I participated in the morning course with my teenage daughters. The timing was well organized, and we thoroughly enjoyed both snorkeling and the Phantom Island. When we arrived at the island, it was crowded, so the captain kindly adjusted the order of snorkeling and the island visit. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy both activities at a relaxed pace. It was also helpful that they picked us up at the bus stop during the meeting time. I was unsure which tour to choose when I signed up, but I'm glad I chose this one. Thank you!

午前のコースで10代の娘たちと参加しました。時間の配合がよく、シュノーケルも幻の島も十分満喫しました。幻の島到着時に島が混んでいたため、船長さんの計らいでシュノーケルと島の順番が変わりました。おかげさまでどちらもゆったりと楽しめました。集合時にはバス停まで迎えに来てもらえて助かりました。申込時にはどのツアーにしようかと迷いましたが、ここにしてよかったです。ありがとうございました！

It was my first experience with sea kayaking, and at first, I struggled to move forward, but they encouraged me each time, allowing me to enjoy it with peace of mind! They also kindly taught me snorkeling, and I was able to fully enjoy the beautiful sea of Okinawa. The main Blue Cave had truly stunning scenery, and I was moved by it. I had an absolutely amazing experience, and I would love to join another tour, like the sunset tour, next time!

シーカヤックは初めての体験で最初はなかなかうまく進めませんでしたが、その都度声をかけてくださり安心して楽しむことができました！
シュノーケリングも優しく教えていただき、沖縄の綺麗な海を堪能することができました。
メインの青の洞窟は本当に素敵な景色で感動しました。
本当に最高の体験をさせてもらい、次はサンセットなど、別のツアーでまたぜひお世話になりたいです。

If I had to say something, I wish the visibility in the water on the day had been a bit better. Also, while it can't be helped, it took a long time to anchor, and when we were packing up, it took time to remove the anchor (probably to avoid damaging the coral), which might have caused my partner to feel a bit seasick. I understand there are budget considerations, but it would have been nice to have cut fruits like pineapple available when we came back from the sea, similar to overseas tours.

当日の海中の透明度がもう少し良ければよかったかと。
また、仕方ないことですが、アンカリングが時間がかかったのと、撤収の際もアンカーを外すのに（おそらくサンゴを傷つけないためだと思いますが）時間がかかってしまい、一緒に行ったパートナーが少し船酔いしてしまったことでしょうか。
予算のこともあると思いますが、海から上がった時に（海外ツアーのように）パイン等カットした果物がおいてあればありがたかったかもです。

We participated in a one-day tour of SUP at Kabira Bay and snorkeling at the Blue Cave with my child. The instructor was very kind and attentive, even speaking in English to my son, who is not very fluent in Japanese, allowing both of us to have a wonderful time. We are also grateful for the many photos taken. I'm really glad we participated. Thank you very much.

川平湾SUPと青の洞窟シュノーケリングの1日ツアーに親子で参加しました。インストラクターの方もとても親切で、日本語があまり流暢でない息子にも英語で気配りして下さり、親子共々とても良い時間を過ごす事が出来ました。また、沢山の写真を撮って頂けて感謝です。参加して本当に良かったです。有難うございました。

I was staying at a hotel in Naha City and, without a car, I thought I wouldn't be able to go to the Blue Cave, which is quite far away, but then I found this tour and applied for it. The guide picked me up from the hotel, and I arrived smoothly. There were people who were snorkeling for the first time and others who hadn't been in the ocean for several years, but the guide was very kind and made sure to tell everyone to speak up if they needed anything. The breathtaking views of the Blue Cave, the beauty of the Okinawan sea, and the explanations from the guide made it a memorable experience for a lifetime. Thank you so much!!!

那覇市内のホテルに滞在しており、車も無いため、かなり距離がある青の洞窟には行けないと思っていたところでこのツアーを見つけ、応募しました。
ガイドさんがホテルまで送迎してくださり、スムーズに到着しました。初めてのシュノーケリングの人もいれば、海に入ることも数年ぶりという人もいましたが、全員にとても丁寧に何かあった場合はすぐに言ってくださいと、優しく声をかけたり教えたりしてくださいました。
青の洞窟の絶景と沖縄の海の綺麗さとガイドさんとの解説で一生の思い出に残るものとなりました。本当にありがとうございます！！！

Overall, it was good.
The flexibility in the tour explanations and the lending of equipment was great.
The staff's personality was also nice and left a good impression.
If I had to say something, I would have liked to know the time intervals during the tour more clearly (like every 30 minutes, etc.).

It was our family's first snorkeling experience. It was very helpful that all the necessary equipment could be rented. They also had great measures for dealing with the heat, including salt tablets and hydration services.

