Although my plans were slightly disrupted due to a canceled flight, I made my first visit to Iriomote Island. Since I was in Iriomote, I thought I should go on an adventure and decided to try canoeing. Fortunately, the weather improved. I was a bit anxious because I had children with me, but thanks to J's explanations, guidance, and assistance, it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The kids seemed to have made great memories and want to go again tomorrow! Thank you for the great experience!

欠航で少し予定は狂ったものの、西表島に初上陸。西表に来たからにはアドベンチャーをと思い、カヌーを体験。幸い天気は回復。子供もいたため不安でしたが、Jさんの解説、引率、助力により、とてもいい経験になりました。子供は明日も行きたいととてもいい思い出になったようです！

The guide who assisted us this time, Hikaru, was wonderful, and I would love to request him again if I participate in the same tour. My child was scared and anxious about the deep sea where they couldn't touch the bottom, but the guide stayed by our side and helped them swim safely. We were able to see sea turtles and clownfish. At one point, my child reached their limit, and we had to turn back, which made me feel sorry for the other participants, but the guide coordinated with the other guides, and it seemed that the other participants were able to finish the tour as planned, which was a relief. It became an unforgettable memory for my child's birthday trip. Thank you very much for your help.

今回ガイドしてくださった方（ひかるさん）の対応が素晴らしく、もしまた同じツアーに参加するなら指名したいぐらいです。
子どもが足がつかない海を怖がって怯えてしまったのですが、ガイドの方が付きっきりで対応してくださり、無事泳ぐことが出来るようになり、ウミガメ、カクレクマノミなどを見ることができました。
途中で子どもの限界が来て、戻ることになってしまい、他のツアーの参加者の方には申し訳ないと思いましたが、他のガイドの方と連携していただき、他の参加者の方も予定通りツアーを終えたようでほっとしました。
子どもの誕生日旅行の忘れられない思い出になりました。
大変お世話になりました。

On this day, the waves were high, so we couldn't go to the Pumpkin Cave, but in the morning we experienced snorkeling, and in the afternoon, we tried sea kayaking. My 8-year-old was super excited to see a sea turtle swimming right in front of him during his first snorkeling experience. Then, during the highly anticipated sea kayaking, thanks to the staff's kindness, he also got to try stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). When I asked him which activity he enjoyed the most, he said, "They were all fun!" (laughs)

Yutti, our snorkeling guide, and Hiro and Kyo-chan, who guided us with their Kansai dialect during kayaking and SUP, all provided very clear explanations, making us feel safe during the experience. Their attentive service and fun conversations allowed our family to have a wonderful time! Next time, we plan to tackle the cave again, and I definitely want to request it here.

この日は波が高くパンプキン鍾乳洞は行けませんでしたが、午前中はシュノーケリング、午後からはシーカヤックを体験しました。
８歳のこどもは、はじめてのシュノーケリングで目の前を泳ぐ海亀に大興奮、そして、楽しみにしていたシーカヤックでは、スタッフさんのご厚意でSUPにも乗せてもらい、どれが楽しかったと聞くと「ぜんぶ楽しかった～！」とのこと(笑)
シュノーケリングのゆってぃさん、カヤック&SUPの関西弁のひろさんときょうちゃんさん、スタッフの方々はみなさん、とても分かりやすい説明で安心して体験できましたし、丁寧な対応と楽しいトークで、家族一同素敵な時間を過ごせました！
今度は鍾乳洞リベンジ、是非こちらでお願いしようと思います。

I rode a kayak for about an hour up a river filled with the unique trees of Okinawa. Slowly navigating the murky Hija River was a truly valuable experience. Thank you!

カヤックに乗って1時間くらい沖縄特有の木々が生い茂る川をのぼりました。濁りのある比謝川をゆっくり進むのはとても貴重な体験でした。ありがとうございました！

I was able to feel the presence of completely different creatures and nature than during the day, and it was very exciting. Leon, who guided us, was very knowledgeable and taught us many things we didn't know. It was a wonderful tour that made me love the creatures and nature of Miyako Island even more. The starry sky was only visible through gaps in the clouds, but I heard that if it were clear, you could see a full 360 degrees of stars. I hope to have a chance to do it again someday!

日中とは全く違う生き物の姿や自然を感じることができて、とてもワクワクしました。
案内をしてくださったレオンさんがとても博識で知らなかったことをたくさん教えてくださりました。
宮古島の生き物や自然がもっとすきになる素敵なツアーでした。
星空は雲の隙間から覗く程度でしたが、晴れていたら360度満天の星が見えるとのことでした。
またいつかリベンジしたいと思います！

景色は穏やかでした。初めてのダイビングでしたが、インストラクターや他のスタッフはとても協力的でした。ぜひ試してみるべきです。

The view was serene.as it was my first diving but my instructor and other staff members were very coordinated.its a must try.

