I was worried because it had been raining continuously, but I felt reassured when I received a polite response during the confirmation call the day before. On the day itself, it was surprisingly sunny, so my worries turned out to be unfounded, which was great. The guide was also very articulate and provided excellent explanations, making the experience very enjoyable. Despite the high level of service from the guide, the price was more affordable than others, which made it feel like a great deal. Overall, it was a big win in many ways.

ずっと雨続きで心配でしたが、前日に確認のお電話をしたときも丁寧にご対応いただけたので安心できました。
それでも当日はびっくりするほど晴れたので、心配も杞憂に終わって良かったです。ガイドさんも話し上手で、説明もうまくて大変楽しめました。
これだけレベルの高いガイドさんなのに価格が他より安くてリーズナブルな分、すごいお得感もありました。いろんな意味で大当たりでした。

I am sure this activity would have gotten an outstanding rating if the weather would have been better during the day. I decided however to go through with it due to going home the day after, I was offered a free re-booking or full refund by both Veltra and the tour operator on location.

So the weather was really bad, rain and windy which made the underwater visibility really bad, we did however see some really cool corral reefs, but I do recommend future participants to re-book if the conditions are not good, I am sure the view would have been amazing on a sunny day!

All staff I met during the tour was really nice and friendly, I just wish the time we were allowed under deck would have been a little longer, that is the only complaint I have :)

The untouched nature of Iriomote Island was just as I had imagined. I was moved to see that such nature still exists in Japan. Riding the ox cart on Yufu Island and crossing the sea allowed me to feel the leisurely flow of time on a southern island.

西表島の手付かずの自然は想像していたとうりでした。日本にもこんな自然が残っていることに感動しました。由布島での牛車に乗って海を渡る趣は南の島ののんびりした時間の流れを感じる事ができました。

I participated in shower climbing and canyoning. It was incredibly fun! My sons were also very satisfied! The guide was very nice, thank you so much.

シャワークライミング、キャニオリングに参加しました。超超楽しかったです！息子達も大満足！ガイドさんもとても良い方で、本当にありがとうございました。

I was able to explore various places in the great outdoors. However, since most of the activities were on a cruise or in a bullock cart, I felt a bit unsatisfied. I wished I could have been a bit more active, especially after coming all this way.

大自然の中、色々巡る事が出来ました。
ただクルーズや牛車での行動がほとんどのためやや消化不良。
せっかくここまで来てのなら、もう少しアクティブに行動できたらと感じました。

We had planned to go sea kayaking and visit the Blue Cave.

Since we had requested a plan that included drone photography, I was really concerned about the weather, but the kayaking was absolutely fantastic and enjoyable. The drone footage captured by the staff was amazing; the images were clearer and more beautiful than I expected, and we were able to capture views from high up and far away that looked like something out of a television show. The photos will be treasured by our family.

Due to the strange path of Typhoon No. 12 on July 30, 2018, although the weather was fine, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave because of the waves. ( ´Д`)y━･~~

However, the staff arranged for us to go snorkeling at a different spot.

The kids seemed a bit nervous at first, but they quickly got hooked on the fun and even said they want to come back next year!

We were able to have a wonderful day thanks to the kind and entertaining staff. I highly recommend this experience to everyone!

シーカヤックと青の洞窟(予定)でした。

ドローン撮影付きプランでお願いしていたのでお天気がとても気になっていましたが、カヤックはとーってもいい感じで楽しめました。
ドローンの撮影もお兄さんの腕が素晴らしく、思っていたよりも画像も綺麗で、高く、遠くからの景色もテレビのような景色とともに撮影して頂くことができ最高でした。写真は家族の宝物になります。

2018/7/30 台風12号の変な進路のせいで
お天気ではありましたが波の影響で、とても楽しみにしていた青の洞窟には行けませんでした。( ´Д`)y━･~~

でも、担当の方が別のスポットでシュノーケリングすることができました。

子どもたちも最初はドキドキしていたようでしたが面白さにハマり来年も来たい！と言い出す始末、、、

楽しい一日を過ごすことができたのも優しく面白いスタッフの方々のおかげです。
みなさんにも是非是非おススメです！

The waves were high, so the Blue Cave was closed, but I really enjoyed my first snorkeling experience in the nearby sea! The staff were very attentive and taught me a lot. I got to interact with many fish, feed them, and they sent the photos right away, which was great! I would like to use this service again when I visit Okinawa next time! I hope to go to the Blue Cave next time♪ Thank you very much＼(^o^)／

