The weather was favorable and the scenery was breathtaking. The tour guide is from Saitama, but that doesn't matter; I didn't feel any hospitality in their attitude!

Although I visited the places individually by rental car and bus, I was able to deepen my understanding by listening to the guide's explanations, and I enjoyed the singing while looking at the scenery from the window. The driver's skill in navigating narrow spaces was impressive, and when we spotted a crowned eagle, he stopped the bus for a while, allowing us to take some great photos, which was moving.

The beauty and history of the Chinese Cemetery, the scenery of Kabira Bay with the glass-bottom boat, and the Tamatori Observatory were all wonderful, but I was especially glad to see the beautiful Yaeyama palm. It became a lovely memory.

個人でレンタカーやバスで訪れた場所ではありますが、
ガイドさんの説明を聞き理解を深める事ができ、車窓からの景色を見ながら歌声も楽しませて頂きました。運転手さんの狭い所での運転さばきも素晴らしく、途中でカンムリワシを見つけた時も暫くバスを止めてくださりしっかり写真に収める事ができ感動的でした。
唐人墓の美しさと歴史、川平湾とグラスボート、玉取り展望など名所巡りはもちろんすべて良かったですが、特にヤエヤマヤシが美しくこの貴重なヤシを見れた事は良かったです。素敵な思い出となりました。

The guide was considerate with infection control measures, distributing hand sanitizer and ensuring everyone wore masks. First, we went directly to the Churaumi Aquarium. I was overwhelmed by the giant whale shark and felt relaxed watching the manta rays swim gracefully. During our free time, we headed to Emerald Beach, just a five-minute walk away. I was truly impressed by the transparent emerald color of the sea and enjoyed a Hawaiian blue soda topped with Blue Seal ice cream while relaxing on the beach. We savored Okinawa soba and taco rice at a shop within the marine park. It was very delicious. Rather than going by rental car, I learned a lot from the guide's detailed stories about Okinawa's past and present. We also enjoyed freshly made purple sweet potato sweets at Okashi Goten. They were delicious. It was fun being taken to various places! The guide really remembers a lot.

感染症対策の消毒、マスク着用はガイドさんが気を遣って、消毒用アルコールを配ってくれたりしていました。まず、美ら海水族館へ直行しました。目玉の巨大なジンベイザメに圧倒され、優雅に泳ぐマンタに癒やされました。自由時間で歩いて５分のエメラルドビーチへレッツゴー、本当に透き通るエメラルドの海の色に感動し、ブルシールのアイスがのったハワイアンブルーのソーダを飲みながらビーチでまったり。海洋公園内にある売店で沖縄そばとタコライスを堪能しました。とても美味しく頂きました。レンタカーで自分で行くより、ガイドさんの詳しいお話が聞けて沖縄の昔、今の状況が分かり大変勉強になりました。御菓子御殿で出来たての紅いもスイーツを堪能しました。美味しかったです。色んなところへ連れて行ってもらえるので楽しかったです!ガイドさんは本当に色々覚えているんですね。

Experience: This tour was very cost-effective as it guided us to various famous spots in Okinawa, including Manza Beach, Kouri Island, Pineapple Park, and Churaumi Aquarium, all at a reasonable price.

What impressed me the most was the bus guide. The information provided was very clear and covered everything we wanted to know without missing anything. Additionally, the stories shared during the ride were rich in anecdotes related to each location, and they were delivered in a humorous and entertaining way, making our time on the bus enjoyable.

I was on a 4-night, 5-day trip with my fiancé, and we were already feeling very happy, but meeting such a wonderful bus guide made it even more enjoyable! Thank you, bus guide!

体験談:今回のツアーは、万座毛、古宇利島、パイナップルパーク、美ら海水族館など、沖縄各所名所を案内してくれて、金額もリーズナブルだったためとてもコスパの良いツアーでした。
何より印象に残ったのが、ガイドしてくれたバスガイドさんです。案内する内容は、とてもわかりやすくこちらの知りたい情報を抜け漏れなく伝えてくれます。また、運行中の車内で話してくれた内容も各所にまつわるエピソードが豊富でポンポン話が出てくるし、しかも面白ろおかしくユーモアもたっぷりに伝えれくれて移動中のバスの中をも楽しい時間にしてくれました。
今回は婚約者と4拍5日の旅行でMAX楽しい気持ちできてましたが、とても素敵なバスガイドさんに巡り会えそれが更に楽しいものになりました♪