Despite the bad weather, we were able to swim with the turtles as planned while ensuring safety! Both the staff and Leon were kind, and my son had a great time. Thank you very much!

I was taken care of during the snorkeling, sea kayaking, and pumpkin cave tour on the 23rd. I got to see a sea turtle while snorkeling, and I was captivated by the very mystical world of the pumpkin cave. Especially in the pumpkin cave, with the guide's help, I climbed the walls and was even splashed by a waterfall. It far exceeded my expectations for the tour, and I'm really glad I participated. The guide, Tsubasa, was very polite, great at keeping the energy up, and I had a wonderful time.

If you come to Miyako, this tour is a must-do. I definitely want to participate again next time.

23日にシュノーケリング&シーカヤック&パンプキン鍾乳洞ツアーでお世話になりました。
シュノーケリングではウミガメに会え、パンプキン鍾乳洞ではとても神秘的な世界に魅了されました。
特にパンプキン鍾乳洞ではガイドさん協力の下、壁を登り、滝にも打たれました。
予想していたツアー内容をはるかに超えたもので本当に参加して良かったと思っています。
ガイドのつばささんもとても丁寧、盛り上げ上手で楽しく過ごすことができました。

宮古に来た時には参加必須です。次回もまた参加したいと思います。

Regarding the tour guide, while they didn't exhibit particularly bad behavior, their lack of enthusiasm was quite noticeable. I understand that due to cost issues, there wasn't a bus guide, but all the information about Okinawa was provided through a pre-recorded audio system on the bus.

Additionally, it would be helpful if they could call out names or display the tour name on a poster at the meeting point, as it was unclear which bus to board. Also, the name of the tour displayed above the bus front should match the name of the tour we are participating in to avoid confusion.

These are the points that concerned me. I hope for improvements.

特に酷い態度を取ったりするわけではないが、やる気のなさがすごい
費用などの問題でバスガイドがつかないのはわかるが、バスの中での沖縄案内は録音済みの無線で全て済ませていた。
あとは集合場所で名前を呼ぶなりツアー名などの案内を画用紙等で表示させてくれないとどのバスに乗るのかわからない。それとバスフロントの上に表示させるツアーの名前を参加するツアーの名前と同じにしてくれないとわからない。

以上が気になった点です。
改善よろしくお願いします。

Since it was the earliest time in the morning, there weren't many other customers or groups, allowing us to leisurely enjoy various aspects of nature. It was my first time kayaking, and I was a bit anxious at first, but they taught us carefully, making it a refreshing experience that I can't usually have in the city! I was also happy to receive various tips and recommendations for restaurants from the instructor! I would love to participate again!

朝一番早い時間だったので、他のお客さんや団体があまりおらず、ゆっくりいろんな自然を見れました。カヤックも初めてで最初不安もありましたが、丁寧に教えてくださり、普段都会では体験できないので新鮮でした！またインストラクターさんに色々な豆知識やおすすめのご飯屋さんまで教えていただき嬉しかったです！また参加したいと思います！

The weather was great, and I enjoyed stand-up paddleboarding in the beautiful emerald green sea. The drone footage and photos were stunning, and I felt it was definitely worth it! Thank you to the instructors as well!

We participated as a family of four, but due to the typhoon, it was canceled. Just when we were feeling disappointed, we were offered the opportunity to go kayaking in the inland sea. When we arrived that day, there were many people gathered, and a handsome guide suggested snorkeling at a different location. They flexibly changed the plan, and as a result, we had a wonderful snorkeling experience.

The service was very polite, and even our children, who were experiencing this for the first time, felt safe participating. When introducing children to nature, in a new place, and with new experiences, safety and reassurance are the top priorities, so we were very grateful for the way they handled everything.

During snorkeling, we were able to swim alongside sea turtles and beautifully colored tropical fish at an arm's length, and our entire family was extremely satisfied.

