I was picked up at the hotel on time. The accompanying guide was very cheerful and had a great sense of humor. I could really feel their pride in Okinawa.

I took a lot of photos at Manza Beach. The 30 minutes there felt a bit short. There is a 100 yen entrance fee to see Manza Beach.

Nago Pineapple Park was surprisingly fun. I love taking pictures of flowers, and there were many interesting and beautiful ones. There were also lots of cute, colorful shisa. Additionally, the animatronic dinosaurs were entertaining. I think the owner invested quite a bit of money into building the park.

The only place that left me wondering "Why?" was Kouri Island. After crossing the famous bridge, we waited for 30 minutes at what seemed like a mere souvenir shop. Although Kouri Island is often said to be beautiful, I didn't see any of that beauty.

The Churaumi Aquarium is located within the Ocean Expo Park. The aquarium was somewhat interesting but small. The whale shark was truly impressive. I wanted to visit the Tropical Dream Center in the park, but there wasn't enough time.

Finally, we went to the souvenir shop, Okashi Goten. The selection is really abundant. I don't think you'd regret buying all your travel souvenirs there.

時間通りにホテルにピックアップされました。同行ガイドさんがとても明るくて冗談が上手な方でした。沖縄に対しての誇りがよく分かりました。

万座毛に写真をよく撮りました。３０分がちょっと短かったです。万座毛を見るには100円の入園料が必要です。

ナゴパイナップルパークは意外と楽しかったです。花の写真を取るのがすきで、色んな面白い、綺麗な花がありました。キッチなカラフルなシーサが沢山ありました。あとは、アニマトロニクスの恐竜が面白かった。オーナーさんがパーク建設に結構のお金を入れたと思う。

唯一「ここ、何故？」のところは古宇利島でした。有名な橋を渡って、たかが売店みたいなところで３０分待機。古宇利島は綺麗綺麗とよく言われましたか、綺麗なところ一切見なかった。

美ら海水族館が海洋博公園の中にあります。水族館はそれなりに面白かったが、小さいです。ジンベイザメがとても圧倒的でした。公園内の熱帯ドリームセンターに行きたかったが時間がなかった。

最後に、お土産店の御菓子御殿に行きました。本当にセレクションが豊富です。ここで旅の土産を全部買っても損しないと思う。

Okinawa is a place I love and have visited over 20 times. This time, since it was a short trip without renting a car, I wanted to make the most of my time, so I decided to try a bus tour for the first time. I looked for various tours that I could take from my accommodation in Chatan and chose Beltora. On the day of the tour, it departed from near my hotel, which was convenient! They ensured proper ventilation and hand sanitization, so I felt reassured. The charm of the bus tour is the guide's commentary during the ride, and I enjoyed hearing stories about Okinawa that I wouldn't have learned while driving a rental car. I found myself saying, "Oh, really?!" the whole time.

What I particularly appreciated was the time allocation at each spot. I was able to enjoy everything without feeling rushed at the meeting times. At the Churaumi Aquarium, I had nearly two hours, so I enjoyed the dolphin show, the outdoor manatee exhibit, and the seaside promenade. Since I've been to the Churaumi Aquarium quite a few times, I explored the surrounding area as well. For first-time visitors, it might be nice to spend time just at the Churaumi Aquarium and relax.

There wasn't a designated lunch time, but that was actually great. I could snack on what I liked at my favorite spots, and I appreciated the freedom and relaxed vibe. While thinking about that, I was thrilled to receive a sandwich during the tour of Kouri Island. I enjoyed it leisurely while strolling around. Plus, it was delicious! I didn't realize a bus tour could be this good. I truly appreciated the experience. I'm usually a rental car person, but if I want to join a bus tour again, I would like to ask Beltora.

沖縄は20回以上訪れていて大好きな場所です。今回は、レンタカーも借りない短い旅だったので、時間を有効に使いたかった為、初めてバスの観光ツアーに申し込んでみました。宿泊地の北谷から乗れるツアーを色々探しましたが、ベルトラさんに決めました。当日は泊まっているホテル近くから出発。楽で助かりました！換気や手指消毒もしっかりしてくれていてひとまず安心。バスツアーの魅力はガイドさんの車中トークですが、レンタカー移動では聞けない沖縄のお話、楽しかったです。へぇ～、そうなんだ！とずっと聞いちゃいました。すごく良かったなと思ったのは、各スポットの時間配分。集合時間で焦ることなく、ゆったりと楽しめました。美ら海水族館では、２時間近く時間があったので、イルカのショーや、野外にあるマナティー館や、海沿いの遊歩道など堪能しました。美ら海水族館もかなりの回数来ているので、水族館だけではなく周辺を色々散策しました。初めて訪れる方は、美ら海水族館だけに時間を使って、ゆっくりと過ごすのもよいかもしれません。昼食の時間は特に設けられていませんでしたが、それも良かったです。好きなスポットで、好きなモノをつまみ食いでいますし、自由で気まま感がありがたかったです。そんなことを思っていると、古宇利島観光の際にサンドイッチをいただき感激。散策しながらのんびり食べました。しかも美味しかった！バスのツアーもこんなによいものなんですね。ほんとにお世話になりました。レンタカー派ですが、またバスツアーに参加したくなったらベルトラさんにお願いしたいと思います。

You can enjoy sightseeing from Naha to the Motobu Peninsula. The guide's explanations were easy to understand, and I gained new knowledge. However, it would have been nice to skip the Okashi Goten and American Village, and spend more time at the main attractions like Churaumi and Kouri Island, as well as Manzamo. Also, while it's good that someone picks you up, I would have appreciated a note saying, "We are waiting for ◯◯, so we plan to depart around ◯◯ minutes." It was a bit frustrating to be stopped for over ten minutes without knowing what was going on. I wanted to use that time effectively, like going to the restroom or buying a drink.

