Since we had a one-night schedule on Taketomi Island, we were able to change our return ferry to a time of our choice the next day. Additionally, upon arriving at Taketomi Island, a representative from the water buffalo company was waiting for us, allowing us to smoothly transition to the water buffalo experience without any confusion. During the water buffalo ride, we enjoyed the tranquil scenery of Taketomi Island in a relaxed atmosphere. The weather was great, and even though it was the end of February, it was quite warm, making me regret not bringing sunglasses and better UV protection.

竹富島に一泊のスケジュールだったので、
帰りのフェリーを翌日の好きな時間に変更して頂きました。
また、竹富島へ到着すると、水牛会社の方が待っていて下さり、迷うことなく、水牛体験へとスムーズに移動出来ました。
水牛では、ゆったりとした時間の中で、竹富島ののどかな風景を楽しめました。
お天気も良く、2月末でしたが暑いぐらいで、サングラスやUV対策をもっとしてくれば良かったと後悔したほどです。

The weather was nice, with a blue sky and blue sea. From the bow of the boat, I saw the white spray of a whale, its large black body, and its tail fin, which was incredibly exciting. We chased the whale with the boat, and I was able to see its body several times. The boat rocked, but it was great.

天気が良く、青空、青い海。船の舳先からクジラの白い潮、黒の大きな身体、尾びれが見えて大興奮しました。船で追いかけ、何回か身体が見えてました。船は揺れましたがよかったです。

I took motion sickness medication 30 minutes before, but I ended up feeling quite seasick. Other boats gathered at the spot, and we were able to observe wild whales. I was able to see the whales' blows and dorsal fins, which made it worth participating. However, I noticed that several Korean women were extremely seasick and probably couldn't observe the whales at all.

３０分前に酔い止めを飲んでおいたのですが、かなり酔いました。
ポイントには他船も集まり、自然のクジラを観察することができました。
クジラのブロウと背ヒレを見ることができ、参加した甲斐がありました。
ただ、韓国の女性が数人ひどく酔っていて、ほとんど、クジラを観察できなかったのではないかと思いました。

If you want to visit Churaumi Aquarium but can't or don't want to rent your own vehicle, this tour is probably the best way to do it. Although the staff's English language abilities are minimal, they have some helpful signage and a lot of patience to help you out. The English speaking tourists were all given a headset which provided some interesting information along the drive to compensate for missing out on what the guide was saying. The additional stops: butterfly garden, Nago Pineapple Park, and glass shop were all very catered to getting you to spend more money on souveniers, but you don't have to buy anything and they were all (mildly) interesting enough that it wasn't an annoyance. Lunch is good, if a bit sparse. Bring snacks or buy some at the stops. The three hours at the aquarium is a good amount of time. Enough time to get through the whole aquarium and even catch the dolphin show or spend time at the other attractions. The staff was excellent and surprised us with a complementary pineapple sherbet at the end of the day, so that nice. They also offered to drop us off at the main shopping street or our original pick-up point, which was very convenient. Overall, I'd recommend this as a cost effective way (all the entrance frees and lunch are included) to see some of Okinawa Honto and get to the main attractions up north.

I was able to see the whales clearly. I was satisfied to see their tails multiple times. However, the boat sways quite a bit, so I think it's important not to let your guard down just because you are used to motion sickness from regular cruises or sightseeing boats. If you participate, you should definitely take measures against seasickness. Especially on the return route after whale watching, you should not let your guard down.

By the way, it seems that there is no drink service on this tour, so I think it's better to bring your own drinks.

クジラはしっかりと見れました。何度も尻尾を見ることができ、満足できます。ただ、船は非常に揺れますので、「通常のクルーズや遊覧船で船酔いには慣れている」と思って油断するのは禁物だと思います。参加するならしっかりと船酔い対策はするべきです。特にクジラを鑑賞した帰りの航路で油断してはいけません。
ちなみに、このツアーには飲み物のサービスなるものはないようですので、飲み物を持参したほうがいいかと思います。

I was a bit anxious because I easily get car sick, but I took motion sickness medication and was careful with breakfast, so I was able to enjoy the trip without feeling sick.
There were three whales: a mother and her two calves, and the baby whale was practicing jumping while the male whale performed dynamic jumps repeatedly, which was incredibly exciting! They were so close that I forgot to take out my camera.
I joined the tour at my request, and when I got home, my husband said, "I will never forget today," which made me very happy. I'm glad I participated.

