I was able to go out to the ocean and see sea turtles. The sea was calm, and I enjoyed snorkeling safely. The water was so clear that I felt like I was walking or swimming in the sky as I could see the deep seabed clearly. Since life jackets are provided, there's no need to dive, so even those who are not good at swimming can enjoy it with peace of mind. If you are prone to motion sickness in the car, it might be a good idea to take some anti-nausea medication, as you might feel a bit queasy from the waves.

沖の方まで出てウミガメを見ることが出来ました。
海も穏やかで安全にシュノーケリングが楽しめました。
海が透き通っているため底深い海底まではっきり見えるので空を歩いたり泳いでるような感覚になりました。
ライフジャケットを着用用するので海に潜る必要もなく、泳ぎが苦手な方でも安心して楽しめると思います。
車に酔いやすい方は波で少し酔う可能性があるので酔い止めを飲んでおいた方が良いかもしれません。

I was planning to book a kayak and cave tour through JTB, but it was fully booked. Just when I was about to give up, I found the clear kayak experience offered by VELTRA online and was able to sign up. I was really looking forward to enjoying marine sports! (*´σｰ｀)ｴﾍﾍ

Initially, it said the duration was 40 minutes, so I thought it would be over in no time... but it actually lasted over an hour and a half! (laughs) I was completely exhausted (my arms lost strength from paddling), and one of the participants even called from the water to ask if we could head back! I really had a great time (laughs).

Moreover, they took photos and even drone footage, which made for a fantastic keepsake. I participated with my sister and brother-in-law, and everyone said they had a lot of fun!

JTBで申し込もうと思ってた、カヤック&鍾乳洞ツアーが満員になってて、諦めかけた時にネットで見つけたVELTRA さんのクリアカヤック体験を申し込んだところ、申込みできて楽しみにしてたマリンスポーツを満喫することが出来ました(*´σｰ｀)ｴﾍﾍ
当初、所要時間40分と書いてあったので、アッという間に終わるんだろうな・・・と思っていたところ、なんと１時間半は越えていたかと(笑)ｗｗｗ
さすがに疲れはて(カヤックを漕ぐ腕の力が無くなって)、一緒に体験に参加されていた方が、海上から電話をかけてくれて、もう戻ってもよろしいですか？と問い合わせしてくれたくらい、満喫させていただきました(笑)
しかも、写真やドローンでの撮影動画まで撮っていただいて、スッゴく良い記念になりました。
姉と義兄の３人で参加しましたが、みんな楽しかった！と喜んでおります。

I used this tour for my graduation trip from university. Due to weather conditions, the Blue Cave tour was changed to the Phantom Island, but it was a very fulfilling activity where I could fully enjoy the nature of Ishigaki Island. Since we received the photos taken by the guide during the tour, we were able to capture plenty of memories without needing to bring a waterproof camera. Since I participated in March, the temperature wasn't very warm, and it was a bit chilly on the boat, so I think it would be comfortable to bring a long-sleeved jacket that you don't mind getting wet if you participate around March.

大学の卒業旅行で本ツアーを利用しました。
天候の都合で青の洞窟ツアーから幻の島に変更になりましたが、石垣島の自然を満喫することができるとても充実したアクティビティでした。
ツアー中ガイドの方が撮影した写真をデータを受け取る事ができるため防水カメラなどを持参しなくても、十分に思い出を写真に残す事ができました。
今回3月に参加したこともあり気温はそこまで暖かくなかったため、船の上は少し肌寒かったので、3月ごろに参加される際は濡れてもいい長袖の上着等を持っていくと快適に過ごせるかと思います。

I participated on the last day of my trip. The day before, I received a phone call with directions to the meeting place, and on the day itself, I drove to the location. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but the wind was calm, and the underwater scenery was beautiful.

They provided us with important points to note and instructions on how to use the oars. After that, a staff member was assigned to each group to assist us during the kayaking. They lent me a waterproof case for my smartphone, so I was able to take photos myself. Additionally, they filmed videos with a drone from above the sea and shared the data with me via AirDrop after we finished.

I was able to take very beautiful photos and was extremely satisfied. I would like to use their services again.