那覇から本部半島までの観光が楽しめます。
ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、新たな知識が増えました。
ただ、お菓子御殿やアメリカンビレッジを省略して、メインの美ら海や古宇利島、万座毛での時間を長くしてもらえると良いかな。
あと、行きに迎えに行く人がいるのは良いが、「◯◯を待っているので◯◯分ごろ出発予定です。」の一言が欲しかった。
何もわからず、ボーッと10数分停車しているのは如何なもんか。
トイレに行くとか、飲み物を買いに行くとか、時間を有効に使いたかった。

The content of the tour itself was excellent. Even when we couldn't go to the Blue Cave due to strong winds, they switched to exploring the Phantom Island and kindly provided recommendations for sightseeing spots. Even in December, wearing a wetsuit, the water was a bit cold at first, but I was able to enjoy snorkeling without any issues. They also prepared warm water to keep us warm, and when I forgot my marine shoes, the guide generously lent me a pair, which I really appreciated. I was also worried about whether I could stand up on the SUP, but I had no problems at all.

ツアーそのものの内容は勿論、強風の影響で青の洞窟に行けなくなっても幻の島探索へ切り替えてくださったり、おすすめの観光スポットを教えてくださったり、丁寧にご対応頂きました。12月でもウェットスーツを着れば、水に入ってすぐは少し冷たいものの問題なくシュノーケリングを楽しめました。そこでも暖をとるために温かい水を用意してくださったり、マリンシューズを忘れたところガイドさんがご厚意で貸してくださったり、心遣いを感じました。サップも上手くできるか不安でしたが、問題なく立つことができました。

In the morning, I went snorkeling at the Blue Cave, and in the afternoon, I experienced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). The weather was cloudy, so it wasn't the best condition, but both activities were incredibly fun! The snorkeling instructor, Nishihara, provided thorough guidance, which made me feel safe during the experience. He taught us a lot about the corals, fish, and nature, so I not only enjoyed snorkeling but also learned about the natural environment of Ishigaki Island. After coming out of the water, it was a bit cold in December, so I think it would be good to have warm clothing that can be worn over a swimsuit. For SUP, the instructor also taught us how to paddle carefully and took many photos, so even though it was my first time, I was able to enjoy it! I didn't fall into the river, and while I didn't get completely soaked, my bottom did get wet, so I think it's best to wear something that can get wet on the lower half. I would definitely like to participate again when I visit Ishigaki Island! Thank you!

午前中は青の洞窟のシュノーケリング、午後はSUPを体験しました。天気は曇りで最高のコンディションとはいきませんでしたが、どちらも最高に楽しかったです！シュノーケリングはインストラクターのニシハラさんが丁寧にレクチャーしてくれるので安心して体験することができました。珊瑚や魚、自然のことについても色々と教えてくださったのでシュノーケリングだけではなく、石垣島の自然についても知ることができ楽しかったです。海から上がった後は12月で少し寒かったので、水着の上から着られる防寒着があると良いと思いました。SUPも漕ぎ方について丁寧に教えてくださり、写真もたくさん撮ってくださったので初めてでしたが、楽しんで参加することができました！川に落ちることはなく、全身が濡れてしまうことはないのですが、お尻は濡れてしまうので、下半身は濡れても大丈夫な格好で行くと良いと思いました。石垣島にまた訪れたときにはぜひまた参加したいです！ありがとうございました！

I participated with my elementary school son. It was our first time canoeing and snorkeling, but Shoma kindly taught us, and it seemed like he had a lot of fun and was very happy! At the end of November, I went on my first trip to Okinawa with my daughter. We wanted to visit the classic spots, so we joined this tour. The bus had free seating, allowing us to maintain distance from other participants, and they were diligent about mask-wearing and hand sanitizing, which I think ensured good infection control. The time spent at each spot was just right for us. When we were wondering where to have lunch according to the schedule, we received sandwiches, which wasn't mentioned in detail. It was a pleasant surprise and very helpful. The sandwiches were delicious while enjoying the beautiful scenery! We also thoroughly enjoyed the main attraction, the Churaumi Aquarium. We were satisfied to see the dolphin and turtle feeding, as well as the dolphin show. The whale shark was impressive. We moved at a slightly faster pace than planned (but the stay times were as scheduled) and got caught in traffic on the way back, but we arrived at the hotel as planned. The bus guide and the driver were kind, making for a very pleasant trip. I would recommend this bus tour to anyone considering it.

