I participated in a hotel transfer from Onna Village. It was very helpful since I didn't have a rental car. The driver, who drove safely, kindly greeted us with "thank you for your hard work" every time the bus stopped for passengers to get off, and when we returned, he said "welcome back." It was very pleasant. The bus guide was a veteran, and he was great at speaking; his voice was easy to hear, making for a wonderful guiding experience throughout the day.

We visited Manzamo in the rain and then proceeded to the Pineapple Garden. As the guide mentioned, they made efforts during the COVID period, and I could see their creativity, making it more enjoyable than I expected. By the time we headed to Kouri Island, the rain had stopped, the sky was blue, and the sea looked beautiful. It was just around lunchtime, and unexpectedly, we were served delicious sandwiches, which was a delightful surprise. Since we were at a roadside station, we could buy local watermelon and have lunch.

After that, the weather cleared up, and we arrived at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. We had about two hours, so we took the ¥300 internal shuttle bus, which took an hour to go around. The vast grounds were pleasant, with a nice breeze, allowing us to appreciate the beautiful sea, impressive buildings, and stunning nature. After that, we entered the aquarium, where we had plenty of time to see everything. The guide's explanations were easy to understand and made the trip even more enriching.

We started our journey back from the last stop at the Chinsuko Kingdom, and the guide's charm added a nice touch. Thank you for a wonderful day. If I could wish for anything, it would have been perfect if it had been eligible for the national travel support program.

恩納村のホテル送迎付きで参加。レンタカーが無いのでとても助かります。安全運転のドライバーさんはバスが止まって乗客が降りる度にお疲れ様と声をかけて下さり戻るとお帰りなさいとの事。とても感じ良かったです。バスガイドさんはベテランの方でしたがお話が上手で声も聞きやすく素晴らしいガイドぶりで一日中楽しかったです。 雨の中の万座毛 パイナップルガーデンと進みました。パイナップルガーデンはガイドさんも言っていましたが、コロナを期に努力なさったそうで工夫が見られ 思った以上に楽しかったです。古宇利島に向かう頃には雨も止んで空が青く海も綺麗になりました。丁度お昼時でしたが思いがけず美味しいサンドイッチが配られて感動しました。道の駅でしたので特産のスイカを買ったりしてお昼を食べられました。その後は快晴になり美ら海水族館到着。約２時間ありましたので¥300の園内周遊バスで1時間掛けて回りました。広大な敷地ですがバスはのんびりと気持ち良く風が通り美しい海や立派な建物 見事な自然も把握できました。その後水族館へ入ったのですが充分見ることができました。ガイドさんの説明は分かりやすく楽しく旅が一段と濃厚になりました。最後のお菓子御殿から帰途に着きましたがガイドさんのアザトヤユンタは風情があって良かったです。良い一日をありがとうございました。欲を言えば全国旅行支援対象でしたら完璧でしたね。

I participated in fishing from a kayak. The guide, Ami, was very kind and taught us about the types of trees and their history, which made the experience much more enjoyable than just riding normally. We caught about 20 fish, and after getting off the kayak, we took the fish to an izakaya she recommended, where they prepared sashimi, fried fish, and oil sautéed dishes for us. We enjoyed them deliciously with sake and were very satisfied!

カヤックからの釣りに参加しました。
カヤックでは、案内してくださった亜美さんがとても親切で^ ^木の種類や歴史などを教えてくれて、普通に乗るより数段楽しめました(^-^)
釣りも20匹ほど釣れて、降りてから紹介してくれた居酒屋に釣れた魚を持っていき　刺身や揚げ魚　オイルソテーにしてくれて・・日本酒と美味しくいただき大満足でした(^O^)

I visited during the off-season in November on a weekday, but it was quite crowded. The main aquarium tank and the dolphin show had a significant number of people. The facility is very satisfying as an aquarium with fish, sea turtles, and dolphins.