波が高くて、青の洞窟はクローズでしたが、近の海での初のシュノーケリングとても楽しめました！丁寧に、色々教えてくださって、たくさんのお魚にも触れあえて、エサもあげれて、写真もすぐに送ってくださって、とても良かったです★次回沖縄に行った際も、利用したいと思います！次回は、青の洞窟に行きたいです♪ありがとうございました＼(^o^)／

I understand that local industries have to rely on tourism, but the heavy push for photos and merchandise feels overwhelming. It would be nice if they could create a simpler tourism experience as well.

地場産業が観光メインで仕方ないとは理解できるが、あまりにも写真だのグッズだのゴリ押し感が重たい。スッキリ観光のみで良いパターンも作ってもらえたら良い

The kids went on their first trip to Okinawa.
They participated in their first bus tour.
The sightseeing was fun, but I became even more fond of Okinawa after listening to the guide's stories about the area.

観光も楽しかったんですが、ガイドさんの沖縄に関するお話を聞いて沖縄がもっと好きになりました。

Due to the typhoon, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but they took us to a wonderful spot. I'm glad I could create precious memories with my dear friends! There were so many beautiful fish, and I was so focused on feeding them that I was worried about getting my camera angle right. When you experience this, please take your time and be mindful of your camera! Thank you very much to the friendly and cool staff. I will come back to visit again next year, so I look forward to it!

台風の影響で、青の洞窟には行けなかったけれど、ステキなスポットへ連れて行ってくれました。大切なお友達と、かけがえのない思い出をつくることが出来てよかったです！きれいな魚がたくさんいて、エサをあげるのに、必死で、自分のカメラ目線がこわいです泣

I love aquariums, and I finally got to visit the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium. I arrived smoothly from Naha and entered the aquarium. I was amazed by the scale and the tanks, and I was truly moved by the whale sharks. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

水族館大好きで念願の美ら海水族館。那覇からスムーズに到着して入場。想像以上の規模と水槽にビックリ、ジンベイザメには本当に感動しました。素晴らしい体験をありがとうございました。

I was able to experience Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi in one day. Although the weather was not great, I thoroughly enjoyed the day thanks to the detailed explanations from the guides on each island.

西表・由布・竹富を1日で体験できました。

1日を満喫することができました。

It was my first time kayaking. The kids were worried about whether they could do it alone, but riding with the instructor and having a parent-child tandem helped ease their anxiety. The instructor was great and actively engaged with the kids, which allowed my shy son to enjoy himself. My daughter, who had been scared of the deep sea during snorkeling with another company the day before, seemed to have fun here, which was nice to see. Personally, I had imagined it would be a bit darker, so it was even better than I expected! I apologize for not being able to express that better.

初めてのカヤック。子供達は、1人で出来るか不安になっていましたがインストラクターの方との同乗、親子二人乗りで不安解消。インストラクターの方が良い方で、子供達に積極的に声を掛けて頂き引っ込み事案の息子も楽しめました。前日に別の会社で行ったシュノーケリングで深い海に恐怖していた娘もこちらは楽しかったようで良かったです。自分的にはもう少し暗くなると勝手に想像していた分だけ最高でした！にはしませんでした。良くして頂いたのにごめんなさい。

The staff were kind and attentive. My child got seasick while kayaking, but recovered quickly once we were back on land. The Blue Cave was very crowded, but we were happy with the beautiful sea. Thank you for the drone footage. I want to go kayaking again.

スタッフの方に優しく丁寧に対応していただきました。子供がカヤックで酔ってしまいましたが、陸に上がったらすぐ復活しました。
青の洞窟はすごく混んでいましたが、綺麗な海で喜んでいました。

It was a tour full of highlights, allowing us to fully enjoy the best aspects of each island. The hotel pick-up service was also a great help.

みどころ満載で、
各島々の良いところを満喫でき、
とても有意義なツアーでした。

After the typhoon passed, I was wondering how things would be, but under the clear blue sky, I had my first sea kayaking experience on calm waters.