11月末、娘と初めての沖縄旅行に行きました。
定番スポットを巡りたいと思いこちらのツアーに参加しました。バスの中は自由席で他の参加者との間隔を空けることができましたし、マスクの着用、手の消毒もこまめにして頂けて感染対策は出来ていたと思います。各スポットでの滞在時間は、私たちにはちょうど良かったです。スケジュール的にどこでお昼を食べようかと思っていたら…詳細にはなかった、サンドイッチを頂きました。プチサプライズで嬉しかったし助かりました。綺麗な景色を見ながらのサンドイッチは最高に美味しかったです！メインの美ら海水族館も充分に楽しめました。イルカ&カメの餌やりや、イルカショーも見ることができて満足です。
ジンベイザメは圧巻でしたよ。
予定より少し早いペースで進み（滞在時間は予定通り）帰り道、事故渋滞にはまりましたが予定通りホテルに到着できました。バスガイドさんも運転手の方も優しくて、とても気持ちの良い旅になりました。バスツアーを利用しようと考えている方にお勧めしたいです。

I started snorkeling to help my child, who is afraid of water and can't put their face in it, get used to the water.
Last year was a great success; we saw many fish and had a lot of fun, so I asked this shop for snorkeling again this year.
Continuing from last year, we saw many fish, and fortunately, we even spotted a turtle in the distance!
My child is still scared of the deeper areas and can't let go of my hand, but thanks to this, they can put their face in the water. While they wouldn't do it without snorkeling, they have started to enter the water on their own and play up to their neck!
This shop offers private, exclusive experiences! Unlike others, you can enjoy it privately, so I can trust them with my child and have fun myself!
They also take a lot of photos!
On the way back, we were recommended a delicious taco rice place, making for a tasty and enjoyable Christmas Eve.

今年もお世話になりました。
昨年からお世話になり毎年のになりつつあります。
水が怖くて顔をつけることのできない子供をなんとか水慣れさせたく始めましたシュノーケリング。
昨年大成功で沢山魚も観れ楽しめたので、今年も同じくこのお店にお願いしてシュノーケリングをしました。
昨年に引き続き沢山の魚を見れて、幸運な事に遠くに亀も観れました！
子供はまだまだ深いところは怖くて手を離すことはできないですけどお陰で顔をつけられますし、シュノーケリングがないと顔はつけませんが自ら海の中に入り首まで浸かり遊ぶ様にはなりました！
このお店は単独、独占、貸切！他とは違い貸切で楽しめるから子供も安心して任せて自分も楽しめます！
写真も沢山撮ってくれます！
帰りのランチでタコライス美味しいお店教えてもらい美味しく楽しくクリスマスイヴでした。
また来年もお願いしたいなと思います！

It was our first experience with stand-up paddleboarding (especially with strong winds), and my wife and I participated with some nervousness.

However, our guide, Ryusei, quickly alleviated our concerns.

With his thorough and easy-to-understand lecture, along with some jokes, our tension melted away, and we were able to master SUP in no time. We enjoyed it without falling off.

He also took an abundance of photos, allowing us to create many memories. The photos were all wonderful, and we are very satisfied.

For those looking to experience SUP in Ishigaki Island or wanting to try it for the first time, I wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

初めてのSUP体験(しかも風が強い)ということもあり、妻と二人で緊張しながらも参加いたしました。

I couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but they suggested an alternative tour to Balas Island and snorkeling. The conditions seemed good, and it was very beautiful.

The afternoon stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) and canoeing at Kabira Bay had strong winds, and it rained a bit along the way, but it was fun. My 7-year-old wanted to try SUP, and with the help of the guide, they were able to experience it.

During the transfers, they also introduced us to recommended shops and sightseeing spots.

While the guiding was great, I was surprised when we had a break between the morning and afternoon sessions, where we just took off our wetsuits and were told to have lunch on our own before regrouping. I was informed that it was okay to enter shops in swimwear, but having gone to Iriomote the day before and seeing a notice that said, "Please do not walk in swimwear or dirty clothes, as this is a residential area," I felt quite resistant to that. Is this the norm in Ishigaki Island?

Lastly, the shower room we used at the end was helpful as it had a hairdryer.

青の洞窟は行けませんでしたが、バラス島とシュノーケリングの代替ツアーを提案していただきました。
条件が良かったようでとても綺麗でした。
午後の川平湾SUPとカヌーは風が強く、途中雨も降りましたが、楽しかったです。
7歳の子がSUPをやりたいと言い、ガイドさんに引っ張ってもらいながら体験できました。
移動中などもおすすめのお店や観光スポットを紹介していただきました。

ガイド中はよかったのですが、午前と午後の間に一度解散があり、ウェットスーツを脱いだだけで解散、各自昼食を取ってまた集合と言われてびっくりしました。
水着でもお店は入れるとのことでしたが、前日に西表に行き、「水着や汚れた格好で歩かないように、生活圏です」との注意書きを見て、その通りだと思っていたので抵抗感が強かったです。
石垣島はそういうものなのでしょうか？
最後に使ったシャワールームはドライヤーもあって助かりました。

Instead of the Blue Cave, we went to Balas Island for snorkeling, and the water clarity was incredible. The water was cold, but when the sun was out, it felt quite warm, making it enjoyable even in December. They took many photos and sent them to us via LINE on the same day. For lunch, I had a recommended hamburger, which was delicious. There was a change in the tour details the day before, and I was a bit confused about the situation regarding changing clothes and belongings, so I think I should have asked for more details over the phone.