車酔いしやすいので少し不安でしたが、酔い止めの薬を飲み朝ご飯も気をつけたので酔うことなく楽しめました。
母子と雄クジラの3頭がおり、赤ちゃんクジラが一生懸命ジャンプの練習、雄がダイナミックなジャンプを何度もしてその迫力に大興奮！　あまりにも近くてカメラを構えるのを忘れてしまいました。
私の希望で参加したツアーでしたが、帰ってから旦那に「今日のことは一生忘れないだろう」と言われとても嬉しくなりました。参加してよかったです。

Unfortunately, the weather was poor and the seawater was murky, but I was glad to see the coral and colorful fish. There were windows on the side of the boat, allowing for a good view far away.

あいにくの天候で海水に濁りがあったがサンゴやカラフルな魚たちがなんとか見れたので良かった。船の下ではなく横に窓が有るので遠くまで見れた。

The visit took place on a cold Sunday in February. It seems that many people visit during this month because travel companies offer discounted package tours due to the often poor weather. Since the participants of these tours join in unison, the water buffalo carts are packed so tightly that you can barely move your shoulders. I wish I could have enjoyed the sightseeing with a bit more space. While it was efficient, I wonder if it's worth it to see three islands in one day like an assembly line. The scenery and atmosphere were nice, so I would like to visit again at a more leisurely pace next time.

参加は、２月の寒い日曜日でした。２月は天候も悪い日が多いとかで、旅行会社が安くパックツァーを販売するらしく、訪れる人が多いそうです。そのツァーの人たちも一斉に参加するので、水牛車も隣の人と肩が重なるくらい詰め込まれます。もう少しゆとりをもって観光したかったな。効率は良いですが、流れ作業のようにでも一日で３島見られたので良しとするかどうかですね。景色や雰囲気は良かったので次回はゆっくりと訪れたいです。

The arrangements for the boat, water buffalo cart, and glass boat were convenient as they were all done together. When they are separate, it allows for flexibility, but you have to plan everything yourself, which can be difficult when you don't have time to organize your trip. I was able to make good use of this service. The price was also better than booking them separately.

船と水牛車とグラスボートの段取りが、一括で出来て便利でした。
バラバラだと、融通がきくけど、自分で予定を段取りしないとダメなので、旅行の段取りする時間がない中活用させてもらいました。
価格も、バラバラで予約するよりお得でしたし・・・・・。

Kabayama Bay is beautiful no matter when you visit. It's no surprise that it has earned a three-star rating from the Michelin Travel Guide. The glass-bottom boat is small, accommodating about 20 to 30 people, but since Kabayama Bay is an inland sea, it doesn't rock much. The 30-minute ride goes by quickly, thanks to the captain's precise announcements, and while you're gazing at the bottom of the glass boat, the time seems to fly by. However, having visited Ishigaki Island multiple times over the past ten years, it is very sad to see the reality of environmental degradation, especially the decline of coral reefs year after year.

川平湾はいつ行っても眺めが美しい。
ミシュラントラベルガイド三ツ星を獲得するのも納得だ。
グラスボートは２０～３０人乗りくらいで小型だが、川平湾は内海なので大きく揺れるのことはない。
３０分の乗船だが船長の的確なアナウンスがあり、グラスボートの底を眺めていると時間はあっという間にたってしまい３０分は短いくらいだ。
しかし、石垣島は１０年以上何度も訪れているが、環境悪化で特に珊瑚礁が年々減少している事実は非常に悲しい。

I feel like I've never had such a fulfilling trip. I had so much fun spending a whole day like this! The schedule was packed with activities one after another, and it was truly enjoyable. I will definitely use your services again. Thank you very much!

