I felt secure as the wetsuit kept me afloat. It was fun just floating there while fish came close to my float. I appreciated the staff for adjusting my mask and inviting me to other activities. Everyone on the team was friendly and approachable, which was great. It was also my first time parasailing, and everything from preparation to cleanup went smoothly, allowing me to enjoy the experience without any issues. The boat did sway quite a bit, but since I took motion sickness medication beforehand, I managed to be okay. For those who are prone to motion sickness, I recommend taking medication in advance and bringing anti-nausea medication just in case.

初めてのシュノーケリングで海に入るのも久しぶりだったので不安でしたが、事前の説明も分かりやすく、いざ海に入ってみるとウェットスーツだけでも体が浮くので安心して体験できました。魚が勝手に浮き輪の近くまで来てくれたので、浮いているだけで楽しかったです。ズレていたマスクの位置を直してくださったり、他のアクティビティにも誘ってくださったりと、担当の方には色々とお気遣いいただきましてありがとうございました。スタッフ皆さん気さくで話しかけやすい雰囲気で良かったです。パラセーリングも初めてでしたが、準備から片付けまでスムーズで何事もなく安心して体験できました。船はわりと揺れましたが、事前に酔い止めを飲んでいたのでなんとか大丈夫でした。酔いやすい方は事前に酔い止めを飲んでおくのと、吐き気止めの持参をされた方が無難かと思います。

I signed up for snorkeling and parasailing. Since the departure from Naha was at 3 PM, I chose the course from 8 AM to 12:30 PM, and it was a great experience. The process from check-in to receiving the wetsuit and boarding was smooth. The explanations before and after departure were provided in both Japanese and English, which was nice.

Although there are some limitations on the options, it was possible to sign up for additional activities on the day, so I think you can enjoy even more. There were many pickup locations for the free shuttle (we were picked up at our hotel by Chura Chari). The pickup was a bit earlier than scheduled, and although I specified a different drop-off location, they kindly accommodated my request.

If I go to Okinawa again and want to do marine sports, I will definitely sign up for a tour with Marine Club Berry.

シュノーケリングとパラセーリングを申し込みました。
那覇発が15時だったので、８時〜12時半のコースにしましたが大満喫です。
受付からウエットスーツのお渡し、乗船までスムーズでした。出航前後の説明も日本語、英語で分かれて説明があり、それも良かったです。
枠に制限はあるものの、当日にオプション申し込みも出来たので、プラスα楽しめると思います。
無料送迎のピックアップ場所もたくさんあり（私達はちゅらチャリでピックアップホテルへ移動）
お迎えも時間よりちょい早め、送りは違う場所を指定しましたが、快く送ってくれました。
また沖縄へ行ってマリンスポーツをするならマリンクラブベリーさんのツアーを申し込みます。

The opening time for the Churaumi Aquarium is 8:30 AM, while the "Umikaze Market," where you can exchange tickets, opens at 9:30 AM. This time gap feels wasteful! Depending on the situation, it might be better to purchase tickets on-site without the 10% discount. I probably won't use it next time. When I visited, the ticket vending machines were empty. I think the opening times of partner stores should be improved a bit more. Also, the staff at Umikaze Market were unfriendly. Additionally, the cancellation and change screen is difficult to understand, so a simpler interface would be better.

美ら海水族館の開始時間が8時30分からで、チケット引き換え出来る「海風マーケット」の開店時間が9時30分。この時間差はもったいない！
場合によっては、10%割引を無しにして現地で購入した方が良いかも？と感じました。恐らく次は利用しません。今回訪れた時は発券機が、ガラガラでしたからね。
もう少し、提携先の開店時間も改善するべきと思います。それに海風マーケットの店員も無愛想だし。
他には、キャンセル－変更　画面が判り難いのでもっとシンプルな画面だと良いと思う。

With the guidance of a polite and friendly guide, my children, who were snorkeling for the first time, were able to participate with confidence. The water was very clear, and we could see many colorful fish even in deeper areas. The suits and snorkels we borrowed were all comfortable to use, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free experience. We also had many underwater photos taken, and we were thrilled to see clownfish as well. It was a very satisfying tour. Thank you!

丁寧で親切なガイドさんの案内でシュノーケリングが初めての子供達と安心して参加できました。
透明度が高くたくさんの色とりどりの魚たちが深いところまでよく見えます。お借りしたスーツやシュノーケル等どれも使い心地が良くストレスフリーで過ごせました。
水中の写真もたくさん撮っていただき，またクマノミも見ることができ大満足のツアーでした。ありがとうございました。

I joined the tour because I wanted to see sea turtles.