旅の最終日に参加しました。
前日に電話で集合場所の案内があり、当日は車で現地に向かいました。
あいにく曇りではありましたが、風が落ち着いており海中は綺麗に観れました。
注意点やオールの使い方を教えて頂き、その後1グループに1名スタッフがついてカヤック中にフォローをいただきました。
スマートフォンの防水ケースを貸していただけたので自分で写真を撮りました。また、海の上からドローンで動画撮影をしてくださり、終了後にエアドロップでデータをいただきました。
とても綺麗な写真が撮れて大変満足いたしました。また利用したいと思います。

The first half of the canoeing was with university students who were doing stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It had been a while since I last went canoeing, but they took a lot of photos and provided various explanations about nature, making it a very valuable experience.

For lunch, we were dropped off near Euglena Mall and had the freedom to eat until the designated time.

During the second half, we headed to the Blue Cave, and I was worried about whether we could experience it due to the heavy rain on the way there. However, by the time we arrived, it had turned into light rain, and although it was cold, we were able to enjoy the experience. They also took many photos here.

If I had to mention something, I was a bit disappointed that there weren't as many fish as I expected, possibly due to the season or the rain. But since this is nature, it can't be helped.

Overall, it was a fun experience.

前半のカヌーは、SUPの大学生と一緒でした。
久しぶりのカヌーでしたが、写真もいっぱい撮ってくださり
自然の説明も色々してもらったりで、大変貴重な体験となりました。

お昼は、ユーグレナモール近辺で降ろしてもらい、時間まで自由に食事を
とってくださいというスタイルでした。

後半の青の洞窟は、向かう最中が、めちゃくちゃ豪雨だったため
体験できるか心配でしたが、現地に着くころは小雨になっており
寒い中でしたが、体験することができました。
ここでも写真をいっぱい撮っていただきました。

しいていえば、時期的なものか、雨が降ったからかはわかりませんが
思ったより、魚がいなかったのが残念でした。
こればっかりは自然のものなので、仕方ありません。

トータルとしても、楽しかったです。

Although it rained occasionally and strong winds prevented us from going out to sea, I had a great time chatting and having fun with my friends. The staff kindly taught us how to maneuver the kayak safely in the wind, as well as where the sea was deep and where there were many fish (like the clownfish spot). Even though it was raining, when I later watched the drone footage, the sea looked incredibly beautiful, and I received an amazing video that became a wonderful memory of the trip. The staff were very kind and even accommodated additional reservations on the day. I particularly connected with a staff member from Tohoku, so when I visit Miyakojima again, I would love to try different activities!

雨が時折降ってきたり強風で沖には出ませんでしたが、仲間たちとワイワイしながらとても楽しめました。スタッフさんが、危険がないよう風の中のカヤックの動き方や海が深い場所、魚が多くいる場所(クマノミのスポット)を優しく教えていただきました。雨降りでしたがドローン撮影したのを後から見たら海はめちゃくちゃ綺麗で最高の動画も頂き素敵な旅の思い出となりました。スタッフの皆さんも親切にしていただき当日の追加予約も快く体験させてくれました！特に東北出身のスタッフさんとは話があったのでまた宮古島に行った際には違うアクティビティも体験させていただきたいと思います！

As a beginner, I was able to enjoy the experience thanks to the kind instruction from the instructor! Not only did we have the activity, but we also had enjoyable conversations about Okinawa in the car, creating a fun atmosphere throughout. Unfortunately, I couldn't see any sea turtles, but I was able to see various fish, and the instructor provided explanations while sharing different stories about them. It was my first time on a canoe, and I had an extraordinary experience in the magnificent nature.

初心者でしたが、インストラクターの方が優しく教えてくださったので楽しむことができました！アクティビティの体験だけでなく、車内での雑談でも沖縄についてのお話をしてくださって、終始楽しい雰囲気のなか楽しめました。残念ながらウミガメは見られませんでしたが、色々な魚を見ることができ、こちらについても様々な話を交えながら解説してくださりました。カヌーは初めて乗りましたが、雄大な自然の中、非日常的な体験ができました。

I had the best experience thanks to the wonderful weather and the friendly staff! I participated with my 1-year and 3-month-old child, and there were plenty of life jackets available in various sizes, so we were able to choose the right fit! Through the clear kayak, we encountered many colorful fish and, fortunately, even a sea turtle! At the end of the experience, we received high-quality photos and an edited video using a drone, and I am extremely satisfied!