I wanted to visit the aquarium, Manza Beach, DFS, and American Village, so this tour covered all of these popular spots and was the perfect plan for me.
At the aquarium, I had plenty of free time, and there was a cafeteria-like restaurant where I could enjoy a leisurely lunch after exploring the exhibits.
Manza Beach was a bit short, but I felt the impressive scenery and left feeling relaxed.
At DFS, there was a campaign going on, offering a 5,000 yen cashback for every 30,000 yen spent on cosmetics, plus an additional 10% off on other categories. I purchased about 150,000 yen worth of Delamer skincare and a bag from Saint Laurent! I think I saved around 100,000 yen compared to shopping in Tokyo!
I also thoroughly enjoyed American Village! After taking lots of photos, I had lobster!
Thanks to the detailed guidance from our tour guide, I gained a deeper understanding of Okinawa! I highly recommend it! ^_^

水族館、万座毛、DFS、アメリカンビレッジに行きたいと思っていましたので、このツアーは以上の人気スポット全部網羅できて、私にとって最高のプランでした。
水族館ではずっと自由活動となり、食堂みたいなレストランもあり、館内一巡りの後にゆっくりランチできました。
万座毛はやや短かったのですが、迫力を十分感じられ、癒された気分になりました♪

What I particularly enjoyed was the submarine tour of the ocean floor, which was very moving. When I experienced it somewhere else before, I couldn't see the ocean floor as clearly, so I was able to really appreciate the transparency of Okinawa's waters. I honestly wished we could have extended the time by another 10 minutes because I wanted to observe more coral and sea turtles. On Kouri Island, I appreciated that the driver slowed down, showing consideration! However, I felt that the stay was a bit short. I was also disappointed that I couldn't see Heart Rock. The Churaumi Aquarium was just as I had imagined. Again, I felt that the time there was short. At American Village, my family particularly found there wasn't much to see, and as the tour guide mentioned, we got tired of the vibrant colors and just took some photos before leaving.

Since this was my first trip to Okinawa, I was glad to have booked this tour that allowed us to visit various places, but I learned that the travel time took longer than I expected. For next time, I hope there will be a plan that extends the stay for families with children or elderly people and reduces the number of places to visit a bit. Overall, the staff's response and the content were good, but I ended up feeling more tired than I anticipated.

If there were a plan that allowed us to visit the submarine, Kouri Island, and Churaumi Aquarium with extended stay times and drop us off near our accommodation on the way back, I would like to book again. It would also be nice to have a small souvenir on the way back. Please consider this. It created very wonderful memories. For the price, it was a very fulfilling plan. The tour guide's advice was also accurate and very helpful.

特にいいと感じたのはサブマリンでの海底見学はとても感動的でした。以前違うところで経験したときはあんなにきれいに海底を見ることができなかったので、沖縄の海の透明度をしっかり確認できたました。サンゴやウミガメもっともっと観察したかったので、正直あと、10分ほど時間を伸ばしてほしいくらいでした。古宇利島では運転手さんが減速してくださりそういった気遣いが嬉しかったです!ただ、滞在時間が短いなという印象でした。ハートロックも見たかったので残念でした。美ら海水族館は想像通りなかんじでした。また、こちらも時間が短いなという印象でした。アメリカンビレッジではとくに私達家族は見るところがなく、添乗員さんが言ってた通り鮮やかな色合いにつかれてしまい、写真だけとって帰ってきました。
今回は始めての沖縄旅行だったので、色んなところにいける、こちらのツアーを申し込んだことは正解でしたが、想像以上に移動時間がかかることを今回知ったので、次回は子連れや年配用に一つの滞在時間を伸ばして、行くところも少し減らしたプランがあればいいなと思いました。
全体的にスタッフの対応など、内容はよかったのですが、想像以上に疲れてしまいました。
サブマリン、古宇利島、美ら海水族館の3箇所を巡り、それぞれの滞在時間を伸ばしてもらい、帰りは宿泊先付近まで送り届けてくれるプランがあればまた予約したいです。あとは帰りにちょっとしたお土産付きだと尚いいなぁと思いました。ぜひご検討ください。とても素敵な思い出づくりになりました。料金の割にはとても充実したプランでした。添乗員さんのアドバイスも的確でとてもよかったです。

It was a beautiful sunny morning, and the uphill walk to the Churaumi Aquarium parking lot was quite tough, but I had a lot of fun at each place I visited throughout the day.

朝から美ピーカンで美ら海水族館の駐車場まで上り坂がかなり辛かったですが、行くところのそれぞれで一日中大変楽しかったです。

I don't have a driver's license, so I'm grateful for the bus tour. It was also cost-effective. We made proper stops at Manzamo and the aquarium, ensuring we had time to enjoy. It was so much fun.
Our guide, Mr. Wakasato, was polite and had a warm demeanor, which was great. Since we are foreigners, he kindly checked if it was okay to provide explanations in Japanese and spent the whole day explaining in a very gentle voice. Thank you so much for that. At the end, he played the sanshin and sang, which was moving.
If I have the chance, I would love to join Mr. Wakasato's tour again!