家族4人での参加だったのですが、台風の影響で中止に。。
がっかりしていたところ内海でのカヤックをご提案いただきました。
当日行くと大勢人が集まっており、イケメンのガイドさんが再度別の場所でのシュノーケリングをご提案。臨機応変にプラン変更していただけ、結果素晴らしいシュノーケリング体験ができました。
対応も非常に丁寧で、初体験の子どもも安心して参加出来ました。
自然相手で、初めての場所、初めての体験を子どもにさせる際、やはり安心安全が最優先となる中でこのような対応をして頂けたのがとても有り難かったです。
シュノーケリングはウミガメや美しい色をした南国の魚が手に取るような距離で一緒に泳ぐことができ、家族全員が大満足でした。

I participated with my boyfriend, and even though I can't swim, I had an amazing time! When I struggled to move forward, the tour guide helped me, which was reassuring. They took a lot of photos for us, and we even got videos, so it's definitely worth it! After it was over, we could also experience it on our own, so I think it's great for those who want to do more.

女の子の力ではなかなか前に進まない時はツアーのお兄さんが助けてくれて、安心しました。

I participated in a tour on the first day of my trip to Ishigaki Island.

Despite being caught in heavy rain on the way there, it had stopped by the time we arrived. The weather in Ishigaki Island can change quickly!

From the start of the tour, exploring the mangrove jungle while searching for creatures like hermit crabs, crabs, and insects felt just like an adventure. When we emerged from the jungle onto the sandy beach, we were greeted by a sky full of stars!! The sight of countless stars spread across the sky was indescribably moving!! After that, I was thrilled to catch a real wild coconut crab for the first time!

Above all, the stories about the creatures and plants of Ishigaki Island shared during the car ride and throughout the tour were incredibly enriching. The next day, when we spotted a wild animal, the kids were so excited, saying, "That's the one we learned about yesterday!" If we hadn't heard the stories, we might have just wondered why it was there and thought, "That's amazing," without paying much attention. Thanks to the detailed and interesting stories, we were able to enjoy the nature of Ishigaki Island many times more!!

This was not just a sightseeing tour; it was filled with the charm of Ishigaki Island, and both adults and children had a great time. Thank you very much!!

石垣島旅行の初日に参加させていただきました。

現地に向かう途中大雨に見舞われながらも、着く頃には止んでいました。石垣島の天気は変わりやすい！

ツアー開始からマングローブのジャングルを進みながら、ヤドカリ・カニ・虫など生き物を探すのは正に探検をしているよう。
さらにジャングルを抜け砂浜に出ると、満天の星空！！
無数の星々が空いっっっぱいに広がる光景は言葉に尽くし難いほど感動しました！！
その後、初めて本物の野生のヤシガニを捕まえてきてくださり、とても興奮しました！

何よりも、往復の車中からツアー中もたくさん教えてくださった、石垣島の生き物や植物のお話がとても素晴らしい学びになりました。
翌日野生の動物を見つけ、「昨日教えてもらったやつだ！」と子どもたちも大興奮。
お話を聞いていなかったら、なんでいるんだろう？すごいねーと、スルーしていたと思います。
詳しくも面白いお話のおかけで石垣島の自然を何倍も楽しめました！！

ただの観光ではない、石垣島の魅力が詰まったツアーで、大人も子どももしっかりと楽しみました。

I participated with my grandchild for their first snorkeling experience. The kind guidance from the instructor, Matsuura, and the chance to see sea turtles and Nemo made my grandchild very happy. We would like to participate again.

初めてのシュノーケルを体験する孫と3人で参加しました。インストラクターの松浦さんの親切な指導とウミガメとニモが見られたことで、孫は、大変喜んでいました。
また、参加したいです。

We went with our 4-year-old child, and we had an amazing time. My husband initially said he didn't have high expectations, but his excitement level was completely different when we got home, haha. The guide was great at explaining things, and not only did we see coconut crabs, but we also spotted various other creatures. It truly felt like an adventure tour, and it went by so quickly. It was the best! The guide mentioned that the stargazing could have been a bit better today, but it still looked pretty good in the photos! Our child was so excited and couldn't stop talking about it even after we got home. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

I had a great time with the sightseeing at Yubu Island and beach snorkeling. On the bus heading to Yubu Island, the guide shared many interesting stories about Iriomote Island and the creatures that live there.

Although we only had 50 minutes on Yubu Island, we were able to see water buffalo and many colorful flowers, and we enjoyed a delicious gelato while strolling around. Riding the water buffalo cart while listening to the sound of the sanshin was very pleasant.

In the afternoon, my 6-year-old daughter was a bit scared since it was her first snorkeling experience in a year, but the guides, Abe-chan and Yumi-chan, were very kind and gently encouraged her, saying, "You can hold onto the float—let's have fun!" This helped the whole family relax and enjoy the experience. My daughter even whispered, "That was so much fun..." as she reflected on the day.