青の洞窟ではなくバラス島とシュノーケリングになりましたが、透明度が半端なかったです。
水は冷たいですが日が差せば暑いくらいで、12月でも満喫できました。
写真もたくさん撮ってくださり、当日にLINEで送っていただきました。
お昼はおすすめのハンバーガーを食べましたが、美味しかったです。
前日にツアー内容の変更があり、途中の着替えや持ち物などの状況がちゃんとわかっていなくて戸惑ったので、電話でもう少し段取りを聞いておくべきだったと思います。

The guide arrived early before the pickup time and waited for us. Of course, everyone wore masks! Before getting on the bus, we had our temperatures checked and used hand sanitizer! It was a reassuring situation to participate in the tour. Inside the bus, eating and drinking were prohibited, masks were required, and we were asked not to speak loudly... the infection control measures were thorough.

First, we headed north along the coastline of Onna Village! The emerald green sea and white sandy beaches were incredibly beautiful and breathtaking. However, it was unfortunate that pumice stones were drifting around. The black pumice on the white sand... well, it's a natural phenomenon, so it can't be helped... Cobalt blue! Emerald green! The scenery was stunning, and I truly felt that I was in Okinawa.

First stop, Manzamo... it was magnificent. The wind was strong, and my hat almost flew away... (laughs) An umbrella was not much help!

Pineapple Park & Okashi Goten... well, it was average. I bought pineapple wine, purple sweet potato tarts, chinsuko, and purple sweet potato sata-andagi as souvenirs. I was able to buy the souvenirs that are a must when visiting Okinawa, so that was a plus.

Churaumi Aquarium: I was left in awe of the size of the whale shark. The manta rays were also larger than I expected, and I spent about 30 minutes gazing up at them in the tank. If you have time, I also recommend the dolphin show.

Overall, it was a very satisfying tour.

添乗される方が、ピックアップ時間より早めに来て、待っていてくださいました。もちろんマスク着用！バスに乗る前に検温、手の消毒！安心してツアーに参加できる状況でした。車内では飲食禁止、マスク着用、大きな声でしゃべらないなど・・・感染対策はバッチリでした。
まずは恩納村の海岸線を北上！エメラルドグリーンの海、白い砂浜！！とても綺麗で感動ものです。ただ軽石が漂流していた点が残念です。白い砂浜にくろい軽石の砂・・・まあ自然現象なので仕方ないですが・・・コバルトブルー！、エメラルドグリーン！その栄目は見ごたえがあり、沖縄に来たと実感できました。
まずは万座毛・・・圧巻です。風が強く帽子が飛ばされそうになりましたが・・・（笑）日傘は役立ちません！
パイナップルパーク＆御菓子御殿・・・まあ普通です。パイナップルワイン、紅芋タルト、ちんすうこう、紅芋のサーターアンダギーをお土産に買いました。沖縄にきて買うべきお土産は買えたので、その点ではGOODです。
美ら海水族館：ジンベイザメの大きさに口を開けるばかりです。
マンタも思っていた以上に大きく、水槽の上を見ながら３０分くらい眺めていました。時間に余裕があれば、イルカショウもおすすめです。
全般的に、とても満足のいくツアーでした。

First, we went snorkeling at the Blue Cave in the morning, and from the moment we got into the shuttle, the staff shared so many charms and recommendations about Ishigaki Island, making the fun begin right away. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see a beautiful sea and fish.

At the Blue Cave, we not only took photos but also enjoyed listening to stories while exploring the area, which made for a delightful time. The jumping photos turned out incredibly beautiful, and my husband was very happy with them.

In the afternoon, we did a mangrove kayak tour. The scenery and experience were many times more wonderful than we had expected. It was just us, so it felt like a private space without overlapping with other tour groups. Since the tour happened to be just for us, we were also thrilled to get a little experience with stand-up paddleboarding, which we had wanted to try. I would definitely like to use this tour again when I visit Ishigaki Island.

Above all, the staff were very friendly, cheerful, and fun, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was especially happy that they took many more photos than I had imagined and sent them to us on the same night, which was very prompt. まず午前中に青の洞窟シュノーケルに行ったのですが、送迎の車の時からたくさんの石垣島の魅力やおすすめ等お話しをしてくださり、向かう時から楽しい時間が始まりました。天気にも恵まれ、とても綺麗な海とお魚を見ることができました。
青の洞窟では写真を撮るだけでなく、またそこを回りながらお話しを聞かせて頂き、楽しい時間を過ごしました。ジャンプの写真がめちゃくちゃ綺麗で旦那もとても喜んでいました。
午後はマングローブカヤックです。こちらは期待していたより何十倍も素晴らしい景色と体験ができました。丁度他のツアーの人たちとも被らず、貸切のような空間でした。ツアーがたまたま私たちだけだったのでやってみたかったsupも少し体験させて頂けてとても嬉しかったです。このツアーは石垣島に行く際にはまた利用したいと思いました。
そして何よりスタッフさんがとても気さくで明るく楽しい方だったので非常に楽しむことができました。そしてさらに嬉しかったのが想像以上に沢山写真を撮ってくださり、しかも当日の夜には送ってくださるという迅速さ。◾️っしーさん(念のため伏せます)本当にありがとうございました！！

