We received notice the day before that the activities at Kabira Bay and the Blue Cave were canceled due to Typhoon No. 19.

Instead, we were offered canoeing in the mangroves of Ishigaki Island and snorkeling at a different location, and it was very disappointing to accept that suggestion.

However, on the day of the activities, the instructors were truly kind, attentive, and considerate, and we were able to enjoy the alternative plan, for which we are very grateful.

Regarding the transportation, they arrived on time, which was a bit moving. (In overseas activities, they usually arrive late, which can be frustrating.)

Although it was unfortunate about Kabira Bay and the Blue Cave, it was good to have a reason to come back to Ishigaki Island next time.

I would like to request Instructor Kubo again for the next time!

台風19号の影響で前日に川平湾と青の洞窟がキャンセルとの連絡が前日に入りました。

変わりに石垣島にある川のマングローブでカヌーと、青の洞窟以外でのシュノーケリングの提案があり、非常に残念な思いでその提案を受け入れることになりました。

しかしながら、当日はインストラクターの方々が本当に親切丁寧で優しいのと、気配りが出来ており、代替え案でも十分楽しむ事が出来て本当に感謝です。

送迎に関しても時間通りに来て頂いて、少し感動しました。
（海外のアクティビティだと、絶対遅刻してイライラするので。）

川平湾と青の洞窟は残念でしたが、次回また石垣島に来る理由ができて良かったです。

次回のインストラクターもクボさんを指名したいです！

The explanation about mangroves and Okinawa was easy to understand and interesting! My first kayaking experience was also a lot of fun! I will participate again!!

We participated as a family of four. It was amazing to see various birds and creatures in the great outdoors, and it was the best experience to enjoy the tranquility of nature. The guide's explanations were clear and thorough, and we even got to see a huge clam, which was fun. I liked it so much that I would want to come every morning. Next time, I want to try SAP. Thank you!

It was my first time kayaking, and it was a night kayak. As the sun began to set, I felt a mix of excitement and nervousness, but the refreshing breeze and the sight of birds and bats were incredibly soothing. I want to do it again! (^ -^)

初めてのカヤック、しかもナイトのカヤックでした。
だんだん日が暮れていき、ドキドキしましたが、風も爽やかで、鳥やコウモリも見れて、とっても癒されました。
またやりたいです(^-^)

Due to the typhoon, we had to change our plans to go kayaking in the mangroves of Miyaragawa. I had done sea kayaking a few times before, but this was my first time kayaking on a river, and it was a bit challenging due to the current. Since it was after the typhoon, there was still some rain, and we occasionally got caught in heavy downpours, but that added to the fun! We were able to see various plants, animals, and insects, and the guide explained everything to us, which was educational as well! Next time, I want to participate in a different season and weather!

台風の影響で急遽、宮良川のマングローブカヤックに変更になりました。
今までシーカヤックは何度かしたことがありましたが、川でのカヤックは初めてで、流れがあるので少し大変でした。
台風が過ぎた後だったので、雨が残っていて時々ざーっと降られたりもしましたが、それも含めて楽しかったです！
色々な植物や動物、昆虫も見れて、ガイドのお兄さんに説明してもらえたので、勉強にもなりました！
次回は違う季節、違う天候で参加したいです！

I was thinking about wanting to do both mangrove kayaking and sunset sea kayaking, so this tour was truly amazing! They carefully explained the creatures and plants in the mangroves, which was very educational. I was worried about whether we would be able to see the sunset due to the typhoon's impact, but I was very satisfied as we could see it beautifully. Next time, I want to try SUP as well!

マングローブカヤックと、夕陽を見るシーカヤックどちらもしたいなと考えていたので
このツアーは本当に最高でした！
マングローブにいる生き物や草木を丁寧に説明して下さり、勉強になりました＾＾
台風の影響で夕陽が見れるか心配でしたが、とても綺麗に見ることが出来て大満足でした。

I imagined that after being taught how to paddle, we would have the freedom to explore beautiful spots in the ocean, but it wasn't like that.

Anyway, the weather was bad, so if it had been better, I might have felt more moved and thought it was amazing.

If you want to take photos with your own camera or phone, you'll need a waterproof cover that you can hang around your neck.

It's difficult to take pictures while paddling, and there's a high chance of dropping your belongings in the water, so many people didn't bring their personal items.

On the plus side, the guide took a lot of photos for us.