Instructor Sen-chan! He is a genius at capturing children's hearts, as my kids instantly fell in love with him. Not only is he kind, but he also took us to wonderful spots for kayaking and snorkeling, and his knowledge of the ocean made for a very enjoyable tour. When my son complained of eye pain during kayaking, possibly from seawater, he quickly lent him his sunglasses.

Impressive! We named the stuffed animal we bought as a souvenir "Sen-chan." My kids are already saying they want to go back, so we hope to see you again next time.

I'm glad we opted for the underwater camera as well. It made for great memories.

家族で初めてのシュノーケル体験でした。
必要な道具は全てレンタルできるのでとても助かりました。また、暑さ対策もバッチリで塩分チャージタブレットや水分補給のサービスもありました。
インストラクターのせんちゃん！我が家の子ども達が一瞬で大好きになるほど子供の心を鷲掴みにする天才です♩
優しいだけではなく、カヤックでもシュノーケルでも素晴らしいスポットに連れて行ってくれたり、海への知識が豊富でとても楽しいツアーになりました。海水が目に入ったのか、カヤック中に「目が痛い」といった息子にサッと寄り添い自身のサングラスを貸してくださいました。
さすがです！
お土産で購入したぬいぐるみに【せんちゃん】と名前をつけていました。また必ず行きたいと言っているので、その際は是非またよろしくお願いします。

オプションの水中カメラも頼んで良かったです。良い思い出になりました。

I was a bit anxious about snorkeling for the first time, but the staff held onto a float for me the whole time, which made me feel safe and allowed me to enjoy it until the end. My son also had a great time feeding the fish. Thank you very much. I would love to join a tour that teaches skin diving someday as well.

初めてのシュノーケルで不安がありましたが、スタッフの方がずっと浮き輪を持ってくださり最後まで安心して楽しめました。息子も魚に餌がやれ、とても楽しそうでした。ありがとうございました。いつかスキンダイビングも教えてもらえるツアーがあればまた参加したいです。

We participated as a family of four. The weather was clear and calm, perfect for snorkeling. The shop had excellent facilities, including showers and changing rooms. The instructor's explanations were thorough and easy to understand, allowing us to enjoy ourselves with peace of mind.

家族４人で参加しました。当日は快晴で風もない絶好のシュノーケル日和でした。ショップのシャワーや更衣室など設備が充実していました。インストラクターの方の説明が丁寧で分かりやすく安心して楽しむことができました。

I was recommended the Kerama Sea by a friend and signed up for this plan. I chose the morning plan. The beautiful blue sea and coral reefs were healing. We even saw sea turtles! My husband and son were also very satisfied, and this was the most memorable part of our trip. We were able to download the photos for free as well. Thank you very much.

We participated as a family of four. Due to strong winds, we went to the alternative location, Ohsaki Beach. It was the kids' (teenagers) first time snorkeling, and they weren't very confident swimmers, so they were a bit anxious. However, thanks to Chloe's attentive encouragement and help, they were able to enjoy it with peace of mind. Although it wasn't the Blue Cave, the underwater scenery was truly beautiful and moving. My daughter said snorkeling was the most fun, and it became the best memory for our family. Thank you very much.

家族4人で参加しました。風が強くて代替えの大崎ビーチとなりました。子供達（10代）にとって初めてのシュノーケリングで、泳ぎも得意ではなくて不安でしたが、クロエさんの細やかな声かけとヘルプのおかげで安心して楽しめました。青の洞窟ではなかったけれど、海の中は本当に綺麗で感動しました。娘はシュノーケリングが一番楽しかったらしく家族の最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございました。

We participated with two elementary school children and an adult family member. Last year, we booked a tour with another company to the Blue Cave, but it was closed, so we couldn't go. When I called this time to check in the morning, they said it was closed and we would go to another location, but just before we were about to enter, it opened up! We were incredibly lucky!

The cave was crowded, and there was a bit of a traffic jam while snorkeling, but it was truly amazing to see the blue light without any artificial lights, and the kids were really moved! The guide was very efficient and even took photos and videos for us, so we had a wonderful time!

The kids thought the handsome guy with dark skin, brown hair, and white teeth looked cool, and they said they wanted to have that hairstyle! Thank you very much!