On the other hand, my evaluation of the voucher from Veltra is neither good nor bad for the following reasons:

- You have to pick up the tickets at a commercial facility about a 5-minute drive from the aquarium.
- The staff at that commercial facility did not understand the voucher, which caused delays in receiving it.
- The discount rate is the same 10% off as the advance tickets available at nearby convenience stores.

沖縄のオフシーズンである11月の平日に行きましたが、
結構混んでいました。　館内メイン水槽やイルカショーなどはかなりの人混みでした。　魚やウミガメ、イルカなど水族館としては大満足の施設です。
一方、ベルトラの引換券としての評価は可もなく不可もなくで、理由は以下の通りです。

・水族館から車で5分程度の商業施設でチケットを受け取らないといけない
・その商業施設の店員が引換券を理解しておらず、受け取りに時間がかかる
・割引率は周辺のコンビニで購入できる前売り券と同様10%OFF

I requested a 6-hour course. The driver was a calm and pleasant person, and even though we started early at 8 AM, he was very accommodating (he mentioned it was his first time starting this early, which made me laugh). I was a bit worried because taxi drivers in Okinawa can sometimes drive quite boldly, but this time the driving was very careful, and I was able to relax so much that I even dozed off for a bit.

Additionally, our originally planned parasailing was canceled due to bad weather, but the driver quickly came up with a solution and took us to a botanical garden and a delicious restaurant, which I was really grateful for. Since I don't have a driver's license, I would like to request this service again when I come back to Okinawa. Even if I had a license, I think the benefits of not having to worry about getting lost in an unfamiliar area and having a local guide recommend places are significant, so I would recommend using a sightseeing taxi instead of renting a car.

担当の運転手さんは穏やかな雰囲気の方で、朝8時の早朝から開始でしたが、快く対応して下さいました（こんなに早いのは初めてとおっしゃってました笑）
沖縄タクシーはたまに運転が豪快なので心配してたのですが、今回は丁寧な運転でとてもリラックスできました、途中寝てしまったほどです。
また、もともと予定していたパラセーリングが悪天候のため中止になってしまったんですが、運転手さんが機転をきかせて、植物園や美味しいレストランに連れて行ってくれました、本当にありがたかったです
当方は免許を持っていないので、また沖縄旅行に来た際には、こちらにお願いしたいと思います
たとえ免許を持っていたとしても、土地勘のない場所で道に迷ったりする心配もないし、現地の方におすすめの場所を案内してもらえるメリットは大きいと思うので、レンタカーではなく、観光タクシーにお願いするのもおすすめだと思います。

My first time in Okinawa. I took a tour with Toyo Bus. While on the bus, the guide continuously shared stories about Okinawa's history, famous spots, and folklore. Their narration was very easy to listen to, and I found myself captivated by their gentle storytelling. The driver also kindly sent us off with "Have a good time" every time we got off at a sightseeing spot. We sanitized our hands with disinfectant before reboarding, and they took infection prevention measures seriously. The meeting time and place were explained in detail, so there was no confusion. Although the weather was unfortunate, we were able to enjoy the sightseeing without any inconvenience.

Due to strong winds, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but we enjoyed snorkeling at an alternative spot! Since we took the early morning boat, there were few people in the sea, making it very comfortable. The instructor was very kind and supportive, and we had a lot of interesting stories, which made for a joyful time.

I definitely want to request this again when I come to Okinawa next time! I highly recommend it!

強風のため青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、代わりのスポットでシュノーケリングを楽しみました！早朝便のため海に人も少なく快適でした。インストラクターさんはとても優しくサポートしてくださり、おもしろいお話もたくさんで笑顔の多い時間を過ごせました。

We experienced kayaking for the first time as a couple! The guide was very kind and taught us a lot, and she also took many photos for us! The mangroves were incredibly mysterious, and I was thrilled to learn about the ecology and names of the plants. The Blue Cave was canceled due to weather conditions, but we still had so much fun kayaking! Additionally, she recommended a great yakiniku restaurant in Ishigaki, so we had yakiniku for dinner! We spent the whole day feeling happy. I definitely want to join this tour again when I come back to Ishigaki!