I was told that there would be little rocking, but it was a windy day and the boat swayed quite a bit. Even though I took motion sickness medication, I ended up feeling quite seasick and unfortunately couldn't go on the sea turtle exploration. However, the staff were very kind; they provided tea and vomit bags before I even had to complain about feeling unwell, and they guided me to a quiet spot on the top deck.

I also participated in another tour with a maximum of six people, and I was impressed by the homey atmosphere and attentive service. However, since this tour had a larger number of participants, complete beginners who don't know anything might feel a bit anxious.

The snorkeling spot on this tour was deep and clear, so it seemed that those with a fear of heights might find it scary, but the sea was incredibly beautiful.

ウミガメをみたくて参加しました。

揺れが少ないとのことでしたが、風が強い日で揺れたこともあり酔い止め薬を飲んでいたもののかなり船酔いしてしまい、残念ながらウミガメ探索に行けませんでしたが、スタッフの方は体調が悪いと訴える前にお茶や嘔吐用の袋をくれたり、トップデッキの静かな場所に案内してくださったりとても親切にしてくださいました。

最大6名の別のツアーにも参加しましアットホームさと丁寧なサービスに感動しましたが、こちらは参加人数が多いので、全くの初心者で何もわからない方は少し不安になるかもしれません。

このツアーでスノーケリングをする場所は深さがあって透き通っているので、高所恐怖症だと怖かったらしいですが、それほど綺麗な海でした。

The only good thing about participating in the tour was encountering a sea turtle. Here are the reasons for my evaluation:

- I was mistaken for someone else with the same last name, which caused the tour schedule to switch between the morning and afternoon.
- On the bus to Yubujima, it seemed they left the original participants behind at the port and had to turn back. At the port, they swapped one group of customers and departed again, all without any announcements or apologies.
- Perhaps due to the time lost, there was a comment saying, "Yubujima has fewer things to see, so if you hurry, you can return in less than an hour." I wanted to see everything while I was there...
- Although the snorkeling seemed to be focused on aesthetics, the content did not live up to expectations.

Overall, I was particularly concerned about the lack of coordination within the tour company. Even though I had signed and submitted a consent form once, I was made to fill it out again, indicating a lack of information sharing. Additionally, although the snorkeling was advertised to take place in the morning, it was changed to the afternoon due to the number of water buffalo carts, resulting in Barasu Island being completely submerged. Since there wasn't much to see, I think it would have been more meaningful to spend time looking at fish at other points instead of just viewing the island from the boat.

At the next snorkeling point, my friend, who is not used to swimming, said, "I felt rushed and couldn't enjoy it much because I was worried about chasing after the buoy held by the guide. I was anxious about getting kicked by the fins of other participants and having my mask slip." While I appreciated the attention to safety, there were many flaws throughout the tour.

Seeing the sea turtle was very nice, but since encounters are rare and it was just a coincidence that the turtle was swimming nearby, this led to my evaluation.

ツアーに参加して良かったことはただ一つ、海亀に遭遇できたことです。
評価の理由を列挙します。

・同じ苗字の別人と間違えられてツアー内容が午前と午後で入れ替わる。
・由布島行きのバスで、本来の参加者を港に置き去りにしたようで途中で引き返していた。港では一組の客を入れ替えて再出発。その間特にアナウンスや謝罪なし。
・タイムロスしたからなのか「由布島は見るとこ少なめで回ってもらえれば1時間以内に戻って来れますので」という発言。行くからには全て見たいが…。
・シュノーケルは映えを意識している様子なのに内容が伴っていなかった。

総合するとツアー会社の連携が取れていなかったことが特に気になりました。一度同意書を書いて渡したのに、再度書かされそうになったりと情報共有が行われていないようです。
また、シュノーケルが募集サイト上では午前中催行とあったのに、水牛車の数の問題で午後に変更されたことでバラス島が完全に水没していました。特に見応えもなかったため、島自体は船から眺めるに留めて他のポイントで魚を見ていた方が有意義な時間を過ごせたと思います。
次のシュノーケルポイントでは、泳ぎ慣れない友人曰く「急かされて忙しなく、ガイドの持つ浮きを追いかけることを気にしてあまり楽しめなかった。他の参加者のフィンに蹴られそうでマスクがずれたらとヒヤヒヤした」とのこと。
安全面に配慮されていたのは良かったですが、ツアー全体を通して粗が多かったです。
海亀を見れたことは非常に良かったですが、遭遇自体が珍しいらしく偶然近辺を泳いでくれた海亀のおかげなので、この評価に至りました。

My husband and I visited Okinawa for our anniversary trip.