漕ぎ方を教えてもらって後は自由って感じで、海がきれいなポイントとかがあって連れてってくれるみたいなのを勝手に想像していたのでそういうのではなかったです。
とにかく天候が悪かったので、そうでなければもっと感動してすごいって思えたのかもしれません。
写真を自分のカメラや携帯で撮りたい場合は首などに引っ掛けられる防水のカバーなどが必要です。
自分で漕ぎながら写真を撮るのは難しいし海に落とす可能性高いので私物は持って来なかった人が多かったです。
その分ガイドさんがたくさん撮ってくれます。

This is my second time using Veltra. On this day, the wind was strong and the sky was cloudy, but I went to Bottom Beach to try stand-up paddleboarding. The waves were rough, and it seemed we couldn't go on our usual course, but the staff helped us out, and I was able to enjoy it very much. I would like to create another opportunity to experience it again. We took a lot of photos, and the staff's response was very warm, making this another satisfying experience. Thank you very much.

ベルトラを利用させて頂くのは今回で2回目です。この日は風が強く、空も曇っていたのですが、底地ビーチに行きサップを体験しました。波が荒く、いつものコースには行けなかったみたいですが、スタッフの方が手助けして下さりとても楽しむことができたので、機会を作ってもう一度体験したいと思います。写真もたくさん撮って頂き、スタッフさんの対応もとても温かくて今回も大満足の体験となりました。本当にありがとうございました。

In September, Ishigaki is in the typhoon season, and the weather can be bad, with many days when tours cannot be conducted. When I participated this time, a typhoon had just hit the week before, and another one was expected just three days later.

Thanks to that, it was pouring rain from the morning, and I thought the tour would be canceled. However, the instructor confidently declared, "There's no wind, so we can do SUP. We can paddle for an hour in between the rain, so leave it to me." During the car ride, it was still pouring, so I was half in doubt about whether it would really be okay. However, after waiting for about five minutes upon arrival, the rain actually stopped. Although there was no sunshine, the weather improved dramatically compared to the earlier downpour, and it became just the right climate with occasional glimpses of clear skies.

The SUP instructor explained how to ride the board and paddle in a way that was easy for beginners to understand. Within ten minutes, I got the hang of it and could paddle on my own. If I got tired, I could take a break on the board, and he adjusted the pace accordingly. He also took photos of us while we were doing SUP, so there was no need to bring a waterproof camera. The photos were shared as data.

Kabira Bay is shallow, so even if you fall off the board, you can stand up. The waves were calm, which was reassuring. Despite the heavy rain just before, the sea was clear, and I felt a bit regretful thinking about how beautiful it would have been if it had been sunny.

After about an hour of playing, the instructor said, "It looks like rain is coming soon, so let's head back now." After packing up the boards and getting into the car, it really started to rain shortly after. The instructor's weather reading was spot on.

During the car ride, he kept us entertained by sharing information about delicious local restaurants and the features of the three limestone caves in Ishigaki.

One thing to note is that if you book through Veltra, your name will be registered in Roman letters, which can lead to some people being mistaken for foreigners. I was mistaken several times during the pickup confirmation. However, once I mentioned that I booked through Veltra, they understood right away.

9月の石垣は台風シーズンで天気が悪く、ツアーができない日も多いそうです。
今回参加した時も前週に台風が直撃し、3日後にも台風直撃という感じでした。
お陰で、当日は朝から雨が土砂降りで、ツアー中止かなと思っていました。

インストラクターのお兄さんからは、「風がないからSUPはできますよ、雨の合間で1時間はSUPができるので任せてください」と力強い宣言がありました。
車の移動中は土砂降りのままだったので、本当に大丈夫なのかと半信半疑でした。
しかし、現地に到着して5分程待ったところ本当に雨が止んできました。
日差しはないものの先程の雨とは打って変わって、時々晴れ間が見えるほど天候が回復し丁度良い気候になりました。

SUP自体はインストラクターのお兄さんがボードの乗り方やパドルの漕ぎ方を初心者にもわかり易く丁寧に教えてくれました。
10分もすれば慣れて、一人で漕いでいけます。疲れたら疲れたでボードの上で一休みしたりとペースは合わせてくれます。
途中でSUPをやっているところの写真を撮ってくれるので、わざわざ防水カメラを持っていかなくても大丈夫です。
写真はデータで共有してくれました。

川平湾は遠浅なので、ボードから落ちても足が付きました。波も穏やかで安心できました。
直前までの土砂降りでも海は濁っておず澄んでいたので、これが晴れだったらどんなに綺麗だったかと少し悔しい思いがしました。

1時間くらい遊んでいると、お兄さんから「そろそろ雨がやってくるので今の内に引き上げましょう」と声がありました。
ボードの片付けなどをして帰りの車に乗り込んで暫くすると本当に雨が降ってきました。
インストラクターのお兄さんの天気の読みが冴えまくりでした。

車の移動中も飽きさせないように、地元の人が行く美味しいお店の情報や、石垣に3つある鍾乳洞の特徴などお兄さんが一杯話してくれました。

注意点としては、ベルトラ経由で申し込むと名前がローマ字表記での登録になって人によっては外国人と間違われることです。
ピックアップでの確認時に私は何度か間違われました。ベルトラで申し込んだと伝えれば直ぐに分かってもらえました。

This time, I applied to participate with nine close friends.