I chose Course B, and it was great with plenty of activities. The total cost of 8,800 yen included the 3,000 yen fee for the Submarine Jr., a 2,000 yen barbecue lunch, and a group admission fee of 1,700 yen for the aquarium, making it quite a bargain compared to going individually. Since I had been to the northern area before, the time allocation felt just right.

The tour description mentioned a 100 yen entry fee for Manzamo, but we actually went straight to the beach pier in the boarding area, where we had a restroom break and waited for the boarding time while exploring the beach. It was sunny, and I was thrilled to see the table coral clearly. Even without diving, I was able to take great photos and videos.

I participated alone and expected to share a table during the meal, but at the barbecue restaurant in Motobu Ranch, they arranged for me to have my own table, which was great for COVID-19 precautions. Once seated, I could start grilling and eating the meat right away, which saved a lot of time compared to waiting in line for a lunch buffet. I thought this plan was optimal. It seemed that drinks and extra meat were ordered separately for an additional fee.

I paid 500 yen for a rental bicycle at Fukugi Namiki. It looks like you can also rent electric bicycles and electric scooters. It was sunny and hot, so it felt nice to have the breeze.

The marine park, including the aquarium, involves quite a bit of walking, so sneakers are a must. Inside, there are souvenir corners and women's restrooms, which can get crowded, so time management is essential. I took my time in the whale shark area.

Emerald Beach is beautiful no matter when you visit. The sea turtle pavilion, manatee pavilion, and ocean culture pavilion were great.

We arrived at American Village just before sunset, and with less than an hour, I used the restroom at Sunset Beach, took some photos, and stopped by a convenience store before heading back. The older participants seemed tired, so everyone returned to the bus ahead of schedule, allowing us to return to Naha City as planned.

I was exhausted when I got back to the hotel, but I was glad to enjoy the last day since I had a flight the next morning. I think it was a long day for the tour guide and driver as well. Thank you very much.

Bコースにしましたが、盛りだくさんで良かったです。
8800円の代金に、サブマリンJr の乗船料3000円、焼肉ランチ2000円、水族館入館料団体料金1700円で残りバス往復代としても個人で行くよりはかなりお得でした。
北部は以前も来たことがあったので、時間配分もちょうど良く感じました。
ツアー内容には万座毛入館代100円と記載してましたが　実際には乗船エリアのビーチの桟橋に直行し、時間が来るまでトイレ休憩　ビーチ散策しながら乗船時間まで待つ　という流れでした。
晴れていて　テーブル珊瑚もバッチリみれて感動しました。海に潜らなくても、良い写真とビデオが撮れました。
一人で参加でしたが、食事の時は相席だろうと思っていましたが　モトブ牧場の焼肉屋さんでの席のアレンジが1人でも1テーブルに分けてアレンジして頂けて　コロナ対策もバッチリでした。着席後すぐにお肉を焼けて食べられるので、ランチバイキング等で並ぶよりはだいぶ時短出来るし、プランとして最適だと思いました。ドリンクやお肉の追加は各自別途有料で注文されて居るようでした。
フクギ並木で　レンタル自転車500円は現地で払いました。電動自転車や電動キックボード等もレンタル出来るようです。晴れて暑かったので、風を感じれて良かったです。
水族館含む海洋公園は結構歩くので、スニーカー必須です。館内もお土産コーナー　女性トイレ、混んでいるので時間配分必須。ジンベイザメのエリアだけはじっくり見る感じにしておきました。
エメラルドビーチはいつ来ても綺麗です。ウミガメ館とマナテイ館　海洋文化館が良かった。
その後のアメリカビレッジに日没直前に到着し、1時間も無いので　サンセットビーチでトイレ、写真撮影、コンビニに寄ってブラブラして戻りました。年配の参加者の方は疲れて居るようだったので、皆時間前にバスに戻ったのもあって　予定通りに那覇市内に帰れました。
ホテルに戻ったらどっと疲れましたが、翌朝のフライトで帰ったので　最終日満喫出来て良かったです。
添乗員さん運転手さんも終日だったので、長い1日だったと思います。ありがとうございました。

I used this service on the day I moved from Hilton Chatan Resort to DoubleTree Naha. They also took care of my suitcase. The guide's explanations were detailed and very helpful. It was a great deal for this price, including the entrance fees for Nago Pineapple Park and the aquarium. In the morning, I had a full breakfast at the hotel buffet, but the sandwiches provided for lunch were more than enough.