Since it was my first time, I was a bit worried, but thanks to the excellent guidance, I was able to enjoy it very comfortably.

Paddling leisurely on the beautiful blue sea, I appreciated the explanations about the corals and geological layers beneath the water. I think I had a very meaningful time, fully enjoying the sense of freedom while satisfying my intellectual curiosity.

I hope to visit again when I come to Okinawa. Thank you very much.

台風一過でどうかと思って居ましたが、海は穏やか晴れ晴れとした快晴の青空の下、はじめてのシーカヤック体験をさせていただきました。

はじめての体験のため、心配もしましたが、良くご指導いただいたので、
とても快適に過ごすことができました。

特に気持ちの青い海上をゆったりと海に漕ぎ出し
海の中のサンゴや地層等を解説していただいたことで
開放感を満喫しながら、知的好奇心を満足できたことでとても有意義な時間を過ごせたと思います。

また、沖縄にお伺いした際にお邪魔できればと思います。

The scheduled date coincided with Typhoon No. 10, so I requested to move it up by one day. The manager kindly accommodated my request and changed the reservation on short notice.

Although we couldn't do the drone activity due to the wind, we were fortunate with the weather and were able to experience scuba diving and canoeing! They also flexibly handled the refund for the drone activity we couldn't do, and most importantly, the wonderful staff made the experience great. The kids, who were initially nervous, ended up feeling reluctant to leave at the end.

We are cherishing the coral we collected by the seaside, and they are saying they want to swim together again!

This trip became a very memorable experience for our family. I would love to request your services again when we visit Okinawa next time! Thank you very much. Please continue to do your best to share the beauty of Okinawa's sea!

予定日が台風10号と重なってしまい、１日前倒し（変更）のお願いをしました。店長さんに心よく対応して頂き、急遽予約を変更してくれました。
ドローンは風の影響で出来ませんでしたが、なんとか天候にも恵まれ、スキューバー&カヌーを体験できました！出来なかったドローン分の返金も柔軟に対応してくれたことに加え、何よりも素晴らしいスタッフの方々に対応してくれたことで、緊張していた子供達も最後は帰るのが名残惜しく感じていました。
海辺で取ったサンゴも大切に持っていますし、また一緒に泳ぎたいと言っています‼︎
家族共々、非常に思い出に残る旅行になりました。また次に沖縄に訪れた際にはお願いしたいです！ありがとうございました。これからも頑張って沖縄の海の素晴らしさを伝えて行って下さい！

The emerald green sea and the sight of fish swimming gracefully felt just like the Dragon Palace. I was moved by the guide's storytelling, singing, and dancing that conveyed Okinawa's history and culture. I felt a mysterious power of Okinawa in the guide's words, "If you speak your dreams, they will surely come true." Thank you for the energy. Even though I was tired, it felt like strength surged within me. I can keep going again. Thank you, guide, for the sea and sky of Okinawa.

まさにエメラルドグリーンの海と、魚達が優雅に泳ぐ姿はまるで竜宮城の様でした。
ガイドさんが沖縄の歴史と文化を歌や踊りや語りて伝えてくれて感動しました。

Just before the typhoon, the visibility and waves were reported to be at normal levels, but I could see the coral reefs and fish perfectly. I was lucky to go since the next departure was canceled!

台風直前で、透明度も波も普通のレベルとの表示でしたが、サンゴ礁もお魚もバッチリ見えました。次の出航から欠航になったので行けてラッキーでした♪

The ox cart was amazing! I was impressed by the hardworking water buffalo. I definitely want to visit again. I was able to enjoy the three islands smoothly without any confusion! I think it's truly unique to the tour experience. Next time, I would like to participate in tours to Kuroshima and Hateruma Island.

It was a day with a large number of participants, enough to fill a large bus. I felt there were more foreigners than Japanese, especially people from Taiwan. The guide was pleasant, and everyone had good manners on the bus, with no one arriving late for the meeting time, making for a very comfortable tour. The highlight I was most looking forward to was the Churaumi Aquarium, where we stayed for three hours. However, since it coincided with lunchtime, the time flew by faster than I expected, and I wished I could have spent a little more time there. The final hour at the candy castle felt a bit too long for me. I wasn't interested in souvenirs, so I found myself with some extra time. Overall, I was very satisfied with how efficiently I was able to enjoy Okinawa without renting a car.