免許を持っていなく、バスツアーがあるのがありがたいです。コスパもいいです。万座毛や水族館にもちゃんととまって遊び時間を確保しました。すごく楽しかったです。
ガイドの我謝さんは言葉遣いが丁寧で、暖かい感じでよかったです。私たちが外国人なので、我謝さんが「日本語の解説で大丈夫ですか」と確認して、1日中すごく優しい声で解説して本当にありがとうございました。最後も三線を弾きながら歌を歌ってくれて感動しました。

We went as a couple in our 20s. It takes about 50 minutes by ferry to get to Iriomote Island, so the round trip can be a bit tiring. However, once on Iriomote Island, we enjoyed a leisurely time on a sightseeing boat and bus tour, and after taking a water buffalo to Yubu Island, we were able to have lunch right away. Yubu Island had more attractions than we expected, and although we had to rush at the end, we really enjoyed it.

There was also a plan to go to Taketomi Island after Yubu Island, but since leaving Iriomote Island involves another 50-minute ferry ride, it seems like it would be tiring to fully enjoy Taketomi. I think it would be better to focus on enjoying two islands with this plan and visit Taketomi on a separate day.

20代夫婦で行きました。
西表島までフェリーで片道50分かかるのでその行き帰りが少し疲れます。その分、西表島では遊覧船とバス観光でのんびり過ごして、水牛で由布島に行けばすぐお昼ご飯が食べられます。由布島が思いのほか見所がとても多く、最後は駆け足になりましたが満喫できました。
由布島のあとに竹富島に行くプランもありましたが、西表島を去る時に50分フェリーに乗る消耗があるので、竹富で思いっきり楽しむには疲れそうです。3島まとめてよりも、このプランで2島を満喫し、別日に竹富に行ったほうが集中できると思います。

It was an early morning tour, but they picked us up at the hotel and the service was polite. The schedule was packed, and the explanation before we started had a lot of information, but there were guides at each point, so we could enjoy ourselves without getting lost. On Taketomi Island, I chose the water buffalo cart tour plus free time. The duration of the free time depends on the water buffalo, so I recommend planning your free time during the ferry ride. It was a satisfying tour that allowed us to visit several islands and also enjoy some relaxing time in just one day.

朝早いツアーですが、ホテルまで迎えにきていただいて、対応も丁寧でした。盛りだくさんの日程で開始前の説明は情報量が多かったですが、その場その場で案内が入り、迷わず楽しむことができました。竹富島では水牛車観光＋フリータイムを選択しました。水牛次第でフリータイムの時間が決まりますのでフリータイムでの予定をフェリー移動中など事前検討することをおすすめします笑
1日で離島をめぐり、ゆったりした時間も過ごせる満足のツアーでした。

The shuttle service was smooth, and the transportation was clearly organized with numbered routes, making it easy to navigate. The bus driver and the staff at the reception were kind and provided attentive service. I would like to use this service again on my next trip.

【Before Departure】
I had booked a different tour, but I received a call six days prior saying it didn't meet the minimum number of participants. I was reassured because it stated that tours would operate with just two people during the high season, but it seems the condition of "depending on the COVID-19 infection situation" was applied... even though the number of infections wasn't drastically increasing. I was quite flustered as I had no time to reconsider my plans. However, I was able to change my reservation since this tour had availability. I'm grateful to the operator. It was a significant mental burden.

【On the Day】
The bus arrived five minutes before the meeting time.
We were able to efficiently visit each spot as planned, which was great! Considering the effort of combining public transportation and rental cars, the bus tour is overwhelmingly superior. Especially at spots like Kouri Island and Cape Manzamo, just arriving was breathtaking. I passively gained information about the region, climate, culture, and history, making the trip even more enjoyable.
The main attraction, Churaumi Aquarium, was truly beautiful! It was quite impressive, so finding time for lunch was challenging. Fortunately, the weather held up at Kouri Island and Cape Manzamo, providing stunning views. American Village has a bit of a safety issue, though. The sweet potato tart at Okashi Goten was truly a petit four. This fresh tart was also sold at the airport, albeit at a slightly higher price.

【Points of Concern】
- Perhaps because children under two are free, there was a crying toddler. It was hard to hear the guide, and it was quite bothersome. For the sake of preventing COVID-19 infections, participants who cannot control themselves should exercise restraint.
- It was disappointing that the tart production line at Okashi Goten had finished by the time we visited.
- I felt that 50 minutes at American Village is unnecessary just to see the sunset, so it would be better to increase the time at Kouri Island or Cape Manzamo.