天候と明るく親切なスタッフに恵まれ最高の体験をさせていただきました！！1歳3ヶ月の子供と一緒に体験しましたが、ライフジャケットもたくさんのサイズが用意されていて、しっかりと体に合ったものを選んで着用させてもらいました！

We participated as a family with children. The weather was great, the duration was just right, and we had a fulfilling and enjoyable time. The staff were friendly, and I was happy to receive the photos and drone shots as keepsakes.

It was a more enjoyable tour than I expected. I was worried the day before due to strong winds, but on the day of the tour, the wind calmed down and the sun came out, making it the perfect day for kayaking. My two friends and I are seniors, but thanks to the wonderful instructors, we were able to paddle smoothly from the inner sea to the outer sea. Through the transparent bottom of the kayak, we encountered cute clownfish and colorful fish. We also had many photos and videos taken, including drone footage, and in the end, they even created an edited video with music for us. It was a truly amazing and fulfilling tour that I want to recommend to everyone. I will definitely go back to experience it again.

思った以上に楽しいツアーでした。
前日ものすごい強風で心配でしたが、当日は風もおさまり晴れ間も出て最高のカヤック日和でした。
友達２人のシニア層でしたが、素晴らしいインストラクターの方々のご指導のおかげで、内海、外海までスイスイ漕いで行くことができました。透明な船底からは、かわいいニモやカラフルなお魚たちにも遭遇できました。そして、たくさんの写真や動画、ドローンからの撮影もして頂き、最後には音楽付きの編集ビデオまで作成してもらって至れり尽くせりの感謝感激ツアーでした。
みんなにおすすめしたいと思いました。またぜひ体験しに行きます。

The staff's response was very good. The explanations were easy to understand, and the activities were designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. As an older person, I was a bit anxious since it was my first time kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, but I had a wonderful time. We were blessed with good weather, and we were able to take many photos and videos, which became cherished memories. I'm really glad I experienced this.

スタッフの皆さんのご対応がとても良かったです。
説明もわかりやすく、アクティビティ自体も安心して楽しめるように工夫されていました。
年配者でもありカヤックもサップも初めてで多少不安でしたが、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。

I was glad to enjoy the beautiful sunset with favorable weather. I was initially worried about whether I could paddle the kayak well, but thanks to the thorough explanation and practice before getting on the boat, I was able to have fun even though I usually don't exercise.

天気にも恵まれ綺麗な夕日を楽しむことができてよかったです。カヤックをうまく漕げるか最初は不安でしたが丁寧な説明と船に乗る前の練習があったので、普段は運動をしない私でも楽しむことができました。

Mr. Tenshin shared various stories, and I learned a lot. It was interesting. We got stuck in the mangroves and couldn't see the sunset, but it was fun. I wouldn't have minded if it had been an hour longer! I'm glad we didn't capsize~ (^◇^;)

天心さんがいろいろな話をしてくれて、勉強になりました。面白かったです。マングローブに突っ込んだり、夕陽が見れなかったりしたけど、楽しかったです。あと１時間長くてもへっちゃらです！転覆しなくてヨカッタ〜(^◇^;)

I was anxious since it was my first time, but everyone’s explanations were very easy to understand, and I was able to enjoy myself. I believe there are many interesting aspects, not just nature, but also history and culture. I definitely want to visit again. Thank you very much for a wonderful day.

I was worried that the event might be canceled due to rain and strong winds for the two days leading up to it, but I received reassuring communication that they would choose a location not affected by the wind, so it would be held as planned.

On the day itself, I thought it was a shame that it was cloudy, but the event was held in a location with very little wind, so I was able to relax and enjoy it.