大型バスが満員になるくらい参加人数が多い日でした。日本人よりも外国人、特に台湾の人が多かった気がします。ガイドさんも感じの良い人で、皆さん車内でのマナーも良く、集合時間に遅れてくる人も居らず、とても快適なツアーでした。一番楽しみにしていた美ら海水族館が３時間滞在だったのですが、昼食の時間とが重なったこともあり、思ったよりあっという間に時間が来てしまい、もう少しゆっくりしたいくらいでした。最後のお菓子御殿の１時間はちょっと長すぎたかな。お土産に興味がないので、時間をちょっともてあましてしまいました。レンタカーを借りずに効率良く沖縄を満喫できたので、結果的には大満足です。

My wife and I arrived, excited and ready to explore the Blue Cave, to see the wonderful reef fish, and we did not leave disappointed.
Our guide was fantastic, he was very patient and understanding of my wife's apprehension of the water, and so whilst holding on the the life ring, he carefully guided her, showing her the fishes and the cave, while I snorkleled behind.
We wish it were longer, but regardless the experience was brilliant.
Recommended must do for anyone visiting Okinawa.

The rivers in Okinawa are beautiful, and activities while soaking in the water are refreshing and enjoyable. Last year, I participated in an easy course, but this time I was even more active. There are four points with waterfalls: 1) climbing the waterfall, 2) a rope slider from the top of the waterfall, 3) a seated sliding experience, and 4) diving into the waterfall. It was thrilling and a lot of fun.

沖縄の川は、綺麗で水に浸かりながらのアクティビティは、涼しく楽しい。昨年は、楽なコースで参加しましたが、今回は更にアクティブに。
滝が大小４つのポイントに有り、①滝を登る、②滝の上からロープスライダー、③座って滑るスライダー、④滝へのダイブ
スリルも有り楽しかった。

It was an incredibly fun activity. On the day of the event, the waves were strong, and swimming in the Blue Cave was suddenly prohibited, so we ended up snorkeling at a nearby beach. The local guide was very friendly and taught us how to snorkel well. Although we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, it was a lot of fun. I would love to participate in another activity in the waters of Okinawa if I have the chance.

最高に楽しいアクティビティでした。
当日は波が強くて青の洞窟は急遽遊泳禁止になり、近くのビーチでのシュノーケリング体験となりました。
現地のガイドさんがとても感じがよく、上手にシュノーケリングを教えてくれて、青の洞窟には行けませんでしたが、とても楽しかったです。
また機会があれば沖縄の海で別のアクティビティに参加してみたいと思いました。

My first water buffalo cart ride was wonderful. The buffalo was cute, and the guide's singing was great. It became a very memorable experience. I had a lot of fun!!

I was amazed by the talent of our tour guide, Mr. Kajino (I apologize if the kanji is incorrect), and I could really feel his love for Okinawa. I had a truly wonderful time. He entertained us with songs, dances, and the sanshin, making the time on the bus enjoyable as well.

There were many guests from abroad, and I thought it must be tough for the guide and the driver, but I had a really fun time. It's hard to find such a tour in other prefectures, so I highly recommend it.

Although there were moments of rush due to the short time, it's a great tour for those who want to see a lot in one day.

ツアーガイドさんの梶野さんの(←漢字間違っていたらすみません)芸達者ぷりに驚かされ、沖縄を愛する気持ちが伝わって、本当に素敵な時間を過ごせました。歌や踊りや三線で楽しませてくれて、バスの中も楽しい時間。
外国からのお客様が多く、ガイドさんや運転手さんは大変だろうなぁと思いつつ、すごく楽しい時間を過ごせました。
他の県に行って、なかなかこんなツアーは体験出来ないので、ぜひおススメします。
短い時間で焦るとこもありますが、一日で沢山見たい方は、いいツアーです。

They took many wonderful photos that we couldn't capture ourselves, and we keep looking at them while reminiscing. It was an unreal, purifying, and happy time. The young staff were also very kind. We would love to participate again.