Thank you for the wonderful time! Also, I left something behind, but I was touched by the careful assistance I received in retrieving it. Thank you very much!

由布島観光とビーチシュノーケルでお世話になりました。
由布島へ向かうバスの車内ではガイドさんが西表島のことや西表に住む生き物たちのお話をたくさんしてくださって面白かったです。
由布島では滞在時間50分とそんなに長くはなかったのですが、水牛やカラフルなお花をたくさん見られたり、美味しいジェラートを食べながら散策することができました。水牛車は三線の音色を聴きながら揺られて、すごく心地よかったです。
午後は６歳の娘が1年ぶりのシュノーケリングだったので少し怖がっていたのですが、ガイドのあべちゃんもゆみちゃんもとっても優しくて、穏やかに「浮き輪につかまっていいよ〜楽しんでいこ〜」と声を掛けてくれて家族みんなリラックスして楽しめました。
娘も「めっちゃ楽しかった…」と余韻に浸ってしみじみと呟いていました。笑
楽しい時間をありがとうございました！
あと、忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、丁寧に対応頂き家族一同感激しております。本当にありがとうございました。

We kayaked to the Pumpkin Cave and entered from the sea. I was moved by the scenery I saw for the first time. The person in charge, known as "Hige Danshaku of Miyako Island," was kind and talked with us, making for a really enjoyable time. Thank you very much.

Canoeing was challenging as it was difficult to synchronize our movements, but it was a very enjoyable experience! The Pumpkin Cave was impressive, beautiful, and felt like a very sacred place. Lastly, jumping into the sea from the Pumpkin Cave was an unforgettable memory! Thank you to our guide, Blackbeard from Miyako Island, for the clear explanations and for creating such a fun time!

Due to the weather, the tour we originally planned was changed, but we received careful guidance and suggestions for as much content as possible. On the day of the tour, it was tailored to our preferences, and we had a very enjoyable time.

天候により当初予定していたツアーではなくなりましたが、丁寧に案内いただきできる限りの内容を提案いただきました。
当日も私たちの楽しみ方に合わせてツアーを行っていただき、非常に楽しい時間でした。

Due to the approaching typhoon, we couldn't go snorkeling, but we enjoyed the canoe experience! While canoeing, the staff was nearby, providing advice on paddling and assisting us when getting on and off the canoe, so I think even beginners can feel at ease. During our travels, they also recommended great places, and we had a wonderful time! I hope the weather will be nice enough for snorkeling next time..☆

We had our first snorkeling experience as a family. My 9-year-old and 6-year-old daughters, my mother-in-law who is just before turning 60, and my husband, who is not a great swimmer, all enjoyed it together. My 6-year-old daughter was a bit confused after putting on her goggles because she couldn't breathe through her nose, but a kind woman encouraged her, and she was able to enter the water. My 9-year-old daughter was a little scared of the vastness of the ocean and the fish coming close, but she managed to see a bit underwater at the end. The underwater scenery was incredibly beautiful, and we were amazed the whole time. We were also surprised to be able to touch a starfish! It was such an experience that we wanted to do it again afterward, and I hope to request it again when we visit Okinawa. Thank you!

初めて家族でシュノーケル体験をしました。
9歳、6歳の娘と還暦前の義母、泳ぐのが苦手な主人も一緒に楽しめました。
6歳娘はゴーグルを付けた後、鼻で息が出来ないことに戸惑いましたが、女性の方が優しく声を掛けて頂き海に入ることが出来ました。9歳娘は海の広さと魚が近くに来ることに少し怖がり最後で少しだけ海中を見る事ができました。海の中はとても綺麗で終始感動でした。
また、ヒトデを触ることもできて驚きの連続でした！
終ってからももう一回やりたいと思うほどの体験で、また沖縄に行った際はお願いしたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

I have done mangrove kayaking a few times, but the natural beauty of Iriomote Island was incredible; it felt like I was either overseas or had time-traveled due to the sheer power of nature! Our guide, Hoshi, was very kind and considerate, and my fifth-grade son seemed very happy as well. It was definitely an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend it! ♪

マングローブカヤックは何度かした事はありますが、西表島の大自然はものすごくて、とにかく海外か、タイムスリップをしてしまったのかと思うくらいの大自然の迫力でした！ガイドの星さんも、とっても優しく、色々気を遣って頂いて、小5の息子も、とても嬉しそうでした。感動体験間違いなしです。ぜひおすすめしたいです♪

The guide provided thorough explanations, which made me feel comfortable participating. I think I’ve learned enough about mangroves to explain a little to others. Even though the rain forecast was 90%, it only rained for a few minutes and quickly cleared up, so it wasn’t hot even in the summer. I realized that weather forecasts aren’t very reliable.