After arriving at the meeting point, we called the number provided and met our guide. She was very cheerful and wonderful! The weather was nice, and although the sun was strong, she quickly guided us to a shaded area and explained the precautions and equipment we would be using, which was very thoughtful of her!

Once we entered the sea, she taught us many things, and she took more photos than we expected, creating the best memories! It was truly, truly enjoyable, and my husband and I are talking about coming back again. ⭐︎ When we do, we hope to have the same guide again! Haha. Thank you for the fun time!

The weather was nice, and the sea was beautiful, but I didn't see many fish or sea turtles. The boat handling skills were lacking, and since they frequently reversed, there were a lot of bubbles hitting the glass surface, making it a bit hard to see.

天気も良かったし、海も綺麗でしたが、大して魚も海亀も観れなかった
船の運転技術が今ひとつで、バックを多用するので泡がガラス面に多くあたり少し観にくかった

We made a reservation for four people the day before, and we received a prompt confirmation. Since Kawahira Bay tends to have strong winds, we chose a canoe experience that we could enjoy with peace of mind, and it was incredibly fun to canoe in such beautiful weather! The guide was a wonderful person who was very pleasant, and during the transportation, they shared interesting tidbits about Ishigaki Island. The local instructions were clear, and we were able to take many great photos. Thank you very much. It became a wonderful memory of Ishigaki Island. I would like to use this tour again.

家族4人での前日申込でしたが、すぐに予約OKの回答をいただきました。川平湾が風が強まる傾向にある環境とのことで、安心して楽しめるカヌーを選択しましたが、晴天の絶景のなか体験するカヌーはとても楽しかったです！
ガイドさんはとても感じの良い素敵な方で、送迎中も石垣島プチ情報を教えていただき、現地の指導もわかりやすく、素敵な写真も沢山撮影いただきました。本当にありがとうございました。

On the day of the tour, it suddenly rained heavily, but that actually made it even better and a lot of fun! Kayaking in the rain felt adventurous, and I completely forgot my age and had a blast! The instructor, Shotaro, really got everyone excited, took lots of photos, and I was able to enjoy a fun and safe tour! I am very satisfied. This was my first time kayaking in Ishigaki, and the instructor's talk, which included interesting facts about Iriomote Island, was really enjoyable, making the experience even more fun! I definitely want to recommend this tour to others!

今回、初めての石垣カヌーでしたが、西表島の豆知識含めてインストラクターの方のお話がとっても楽しくて、より一層楽しめました！他の人にもぜひおすすめしたいツアーです！

I participated with four friends. The other family and I had a fun and friendly time together. I felt that there were fewer fish than expected. The meeting place was not described in detail, so I got a bit lost; I would have liked a more detailed explanation.

友人4人での参加でした。他１人家族のみで和気あいあい楽しく過ごせました。

I was alone, but there were a few other people like me, so I didn't mind at all. Since my feet couldn't touch the bottom, I felt a bit scared at first, but after a minute, I realized I could float, and it was fine. Watching the fish was soothing. The slide was great, absolutely the best. I recommend pinching your nose with your hand. Of course, it's fine if you don't. It helps clear your sinuses.

お一人様でしたが、他にもそういう人が何人かいて全く気になりませんでした。足がつかないので、最初は少し怖い気もしましたが、１分後には浮くことがわかってOKでした。魚を見ていると癒されます。滑り台も良かった、最高です。手で鼻をつまむことをお勧めします。もちろん、しなくても問題ありません。鼻の通りが良くなります。

I like aquariums and visit them occasionally, but that large tank was truly impressive. Other aquariums have manta rays, but the ones here were bigger. Since it was a bus tour, I wished I could have taken a bit more time to enjoy it.

水族館は好きで時々いきますが、あの大水槽は大迫力でした。他の水族館にもマンタはいますがここのは大きかった。バスツアーだったので、もう少しゆっきり見たかったと思いました。

I had always wanted to go at least once in my lifetime, so I was very satisfied that my wish came true. The sight of the colorful fish swimming, unique to the Churaumi Aquarium, was truly wonderful.

一生に一度は行きたいと思っていたので、念願が叶いとても満足しました。美ら海水族館ならではの、カラフルな魚たちが泳いでる姿はとても良かったです。

The exchange location for converting the voucher into tickets was a few minutes' drive from the aquarium, so if it's the off-peak season, it might not be necessary to purchase in advance. However, during peak season, same-day purchases could be crowded, so buying in advance might be a good idea.

The aquarium was very wonderful and enjoyable.

