I was contacted the day before and told that the sea was rough and the boat couldn't go out, so instead, we ended up at the shallow area from the beach. I received a refund of 500 yen for the bento, but since I had signed up to ride the boat, it felt a bit overpriced. The sea was beautiful, and I was able to see a lot of fish, which was great, but I was really concerned that the staff at the meeting point and during the drive were not wearing masks.

前日に連絡あり、海が荒れてて船が出せないと言われ、代わりにビーチからの浅瀬で、と言う事になりました。
弁当代500円の返金はありましたが、船に乗りたくて参加申し込みをした部分があるので、少し割高に感じました。
海は綺麗で、魚も沢山見られて良かったのですが、集合場所や運転中のスタッフの方々が基本マスクをしていないのが凄く気になりました。

Additionally, I was very pleased that they even created a wonderful short movie at the end!

I went with two friends. It was cloudy, but we paddled through the mangroves in a kayak and felt healed by nature. The guide was very cheerful and kind, and we spent time feeling a sense of unity with the other participants. Thank you very much.

The sea conditions were bad, so I couldn't go to Pumpkin, which I was looking forward to, but instead, I had the opportunity to experience half a day of SUP. It had been a while since I did SUP, but Keikun, who was in charge, took a lot of photos and introduced me to beautiful spots in the sea, making it a lot of fun! I want to try for a Pumpkin revenge again!

I was surprised at how solid the hike was, but the view from above the waterfall was truly spectacular! Paddling a canoe leisurely through the mangroves felt wonderful, and playing in the water at the base of the waterfall brought back my childhood, allowing me to have a blast.

Above all, our guide, Hoshi, was friendly and considerate, sharing his knowledge about Iriomote Island and telling us fun stories, which made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The soba we had at the top of the waterfall was also fantastic! We took a lot of photos and videos, creating great memories. My husband and I keep saying this was the most fun we've had on this trip. It turned out to be the best honeymoon! Thank you very much!

思ったよりもしっかりした登山で最初はびっくりしましたが、滝の上からの景色は本当に絶景でした！マングローブでのんびりカヌーを漕ぐのもとても気持ち良かったし、滝壺での水遊びも童心に返って、思いっきりはしゃいで楽しみました。

This time, I was considering a snorkeling experience on Zamami Island, but I hadn't planned it due to the bad weather. However, since the weather forecast changed to sunny, I quickly found a half-day tour and participated.

今回、座間味島でのシュノーケリング体験を考えてましたが、天気が悪そうで予定してませんでしたが、天気予報が晴れ予報に変わったので急遽半日ツアーを見つけ参加させて頂きました。

We participated in this tour when my wife and I visited Iriomote Island for our honeymoon.
First, let me say this: this tour is amazing.
It's a highly satisfying package that allows you to fully enjoy nature beyond the sea for a whole day, with activities like canoeing and caving.

You can observe living creatures closely while listening to explanations from a qualified nature observation instructor who conducts bird research. If you love animals, this tour will definitely exceed your expectations.

Even if you're not that into animals, the guide is friendly, so those who focus on canoeing and activities will have plenty of fun.

Even beginners in canoeing will be able to enjoy it without any issues thanks to the lectures, and during trekking, they will show you safe and easy walking points. They provide all the necessary equipment, which is a great point for participating in the tour with peace of mind.

Regarding ease of access:
Since it takes a full day, it can be physically demanding. Canoeing can be tough, especially when it's windy.
Also, there aren't many opportunities to use the restroom, so be sure to consult with the guide as needed.

Regarding activities:
Since you enjoy three activities in one day, it may not be suitable for those who want to focus deeply on just one.
But if you want to enjoy a lot at a great value, you’ll be just fine!

Anyway, the guide is wonderful.

妻と新婚旅行で西表島に来たときに参加しました。
まず感想を言わせてください。このツアー最高です。
海以外の自然を一日かけて存分に満喫し、カヌーやケイビングなどのアクティビティも楽しめる満足度の高いパッケージングです。

鳥類の研究を行なっている、自然観察指導員の資格を持った方の解説を聞きながら、生き物をじっくり観察できます。生き物が好きならば、大満足のツアーになることは間違いありません。

生き物がそこまで好きではなくても、ガイドさんが気さくな方なので、カヌーやアクティビティ重視の方でも十分楽しめます。

カヌー初心者でも、レクチャーで問題なく楽しめるようになりますし、トレッキングでは安全な歩きやすいポイントを教えてくれます。道具は全て用意してくれるので、安心してツアーに参加できるのはとても良いポイントです。

お手軽度に関して。
一日フルで使うので、体力の消耗は激しいです。特に風が強いとカヌーが大変です。
また、トイレに行けるタイミングは多くないので、都度ガイドさんに相談しましょう。

アクティビティに関して。
一日で3つを楽しむため、一つをじっくり楽しみたい方には向いていないかもしれません。
お得にたくさん楽しみたい方は大丈夫です！


とにかく、ガイドさんが素晴らしい方です。
気さくで物知りで明るい、ツアーを楽しくしてくれる方なので、参加してみてください！

We participated as a couple. During our stay in Ishigaki Island, there were predictions of rough seas due to a tropical depression, so after arriving in Ishigaki, we kept an eye on the weather forecast and booked the activity two days in advance for the only day that seemed to have decent weather.