Among the members (who are not suspects), there were some who were experiencing sea kayaking and snorkeling for the first time, but I half-forced them to join, insisting it would definitely be fun!

The day before, I received a message from the organizer that due to the typhoon, there was a possibility we wouldn't be able to go to the Blue Cave for sea kayaking, and that the tour itself might be canceled. However, I believed that our good behavior would somehow allow the event to take place, and I looked forward to the day.

On the day itself, the weather was good, but the wind was strong and the sea was choppy, so we had to change the course for sea kayaking and snorkeling.

This time, we asked the staff to take photos, capturing everyone's brave moments. (This turned out to be a great decision!)

We were able to fully enjoy marine leisure activities, and with the added bonus of photos, we created wonderful memories.

Above all, the staff's instructions were easy to understand, and even the first-timers had a fun experience.

Among the first-timers, some enjoyed it so much that they expressed a desire to come back next time with their children.

I truly recommend this as a marine leisure activity that even beginners can enjoy.

Next time, I definitely want to visit the Blue Cave when the conditions are good.

今回は気の置かない仲間達９人で参加を申込みました。

メンバー（容疑者ではない）の中にはシーカヤック、シュノーケリング初体験の人も居ましたが、絶対に面白いからやってみろ！と半強制的に参加させました。

前日に主催社から連絡があり台風の影響でシーカヤックは青の洞窟まで行けない可能性とツアーそのものが中止になる可能性も有ると聞かされていましたが何とか日頃の行いで開催出来ると信じて当日を迎えました。

やはり当日は天気は良かったのですが風が強く海は白波が立ってる状況で止むを得ずコースを変更してのシーカヤックとシュノーケリングになりました。

そして今回はスタッフさんにカメラ撮影をお願いしてみんなの勇姿を撮影してもらう事に。（結果的にコレが良かった！）

思う存分マリンレジャーを楽しむ事が出来、その上写真まで撮ってもらってるので思い出も出来ました。

何よりスタッフさんのレクチャーも分かりやすく初めてのメンバーも楽しく初体験を終えました。

また、初体験のメンバーの中には余程楽しかったのか次回は子供を連れてまた行きたいと言ってくれる者も居ました。

本当に初心者でも楽しめるマリンレジャーとしてオススメです。

今度はコンディションが良い時に是非青の洞窟に行ってみたいものです。

It was my first time in Ishigaki Island and my first experience with SUP, but the instructor provided thorough guidance, and I quickly got the hang of it and had a great time! Although it was a half-day experience, I was able to enjoy it slowly and fully. The waves were calm, but the wind made paddling a bit challenging... but that too became a good memory. The weather was nice, making it the perfect day (๑′ᴗ‵๑)♥ I had plenty of fun with the half-day course, but next time I participate, I’d like to try a full day and join in on other activities as well♥

初めての石垣島で初めてのSUP体験でしたが、インストラクターの方に丁寧に指導して頂き、すぐに慣れて楽しむことができました！
半日の体験でしたがゆっくりたっぷり楽しめました。波は穏やかでしたが、風が少し吹いて漕ぐのは大変でしたが…それもまたいい思い出です

半日コースでも十分に楽しめましたが、次参加するときは1日で他のアクティビティにも参加してみたいなと思います♥

First, there was a mix-up with the meeting place, and we were made to wait longer than scheduled. I naturally thought we would tour Pineapple Park in the pineapple-shaped car shown in the pictures, but due to congestion, despite arriving earlier than planned, we ended up just walking around, which was disappointing.

We spent three hours at the aquarium, watched the dolphin show, and didn't have time to visit other botanical gardens. We saw whale sharks at the aquarium, and since it was Saturday, the souvenir shop was crowded. The bus stop at the meeting place was quite far, so in the end, we didn't have time to buy anything.

Considering the transportation costs, the admission fee is cheap, so I understand that. However, I wish they had reduced the time for lunch at the facility we stopped at (the small sandwiches were not good) and allowed us to eat our bento on the bus instead, so we could have more time at the aquarium.