I believe the clear kayak experience is meaningful because of the beautiful sea of Miyako Island. I was able to see a lot of coral and the fish living among them through the clear bottom of the kayak. If you go to Miyako Island, it might feel a bit pricey, but I definitely recommend the clear kayak! Not only did we have photo services, but we also received a well-edited video from drone footage, which greatly increased my satisfaction! I will definitely go again!

クリアカヤックは、宮古島の美しい海だからこそ意味があると思いました。
真下近くに珊瑚と珊瑚に生息するお魚がカヤックの底クリア部分からたくさん楽しめました。

Although it was a bit disappointing not to see the sunset due to the weather, the detailed instructions from the coach made it possible to get in the water and try out the experience for myself.

虽然因为天气原因没能看到夕阳落日有点遗憾，但有教练细致的说明，自己下水动手滑整体体验一下还是可以的。

We participated with our 1-year-old and 4-year-old. Since it was February, our 1-year-old son got a bit cold and cranky halfway through, but our 4-year-old daughter enjoyed paddling along with a small oar. The instructor was kind, and we had a great experience.

1才と4才と参加しました。
2月だったので1才の息子は途中から寒くてご機嫌ななめになりしたが4才の娘は小さなオールを持って一緒に漕ぐのを楽しんでくれました。インストラクターの方も優しく良い経験が出来ました。

The weather was bad, so we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but we were able to visit the mangroves, which was fun! I was really surprised by the power of nature that I normally wouldn't see. I also enjoyed hearing the little tips from our guide, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The information about local shops was very valuable, and thanks to that, I was able to enjoy delicious yakiniku and Okinawa soba. If I can come to Ishigaki Island again, I would like to try going to the Blue Cave! Thank you very much!

Thank you for taking care of us during our 40th wedding anniversary trip! Although we participated among younger people, the staff always looked after us, and even though it was a windy day, we felt safe participating. I was disappointed when the planned day was canceled due to rain and wind, but they rescheduled for the next day and even changed it to a better time than originally planned. It was cloudy, which was unfortunate, but when I looked into the kayak, I was amazed to see so many fish. I was also happy to see a clownfish. There were many others as well.

I've done kayaking before, but this was the first time I saw so many fish. The clear kayak was amazing. They also took photos and videos with a drone and even edited them, everything was just perfect. I will definitely go again on a sunny day.

予定していた日が雨と風で中止になりがっかりだったけど、次の日に変更してくださり、その上、予定時間よりも条件のいい時間に変更してくださいました。雲っていて残念だったけど、カヤックを覗くとお魚が一杯いて感動でした。カクレクマノミも見れて良かったです。他にもいっぱいいました。
カヤックは今までやったありますが、あそこまでお魚が見れたのは初めてでした。クリアカヤック最高でした。
ドローンで写真や動画も撮ってくださり、編集までしてくださって、何から何まで最高でした。お天気のいい日にまた絶対行きます。

I wanted my 2 and 3-year-old grandchildren to experience the ocean, so we participated in a clear kayak tour. We were able to see cute fish and coral, and my grandchildren were excited and had a great time. I also enjoyed the beautiful sea and had a refreshing outdoor experience!

We participated as a couple with our 2-year-old child!

The staff made it fun and exciting, and our child was able to ride a kayak for the first time without being scared! They also taught us tips on how to paddle, and after a 30-minute guided session, we had free time to enjoy ourselves, which made it very reassuring.

The photos and videos we received were wonderful and moving! Our child has come to love the sea and fish, and we are truly grateful to the staff.

This is an activity we would recommend to anyone going to Miyako Island!

This time, I participated with my son! They lent us individual smartphone cases, which we brought along, but we were able to fly a drone, take videos, and even get photos sent to our personal smartphones, so we didn't need our smartphones after all.

By the way, there were some people participating in raincoats, but the back part got wet, so I recommend that those who join in something other than swimwear wear something underneath the raincoat. There are stores like Daiso in Miyako Island, so I think you can easily get one. With that, I think it's possible to suddenly decide to join after you arrive!