There was a detailed explanation on how to wear the equipment, how to get up after entering the seawater, and the correct and incorrect methods (including what happens if you do it the wrong way), which made it easy for beginners to enjoy snorkeling with confidence.

After the general safety briefing, they kindly asked experienced participants to go ahead and enter the water, while inviting beginners who wanted to ask about the equipment to stay behind—this consideration for different skill levels was great.

This was our third time snorkeling, but since it had been three years due to the pandemic, we listened to the explanations alongside beginners. In the end, that was a good decision! There were points we had forgotten or had been doing by imitation, and last time in Miyako Island, I had a tough time swallowing seawater, but this time it was zero! (Even though the waves were a bit high!)

We snorkeled for about an hour and it ended so quickly and joyfully. I would love to experience it again. Thank you very much!

夫婦2人で参加。石垣島滞在期間中は熱帯低気圧の関係で海が荒れる予想が出ていたため、石垣島到着してから天気予報とにらめっこして唯一天気がマシそうな日を狙ってアクティビティ2日前に申し込みました。
器具の装着方法、海水に入った後の起き上がり方、正解方法とダメな方法(ダメな方法やると結果どうなるかまで)など詳細な説明があり初心者でも安心してシュノーケリングが楽しめます。
説明も全員向けの注意の後、経験者はどうぞ海へ入ってください、初心者で装着方法聞きたい人残って下さい～とそれぞれのレベルに配慮があるのも良かったです。
私たちはシュノーケリング3回目ですがコロナ禍で3年ぶりのこともあり初心者に混じって説明聞きました。結果それも良かった！今まで見よう見真似でやっていたり、忘れていたポイントもありで、前回宮古島で海水飲んで苦しい時間があったりしたのが今回はゼロ！(波が高めにもかかわらず！)
1時間半ほどシュノーケリングして、あっという間に楽しく終了。
また体験したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The night before the experience, I couldn't find the meeting place due to a mistake in the email settings, but I called around 6 PM on a whim, and I was relieved that someone answered even though it was outside of business hours.
On the day of the event, our guide was K. He greeted us cheerfully at the meeting point, which felt great. Since I participated with my wife, who isn't a strong swimmer, and our 9-year-old daughter, there were quite a few moments that required consideration, but we were really satisfied to finally see a sea turtle, and we also enjoyed the sea kayaking experience and the cave exploration!
Oh, and they also told us about the coconut crab sighting points, and we were really able to encounter one!

体験前夜、メール設定のミスで集合場所が分からなかったのですが、ダメ元で１８時過ぎにTELしたところ営業時間外にも関わらず通じて助かりました。
当日の担当ガイドはKくんでした。待ち合わせ場所では明るく挨拶してくれて気持ち良かったです。５０過ぎのオヤジと泳ぎの不得手な妻と９歳の娘で参加したため、かなり気を使う場面も多かったはずですが、念願の海ガメも見れて、シーカヤック体験と鍾乳洞探検も出来て本当に満足出来ました～!
そうそう、ヤシガニ出没ポイントも教えて頂き、本当に出会うことができました!

I got to see coconut crabs, firefly larvae, and the starry sky. I was shown many creatures and plants, including crabs and camel crickets. The tour guide was kind, and it was really great! My first-grade son was extremely happy!

I had a great time being guided by a kind and friendly older brother. I booked a canoe, but I also got to try stand-up paddleboarding, which was fun. I was so happy to meet a turtle while snorkeling. The older brother took so many wonderful photos, and it became a lifelong memory. My dream of meeting a turtle, which I had for several years, came true! I want to come back again! Thank you, Yuma!

I was looking forward to the limestone cave, and the instructor was very kind, teaching us how to explore and sharing the history of the cave. I had a great time! They also took a lot of photos, which became wonderful memories!

I participated for the first time.
I had a lot of fun playing with the dolphins, even more than I expected!
At first, I was nervous about the power of the dolphins up close, but I was able to swim while holding onto their bellies and dorsal fins, which truly became a wonderful memory.