The schedule was quite tight until we reached Taketomi Island, so we kept our time there free and enjoyed parfaits at a café on the island. By using the tour from morning until evening, it turned into a fulfilling day that will remain a memorable experience for both of us!

The Churaumi Aquarium was my first visit, and seeing the whale shark up close was absolutely impressive! I was also surprised by how big the manta rays were! You can see the manatees, dolphins, and sea turtles nearby for free. The tanks were beautiful, and I felt that the animals were being well cared for. I definitely want to go again.

However, even though I completed the payment, I didn't receive the QR code email, which made it difficult when I tried to exchange my ticket. The staff at the exchange point, Umikaze Market, were flexible and helped me out, but I couldn't get through to the Beltora customer service at all, so I hope they can improve their response time for any issues. It was disappointing to lose unnecessary time.

美ら海水族館は初めてで、間近でみるジンベエザメの姿は迫力満点でした！あとマンタも大きくてびっくりしました！近くにあるマナティやイルカ、ウミガメは無料で見れます。水槽もキレイで動物を大切に管理しているなと感じました。絶対また行きたいです。

ただ決済完了しているのにQRコードのメールが届かなくてチケット引き換えするとき困りました。引き換え場の海風マーケットのスタッフさんが融通きかせてくれて無事換えてもらえましたが…
ベルトラの問い合わせ先に電話しても全然つながらなかったので何かあった時すぐ繋がるよう対策はしていただきたいです。無駄な時間をロスしたのが残念でした。

I was able to see beautiful tropical fish like the clownfish famous from Finding Nemo and the shimmering blue damselfish from the bottom of the kayak. Plus, they took plenty of photos with a drone and GoPro, which made me very satisfied! The weather was cloudy, but I was able to fully enjoy the clear sea. I saw many blue damselfish and clownfish as well. It was my first time kayaking, and although I had some arguments with my family while paddling (laughs), I was able to control it well by the second half. The staff's response was very good, and I am grateful for that. The drone footage was amazing and will become a family treasure. The scenery looked even more beautiful in the drone footage than it did from the boat! It was an experience that makes me want to visit Miyako Island again!

11月11日天気予報は一日雨。開始30分前は雨雲だらけの強風・大雨で中止になるかと思いきや、カヤックの漕ぎ方を説明受ける頃には、眩しい太陽が出てきて、ツアー中ずっと晴れてました。終了時間頃に雨雲復活！まさに奇跡!宮古島の天気は当てにならないので今後参加される方はギリギリまで天候はわからないので諦めないで欲しいです。スタッフの方々の最初から最後まで丁寧なアドバイスにより安心して参加する事ができました。ドローンでの撮影動画は、この旅最高の思い出です。ありがとうございました。またいつの日か参加させていただきます。

It was a tour that allowed us to explore the Churaumi area in just one day. If you were to drive around in a rental car, you wouldn't be able to cover as much ground efficiently, so I highly recommend this tour. I think it can be enjoyed whether you're alone or with a group. If I had to mention something, the weather can have a significant impact. Fortunately, it was sunny during the tour this time.

We didn't go out to sea due to the strong winds, but we had a great time. The staff kindly taught us how to maneuver the kayak safely in the wind, how to identify deeper areas of the sea, and the best spots for seeing fish from the kayak. We also received amazing drone footage, which became a wonderful memory of our trip. The staff were very friendly and even let us try stand-up paddleboarding, even though we hadn't made a reservation! When I visit Miyako Island again, I would love to experience different activities!

強風で沖には出ませんでしたが　とても楽しめました　危険がないよう風の中のカヤックの動き方や海が深い場所　魚が多くいる場所はカヤックからの眺め方など優しく教えていただきました。