【出発前】
別ツアーで予約していたが最少催行人数に満たなかったとのことで6日前？に入電。ハイシーズンは2名でも催行する、と書いてあるので安心していたが、「※ただしコロナ感染状況による」が適用されたそうで、、、感染者が激増していたわけではないのに。今から予定を考え直す余裕もなく、かなり取り乱した。が、このツアーが空いているとのことで予約変更ができた。オペレーターの方に感謝。精神的には大きな負担があった。

【当日】
集合場所5分前にバス到着。
予定通りに各スポットを効率よく回ることができ、大変よかった！公共交通機関やレンタカーを組み合わせる労力を考えると、圧倒的にバスツアーに軍配が上がる。特に古宇利島や万座毛など、車ありきのスポットは到着しただけでも感動もの笑　地域や風土、文化、歴史に関する情報が受動的に得られるので旅がより楽しくなる。
メインの美ら海、本当に美しかった〜　大変見ごたえがあるのでお昼食べる時間を作るのは難儀。　古宇利島万座毛もなんとか天気がもってくれて、絶景。アメリカンビレッジは治安が悪い笑　御菓子御殿の生紫芋タルトはまさしくプティ・フール。なおこの生タルトは空港でもやや割高で売っていた

【気になる点】
・2歳以下無料がゆえか、泣きわめく幼児がいた。ガイドの方の声が聞こえづらく、すごく耳障りだった。コロナ感染防止のためにも（？）、自身を制御できない参加者は自重すべき。
・御菓子御殿のタルト製造ラインは、訪問時間には終了していたのが残念
・アメリカンビレッジは夕焼けを見るためなら50分もいらないので、古宇利島もしくは万座毛の時間を増やすのがいいと感じた

The water buffalo cart from Iriomote Island to Yufu Island was very refreshing and enjoyable. Sometimes, they even perform shamisen music during the ride♪ I had a very meaningful time.

西表島から由布島までの水牛車がとても新鮮で良かったです。

This was our family's first trip to Okinawa, and choosing this course for our Ishigaki Island trip was definitely the right decision! The mangroves on Iriomote Island were amazing, and I was surprised by the variety of mangrove species thanks to the guide's thorough explanations! When we crossed from island to island with the water buffalo, the guide explained the characteristics of the water buffalo, which helped me understand this creature better, and I found them very cute.

Also, it was a good choice to do a bus tour on Taketomi Island considering our stamina after snorkeling and the weather! The guide provided detailed explanations about the cows on Taketomi Island, and I could see how well the people on the island live together, making it a truly wonderful place. Lastly, of course, we paid the entrance fee as well. I would love to explore the Yaeyama Islands again!

今回家族で初めての沖縄、しかも石垣島旅行ということもあり、このコースを選択して正解でした！
とにかく西表島のマングローブもガイドさんの丁寧な説明でマングローブの種類の豊富さにビックリ！
水牛も島から島へ渡ら時にガイドさんが水牛の特性を説明してくれたので、水牛という生き物を理解出来、とても可愛く思えました。
また竹富島へはシュノーケル後の体力や天候などのことを考慮してバス観光にして正解でした！
竹富島の牛もガイドさんが詳しく説明してくれたのと、島中の人たちが仲良く暮らしてい事もわかり、とても素敵な島だと思いました。
最後にもちろん入島料も納めてきました。
また八重山諸島巡りしたいです。

There were beautiful buses along the way, and there were several opportunities to use the restroom, making it a comfortable experience! I think those with babies can participate with peace of mind.

移動の途中で綺麗なバスがあったり、トイレにいくタイミングも何度かあって快適に楽しめました！赤ちゃんを連れているかたも多く、安心して参加できると思います。

The time allowed in each facility is very short, but since it was a sightseeing trip, I was satisfied that I could visit many tourist spots in one day.

1つの施設に入れる時間はとても短いですが、観光だったので、一日でたくさんの観光スポットを回ることが出来て満足しました。

The tour guide introduced various things, and we had a great time with the little stories in between! The weather was nice, and I think we managed to see everything efficiently. I believe it's a very affordable tour, especially since entrance and boarding fees are included! I highly recommend it!

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I booked a tour with Beltora for the first time domestically, and I experienced the same reliable and reassuring service as always. The staff at Dream Tourism, who assisted us this time, were all efficient and friendly.

I had thought we would be using regular ferries to visit each island, but I learned that Dream Tourism owns a large boat. Although each passenger had a different itinerary, it was reassuring to know that everyone on board was a tourist who booked through Dream Tourism.

I was very satisfied, but I rated it three stars because I was concerned about the behavior of the male water buffalo guide at the Taketomi Island "Taketomi Tourism Center." While it might have been something I could overlook, I believe many others felt uncomfortable, so I felt it was necessary to mention it for future improvement.