It's quite a hard tour. It might be tough for older participants. There's a lot to do. We had a great time under the guidance of a cheerful instructor. Everyone seemed very satisfied. Even though it's October, the UV rays are intense. Even with sunscreen, it's hard to keep up.

年配の方にはきついかな。かなり色々やります。明るいインストラクターさんのもと楽しませていただきました。皆さん大満足だったようです。
10月ですが紫外線はすごいです。日焼け止めクリームしても追いつきません。

We did snorkeling, canoeing, and visited the Pumpkin Cave! The clarity of the ocean was overwhelming, and everything we did was beautiful. Above all, the Pumpkin Cave was mystical and the most fun experience.

Our guide, Keikun, was enjoyable and really enhanced the tour with his talks and energy, making it even more enjoyable! We took lots of photos at various spots, including sea turtles, fish, and the Pumpkin Cave, creating the best memories.

I thought it might be too packed, but we had a two-hour lunch break, so we could relax and also visit the recommended diner by our guide, Keikun. I would love to use this service again!

sup、シュノーケリング、カヌー、パンプキン鍾乳洞をやりました！海の透明感が圧倒的で何をやるにも綺麗でした。何よりパンプキン鍾乳洞は神秘的で1番楽しかったです。
ガイドしてくださったけいくんが楽しく、トークでも身体でもツアーを盛り上げてくださったお陰でより楽しめました！ウミガメや魚、パンプキン鍾乳洞など、いろんなスポットでたくさん写真も撮ってくだったので、最高の思い出になりました。
盛りだくさんすぎるかな…と思いましたがお昼休憩の時間も2時間あったのでゆっくり休憩しつつ、ガイドのけいくんおすすめの食堂へも行くことができました。また利用したいです！

Since we were the only participants in the canoe, they took a lot of photos while staying with us, and we also got to experience stand-up paddleboarding. Due to bad weather, we couldn't go snorkeling at Barasu Island, but we participated in a mangrove canoe tour in the morning.

It was my first time on Iriomote Island, but our guide, Gakki, shared various stories about the island on the way to our destination, which made the journey exciting.

At first, I struggled to paddle as I had hoped, getting stuck and bumping into trees, but it was thrilling and a lot of fun.

We were able to see the beautiful Sagari-bana, which blooms briefly, and felt the power of nature while soaking in negative ions at the waterfall at the end. It was a truly precious time!

Gakki also took many wonderful photos, and just looking back at them brings back the fun memories. I thought it would be great to come back during the peak bloom of the Sagari-bana or for a revenge trip to Barasu Island. It became a lovely memory of our honeymoon. Thank you, Gakki! ♡

悪天候のためバラス島でのシュノーケリングは叶いませんでしたが、午前中のみのコースでマングローブカヌーのツアーに参加しました。

西表島は初めてでしたが、ポイントまでの道中でガイドのガッキーが西表島のいろいろな話をしてくださったので、ワクワクしながら向かうことができました。

最初は思ったように進めず、座礁したり木に突っ込んだりしましたが、スリルがあってとても楽しかったです。

すぐに散ってしまうというサガリバナが綺麗な状態で見られたり、ゴールの滝でマイナスイオンを浴びながら大自然のパワーを感じたりと、大変貴重な時間を過ごすことができました！

素敵なお写真もたくさん撮ってくださっていて、見返すだけで楽しかった時間が蘇ってきます。次はサガリバナが満開の時期か、バラス島のリベンジでまた来たいなと思いました。新婚旅行の素敵な思い出になりました。ガッキー、ありがとう♡

The wind was strong, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but we were able to enjoy snorkeling in the clear sea filled with beautiful fish! Mr. Kinjo was very friendly, and I was able to learn about Okinawa from a local, making it a highly satisfying tour!

It was my first time doing SUP, and I was able to do it without falling even once! The instructor kindly taught me how to use the paddle and where to position myself, and even though it was windy, I was able to paddle through it. Kei, the instructor, took a lot of photos and sent me some wonderful pictures on the same day, so I was able to reminisce about the fun memories while chatting at night! I was disappointed that snorkeling was canceled, but I created memories that make me want to go again!

I was concerned about the incorrect information regarding the pickup during the reservation, but I participated anyway. The guide provided a thorough explanation of the nature of Iriomote Island, showed great care for safety during the trekking, and quickly provided the tour photos, allowing us to have a wonderful time. Additionally, I appreciated being able to enjoy lunch in a scenic location after the tour.