小学生2人と大人の家族で参加しました。昨年も他ツアー会社で青の洞窟を申し込んだが、クローズのため行けず。今回も朝到着の電話をした時には、クローズで行けないので他の場所に行きまーすとの事だったけど、ちょうど入る直前にオープンになり！！めちゃくちゃラッキーでした！
洞窟は混雑しており、シュノーケリングしながらの渋滞でしたが、ほんとにライトとかなく青く光っていて子供達と感動をしました！ガイドのお兄さんも、テキパキと動いてくれて写真、動画まで撮ってくださりとても楽しい時間が過ごせました！
子供は黒く焼けて茶色の髪、白い歯のお兄さんがカッコよく見えたようで、あの髪型にしたいと言ってました笑ありがとうございました！

After the reception, we had to wait for over 30 minutes in a sauna-like environment on the ship due to customers not showing up even after the departure time. My daughter collapsed from heatstroke just before we disembarked. Since it was stated to be our own responsibility, of course, there was no refund. Our family endured, thinking the ship would depart on time, but when it became difficult, we should have spoken up to the staff without hesitation. My daughter's condition did not improve afterward... I hope at least this experience can serve as a reference for everyone.

受付後、出発時刻を過ぎても現れないお客様がいるなど、結果的に30分以上サウナのような船内で待たされ、娘が熱中症で倒れ直前で下船しました。
自己責任とのことで勿論返金もありません。
定刻には出発するであろうと家族一同耐えていましたが、辛いと思った時点で遠慮せずスタッフに声を掛けるべきでした。その後も娘の体調は回復せず…せめてこの体験が皆様の参考になればと思います。

In the morning, we participated in a SUP session at Kabira Bay, and in the afternoon, we joined a snorkeling tour with the family. I was worried about the rain that started the day before, but somehow it held off, and the tour went ahead! It was the first experience for all of us with SUP, but the instructor provided thorough guidance, and we had a great time(^^).

In the afternoon, due to the weather, we changed from the Blue Cave to Okasaki Beach for snorkeling, but thanks to that, we were able to see a sea turtle☆ The underwater scenery was incredibly beautiful, and we saw coral and many fish! If we have the chance to come again, there's no doubt we'll experience it once more!

午前中は川平湾でSUP、午後はシュノーケリングのツアーに家族で参加しました。前日から降り始めた雨が気掛かりでしたが何とか持ち堪えツアーは決行！SUPは家族全員初体験でしたが、インストラクターの方が丁寧にレクチャーしてくれてすごく楽しめました(^^)
午後のシュノーケリングは天気の都合で青の洞窟から大崎ビーチに変更になりましたが、そのおかげか、ウミガメに会うことが出来ました☆
海の中もすごく綺麗で珊瑚やたくさんの魚を見ることが出来ました！
また今度来ることがあったらもう一度体験すること間違いなしです！

If you wear your swimsuit underneath and head straight to the sea from the hotel, it makes things easier on the boat. For men, I recommend "rash guard + trunk-style swimsuit," and for women, "swimsuit + rash guard + shorts." If you have poor eyesight, I strongly recommend borrowing prescription goggles, as it would be a shame to see the beautiful fish in a blur! Also, since you'll be swimming about 6 meters deep, those with a fear of heights might feel scared at first. Children, in particular, may panic. Please provide support and encouragement until they get used to it. The two hours flew by. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!☆

水着を下に着用して、そのまま海に入る服装でホテルから出発すると、船上で手間を取らずにいいです。男性なら「ラッシュガード+トランクス型水着」女性なら「水着+ラッシュガード+短パン」みたいなのがオススメです。視力が悪い人は度付きゴーグルを借りられますので、申し出ることを強くオススメします。本当にきれいな海なので、ボヤケながら魚を見るなんてもったいない！！また海底6mぐらいのところを泳ぐので、高所恐怖症の人は最初怖いかもしれません。特に子供はパニック状態になります。慣れるまで応援と付き添いをしてあげてください。2時間があっという間に過ぎました。いい思い出をたくさんありがとうございました☆

The title mentioned "free pick-up in Naha City," but there was no pick-up, and in the end, it cost 4,000 yen round trip by taxi from the hotel to the meeting place. I chose this option because it included pick-up, so that was disappointing. If pick-up is not guaranteed, I think it should be removed from the title. Perhaps it could say "some pick-up available."

I felt there wasn't much explanation for beginners on how to use the snorkel, but I wonder if everyone managed okay? During snorkeling, they called out for us to come over for photos, but only a few people appeared in the photos taken on the boat and during the activities. That felt a bit unfair.

The sea was beautiful, as expected from the Kerama Islands. The activities were enjoyable, and I felt satisfied.

「那覇市内送迎無料」がタイトルに入っていましたが送迎はなく、結局ホテルから集合場所までタクシーで往復4000円かかりました。選んだポイントが送迎付きというところだったのでそこは残念でした。確実に送迎が付くわけではないのなら、タイトルからはずした方がよいと思いました。一部送迎あり、にするとか。
シュノーケルの使い方の初心者への説明があまりなかったように感じましたが、皆さん大丈夫だったのかな？
シュノーケルのときは、写真撮りに寄ってきてくださ〜いと呼びかけてくれていましたが、船内やアクティビティの写真は一部の人だけしか写っていませんでした。そこはちょっと不公平感を感じました。
海はさすが慶良間の海で綺麗でした。アクティビティも楽しくて満足感がありました。

I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Blue Cave. At first, I thought, "Blue?" but depending on the angle of the light coming in, the cave becomes "incredibly blue." My whole family was moved by it.