バウチャーをチケットに交換する引換所が、水族館から車で数分の場所と離れていたため、閑散期であれば、あえてこちらで事前購入をする必要ないかもしれません。
繁忙期であれば、当日購入は混んでいる可能性があるので、事前購入も良いかもしれませんが。

The guide talked about war and military-related topics, and the atmosphere on the bus was quite dark, which dampened my excited mood. Overall, the course was busy but still somewhat enjoyable.

戦争や軍備関連のはなしをするガイドさんで、結構行きのバスの雰囲気は暗く、ワクワクしていた気分が落ち込んでしまった。
コース全体の内容は、忙しいけどまぁまぁ楽しめた。

This tour is very convenient and enjoyable, as it takes you around several sightseeing spots just by riding the bus from Naha City to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. The tour guide was kind and very considerate, sharing information about Okinawa's history and culture that made for a great learning experience.

Although the schedule was a bit tight due to the packed itinerary, leaving little time for a leisurely lunch, it was still a very fun tour.

那覇市内から美ら海水族館を中心にバスに乗っているだけで、いくつかの観光スポットを回ってくれるので、とっても楽ちんで便利なツアーです。ツアーガイドさんは優しくとても気遣いのある方で、沖縄の文化や外の風景に合わせて沖縄の歴史などもバス内でお話ししてくださって勉強になります。

いろいろな箇所を詰め込んでくれているため、少しスケジュールがきつくゆっくりランチを取る余裕はありませんでしたが、とても楽しいツアーでした。

I visit Okinawa every year, but this was my first time at the Churaumi Aquarium. There was a discount for purchasing tickets in advance. Since I could pick them up at Naha Airport, I was able to enter right away without waiting, which was very smooth. There are many colorful fish to see, but the smaller tanks were crowded, so I could hardly see anything. The large tank with the whale shark was impressive and great. The parking lot requires some walking, so I think an umbrella is necessary!

毎年沖縄へいきますが美ら海水族館は初めてでした。事前にチケットを購入すると割引がありました。また那覇空港で受け取れるので現地では待たずにすぐに入れてとてもスムーズでした。たくさんのカラフルな魚が見れますが小さな水槽は人が多くてほとんど見れませんでした。大きな水槽のシンベイザメが大迫力で良かったです。駐車場は歩くので日傘はいると思います！

I went snorkeling at the Blue Cave for the first time. I was surprised by the number of people during the high season, but I was able to swim relatively freely to and from the Blue Cave with beach entry, so I was glad to enjoy more than just the Blue Cave.

はじめて青の洞窟でシュノーケリングをしました。
ハイシーズンで想像以上の人の数に驚きましたが、ビーチエントリーで青の洞窟への行き帰りも比較的自由に泳がせていただけたので青の洞窟以外も楽しめてよかったです。

I experienced snorkeling, parasailing, and two types of banana boat rides. It was a very fulfilling day as we efficiently managed to do all four activities! The staff were very kind and even gave advice to my friend who was feeling seasick, which was really helpful. Thanks to them, we were able to participate in all the activities together!

Additionally, during the activities, they provided points of interest and engaged in casual conversation, making the day truly enjoyable. The inclusion of GoPro photos as part of the service became a wonderful memory, and I was very happy about it! Thank you very much! ☺︎

I was very lucky to receive a free ticket for one person when I booked other activities. Not only is the aquarium great, but the surrounding park is beautiful, and the scenery is lovely, making it enjoyable for a whole day. The dolphin pool and shows are outdoors, so I recommend taking sun protection and measures against the heat in the summer.

他のアクティビティを予約したら、一名無料でチケットをもらえたのでとてもラッキーでした。
水族館だけじゃなく、周りの公園も綺麗で、景色もよく、丸一日楽しめます。
イルカプールやショーは屋外にあるので、夏は日焼け対策や、暑さ対策をするのがおすすめです。

The phone consultation offers services in Chinese. If you write your name in Chinese or English, they will arrange for a Chinese or English-speaking dive guide. When I registered, I wrote my name in Japanese katakana and almost caused a mix-up. I don't speak Japanese and participated alone. The two Chinese dive guides I encountered were very enthusiastic and responsible underwater, and they were very helpful in taking photos. I was so nervous that I accidentally inhaled water, but the Chinese male dive guide handled it very promptly, and I am very grateful to him. Unfortunately, he was busy taking care of other guests, so I didn't get a chance to ask for his name. Thanks to all the staff! The experience was fantastic! I want to recommend this shop to all my friends. The Chinese dive guides were especially nice!