The trekking was a good workout for both someone in their 40s who is out of shape and a fifth grader, and we had no troubles at all. The senior couple with us were also fit, and we were able to enjoy the experience together.

The lunch we had at Pinai Sara was delicious! The waterfall was magnificent, and the water level was as expected from the rain forecast the day before. After returning from the monsoon, we were relaxed by the horses and the owner. Even a half-day was enough to thoroughly enjoy the experience!

ガイドの方が丁寧に色々と説明くださり、安心して参加できました。マングローブのこと、少しは人に説明できるようになったかなーと思います。90%の確率の雨予報でしたが、雨が降っても数分ですぐに上がって、真夏でも暑くなくて、天気予報は、あまり当てにならないと思いました。

トレッキングは運動不足の40代も小学5年もトラブルなく、良い運動になりました。シニアカップルも健脚な方々で、一緒に行動できました。

ピナイサーラで食べたお弁当、美味しかったです！滝は見事でした、水量は前日からの雨予報の滝の様子です。モンスーンに戻ってからは馬やオーナーに癒されて終了。半日でも十分楽しめる内容でした！

In conclusion, it was really great! The sea was beautiful, and the instructor taught me how to ride properly, so I didn't fall at all!

Instead of everyone moving together, each person has their own instructor!

Also, the drone experience was quite good. They added music and edited the photos into a video for me!

結論すごくよかったです！
海も綺麗で、インストラクターの方がしっかり乗り方を教えてもらい、落ちることもなかったです！

みんなで動くかんじではなくに1人ずつインストラクターの方がついてくれます！

また、ドローンもかなりよかったです。
音楽をつけてくれたり、写真を編集してどうがにしてくれました！

Due to strong winds, we did SUP on a different river instead of Kabira Bay. It was SUP while viewing the mangroves, but I would like to experience SUP at Kabira Bay as well. I was worried since it was my first time doing SUP, but thanks to the guide who taught us carefully, I was able to enjoy it without falling.

風が強かったため、川平湾ではなく別の川でのSUPでした。
マングローブを見ながらのSUPでしたが、川平湾でのSUPも体験してみたいです。
初めてのSUPで心配でしたが、ガイドの方から丁寧に教えていただけたため転ぶことなく楽しめました。

As the title suggests, we were a large group of 11 people from 4 families, with a wide range of ages. Despite the strong winds that caused the cancellation of sea activities, we made a last-minute reservation the day before, and the staff handled everything with great care. Everyone who participated had a truly satisfying time. While Okinawa is known for its sea activities, the river experience was wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone!

タイトル通り、家族4世帯11人という年齢幅も人数もかなり大きなグループでした。
あまりに風が強くて海のアクティビティが中止となったなった中での急な前日予約でしたが、丁寧に対応して頂き、参加した全員が本当に大満足の時間となりました。
沖縄は海のアクティビティが注目されますが、川の体験、どなたにもお勧めできる素敵なものでした！

Despite the strong winds caused by the typhoon, my experience was amazing from start to finish thanks to our guide, Abe-chan! Since it was high tide, we were also guided to the hard course, allowing us to have a unique experience that can only be done here. On the way back, Abe-chan spotted a "crowned eagle" and created an opportunity for the tour participants to observe it, making it an incredible experience all around! Next time I visit Iriomote Island, I want to challenge myself with a SUP tour here.

台風の影響で風が強い中の参加でしたが、担当のあべちゃん（担当者さん）のおかげで最初から最後まで最高でした！ちょうど満潮とのこともあり、ハードコースにも案内してくれてここでしかできない貴重な体験をすることができました。また、帰りの車であべちゃんが「カンムリワシ」を見つけてくれ、ツアー参加者と見学する機会も作ってくれて何から何まで最高の体験ができました！
今度西表島へ行った際は、ここのツアーでサップにチャレンジしたいと思います。

On the second day in Miyako Island, I had a reservation, but due to bad weather, I received a call two hours before on the previous day and on the day itself, and they changed it to the third day, allowing me to enjoy it. Even when I was blown away by the wind, the instructor helped me, and on the way back, I received photos and videos from the drone, which was the best! ☆*ﾟ

宮古島の2日目に予約してたが、天候不良で前日、当日の２時間にも連絡いただき３日目に変更していただき楽しむ事が出来ました
風で流されてもインストラクターの方に助けていただき、帰りには写真、ドローンからの動画もいただいて最高☆*ﾟ