First, while boarding, he addressed a female passenger who had removed her mask, saying, "The woman at the back, please put on your mask. We had an explanation about this, right?" I understand that being cautious about COVID-19 is important on an island with limited medical facilities, but it has been nearly three years since then, and with vaccinations and other measures in place, it should be clear that wearing masks outdoors is not as significant. There could have been a kinder way to address the customers. Furthermore, there was no actual explanation given; later, I checked inside the first building and saw a "mask required" sign at the reception, but there was no verbal explanation.

The most puzzling comment was, "Please refrain from taking photos, or it will get out of hand." Passengers who were eager to take pictures had to put their cameras away. Yet, when a passenger filmed at the main sightseeing spot, the guide remarked, "My eyes are in that video," reprimanding them for filming. When I heard about the photo ban, I thought that the sound of the camera would startle the water buffalo and cause chaos, which is why other tourists might have refrained from taking pictures. However, why is it that video recording without sound is also prohibited? Tourists walking on the road were freely taking photos and videos, so why were we on the water buffalo cart the only ones banned from doing so? I imagine that passengers who wanted to take great photos at the best shooting spot left quite dissatisfied without any pictures.

Is it the case that the "Taketomi Tourism Center" prohibits photo and video recording during the ride, or is this just the whim of this male staff member?

Additionally, while they seem to quickly collect the buffalo's urine in a bucket to prevent it from being scattered on the road, the guide would cover it with sand using his foot, and despite claiming to have children, he ignored the wishes of the kids. He also complained about work, giving off a rather oppressive vibe of "follow my orders," which was quite unpleasant.

Out of curiosity, I looked up the "Taketomi Tourism Center" after returning home, and I found numerous negative comments about the staff. I felt that this company needs to relearn what customer service should be and how to interact with customers from the ground up. Given how great the other staff members were, I think this one unpleasant interaction is a prime example of how a single negative experience can ruin an otherwise enjoyable trip. While it was not directed at us personally, if it had been, I would have rated it one star.

In any case, since neither I nor the other customers could take photos, I would like "Taketomi Tourism Center" to clarify their stance on this matter. There was no sign prohibiting photography inside the center's building, so it seems this was indeed the personal judgment of this male staff member.

コロナ禍のため初めて国内でベルトラさんのツアーを申し込みましたが、変わらぬ安心、確実なサービスでした。今回お世話になったドリーム観光さんもスタッフ全員手際よく、好意的な方ばかりでした。
定期便で各島を回ると思っていたら、ドリーム観光さん自社の大きな船を保有しているのですね。乗船客それぞれのコースは違うものの全員ドリーム観光で申し込んだ観光客のみというのも間違いがなくて安心しました。

大変満足だったのですが、星3つにしたのは竹富島での「竹富観光センター」男性水牛ガイドの対応が気になったから。
スルーしようと思えばできる範囲だと思いますが、多くの方が不快な思いしているとは思うので、今後の改善のためにあえて書かせていただきます。

まず乗車して自分たちのことではないのですが、マスクを外されている女性客に対して「一番後ろの女性の方。マスクしてください。説明ありましたよね」といったものの言い方。医療機関の限られた島でコロナにナーバスになるのは分かるのですが、すでに3年近く経過してワクチン等の対応も進み、外でのマスク着用がそれほど意味をなさいことはわかっているはず。もっと客に配慮した優しいものの言い方はあったはず。
そして、実際そんな説明はありませんでした。後で最初の建物の中で確認したところ、受付に「マスク着用」の表示がありましたが口頭で説明があったわけではありません。

そして一番？？？？なことは「収集が付かなくなるので写真撮影はやめてください」との発言。カメラを出して撮影する気満々だった搭乗客はカメラを鞄にしまう羽目に。それでも一番の観光名所でビデオ撮影した客には「ビデオには私の目が映っていますからね」とビデオ撮影をとがめる発言。
写真撮影禁止と聞いた時、自分を含めて水牛がシャッター音に驚いて収集が付かなくなるものだと思い、他の観光客も遠慮したのだと思います。
なのに、音の出ないビデオまでダメなのは何か理由があるのでしょうか？
路を歩いている観光客は自由に写真撮影、ビデオ撮影しているのに水牛車に乗っている私達だけがなぜ禁止なのでしょう？
一番の撮影スポットでいい写真を撮りたかぅた搭乗客は誰一人写真を撮ることなく終了したのでかなり不満だったのでは。
「竹富観光センター」では搭乗中の写真撮影、ビデオ撮影を禁止しているんでしょうか？それともこの男性職員だけの我儘なのでしょうか？