You can enjoy it every time you go! The whale sharks seen from the large aquarium are truly impressive. I recommend checking the feeding times before you go.

The tour company is not at fault, but this is my honest opinion.

I haven't experienced much seasickness on this type of tour before, but just in case, I took a motion sickness pill that was sold at the reception for 500 yen. Even so, I still felt quite nauseous. From what I could see, there were actually fewer people who didn't throw up. Because of that, I was able to throw up without hesitation, which slightly improved my condition, but...

I did see the whales and their spouts, but honestly, it wasn't enough to make up for the discomfort of seasickness. I think there were many people who were so sick that they hardly saw the whales.

If you're planning to include this in a short stay in Okinawa, I think it's important to carefully consider and prepare for it.

ツアー会社に非はありませんが、正直な感想です。

今までこの手のツアーであまり船酔いをしたことはなかったのですが、念のため受付で販売していた１本５００円の酔い止めを飲みましたが、それでもかなり酔いました。
パッと見ですが、吐いていない人の方が少ないくらいの状況でした。
そのため気兼ねなく？吐くことが出来て、少し体調が改善されたのは良かったのですが・・・

クジラの姿も潮吹きも見ることが出来ましたが、船酔いの辛さを帳消しにするほどの感動はなかったというのが率直なところです。船酔いがつらくてクジラをほとんど見ていない方も多かったと思います。

短い沖縄滞在の日程に組み込む場合には、よく検討して対策を練った方がいいと思いました。

It was a relaxing and pleasant course. Choosing to rent a bicycle was the right decision. I was glad to be able to explore Taketomi freely.

I participated with my son. In the morning, at the meeting place, I was informed that our online reservation had been canceled, which was very unpleasant. Since it was said that we would be taking a boat that is strong against swaying, I let my son board without giving him motion sickness medication, and he ended up feeling quite seasick. However, he seemed very excited to encounter a whale. The staff were very refreshing and left a good impression, but my son experienced more seasickness on the way back. I would have appreciated it if there had been a note suggesting that those who are anxious should take medication, or if medication could be sold for a fee.

私は息子と参加させていただきました。
朝、集合場所にてインターネットでの申し込みがキャンセル扱いとのことで
非常に不愉快な思いもしました。
揺れに強い船で行くと言うことだったので息子に酔い止めの薬を
飲ませずに乗船させたところかなりの船酔いになり気分がすぐれなかったようです。
クジラに関しては遭遇できて大興奮していたようです。
スタッフの方はとてもさわやかで好印象でしたが
息子は帰路にてまた船酔い。
できれば注意書きなどで不安な方は薬の服用を進めるなり
有料でもいいので薬の販売をしていただければ嬉しかったなと思いました。

I participated in a tour that started at 9 AM. Unfortunately, it was drizzling, but I enjoyed the cute water buffalo, the stories from the guide, and listening to songs played on the sanshin while exploring the island. Due to my flight schedule, I returned to Ishigaki Island on the 11 AM ferry, but it's a tour that can be enjoyed even in a short amount of time, so I recommend it for those who are short on time.

9時集合のツアーに参加しました。あいにく小雨でしたが、かわいい水牛とお兄さんのお話、三線をひきながらの歌を聴きながら楽しく島内をまわれました。飛行機の時間の関係で11時の船で石垣島へ戻りましたが、短時間でも楽しめるツアーですので時間のない人にもおススメです。

It was a great deal since it was already cheaper than the original price and had an additional discount. The ticket pickup at the port and the water buffalo cart ride went smoothly, and the guidance was thorough, so I had no issues at all.

The shuttle bus schedule between the port and the hotel is fixed, so be sure to check it.

元々定価より安くさらに割引されていたのでお得でした。
港でのチケット受け取りや水牛車乗車もスムーズに進めることができ、案内もしっかりしていたので困ることは一切ありませんでした。

港とホテル間の送迎はシャトルバスの時間が決まっていますので要チェックです。

I used this service for a solo trip. The stories from the bus driver during the ride and the guide on the mangrove cruise were very interesting and entertaining. The timing was just right, making it a tour that I could fully enjoy!