电话咨询有中文服务。名字写中文或英文就给安排英文或中文潜导，我注册时写了日语片假名差点闹了乌龙。我不会日语，一个人参加的，遇到的两个中文潜导都很热情，水下也非常尽职尽责，很热情的帮忙拍照。因为我太紧张不小心呛水了，中文男潜导处理的非常及时，非常感激他，可惜他一直忙着照顾客人，我没来得及问他名字。感谢所有店员！体验非常棒！我要把这家店推荐给所有的朋友。中文潜导特别nice!

It was my first time snorkeling, and all the guides were very kind and approachable! I was lucky to see sea turtles and starfish! It was a wonderful experience! The beagle experience I added on the day was also thrilling and fun! I definitely want to participate again!☆

In the morning, we enjoyed a SUP tour, and in the afternoon, we snorkeled at the Blue Cave, having fun all day long.

It was my first time on a SUP, but they carefully taught us the tips for riding, so everyone was able to paddle well, making it a安心 experience for beginners. We also took photos while receiving explanations about the island's scenery and nature.

In the afternoon, we swam quite a long distance while snorkeling, but the instructor kept the atmosphere lively and provided explanations about the fish and caves, making the time fly by. We received the photos on the same day, resulting in a very satisfying day.

I highly recommend this tour for those who want to enjoy the nature and scenery of Ishigaki Island!

午前中はSUPツアー、午後からは青の洞窟のシュノーケルと1日中楽しませていただきました。

初めてのSUPでしたが乗り方のコツなど丁寧に教えていただき、
皆うまく漕ぐことができていたので初心者でも安心かと思います。
島の景観や自然についての説明をしていただきながら写真も撮っていただきました。

午後のシュノーケルもかなり長い距離を泳ぎましたが、
インストラクターの方が場を盛り上げつつ魚や洞窟についての解説をしてくれたので、あっという間の時間でした。
写真も当日中に送っていただけ、大満足の1日になりました。

石垣島の自然と景色を楽しみたい方にはおすすめのツアーです！

I had been looking forward to my trip to Okinawa, but it was quite challenging for members who couldn't drive! Usually, we reluctantly opt for a tour with a guide, but in Okinawa, many schedules have you arriving in the evening and leaving in the morning, which feels wasteful. So, I booked a hotel and flights through a travel agency and signed up for a one-day tour in the middle of my stay. They picked me up at 9 AM from my hotel in Chatan and dropped me back off, which was really convenient! The places I wanted to visit were all included, making it perfect for someone who can't drive! I stayed at a hotel in Chatan for multiple nights, but reflecting on it, if I had arranged for the pickup from the Chatan hotel and the drop-off at a hotel in Naha for the return, it would have made the last day's travel much easier. While tours with a guide are cheaper and allow for sightseeing at various places, the airplane seats can be separated, and the hotel quality can be significantly lower... This time was really good, so I would like to use this service again!

The weather in Okinawa was unpredictable; it was sunny one moment and then cloudy or rainy the next. This was not the tour's fault at all, but if we could have done indoor sightseeing first or had more flexibility with the weather and time, it would have been perfect. I was especially looking forward to Kouri Island, but I was saddened to be caught in the rain there temporarily. The guide was also very engaging and made the trip enjoyable. I would like to use this service again, so thank you!

行きたかった沖縄旅行、運転できないメンバーにはなかなかハードルが高くて！いつもは仕方なく添乗員同行ツアーにするのですが、沖縄だと夕方ついて帰りも午前中帰るスケジュールが多くもったいないのでホテルと飛行機を旅行会社でとり、中日にこちらの1日ツアーを申し込みました。9時に北谷のホテルからピックアップ、帰りもホテルまで送ってくれるので本当に楽でした！行きたかった場所もしっかり入っていて、運転できない身としては神！北谷のホテルに連泊したのですが、このツアーを使うなら、北谷のホテルでピックアップしてもらって、帰りは那覇のホテルに送ってもらう、にしたら最終日の移動がもっと楽だったなぁ、などと反省。添乗員同行ツアーだと安くてあちこち観光に行けるけど飛行機の座席が離れたり、ホテルのランクがかなり下だったり…で。今回とても良かったのでまた利用したいと思いました！
沖縄の天気は気まぐれで晴れていたのに雲がかかったりスコールが通ったり。ツアーのせいではまったくないのですが、室内観光を先にしたり天気と時間の融通がきいたら満点です。1番楽しみにしていた古宇利島だけ一時的に雨に降られてしまって悲しかったので。
ガイドさんもいろいろ話してくれて楽しい旅が出来ました。また利用したいと思いますのでよろしくお願いします。