それ以外にも、牛の尿はバケツですぐに受け取って路に撒かないようにするのでしょうが、足で砂をかけてごまかしたり、自分が子供いるといっていた割にはお子さんへの希望を無視してたり、仕事の愚痴を言ったりと、なんか俺様の「俺の言うことに従え」的な高圧的な感じでかなり不快感がありました。

ちょっと気になり帰宅後「竹富観光センター」を調べてみたのですが、従業員の悪いコメントが出てくる出てくる。
この会社は顧客に対するサービスはどうあるべきなのか、接客はどうあるべきなのかを1から勉強し直す必要があるのではと感じました。
他の接客をしてくれた方々がとても良かっただけに、たった一人の不愉快な対応がせっかくの楽しい旅行を台無しにしてしまう良い例だと思いました。
決して自分たち個人に発せられたものではありませんが、もし自分たち個人に向いたものでしたら評価は星1つでした。

ともかく自分も含め他のお客さんも写真撮影はできなかったので「竹富観光センター」としてこれに対してどういう認識でいるのかは明確にしていただきたいと思います。センターの建物内には写真撮影禁止の文字はありませんでしたのでやはりこの男性職員独自の判断だったのでしょうか。

観光客を楽しませて、他では味わえない経験をさせていただいている貴重なお仕事なのですから、少しだけ行動変化していただけるだけで、客側ももっと楽しい経験ができるようになると思いましたので厳しいコメントを書かせていただきました。

The meeting place for the bus was at the Prefectural Office Square, and we participated from there. After that, we picked up participants at two locations in Naha City, proceeded north to four more locations, and then headed to Manzamo, Nago Pineapple Park, Kouri Island, and Ocean Expo Park. The last stop, Okashi Goten, was more of a shopping place than a tourist attraction.

I don't think it was mentioned in the guide, but we had sandwiches on Kouri Island. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy Ocean Expo Park without spending time on meals.

The entrance fee of 100 yen for Manzamo was paid individually, but considering the fare for the route bus from Naha to Ocean Expo Park, it was a good deal.

One downside was that it took time to pick up participants. Because we used local roads instead of the highway for the pickups, we arrived at the Prefectural Office Square at 7:15 PM after starting at 8 AM.

バスの集合場所を県庁広場にして参加しました。その後、那覇市内で２箇所、北に進み４箇所で参加者を乗せ、万座毛へ、名護パイナップルパーク、古宇利島、海洋博公園、最後の御菓子御殿は観光と言うより、買い物場所です。
案内には無かったと思いますが、古宇利島でサンドイッチを頂きました。お陰で、海洋博公園で食事に時間を使うことなく、楽しめました。
万座毛の入場料百円は各自払いですが、那覇から海洋博公園までの路線バスの運賃を考えるとお得でした。
難点は参加者のピックアップなどで時間がかかる事です。ピックアップのため、高速道路を使わず地道なので、朝、８時から夕方７時１５分県庁広場到着でした。

As paper drivers, we were looking into how to get to the Churaumi Aquarium and stumbled upon this tour, which we booked right away. Not only did we enjoy the aquarium, but we also got to experience Okinawa's famous spots like Kouri Island, Manza Beach, and American Village all in one day. We were really glad to participate! We were worried about the typhoon, but fortunately, it didn't rain, and we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

The Churaumi Aquarium, which was our main goal, took two and a half hours to explore. However, since we rushed from one end to the other, we didn't have time for lunch and had to settle for a kitchen car. We had a great time, so we were very satisfied, but if I could wish for anything, it would be an extra 30 minutes to explore a bit more leisurely.

At Okashi Goten, since we didn't have much time, we didn't buy souvenirs but got some snacks for ourselves. The sweet potato tart that the guide recommended was really delicious. The guide was very entertaining and shared Okinawan dialect, songs, and dances, which kept us engaged during the travel. They also provided explanations about Okinawa's history and the places we visited, which was educational.

Since we visited many tourist spots in one day, those who want to savor each location might find the schedule a bit tight, but we were able to sightsee efficiently and were very satisfied. We will definitely participate again the next time we come to Okinawa!

ペーパードライバーの私たちが美ら海水族館に行くにはどうしたらいいか調べていたところこのツアーに辿り着き、すぐに予約しました。
水族館だけでなく、古宇利島や万座毛、アメリカンヴィレッジなど沖縄の名所を一日で満喫でき、参加させていただいて本当によかったです！
台風が心配でしたが、雨にも降られず、とても綺麗な景色を楽しむことができました。
一番の目的だった美ら海水族館は2時間半ありましたが、端から端まで見て回ったためにバタバタになってしまい、お昼の時間がとれずキッチンカーで済ませました。十分楽しめたので、大満足ですが、欲を言えばあと30分くらいあるともう少しゆっくり回れたかなと思いました。
御菓子御殿は、時間があまりないので、お土産は買わずに自分たちのおやつを買いましたが、ガイドさんがおすすめ？していた生紅芋タルトがとてもおいしかったです。
ガイドさんがとても面白く、沖縄の方言や歌、踊りまで披露してくれて移動中も飽きずに過ごすことができました。沖縄の歴史や行く先々の土地の解説もしてくれて、勉強にもなりました。
1日で多くの観光地を回るため、各地をゆっくり堪能したい方にはスケジュールがタイトに感じるかもしれませんが、効率的に観光ができ、私たちはとても満足できました。次回沖縄に来たときにはまた参加させていただきます！