まず集合場所の取違いがあり、予定時間より待たされました。
パイナップルパークは当然、看板写真にあるパイナップルの車？で巡ると思っていたら、混雑との事で、予定より早めに着いたにもかかわらず、まさかの歩いて回るだけでガッカリ。
水族園で三時間、イルカショーをみて、他の植物園などまわる時間はなく、水族園でジンベイザメなどをみて、土曜日だったこともあり最後お土産やさんも並んでて、集合場所のバス乗り場まで距離があるため、結局買う時間なかったです。
交通費を思えば入場料付きで安いので仕方ないとはいえ、途中で寄った施設でのランチ(小さなサンドイッチ不味いです)の時間を削って、バス内でお弁当を食べるなどにして、水族園の時間を増やしてほしいと思いました。

The place where I had lunch was old, and it had a souvenir shop attached to the cafeteria, but there was a hall with a lot of butterflies, which was uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend that place. Everything else was good. It was easy to travel by bus, I could enjoy the scenery, and the prices were reasonable.

お昼を食べた場所は古く、食堂にお土産屋さんがついてる所だったのですが、そこに蝶がたくさんいる館があったのですが、気持ち悪かったです。あそこはないな～×。そこ以外は良かったです。バスで楽だし、景色も見られるし、値段もお手頃でした。

This was a very nice experience and will never forget it. Having my kids and I participate and were able to feel the dolphins skin and see who they move in the water was amazing.

We were able to touch and play with the dolphins and the 50 minutes went by so fast that we wanted more. I think we will be back for other Dolphin encounters at Genki Village which is also a nice and friendly environment.

The Dolphin Encounter experience was one that won't be forgetful. This rare time to see dolphins close up was very special for my children and I. My kids are 8 and 6 and they really were amazed with being able to touch the dolphin family. Also having interaction with them by showing our hands and the dolphins doing tricks with what each hand gesture meant. Then we were able to throw rings to see the dolphins return with them no matter how far. These animals are so smart. Finally able to see them do their flips that was a sight to see. It was a very nice time and it let my kids know a more personal understanding of how dolphins are.

Only recommendation would be to give more personal time with the dolphins but I know its hard to do with big groups.

I booked a round-trip ticket plus a water buffalo cart plan. It's more economical than purchasing them separately! After riding the water buffalo cart, there was free time, and the return time was just right.

往復乗車券＋水牛車のプランを申し込みました。別々に購入するよりお得です！
水牛車に乗った後は自由時間があり、帰りの時間もちょうど良かったです。

My daughter and my husband joined the Family-Friendly Dolphin Encounter. Firstly, we are guided for a dolphin introduction session,
then we are divided into small group(5-6 ppl) to touch and interactive
with them in a closed distance.

it is a very good encounter program which let us know more about a dolphin. My daughter is v happy!

We participated with three adults who had almost no experience with snorkeling and two children. The sea and fish in Okinawa were beautiful, and we had a very enjoyable time. We were especially grateful for the care taken towards the children. We definitely want to use this service again.

シュノーケルほぼ未体験の大人3人と子供2人で参加させて頂きました。沖縄の海と魚が綺麗で、非常に楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。特に子供に非常に気を使ってもらえたのが有難かったです。また是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。

Today, the typhoon has passed far away, and the weather is perfect! I was able to experience a mangrove tour in a calm atmosphere. The guide, Mr. Zakiya, explained everything clearly and was very kind! I highly recommend it.

On the last night of our 3-night, 4-day trip, we made a schedule. The best part was the wonderful weather, and we were able to see a stunning sunset, which made for a truly amazing time. There was also a fun guitar performance concert, and the food was delicious, creating a lively atmosphere. Among the people on the boat, there was a child celebrating their birthday, and I believe it became a memorable birthday for them as we all celebrated together. I thought it would also be great for anniversary events.

3泊4日の最後の夜にスケジュールを組みました。
お天気に恵まれたことが一番大きかったですが、みごとに夕日を見ることができ、本当に素晴らしい時間でした。
ギター弾き語りのコンサートもあって楽しく、お料理もおいしく、盛り上がりました。
同船している人の中に、子供が誕生日の方がいたのですが、みんなでお祝いしながら、きっとその子にとっては思い出に残る誕生日になったと思います。
記念日のイベントにもとてもいいかと思いました。

We participated as a family of four (two adults, a 3-year-old, and an 8-month-old). Due to weather conditions, we changed our schedule to one day earlier at the last minute, but they handled everything, including transportation to the hotel, very well.

It was our first time exploring the remote islands, and we truly enjoyed the mangroves of Iriomote Island, the water buffalo on Yubu Island, and the sightseeing spots on Taketomi Island while cycling.