今回息子と二人で参加しました！
個人のスマホ用のケースも貸して頂けて、
持参しましたが、
ドローンを飛ばしてもらえて、動画を撮って頂き、なおかつ写真も撮って頂いて、個人のスマホに送って頂いたので、個人のスマホは不要でした。

ちなみにレインコートを着て参加している方もいらっしゃいましたが、お尻の部分が濡れてしまっていたので、水着以外で参加される方は、
レインコートの下を履く事をおすすめします。
宮古島にもダイソーなどあるので、お手軽に入手できると思います。
それでしたら、着いてから思いついて突然参加も可能だと思います！

It was supposed to rain, but on the day of the event, it was sunny with no wind—perfect weather!!!

First, there was a thorough explanation of how to paddle the kayak, and the moment I floated on the sea, I felt really nervous. However, the lady on the SUP nearby provided explanations, which gave me a great sense of reassurance!!!

The sea around Miyako Island is truly beautiful, and I felt happiness from the bottom of my heart. It's such beauty that makes me want to see it again soon.

You can see the fish and coral reefs really well; they are stunning. I'm glad I included this in my plans for Miyako Island. I highly, highly, highly recommend it!!!

宮古島の海は本当に本当に綺麗で、心の底から幸せを感じることができました。またすぐ見たいって思うそんな美しさです。
魚や珊瑚礁、本当に綺麗によく見えます。宮古島のプランの一つにして良かったと思います。すごくすごくすごーくおすすめできます！！！

I wanted to touch the sea in some way since I'm going to Miyako Island. I actually live in Izu, right in front of the sea, and I've had the chance to ride a jet ski thanks to a friend. I also fish off the breakwater. I want to try kayaking!

The staff provided clear explanations, and I was grateful for the female staff member who accompanied us and put up with our clumsy paddling. They also offered various services, including drone photography, which I really appreciated!

I'm so glad I signed up for this tour. If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to request it! I felt that the staff knew about my hometown, and I hope to run into them again sometime. It's tough during the COVID-19 pandemic, but please take care of yourselves and stay healthy!

宮古島に行くので何かの形で海に触れたくて、実は住んでいるのは伊豆で目の前が海で、友達にジェットスキーに乗せて頂いた事はあります。防波堤で釣りはやってます。

Before going to Miyako Island, I made a reservation online. Since it was my first experience, I was a bit worried. The weather was cloudy and there was a little rain until the day before, but on the day itself, we were blessed with wonderful kayaking weather. When we arrived at the site, the staff was waiting for us and explained various contracts. Next, they kindly taught us how to paddle the kayak. I'm not good at water sports, and being older, I was a bit apprehensive, so I asked the staff to hold the boat while my spouse and I got in. The staff stayed close by until we got used to it, which made me feel safe. I struggled to paddle well, going in circles and getting stuck on rocks, and the staff helped me out. As I got more comfortable, we went to a slightly deeper area where we could see big and small fish swimming below the boat, which was great since we didn't have to dive to see them. The staff took many photos of us while we were kayaking and even did drone photography, creating wonderful memories. Later, they sent us the photos and videos taken by the drone with music. When I quickly shared them with my family, everyone was moved. I truly appreciate the kindness and attentiveness of the staff.

宮古島に行く前にネットで申込しました。初めての体験なので少し心配がありました。参加前日まで薄曇りだったり、少しぱらっと雨が降ったりの天気でしたが、当日は天気に恵まれ素晴らしいカヤック日和となりました。現地に着くとスタッフさんが待機しており色々な契約の説明を聞きました。次にカヤックの漕ぎ方を優しく親切に教えてもらいました。海のスポーツは苦手でそれも年寄りなので、恐る恐るスタッフさんに船を押えて頂き夫婦二人乗りました。慣れるまで、スタッフの方が傍にいてくれたので安心しました。なかなかうまく漕げなくて、ぐるぐる回ったり、岩に乗って進めなかったりで、スタッフの方に助けてもらいました。慣れてくると少し深いところに行き、船から下が透けて見えるので大きい魚や小さな魚が泳いでおり海に潜らなくても見えたので良かったです。スタッフの方がカヤックを乗っている所の写真を何度も撮っていただき、ドローン撮影もして頂き素晴らしい記念が出来ました。後から写真とドローンから撮影した動画を音楽付きで送られてきました。直ぐにそれを家族に送ると皆感動してもらえました。本当に親切丁寧にして頂き、スタッフの方にお礼を申し上げます。

I was looking forward to snorkeling in the Blue Cave, but I received notice the day before that it was canceled due to strong winds. I was hesitant, but the SUP experience turned out to be the right choice.