It was my first time stand-up paddleboarding, and I found it very easy to understand because the instructor taught me carefully. The conversations with the guide were also very enjoyable, and the ride in the car became a nice memory. I was able to see a different view compared to what I usually see in the city, and I felt healed as I forgot about the daily hustle and bustle. I would like to request this again when I come back to Ishigaki Island!

人生初のsupでしたが、丁寧に教えていただけたのでとてもわかり易かったです。ガイドさんの会話もとても楽しく送迎の車の中もいい思い出になりました。街中で見る景色とはまた違ったものが見れて日常の喧騒を忘れて癒されました気がします。また石垣島に来た時はお願いしたいと思います！

This tour was very satisfying. The weather was nice and the climate was just right, so I was able to visit various places without getting tired, which was great. The refreshing Manzamo and the wonderful dolphin show at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium left a deep impression on me.

Additionally, the tour itself progressed smoothly, and the guide's introduction of knowledge about Okinawa during the transit was very interesting and kept me engaged. In particular, the story about the origin of "mensore" and the history of the Ryukyu Islands was excellent.

If I have the opportunity, I would consider using your services again, and if I know anyone thinking about a trip to Okinawa, I would recommend your company.

こちらのツアーは大変満足のいくものでした。天気も良く気候もちょうど良かったため、疲れることなく色々なところを回ることができたのはよかったです。
爽やかな万座毛や、素晴らしいイルカショーの美ら海水族館が印象深いものでした。
またツアー自体もスムーズに進み、移動中のガイドさんによる沖縄に関する知識の紹介も大変興味深く、退屈しないものでした。なかでも、「めんそーれ」の語源の話や、琉球の歴史についての話は大変良かったです。
機会があればまた利用を考えたいですし、知人に沖縄旅行を考える人がいれば、貴社の利用を進めたいとおもいました。

We gathered at a nearby parking lot with our rental car and met up with the tour guide to start the tour. The Stand-Up Paddleboarding at Kabira Bay took place a bit away from the glass-bottom boat boarding area. I was relieved that it wasn't right next to the glass-bottom boat. It felt like a hidden beach, and it was almost like we had it to ourselves, which was great.
The Blue Cave was located beyond an off-road path that you definitely couldn't reach with a personal rental car, and it was further along a beach after passing through the jungle. It had a sense of adventure and was quite nice. The sea was clear and beautiful, with lots of fish. I had a lot of fun even as a solo participant. I'm also grateful for all the photos I received.

現地の近くの駐車場にレンタカーで集合して、ツアーガイドの方と合流してツアーが始まります。川平湾SUPはグラスボート乗り場から少し離れた場所で行いました。グラスボートのすぐ近くでやるのかと思ったりしていたので安心しました。隠れ家ビーチっぽくて、ほとんど貸切みたいな状態だったので良かったです。
青の洞窟も個人のレンタカーでは絶対にいけないようなオフロードを車で越えて、その先のジャングルを抜けたビーチのさらに先にありました。冒険感があり、なかなか良かったです。海も透明できれいで、たくさんの魚がいました。一人参加でも沢山楽しめました。写真もたくさんもらえてありがたいです。

This was undoubtedly the most enjoyable tour among the kayaking and snorkeling tours I've participated in across various locations, even though both of us are experienced! The guides were incredibly personable and didn't give off a sense of it being just a job. In previous tours in other regions, the guides sometimes had a vibe of "this is just work," but the guides in Phi Phi had none of that! They seemed to be having the most fun themselves. Of course, I understand that they are working, but their professionalism in not showing that was truly impressive.

どちらも経験者ですが、今まで各地で参加してきたカヤックやシュノーケルツアーの中で一番楽しかったといっても過言ではないツアーでした！何といってもガイドさんが人間味があるというか、作業感がない。これまで別の地域などで参加したツアーのガイドさんははどこか「やっぱり仕事なんだな」という感じが見え隠れしていたのですが、ピピのツアーガイドさんたちはそういった感じが全くない！本人たちが一番楽しそうにしています。もちろん彼らも仕事でやっているのは理解しているのですが、あくまでそれを出さないプロ意識が素晴らしいと思いました。

Both Kabira Bay and the Blue Cave are breathtaking spots that are usually not seen, and I was continuously moved by their beauty. Standing on a SUP and paddling around Kabira Bay is a once-in-a-lifetime memory for me. I thought it was impossible for me, but thanks to the precise advice and encouragement from our guide, Kei, I was able to master it in just under two hours! The excitement I felt when I stood on the board still lingers. I believe I was able to take this leap because I felt reassured with a professional like Kei nearby. I truly want to express my gratitude. The next day, I experienced a wonderfully pleasant muscle soreness, realizing how hard I had pushed myself, which made me smile. Of course, snorkeling was also a lot of fun, making it a fulfilling day. I would give a perfect score to both the tour content and the quality of the guide.

