I was really glad that I could be taken to the places I wanted to go on the tour since I’m not confident in driving. The Okashi Goten is also located on Kokusai Street, so I thought it would be nice to visit other shops as well. It rained a little, but we were able to see beautiful scenery when it cleared up. I think the time allocation was just right. They also had thorough infection control measures in place, so I felt safe and enjoyed myself. There were no traffic jams, and everyone kept to the meeting times, so we were able to stick to the schedule. I would like to use this service again.

運転に自信がないので、ツアーで行きたい所に連れて行ってもらえて、とても良かったです。
御菓子御殿は、国際通りなどにもあるので、他のお店だと良いと思いました。
少し雨も降りましたが、晴れて綺麗な景色が見れました。
時間配分もちょうど良いと思います。

The shuttle service to the hotel was very convenient. Since you have to go to a port that is quite inconvenient without a rental car, I chose this plan with the shuttle included.

It was my first time snorkeling in the Kerama Islands, and the full-face mask was very comfortable. The type that you have to keep in your mouth can be tiring, but this type was easy to breathe with, and no water came in, allowing me to enjoy snorkeling. There were many options available, but this time I focused mainly on snorkeling and just watching the fish, which was enough fun for me. I even saw clownfish, and the fish came right up to me, making for a wonderful experience! Since the shuttle was included, changing clothes was necessary. I wanted to stay a little longer, but I took a shower and changed earlier than the others. There were limited changing areas, so that was a bit disappointing.

ホテルまでの送迎付きがとても便利でした。レンタカーがないと結構不便な港まで行かないといけないのでわざわざ送迎付きのこのプランにしました。

If you can drive around the tourist spots in Okinawa, that might be great, but since I can't drive and public transportation can be time-consuming... I came across this tour while searching. Signing up was the right choice!

On the way there, the guide shared stories about the different areas we passed through, so I didn't get bored during the ride. The highlight for me was the Churaumi Aquarium, which we spent about two hours at, and I was able to see the whale sharks up close, which was satisfying! I would have loved an extra hour, but since we wanted to visit many other attractions, this amount of time was just right. We had a packed schedule with stops at Manzamo, Kouri Island, the Okashi Goten, and American Village. It was busy, but I felt fulfilled with all the places we visited, making for a very satisfying day.

沖縄の観光地をレンタカーで回れる人はいいのかもしれませんが、運転も出来ないし公共交通機関では時間のロスもあるので…と探しているとこのツアーにたどり着きました。申し込んで正解！
行きし、ガイドさんが市をまたいで行くたびにその土地のお話など色々してくれるので乗車時間も退屈しないで過ごせました。一番行きたかった美ら海水族館は2時間くらいでしたがジンベイザメもしっかり見ることができて満足です！もう1時間あると嬉しいけど、他の観光地にも沢山立ち寄りたいのでこのくらいがちょうどなんですね。万座毛と古宇利島、お菓子御殿、アメリカンビィレッジと盛りだくさんで忙しかったです。でも、色々行けて、忙しいより満足感いっぱいの一日でした。

The best part of this trip was that the bus was very comfortable, the driver's driving skills were excellent, and I hardly felt any bumps. We kayaked up and down the Miyara River. My spouse and I participated, and thanks to the wonderful personality of our guide, we were able to enjoy a great atmosphere with the other participants. We were blessed with good weather and had a wonderful time. Since I don't have a driver's license, I made a reservation. We were taken to a must-visit tourist spot if you're heading to the Churaumi area. The admission fee for the Churaumi Aquarium was included, making it a great deal. Due to the impact of COVID-19, eating on the bus was not allowed during our participation (drinks were okay). Therefore, considering the snack time at the location, the time spent at places other than the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village was a bit short, so I would have appreciated a little more time. I was happy that we could disband at the American Village since we were staying at a hotel there. If I have the opportunity, I would love to participate again!

美ら海方面に行くならここは外せない、という観光スポットに連れて行っていただきました。美ら海水族館の入場料金が入っているので大変お得でした。

そのため、現地での軽食時間を考えると、美ら海水族館とアメリカンビレッジ以外の滞在時間が少し短かったので、もう少し長くとってもらえると嬉しかったです。
アメリカンビレッジのホテル宿泊だったため、アメリカンビレッジにて現地解散できたのはうれしかったです。

My parents, who are both over 65, also participated, and they seemed very satisfied as they were able to enjoy it safely. Thanks to the persistence of our female guide at Tokashiku Beach, who took everyone's feelings into account and assured us that she would keep searching until the end, we were able to have an incredible close encounter with a sea turtle! Additionally, the conversation with the lady who took us back to the port at the end of the tour (perhaps a local helper?) conveyed the island's charm in a way that made me want to come back again. She shared wonderful insights, like how the uninhabited islands are simple and rich in nature, and how the stars on a dark moonlit night are incredibly beautiful. Thank you very much.