We got to see the mangroves up close during the Nakagawa River cruise in Iriomote Island, and the kids, who were initially reluctant, ended up loving it.

They are already asking to go again.

The instructor recommended a restaurant, and we were seated right away, but I noticed there was a line of people waiting.

I was given the name of a delicious restaurant.

青の洞窟シュノーケリングを楽しみにしていたのですが、前日強風のために中止との連絡が有り迷ったのですが、サップ体験は正解でした。
西表島の仲間川遊覧で見たマングローブを触れるほど近距離で見れたし、最初は嫌がっていた子供達がハマりました。

また行きたいとせがまれています。

インストラクターの方おすすめのお店、入店して直ぐ席に着けましたが気がつくとお待ちの列・・

On January 1, 2023, the weather for kayaking was perfect with no wind and great conditions. ☀️

The staff's guidance was attentive, and their explanations about the natural plants were easy to understand. They also answered our questions thoroughly.

We went kayaking as a group of three, including our 5-year-old child, and the kayak was stable and easy to maneuver.

スタッフさんの案内も丁寧で自然植物の説明も分かりやすく質問にもしっかり答えて頂きました。

私達は、5歳の子供含め3人でカヤックに乗りましたが安定さカヤックで操作もしやすかったです。

Deciding to retire from the company as we welcome the new year and choosing Miyako Island for our first couple's trip in retirement was our first success. Miyako Island is truly a beautiful place.

Furthermore, choosing this clear kayak for the main event of our four-day trip was undoubtedly our greatest fortune. We are extremely grateful and impressed by the staff's various thoughtful responses.

The weather forecast that morning predicted cloudy skies all day, but just before we started, the sky was unbelievably clear with not a single cloud. However, the wind was quite strong, making it a challenging environment for beginners. But by the end, I was able to paddle satisfactorily, despite struggling at first.

When I told the staff that I was so unaccustomed to steering that I had no time to look at the coral reef we first visited, they connected a rope and paddled against the headwind to take us there. Thanks to them, we managed to see colorful tropical fish. My wife was thrilled to spot Nemo.

The scenery while swaying on the waves in the warm weather, reminiscent of April, was fantastic. As everyone mentioned, after the trip, they kindly sent us a music video and photos edited by group, including drone footage. The quality was comparable to a wedding video.

Thank you for providing us with the best memories to start our new life. They are treasures. I am now convinced that our future will surely be bright.

新しい年を迎えて会社をリタイアすることを決め、老後人生最初の夫婦旅行に宮古島を選んだことが先ず最初の成功。宮古島は本当に美しい島ですね。
更に、4日間の旅行のメインイベントにこのクリヤカヤックを選んだことが文句なく最大の幸運でした。
スタッフさんたちの様々な親身の対応に大感謝、大感激。
当日朝の予報では一日中曇りでしたが、スタートちょっと前から嘘みたいに雲ひとつない青空。ただ風はかなり強くて初心者には辛い環境でした。でも、最初は四苦八苦しながら漕いだオールも、終わる頃にはそれなりには満足できるようになりました。
スタッフさんに、未だ慣れない無様な操縦のために最初に行った珊瑚礁では船底を覗く余裕など全くなかったことを伝えると、そこ迄向い風の中ロープを繋いで漕いで連れて行ってくれました。お陰でなんとかカラフルな熱帯魚を観ることが出来ました。妻はニモを見つけて感動しきり。
4月並みの暖かな陽気の中、波に揺られながら見る景色は最高です。
皆さんのコメント通り、終わったあとにはドローン撮影含めてわざわざグループ別に編集したミュージック付き動画や写真をスマホに送って下さいました。結婚式動画並みの素晴らしい仕上がり。
新しい人生のスタートに最高の思い出をありがとうございました。宝物です。
これからの人生もきっと明るいだろうと確信しました。