川平湾も青の洞窟も普段目にかかれない絶景スポットで、感動の連続でした。特に川平湾でSUPの上に立って川平湾を漕いで回れたのは一生モノの思い出です。自分には無理、と思い込んでいましたが、ガイドのケイさんの的確なアドバイスと励ましのおかげで、2時間弱の中で無事会得しました！ボードの上に立った時の感動は今でもなお残っています。こうして思い切ることができたのも、近くにプロのケイさんがいて安心させてくれたからだと思います。本当に感謝したいです。翌日、なんとも言えない気持ちの良い筋肉痛が来て、頑張って踏ん張っていたんだなぁと実感しました笑。もちろんシュノーケリングもとても楽しく、充実した一日でした。ツアー内容もガイドさんの質も100点をあげたいです。

I was worried about the unstable weather forecast, but I was lucky that the weather was nice on the day of my visit. I was satisfied because I could enjoy both the sea and mangroves of Ishigaki Island. The snorkeling in the Blue Cave was amazing, with so many fish that I never got bored swimming. I fell in love with the sea of Ishigaki Island to the point where I wanted to swim in another location. The mangrove experience was relaxing and not too active, making it perfect after snorkeling. I want to come back in the summer next time!

天気予報の内容が不安定で心配したけど、当日は天気も良くラッキーでした。
石垣島の海とマングローブの両方を魅力を味わうことができたので満足できました。
青の洞窟のシュノーケリングは魚がたくさんでほんとに泳いでいて飽きなかったです。また別の場所で泳ぎたくなるぐらい、石垣島の海のことが大好きになりました。
マングローブはアクティブすぎずゆったり感があって、シュノーケリングをした後にはぴったりの内容でした。
次は夏に来たい！

A refreshing and handsome guide showed us around. In December, the water in Ishigaki Island was warm enough to swim in and it wasn't cold. A wetsuit is necessary, but they offer free rentals. You can use all the necessary equipment provided. The service of taking lots of photos and giving them as a gift was great.

さわやかイケメンガイドさんが案内してくれました。石垣島の12月は海にも入れて寒く無かったです。ウェットスーツは必要ですが。無料で貸し出しがあります。必要な道具も全部貸し出しのものを使えます。沢山写真を撮ってプレゼントしてくださるサービスが良かったです。

I signed up for a tour that allows you to visit both Kabira Bay and the Blue Cave, which I had my eye on during the travel planning stage. Both spots are surrounded by nature and have a strong "secret place" vibe, filled with elements that ignite a sense of adventure. I was worried it might be quite cool in December, but the weather on the day was nice, and it was surprisingly warm. I didn't need to dress heavily at all; it really felt like Ishigaki Island (though if you're sensitive to the cold, having a light jacket might be a good idea). By the way, they provided a special suit for snorkeling, so once I got used to it, I was comfortable in the water. The guide was a young, energetic, and polite man who was healthily tanned. He greeted us with a smile from start to finish and sincerely answered my silly questions, which really impressed me. It felt like time flew by, even though it was a long experience. Thank you very much!

旅行計画の段階で目をつけていた川平湾と青の洞窟に両方いけるとのことで申し込みました。どちらのスポットも大自然の中にあり「秘密の場所」感がすごく、少年心をくすぐられるような要素が満点でした。１２月なのでかなり涼しいのではないかと心配していましたが、当日の天気が良かったこともあり、かなり暖かかったのが印象的でした。厚着しなくても全然平気で、さすが石垣島、といった感じでした（寒がりの方は薄く羽織るものがあればよいかもしれません）。ちなみにシュノーケリングで海に入る時も専用のスーツを提供してくれたので、慣れれば海の中も平気でした。担当のガイドは若くて元気で礼儀正しく、健康的に日焼けされた男性の方でした。最初から最後まで笑顔で接してくださり、私のくだらない質問にも真摯に答えてくださり感激しました。長いようでいてあっという間の時間でした。どうもありがとうございました。

Our tour included seven people, including my spouse and me. Even though it was a tour during this season, the number of empty seats made me think about the travel agency's profitability. We boarded the bus at the prefectural office in our departure area. The plan was to pick up tour guests from several hotels, but it turned out to be a tour with only the guests who boarded at the prefectural office, allowing us to reach our destination earlier than scheduled without stopping at hotels.

Although it wasn't my first visit to Manzamo or the Churaumi Aquarium, the lack of crowds made the experience feel very fresh. We were able to enjoy it leisurely. The guide, who seemed to have been on a break for a while, provided accurate explanations and allowed us to touch on Okinawa's history.

We had a very fulfilling day. I highly recommend this tour to everyone.