However, I believe the experience could be even more enjoyable with the following improvements: 1) We were supposed to use a charter boat, but it broke down the day before and could not be repaired in time, so we agreed to switch to a regular ferry. While we managed to have a decent time as a family, the time spent on-site was shorter than initially planned, and it was disappointing that we couldn't experience the charter boat. 2) The male guide at Reef Inn Kuniyoshi seemed quite curt, responding to any questions with "Please take responsibility for yourself" as his first words. Since he is a local expert, I believe customer satisfaction would increase if he could provide advice based on his experiences, mentioning that some customers may need specific assistance but ultimately emphasizing personal responsibility.

I have been using Veltra for a while because they offer a wide range of tour options that suit my taste. I will continue to use your services in the future, so thank you in advance.

We went for an introductory diving experience with my two high school kids, who were diving for the first time, and me, with my very old diving license. The parking guidance was kind, and they were very helpful even after we boarded the boat. There were many customers during the summer vacation, but they managed everything efficiently, allowing us to have a smooth experience. They were very knowledgeable about the dive spots, and we got to see sea turtles and clownfish, which got both the kids and me really excited. Since the first dive felt so good, the kids kept asking for more, and before we knew it, we ended up doing three dives! We were extremely satisfied. Even after returning home, the kids kept saying how much fun diving was. The captain was friendly, and the diving guides were also very approachable, making it a truly enjoyable experience. The kids have completely fallen in love with diving and are likely to say they want to get their licenses next. They provided towel rentals, drinks, showers, and even lunch, making it very comfortable.

The pre-dive briefing was thorough, and it was nice that they spoke to us casually. However, the instructor assigned to our pair was a part-timer, and their service was not very good. When we got into the water, they said, "We'll practice what we talked about on the boat," and I was left thinking, "What was that about?" Their attitude suggested they couldn't understand why I didn't know. I was already nervous, and this made me feel even more anxious.

I paid an additional fee for a second dive because I wanted to see a turtle again, but I ended up with the same instructor... it was very disappointing. They took photos underwater that we could get later, but they were dark and unclear... Other people's photos showed clownfish and turtles beautifully, and while I know this might be selfish, I couldn't help but compare, which was very disappointing.

Since it was the busy season in August, there were a lot of people, and I understand that, but I don't like having a part-time instructor, so I won't be using this tour company again.

中で写真を撮ってもらってあとから貰えるのですが、暗くて何が何だか…他の人の写真ではクマノミやカメが綺麗に写ってるのに…これは我儘なのは承知しておりますが、それでも比べてしまうので非常に残念でした。
8月の繁忙期でしたので、大勢いましたし、仕方ないとは思いますが、片手間インストラクターさんは嫌なので、私はもうこのツアー会社は利用しません。

Near the Okinawa Ocean Expo Park, where the Churaumi Aquarium is located, there is the Okinawa Hanasaki Marche, and you can exchange your voucher at a shop inside. The staff at the shop didn't seem to fully understand the reservations from VELTRA, so they noted down the voucher number and collected the printed voucher just to be safe, but they exchanged the tickets without any issues.

However, this shop is currently only open from 9:30 AM due to the pandemic, so it may not be suitable for those who want to go early in the morning when it's less crowded. Discount tickets for the Churaumi Aquarium are sold at various souvenir shops and rental car companies throughout Okinawa, so if you want to enter early the next morning, you might consider purchasing them somewhere after arriving in Okinawa.

Personally, I felt reassured by the fact that they would refund if I didn't use it, and I was glad to be able to use VELTRA points for the purchase. The highlight, of course, was the whale shark. It was my first time seeing one, and I was quite moved.