ひとり旅で利用しました。
バスで移動中の運転手さんのお話や、マングローブクルーズのガイドさんのお話などなど、てても面白く楽しませていただきました。
時間配分もちょうど良くて、しっかりと満喫できるツアーでした！

Even though it's called a tour, the guide doesn't accompany you the whole time, so it feels quite free. Before departure, we were given tickets for the ferry, meals, bus, and water buffalo cart, and we moved to the next location on our own. Since various tours are happening simultaneously, some people mistakenly got on the wrong bus (but the bus guide will help you find your way, so it's okay). Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience, but if I had to say something, the lunch was a bit disappointing...

ツアーと言ってもガイドさんがずっと同行する訳ではないので自由な感じです。出発前にフェリー、食事、バス、水牛車等のチケットを渡され自分たちで次の移動場所に移動する感じです。色んなツアーが並行して開催されているので自分の乗るバスを間違えてる方もいらっしゃいました(でもバスガイドさんが捜索してくれるので大丈夫です)。とても満足な内容ですがしいて言えば、昼食がイマイチだったかな・・・。

About 10 minutes after departure, we were lucky enough to encounter a whale. I was moved to see its dorsal fin clearly and to be able to gauge the size of the individual. After that, we were able to see the blow and the tail fin protruding from the surface of the water from a distance several times. We returned to the port much earlier than scheduled, but I think the other passengers had no objections due to the high waves, the cold, and the ample opportunity for observation.

There was a sale of motion sickness medication at the reception, but I think it's better to prepare your own and take it in advance with plenty of time. It seems that on some days, 30 out of 40 people can get seasick.

出発してから10分ほどで運良くクジラに出会えました。背ビレがハッキリと、個体の大きさもはっきり分かるまで見れて感動しました。その後は遠方でブロウと水面から突き出たお 尾ひれをたびたび見ることができました。予定よりもかなり早い時間に港へと戻りましたが、高い波と寒さと充分に観察できた感で、他の乗客も異存がなかったかと思います。
受け付け時に酔い止めの販売がありましたが、自身で用意して時間にゆとりをもって事前に服用しておいた方がいいと思います。40人中30人が船酔いでヘタる日もあるようです。

I found a traveler's experience in the comments for this course, which made me want to participate. It was exactly what I expected and very enjoyable. I recommend it to anyone thinking about taking a solo trip to a remote island. The staff was attentive, and even though I was participating alone, I felt well taken care of and had no unpleasant experiences at all. The time spent swaying in a water buffalo cart on the round trip to Yubu Island was a blissful moment I will never forget. I am grateful for this wonderful tour, as it would be quite difficult to go on my own.

The weather was favorable, and I was able to see very beautiful scenery. The food ranged from traditional Okinawan dishes to authentic cuisine, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

I am a tourist from Taiwan.
Due to the typhoon on October 19 last year, my plan to ride the underwater sightseeing boat Orca was postponed to January 5 this year.
The weather was nice that day, and I felt great.
The staff threw food into the sea, and the fish gathered instantly.
The passengers were very excited and saw many fish through the glass.
I was really happy.
If I have another chance, I would like to ride it again.

私は台湾の観光客です。
去年の10月19号台風のせいで水中観光船オルカ号に乗る予定は今年1月5日に延ばしました。
あの日天気がいい気分もいい。
スタッフは海中に餌をかけて魚が瞬間集まってしまいした。
乗客は大興奮してガラス越しにたくさん魚を見ました。
本当に嬉しかったです。
またチャンスがあれば もう一度乗りたいです。

We participated as a couple with our 0-year-old child.

1. I thought it would be completely fine if we prepared a baby carrier.

2. For an hour and a half after starting, we couldn't see any whales. The boat was rocking a lot, and I started to feel a bit nauseous. I regretted not taking motion sickness medication. I recommend taking motion sickness medication.