私たち夫婦を含めて7名でのツアーでした。
この時期でのツアーとはいえ、空席の多さを見て旅行社の採算のことを考えさせられました・・・。
私たちは出発地の県庁前から乗り込みました。予定ではいくつかのホテルからツアー客をピックアップするはずでした。が、県庁前から乗り込んだツアー客だけのツアーとなり、ホテルへ寄ることなく予定より早い時刻に目的地へ行くことができました。
万座毛も美ら海水族館も含めて初めての訪問ではないのですが、人の少なさからとても新鮮でした。ゆったりと楽しめました。
ガイドさんもお休みが続いていて、久しぶりのガイドだったようですが、説明も的確で沖縄の歴史に触れることができました。
とても充実した一日を過ごすことができました。
みなさんにおすすめのツアーです。

I always go snorkeling in Kerama with Marine Club Berry. Since I don't drive a rental car, it's helpful that they can pick me up near my hotel. I dozed off on the boat, but when I woke up, the surrounding sea was a brilliant blue. This time, I was also able to see turtles. Mio, thank you as always. Given my age, I don't know how many more times I can go, but if there's another opportunity, I look forward to it.

慶良間にシュノーケルに行く時はいつもマリンクラブベリーさんで行きます。私はレンタカーは運転しないのでホテルの近くまで迎えに来ていただけるのは助かります。船でうとうとしてしまいましたが目が覚めたら周りは真っ青な海でした。今回は亀を見ることもできました。みおさん、いつもありがとう。歳も歳なのであと何回行けるか分かりませんが、次も機会があったらよろしくお願いします。

You can rent everything you need for both snorkeling and SUP for free, so it was very easy to participate with just your body! I was able to fully enjoy and feel the great outdoors with both snorkeling and SUP!

The guide who took care of us for the day was also amazing! They were kind, fun, and taught us with great care, plus they took a lot of photos for us!

Overall, it was incredibly fun with no complaints!

This was my first time trying stand-up paddleboarding, so I participated with half excitement and half anxiety, but I managed thanks to the thorough instructions. The board was more stable than I had imagined. At the beginning, it was cloudy and windy, but it cleared up and the wind died down, allowing us to see the beautiful Kabira Bay. During the break, we could listen to explanations about Kabira Bay and take a walk to explore. I was also satisfied with the many photos taken. If I visit Ishigaki Island again, I would like to participate once more.

SUPは初めてだったので、楽しみ半分、不安半分で参加しましたが、丁寧にレクチャーしてもらえたので何とかなりました。
ボードは想像していたより安定していました。
始まってすぐは曇り空と強風でしたが、
途中から晴れて風も止み
とても綺麗な川平湾を見ることが出来ました。
休憩時間に川平湾の解説を聞いたり、歩いて散策することも出来ました。
写真もたくさん撮ってもらえて満足です。
また石垣島を訪れることがあれば、再度参加したいと思いました。

I had given up on visiting multiple places in one day since I didn't have a car, but I found this bus tour.

It was great to easily visit the places listed in the guidebook. The time spent at each location was just right, allowing us to enjoy without any waste.

It was also nice that I didn't have to carry souvenirs around since it was a bus tour.

Since I wasn't driving, I was able to enjoy some drinks at Pineapple Park. I ended up buying some delicious wine after a tasting. The staff at Pineapple Park were also very courteous, which was a plus.

At the aquarium, there were fewer people, so I was able to enjoy it without stress. I especially loved being able to witness the feeding time of the manatee mother and baby and see their adorable appearance.

Next time I come to Okinawa, I would like to participate in a different course.

車がないので、１日で複数ヵ所を回るのをあきらめていたところ今回のバスツアーを見つけました。

ガイドブックに載っている場所を楽に見て回れてよかったです。それぞれの場所の滞在時間も調度よくて無駄なく楽しめました。

バスツアーということでお土産を持ち歩く必要がなかったこともよかったです。

自分で運転しないので、パイナップルパークでお酒も楽しめました。試飲がきっかけで美味しいワインを購入しました。パイナップルパークでの係りの方の対応が丁寧なところもよかったです。

水族館は、人が少ない時期だったのでストレスなく楽しめました。とくにマナティの親子の食事タイムに立ち会えて、可愛い姿を見ることが出来ました。

次回沖縄にきたときにも、別のコースに参加したいです。

I was hoping there wouldn't be too many people, but when I arrived on the day, there were only three participants!! It was almost like a private event.

Manzamo: It was my first visit in five years, and I was surprised at how much it had changed! It's a shame they started charging 100 yen, but I think it was worth more than that.

Nago Pineapple Park: First visit. You can ride a cart or walk, and I chose to walk and explore. The route explanation was a bit unhelpful, but overall it was good. I found it a bit strange that the dinosaur section appeared suddenly, but it wasn't bad. The pineapple juice and wine were delicious!

Kouri Island: Second visit. The sea was incredibly beautiful! If it had been summer, I would have jumped into the water.

Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium: Second visit. You can see dolphin shows and explore various attractions inside, so I'd like to visit again.

Okashi Goten: The music was addictive and really stuck in my head (laughs).

I want to visit with my family!