I participated in this bus tour with a friend. Since it was my friend's first trip to Okinawa, we decided to join this tour that allows you to enjoy Okinawa in one day. On that day, the bus was delayed by about 30 minutes due to traffic, so we only had about two hours at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. Because of this, we had to rush through the exhibits and didn't have time to leisurely look at souvenirs, but I was very satisfied that we were able to see the dolphin show at the Okichan Theater. It was also great to enjoy the beautiful 360-degree views of the emerald green sea at Kouri Island Beach and Manzamo. At the Okashi Goten, we had purple sweet potato tart and purple sweet potato soft serve. There is a factory at the Okashi Goten that makes the purple sweet potato tart, but by the time we arrived, it had already finished, so we couldn't see the actual production. At American Village, I was greatly healed by the atmosphere of the town and the beautiful sunset. While on the bus, the tour guide shared interesting facts and stories, allowing us to enjoy the scenery of Okinawa from the bus. Overall, it was a very satisfying tour. However, since we visited many tourist spots, it was difficult to take our time at each one. I think this tour is perfect for those who want to efficiently visit Okinawa's attractions.

この度、こちらのバスツアーに友人と2人で参加させて頂きました。友人が初めての沖縄旅行ということだったので、一日で沖縄を楽しめるこちらのツアーの参加を決めました。この日は渋滞で30分ほどバスが遅れ、美ら海水族館の滞在時間が2時間程でした。そのため少し急ぎ足で館内を周り、お土産をゆっくり見る時間は確保できませんでしたが、イルカショーのオキちゃん劇場を見ることが出来たので大満足でした。他にもエメラルドグリーンの海が広がる古宇利島のビーチや万座毛など美しい海を360度眺めることが出来て良かったです。御菓子御殿では紅芋タルトと紅芋ソフトクリームを食べました。御菓子御殿では紅芋タルトを作る工場があるのですが、私たちが行く頃には既に終了しており実際に作られている所は見ることが出来ませんでした。アメリカンビレッジではその街の雰囲気と綺麗な夕焼けを見て大変癒されました。バスに乗っている間はバスガイドさんが豆知識や面白い話をして下さるので、バスから見える沖縄の街並みも楽しむことが出来ました。
全体的に大変満足なツアーでした。ただ、多くの観光地に行くことが出来る分、ゆっくり見ることは難しいです。沖縄の観光地を効率的に回りたいという方にはうってつけのツアーだと思いました。

I had a very experienced and comfortable day, and it was fun. Throughout the day, we shared various little stories, which were interesting. Even though I was feeling quite gloomy due to Typhoon No. 14, I forgot about it. The guide was also good at singing, and we all clapped along, creating a sense of unity. I would be happy to join another tour with you again. My wife seemed to really like it too, and she said that compared to the guide from another company the next day, the previous guide was much better.

とてもベテランで居心地が良く、楽しく1日が過ごせました。
終日、いろいろな小話をして頂き面白かったです。
台風14号の中とても憂鬱でしたが、気に無くなりました。
ガイドさんは歌も上手で皆で手拍子して一体感が有りました。
またごいっしょにツアーに参加出来たら嬉しいかなぁ〜って感じです。
妻もとても気に入ったようで、次の日の別会社のガイドさんと比べて全く異なり前のガイドさんが良かったと言ってました。

It was a more immersive tour than I expected. Not only did we visit the places I initially wanted to go, but the driver also took us to many recommended spots. It was a tour that conveyed the driver's love for Ishigaki.

However, the driver made some harsh comments about the spots we wanted to visit, which might be uncomfortable for some people. I hope there could be a system to learn about the driver's information in advance.