予約時の待ち合わピックアップについて、間違った案内がありどうなることかと思って参加しましたが、ガイドの方の丁寧な西表島の自然に対する説明やトレッキング中の安全への心配り、ツアー写真の素早い提供など楽しい一時を過ごすことができました。また、ツアー後の昼食も景色の良い場所でゆっくりと楽しめたことも良かったと思います。

It was a tour at 1:40 PM, and thanks to our guide, we were able to see sea turtles! After that, we also encountered Nemo and Dory, and I was truly moved by the beautiful sea! It was my first experience with snorkeling, but I was able to enjoy it without any anxiety. My fifth-grade son is already captivated by Okinawa. Due to the timing of the tides, we experienced 16 types of marine sports in the morning and an afternoon snorkeling tour at Ishinai Reef. There were many young couples, and they really enjoyed trying out activities like the banana boat and other marine sports. The snorkeling in the afternoon was well-organized; after returning to the port for lunch, we split into groups to head to either Ishinai Reef or the Blue Cave. I thought this system was convenient and effective. The snorkeling at Ishinai Reef was accessible from the boat and I believe both beginners and intermediate participants can enjoy it fully. The coral reefs and variety of fish were abundant and very beautiful!

潮の干潮時間の都合で、午前中16種のマリンスポーツ体験、午後石西礁湖シュノーケリングツアーでした。若いカップルさんが多く、バナナボートやマリンスポーツにガンガン、トライして楽しんできました。午後のシュノーケリングは一旦、港に帰ってお弁当を食べた後、午後から石西礁湖に行く人や青の洞窟に行く人に分かれて再編成して出発になるシステムは便利で良いと思いました。石西礁湖シュノーケリングはボートからのエントリーで初心者から中級の人が充分楽しめると思います。サンゴ礁や魚の種類が豊富でとてもきれいでした！

I received an email the day before the reservation stating that there is a parking fee of 1,000 yen. It also mentioned that prescription goggles would cost an additional 1,000 yen. I have done snorkeling with other tours from Veltra, and they did not charge extra for prescription goggles. If there is an additional fee, I believe it should be clearly explained at the time of booking.

As for the tour itself, I was able to see sea turtles, and the SUP was fun, so overall, I was satisfied.

予約日の前日にメールが来て、駐車場代1000円かかります。度付きのゴーグルは1000円かかりますとの事でした。シュノーケリング、他のベルトラのツアーでしましたけど、度付きのゴーグルは、別料金取られませんでした。別料金取るのなら、予約の段階できちんと説明すべきではと思います。
ツアー自体は、ウミガメも見れたし、SUPも楽しかったし、満足のいく物でした。

If you're going to Miyako Island, I definitely want to visit the Pumpkin Cave, so I joined a tour! The day before, I received notifications about changes to the tour start time and important notes, so I was well-prepared.

I was surprised at how physically demanding it was (moving to the beach, paddling the canoe, swimming a bit to enter the cave, climbing the rocks), but thanks to our guide, Keikun, it was enjoyable from start to finish! I was able to take a lot of photos as well. Interacting with other participants in the same tour was fun, and I'm really glad I joined.

宮古島に行くならパンプキン鍾乳洞には絶対行きたいと思っており、ツアーに参加しました！
前日の午前中には、ツアー開始時間の変更や注意事項の連絡をいただき準備はバッチリでした。

意外と体力がいる内容(ビーチまでの移動、カヌーを漕ぐ、少し泳いで鍾乳洞内に入る、岩場を登る)で驚きましたが、ガイドのけいくんのおかげで終始楽しかったです！

同じツアーの参加者さんとの交流も楽しく、本当に参加して良かったです。

They informed me the day before that the boat was confirmed, as well as alternative access methods via another boat. I was very surprised by the detailed follow-up through phone and email before the event.

On the day of the event, everything was prepared, including shoes, bags, and drinks, so I had no anxiety about participating. The guide, Hoshi, answered all my questions, took plenty of photos and videos, and was very entertaining, which was great.

The soba for lunch was delicious, and the snacks during the break were also tasty.

This became my favorite memory from the trip. I would love to join a tour with Kazaguruma again when I come back to Okinawa.

参加の前日に船が決行したことや、別の船でのアクセス方法を連絡してくれた。参加前から電話とメールで細かいフォローがあり非常に驚いた。
当日も、靴や鞄や飲み物など全て用意されていて、参加への不安は何もなかった。ガイドのほしさんも、質問したら全て答えてくれて、写真も動画もいっぱい撮ってくれて、話も面白くてすごくよかった。
お昼のそばも美味しかったし、休憩中のお菓子も美味しかった。
この旅行の中での1番の思い出になりました。
また、沖縄に来たら風車さんのツアーに参加したいと思えました。