人数あまり、多くないようにと祈ってましたが、当日行って見るとまさか参加者3名!!
ほぼ貸し切り状態。

万座毛：5年ぶりの再訪問　かなり変わってびっくりした!
そして、100円取るようになったのは残念だけど100円以上の価値があったと思う。

ナゴパイナップルパーク：初訪問。
カートを乗ってもいいし、徒歩でもよし、徒歩で歩いて観光しました。
順路の説明がやや不親切だが、いいと思います。
いきなり、恐竜パートが出るのはコンセプト的に変に思ったが、悪くはなかった。　パインアップルジュース、ワインおいしゅうございました！

古宇利島：2回目
流石の綺麗な海！　夏だったら海に飛び込んだはず

美ら海水族館：2回目
イルカショーなども見れるし、館内で色々観光できるので、また、利用してみたい。

This is my second time using this service in Hawaii. They are always punctual, attentive, and have strong COVID-19 measures in place. The drivers and guides are kind, and they take you to places that typical tours don't go, providing a wealth of sightseeing experiences. 今回ハワイと2回目利用です。
いつも時間に正確で、気が利いていて、コロナ対策もしっかりして、ドライバーさんガイドさん親切でツアーでは、行ってくれない所に、惜しみなく行ってくれ、盛りだくさんな観光をしてくれます。
次回、海外旅行で、是非利用したい。頼りにしてます。よろしくお願いします。

I participated at the beginning of December! I originally planned to do SUP in the mangroves of Iriomote Island and snorkeling at Balas Island, but I had to give up because the waves were rough and there were many ferry cancellations during that time. After researching, I found out that I could also do SUP in the mangroves of Ishigaki Island, so I made a request. I was also interested in the Blue Cave, so when I looked for a tour that included snorkeling at the Blue Cave, I ended up at this shop. However, in December, the Blue Cave snorkeling point was dangerous due to rough waves, so we snorkeled at a different point in the southern part of Ishigaki Island. I had the impression that a full-day tour would have a fixed lunch location and not much freedom, but here we disbanded once at lunchtime and could eat wherever we liked, which was great. I was happy that they took about 200 photos and even videos. They suggested photo-worthy poses, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

１２月のはじめに参加いたしました！
本当は西表島のマングローブでSUPプラスバラス島でシュノーケルを予定していたのですが波が荒く、フェリーの欠航が多い時期だったため断念しました。
調べたところ石垣島にもマングローブでSUPが出来ることを知りお願いしました。
青の洞窟も気になっていたので青の洞窟シュノーケルとセットになっているツアーを探したところこちらのショップさんに辿り着きました。
ですが１２月は青の洞窟のポイントは、波が荒くて危険なため石垣島南部の別のポイントでシュノーケルをしました。
丸１日ツアーでは、昼食場所が決まっていたり自由が無いイメージでしたがこちらは昼時に一度解散し好きな所で食事出来たり自由で良かったです。
写真200枚ほど＋動画まで撮っていただいて嬉しかったです。写真映えするポーズを提案して頂けたりとても良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

This was my second time in Okinawa, and I participated with my daughter.

We gathered at the square in front of the prefectural office in the morning. The guide was standing there to welcome us, which was reassuring and easy to understand.

After picking up a few hotels, we headed to Manza Beach. There was a bit of wind, but the view was very pleasant.

Next, we visited Nago Pineapple Park. Since it was a bus tour, I felt safe enjoying the pineapple wine tasting. I ended up buying some, which made the return trip heavy, but I was satisfied.

We passed over the Warumi Bridge and headed to Kouri Island. From the coast, we could enjoy photogenic scenery. We had light sandwiches here, which were delivered fresh by the vendor and were very delicious.

Then we went to the main attraction, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Although there was only one whale shark instead of two, it swam majestically alongside a large manta ray.

Finally, we enjoyed dessert at the Okinawa Sweets Castle. By this time, I was full and had thoroughly enjoyed Okinawa.

We were dropped off at the last location, and then we parted ways.

There were some effects from the pumice stone here and there, but overall it wasn't a problem for sightseeing. Those doing marine sports should be careful.

I would like to participate in this tour again in a few years.

今回は2回目の沖縄。娘と二人で参加でした。
朝は県庁前の広場に集合。ガイドさんが立って、お出迎えわかりやすくて安心しました。
何件かのホテルピックアップを経由し、万座毛へ。少し風がありましたがとても気持ちの良い見晴らしでした。
続いてナゴパイナップルパーク。バスツアーということもあり、安心してパイナップルワインの試飲を堪能。思わず買ってしまって帰り重たかったですが満足です。
ワルミ大橋を通過し、古宇利島へ。海岸からはフォトジェニックな風景が堪能できます。ここで軽食のサンドイッチ。業者さんがここまで届けてくれて作り立てだったのかとてもおいしかったです。
そしてメインの美ら海水族館へ。二匹のジンベイザメは一匹になっていましたが、大きなマンタとともに雄大な泳ぎを見せてくれました。
最後にお菓子御殿でデザートを堪能。このころには沖縄堪能で満腹です。
最後に乗った場所に送ってもらって解散でした。

ところどころ軽石の影響もありましたが、おおむね観光には問題ない程度でした。マリンスポーツの人は気を付けた方がよさそうです。

何年か後にまた参加してみたいツアーでした。