予想以上に濃いツアーでした。当初行きたかったところだけでなく、ドライバーさんおすすめスポットにもたくさん連れて行ってくださいました。ドライバーさんの石垣に対する愛が伝わるツアーでした。

ただ、こちらが行きたいと思っていたスポットに対し、容赦なく辛口のコメントをする方でしたので、人によっては不快になってしまうのではないかと思います・・・ドライバーさんの情報を事前に知ることができるシステムにしてほしいです。

I'm a sightseeing bus driver in Kansai, and I would recommend this tour even as a fellow professional. The highlight was definitely the guide's performance on the shamisen at the end of the itinerary. The bus itself was quite old (laughs), but I would definitely do it again!☆

関西で観光バス運転手していますが、、このツアーは同業者ながらお勧めかな…工程フィナーレのガイドさんの蛇三線演奏が最高でした、、バス自体はかなり年季車でした（笑）またリピします☆

On Kouri Island, you'll have time to explore the beach, so bringing beach sandals and a towel will enhance your experience. Since you'll be outside for a long time and the sun is strong, I recommend being well-prepared for sun protection in September. The bus is cool and comfortable, and the attention to infection control measures like social distancing makes it a安心 experience.

古宇利島ではビーチ散策の時間があるため、ビーチサンダルやタオルを持参すれば、より楽しめます。外にいる時間が長く、日差しが強かったので、９月は日焼け対策を万全にすることをおすすめします。
バスの中は涼しく快適で、ソーシャルディスタンス等の感染症対策への気遣いもあり安心して過ごせます。

I was really glad that I could be taken to the places I wanted to go on the tour since I’m not confident in driving. The Okashi Goten is also located on Kokusai Street, so I thought it would be nice to visit other shops as well. It rained a little, but we were able to see beautiful scenery when it cleared up. I think the time allocation was just right. They also had thorough infection control measures in place, so I felt safe and enjoyed myself. There were no traffic jams, and everyone kept to the meeting times, so we were able to stick to the schedule. I would like to use this service again.

運転に自信がないので、ツアーで行きたい所に連れて行ってもらえて、とても良かったです。
御菓子御殿は、国際通りなどにもあるので、他のお店だと良いと思いました。
少し雨も降りましたが、晴れて綺麗な景色が見れました。
時間配分もちょうど良いと思います。
感染対策もしっかりされていたので、安心して楽しめました。
渋滞などもせず、皆さん集合時間も守っていて、時間通りに回れました。
また利用したいです。

I signed up because there was a shuttle service. I was satisfied with the tour itself, but I was very disappointed when I was left behind at the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal during the return shuttle due to a bathroom stop.

On the day of the tour, I was picked up at my hotel and checked in at the counter at Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal, where I received multiple tickets. After that, we moved to the boat and traveled to Iriomote Island. Once we arrived at Iriomote Island, we took a bus to the mangrove cruise boat, and then again took a bus to the water buffalo cart boarding area. We traveled to Yubu Island by water buffalo cart and had free time (lunch was provided, so we moved to the restaurant within the allotted time to eat) to explore the island. After that, we returned to the water buffalo cart, switched from the bus to the boat, and moved to Taketomi Island. On Taketomi Island, we drove around the island in a water buffalo cart and then had free time. Since we basically moved around on our own, I was able to quickly buy souvenirs at various places, so I was satisfied with the tour content.

What was disappointing was that when I returned from Taketomi Island to Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal, I had to stop by the bathroom due to feeling unwell, and when I returned to the tour counter, I was told that the shuttle had already finished. I had to pay for a taxi back to the hotel. When I was picked up at the hotel, I received a call, and at the departure counter, I was told they would wait until we returned to the counter after the tour, so I really wished they had at least confirmed by phone. I was satisfied with the tour itself, but I was very disappointed at the end.

送迎ありだったので申し込みました。
ツアー自体は満足でしたが、帰りの送迎でトイレ立ち寄りの間に出発され石垣港離島ターミナルに置き去りにされたためそこだけ非常に残念でした。
当日はホテルまで迎えに来ていただき、石垣港離島ターミナルのカウンターで受付し複数枚チケットを受け取りました。その後各々で船に移動し、西表島まで船で移動しました。西表島についてからは各々でバスに乗りマングローブ遊覧船に移動し、その後再びバスで水牛車乗り場に移動。水牛車で由布島に移動し自由時間（昼食は用意されているので各々で時間内にレストランに移動して食べる）で島を散策、その後再び水牛車に戻り、バスから船に乗り換え竹富島に移動しました。竹富島では水牛車で島をドライブして、その後自由時間でした。移動は基本的に自分たちで移動するため、各所でささっとお土産を買って移動できたので、ツアー内容は満足でした。
残念だったのは竹富島から石垣港離島ターミナルに戻った際、体調を崩したためトイレに立ち寄ってからツアーカウンターに戻ったところ、すでに送迎は終わったと言われ、自腹でタクシーでホテルまで戻りました。ホテルに迎えにきていただいた際は電話があったのと、出発時のカウンターではツアー後カウンターに戻ってくるまで待っていますと言われたこともあり、せめて電話確認していただきたかったです。
ツアー自体は満足でしたが最後でとてもがっかりしました。