個人的には、使用しなければ返金してくれるという点で安心だったのとVELTRAのポイントを使えたという点で、購入してよかったです。

On this day, there were only two families, including us, and it seemed that there were still few other tour operators at that time, so perhaps by chance, we were able to see the Blue Cave almost exclusively, which was very beautiful and great. We were able to snorkel in the area and see many fish. When we fed them, even more fish came close, which was amazing.
Boat entry is definitely recommended.
The staff member was very nice, and we had a really fun time.
Here’s some information:
- The shop was easy to find as it was along the main street, but the parking was not on the premises; it was in an empty lot accessed from the entrance with the flag of the next store. If you try to park on the shop's premises, the staff will guide you, so it's fine.
- Snorkel masks, fins, and life jackets were provided before departure, and they gave thorough explanations for beginners. Bringing your own snorkel is also okay.
- Each person should bring their own drinks and towels. Other than these, you can't bring much.
- All other belongings should be stored in coin lockers, and you take the locker key in a plastic bag with your name on it. (The locker costs 100 yen and is of the type that doesn't return.)
- The shower and changing room inside are properly set up for women, but for men, it was outside. I changed in the restroom.
- During the tour, the staff took many photos, and at the end, you can receive the files via Airdrop or LINE.

・ショップはメインの通り沿いなのでとてもわかりやすかったのですが、駐車場はその敷地内ではなく、１つ先のお店の旗のある入り口から入る空き地でした。ショップ敷地内に止めようとするとお店の方が教えてくれますので大丈夫です。
・シュノーケルマスク、フィン、ライフジャケットは出発前に貸していただけて、初めての人向けにも丁寧に説明もしてくれます。持ち込みのマイシュノーケルもOK。
・ドリンクとタオルは各自持参です。これら以外はほとんど何も持っていけません。
・その他の荷物は全てコインロッカーにあずけ、ロッカーのキーを名前の書かれたビニール袋に入れて持っていきます。（ロッカーは100円かかり、戻ってこないタイプでした。）
・シャワーと更衣室は室内は女子優先でちゃんとしたのがありますが、男子は外でした。私は着替えはトイレでしました。
・ツアー中にスタッフの方が写真をたくさん撮ってくれていて、最後にAirdropやLINEでファイルをもらえます。

Due to the impact of the typhoon, half of our planned activities were cut. I thought it was unavoidable, but I believe some people were unable to accept it. Still, they insisted on going to the candy castle.

It would have been nice to receive a small gesture of sympathy for the activities that were canceled.

I recommend this for those who do not have a rental car. Also, please note that the bus does not have a restroom, so make sure to take care of that before departure. Since it was an early morning, I was relieved to find a restroom inside the city hall in front of Palette. The restrooms at Palette were not open yet, so they couldn't be used.

I had a wonderful time on my first trip to Okinawa with my girlfriend! I was really looking forward to it.

I thought it would be difficult to get to the Churaumi Aquarium since we couldn't rent a car, so I made a reservation for a bus. It wasn't that expensive, so I thought it would be a good option.

The guide shared stories about Okinawa and even performed some folk songs, which was educational! There are so many tourist spots in Okinawa that I was a bit confused about where to go. However, since the tour took us to must-see places in the Churaumi area, I think joining a tour is the right choice if you're unsure. Okinawa is just the best!

The admission fee for the Churaumi Aquarium was included, which made it a great deal. I understand that the road conditions might have affected it, but I wish we could have spent a bit more time at places other than the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village.

I look forward to the next trip as well. Thank you so much! Okinawa was amazing!

It was a spot just off the coast of Nagannu Island, with extremely high visibility, beautiful coral, and plenty of fish. I didn't have high expectations for the photography service, but it seems that you need to participate in some kind of marine activity to get good shots (laughs). The staff were all very kind and worked hard, making it a very pleasant experience to participate.

I had never kayaked before, and since my children are small, I was a bit unsure, but I decided to sign up for sea kayaking this time. I had some small worries, but they taught us very carefully, and they also spoke to my children a lot. At first, they were a bit shy, but by the end, they had big smiles on their faces. There were few people around, making it feel like a private beach, and it was the best experience!

Since we were a group of travelers without a driver's license, we signed up for this bus tour. The first course we applied for did not meet the required number of participants, so we had to change courses, but the process was smooth and hassle-free.

As it's a bus tour, the stops are brief except for the Churaumi Aquarium, but it covers various sightseeing spots in Okinawa, making it a great option for first-timers! (If desired, you could also get off at American Village.)

I traveled with my mother and three children without my husband during a business trip. I participated in the Kayaking Tour at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave. Kabira Bay was very clear and calm, a place where I could find peace of mind. The snorkeling was also amazing. I often snorkel abroad, but I was surprised by the beauty of Kabira Bay! The corals are so colorful! I want to go again!