Our 3-year-old especially loved the water buffalo on Yubu Island, enjoying the experience of holding the reins, feeding them, and touching them (for a fee of 500 yen). Additionally, even though it was a full day plan starting early in the morning, our 8-month-old managed just fine.

If given the opportunity, I would love to use this service with my family again.

家族4人（夫婦＋3歳＋0歳8ヶ月）で参加しました。
天候の関係で直前に1日前倒しの日程に変更してもらいましたが、ホテルまでの送迎も含めてしっかりと対応をいただきました。

はじめての離島巡りでしたが、西表島のマングローブや由布島の水牛、竹富島のレンタサイクルでの観光スポット巡りなど本当に楽しめました。

特に3歳の子供は由布島での水牛が気に入ったらしく、水牛の手綱を引いたり、餌をあげたり、タッチをしたりするふれあい体験が楽しかったそうです。（有料500円）
また、朝早くからの1日がかりのプランでしたが、0歳8ヶ月の子供も問題なく乗り切れました

I made a reservation for the third day of my 2-night, 3-day trip! The activities on the second day were canceled due to rain, and I thought the trip would end without any activities on the third day because a typhoon was approaching. However, I was fortunate that the activities were held, and I was able to create wonderful memories!

It was fun to see creatures like crabs, gobies, and kingfishers up close.

I also appreciated the detailed explanations about the plants; it was very educational! Thank you!

2日目のアクティビティが雨の影響で中止になってしまい
三日目も台風が接近していた為、アクティビティが出来ずに旅行が終わるかと思いましたが、
なんとか、開催して頂けた為、いい思い出ができました＼(^o^)／

The orange glow of the sunset was very beautiful, and the sound of the water while paddling was soothing. I was able to experience various animals, including nocturnal ones. I also enjoyed hearing various stories about Okinawa, and the conversation with the guide was fun!

夕暮れのオレンジが、とても綺麗で、パドルを漕ぐ時も水の音は癒しでした。夜行性の動物含め様々な動物の体験もできました。
沖縄の色々な話も聞けて、案内してくださった方との会話も楽しかったです！

Operating the kayak was a bit difficult, but I was able to connect with nature and see crabs and fish. The guide's explanations were filled with interesting knowledge that made me say "wow," and the stories mixed with jokes were really fun! I was very satisfied!

The guide shared a lot of interesting facts while showing us around, which made it enjoyable. We were able to see many creatures like hermit crabs, bats, and crabs. Even as a beginner, I had a great time paddling. It was a wonderful experience!

ヤドカリ、コウモリ、カニなど生き物もたくさん見られました。
初心者でしたが楽しく漕ぐことができました。

The weather was nice, and I could hear the chirping of birds and cicadas. It was enjoyable to see various flowers and fish! I felt very relaxed as we leisurely moved along while listening to the guide. ^_^

天気も良く、鳥やセミの鳴き声が聞こえ、色んな花や魚も見る事が出来て楽しかったです！

I couldn't relax because of the heavy rain... The café I wanted to visit was also closed... I was really down about this. I want to try again on a sunny day. I did manage to find some star sand, though.

行きたかったカフェも定休日、、、。
流石にこれは落ち込みました。
またリベンジで晴天の日に行きたいです。

You can fully enjoy the scenery of Taketomi. On the day we visited, fortunately, the weather was too good. It was really hot. We were grateful for the bus tour. However, there were also many people using rental bicycles. I felt it was too hot to manage that. Riding the water buffalo cart was a great experience. The young man's singing and guidance were also good.

竹富の風景を満喫できます。私達が行った日は、おかげ様で、良すぎる天気。だから、暑くて暑くて。バスでめぐっていただき、助かりました。でもレンタサイクルの方もたくさんいらっしゃいましたΣ(￣。￣ﾉ)ﾉ私は、無理だと感じるほどの暑さ。水牛車に乗ったのも、良い経験

Thank you to the instructor who was kind to my free-spirited 5-year-old and the 5-year-old who didn't take to snorkeling, resembling Narumiya! Taking the boat was indeed easy. I was told that the early morning snorkeling is recommended, but even on the 10 AM tour, the Blue Cave was beautiful. The shower after returning was also comfortable. The photos taken for us became great memories.

自由気ままな5歳児にも、シュノーケルが合わなかった5歳児にも優しく接してくれた′成宮′似のインストラクターさんありがとう！
やはりボートで行くのは楽チンです。朝一のシュノーケリングがオススメとの事ですが10時集合コースでも青の洞窟は綺麗でした。戻ってからのシャワーも快適です。撮って貰った写真も良い思い出になりました。