3. It was a long travel time of an hour and a half to see the whales, and then just over an hour on the way back. I couldn't sleep much and got quite tired.

As a result, I was satisfied because we were able to see a large whale right in front of us.

0歳児の子供と夫婦で参加しました。

１、赤ちゃんは抱っこひもを用意しておけば、まったく問題ないと思いました。

２、スタートしてから1時間半クジラが見えず。また揺れが大きかったので気持ち悪く
　　なりかけました。酔い止めを飲まかったことをちょっと後悔。酔い止めの服用を推奨

３、1時間半の行きとクジラを見た後の帰りの1時間ちょっと。移動時間が長くあまり寝る
　　こともできず、かなり疲れました。

結果として、大きなクジラが目の前で見られたので満足です。

I stayed on Taketomi Island for two nights. It was great that this plan allowed me to change the dates for the round-trip ferry. I enjoyed a leisurely village stroll while being gently rocked in a water buffalo cart, and I was able to explore places like Kaiji Beach by bicycle, fully enjoying my time on Taketomi Island.

竹富島に二泊しました。このプランは、往復のフェリー利用日を前後に変えることも出来るので良かったです。水牛車にゆっくり揺られての集落散策や、自転車でカイジ浜などに足を伸ばせたり竹富島を満喫出来ました。

We all got excited searching for where the whales would appear, and it was thrilling! The tour guides also helped to create a lively atmosphere, and their stories were interesting.

どこからくじらが姿を現すのか皆さんで探して盛り上がりましたし、どきどきでした！添乗員の方たちも盛り上げてくださり、お話も面白かったです。

The boat shakes a lot until you reach the whale sighting location. If you get seasick, it might be quite tough... but it's worth enduring. When you spot a whale in the incredibly vast ocean, it's truly moving. It became a wonderful memory of Okinawa.

くじら出現場所に到着するまでは船がとにかく揺れます。船酔いする方は相当苦しいかも・・・でも我慢する価値あり。物凄く広大な海にくじらを発見したときには、めっちゃ感動しますよ。沖縄の良い思い出になりました。

I have traveled to Okinawa many times, but this was my first time learning about this and I quickly decided to participate. Since my seat was by the window, the night view was beautiful, and the meal was delicious, so I was very satisfied.

We traveled to Okinawa with our family during the New Year holidays. Since I don't have a driver's license, I signed up for this service, and it was fully booked and very popular. I'm glad I made the reservation early.

Everyone acted on time, so everything proceeded as scheduled. I participated with my sixth-grade and kindergarten children, and we were very satisfied as we received souvenirs as well.

I will definitely recommend this to relatives and friends who are going to Okinawa. By the way, my husband was down with a cold, so I called to cancel early on the day of the trip, and I received a half refund. That was great.

年末年始を利用し、家族で沖縄に旅行しました。車の免許が無い為こちらを申し込みましたが、満員の大盛況でした。早く予約しておいて良かったです。
皆さんが時間通りに行動してくださったので、すべて時間通りに進みました。
小６と年長の子供と参加しましたが、お土産も頂き大満足でした。
沖縄に行く親戚や友人がいたら必ずオススメします。
ちなみにパパは風邪でダウンだったので、当日早朝にキャンセルの電話をしましたら、半分返金されました。良かったです。

Although it was a short time, I was able to fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Okinawa's remote islands. I efficiently visited tourist attractions such as the mangrove forest cruise in Iriomote Island, the tropical botanical garden and water buffalo cart in Yubu Island, and a tour around Taketomi Island. I think it's quite difficult to visit this many islands and attractions in just one day on your own. The guide's explanations were clear, making it a highly satisfying tour.

短時間でしたが、のんびりとした沖縄の離島の雰囲気を存分に味わうことができました。
西表島のマングローブ林クルーズ、由布島の熱帯植物園と水牛車、竹富島めぐりなど、観光名所を効率的に回ることができました。
なかなか個人では1日でこれだけの島と名所を回るのは難しいと思います。
ガイドさんの説明も分かりやすく、満足度の高いツアーでした。