We were also able to see a large school of tropical fish and small fish that we often see, which made the kids very happy. During the feeding experience, the fish (maybe damselfish?) came so close that they pecked at our fingers, allowing us to observe them from just a short distance.

青の洞窟、シュノーケリングツアーに参加させてもらいました。
最初は「青？」という感じなのですが、光が差し込む角度によって洞窟内が「すごく青」になるのですね。家族みんなで感動しました。
またよく見る熱帯魚や小魚の大群を見ることができて、子供たちも大喜びでした。
餌やり体験も魚たち（スズメダイ？）が指をつつくくらい近寄ってきて、触れるくらいの距離で観察できました。

The shuttle arrived on time, and we were able to board the boat smoothly. The weather was nice and the sea was beautiful, so we were able to see fish. The staff on board were rather indifferent, neither particularly good nor bad.

送迎は時間通りに来てくれ、スムーズに船に乗り込めました。お天気で海もキレイだったので魚は見られました。船上スタッフの対応は淡々としていて可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。

We participated as a couple and it truly became a wonderful memory✨ The guide was kind, and although there was an additional fee for photos, we were able to take many, so it was great to add that option☺️ Definitely give it a try!

We participated as a family of three adults (a couple in their 50s and a high school-aged son). On the day of the activity, there were occasional downpours and unstable weather, but there were also sunny intervals, so the activities went ahead as planned.

The canoeing was for two people, so with our group of three, one person had to go solo. It was challenging to paddle due to the wind, but we were able to enjoy it with some support along the way. There was about a two-hour gap until the afternoon snorkeling, so we were able to visit Kabira Bay for sightseeing and a meal, but since we couldn't change into dry clothes during this time, dining options were limited. It would be wise to check in advance if possible.

Since it was my first time snorkeling, I struggled a bit with the technique. The instructor was helpful, but time was limited, so it's better to research the basics beforehand. That said, once you get the hang of it, I think anyone can do it (though it might be challenging for families with small children).

The schedule was quite strict, so the pace was pretty fast. It felt somewhat athletic in nature. There aren't any solid facilities nearby for changing into marine shoes, putting on life jackets, or for toilets, showers, and changing rooms (though there is transportation available for those going to the island terminal between the morning and afternoon sessions), so it can feel inconvenient. However, some patience is necessary to enjoy the great outdoors.

That said, it was a wonderfully fulfilling day!

大人家族3人（50代夫婦、高校生男子）で参加しました。
当日は時々スコールもあり不安定な空模様、でも晴れ間もありアクティビティ決行でした。
カヌーは2人乗りで3人グループだと1人乗りが1台です。風もあったので漕ぐのが大変でしたが時々サポートしてもらい楽しめました。午後のシュノケリングまでは2時間程あるので川平湾まで行って観光と食事も楽しめましたが、この間は水着で着替えることができないので食事できる場所は限られます。
できれば確認をした方が懸命です。
シュノーケリングは初めてだったのでやり方が今ひとつわからず悪戦苦闘。インストラクターの方が教えてはくれますが時間はないので、ある程度のやり方は事前に自身で調べておいた方がよいですね。
とは言え、少し慣れてくるとだれでも出来ると思います（小さいお子さん連れは大変そうですが）。
時間キッチリなので、けっこうスピーディーな進行です。割と体育会系な印象です。
アクティビティの場所的にも近くにしっかりとした施設は無いのでマリンシューズの履き替えやライフジャケットの装着場所、トイレ、シャワー、更衣室などはないので（送迎有りで午前と午後の間に離島ターミナルに行く人はあります）不便さは感じます。大自然を味わうにはそういう部分の我慢は多少必要かも。
とは言え素晴らしく充実した1日でしたね。

It was everyone's first time snorkeling, and there was a 7-year-old who wasn't very good at swimming, but they taught us very kindly, so I felt at ease. We were blessed with good weather and were able to see a beautiful cave and many fish!

全員初めてのシュノーケリングで、泳ぎの不得意な7歳もいましたが、とても優しく教えてくださったので安心してできました。
天気にも恵まれ、とても綺麗な洞窟と、たくさんの魚を見せてもらうことができました！

We enjoyed about 40 minutes of snorkeling. Each family is assigned a staff member, so you can relax and enjoy without worrying about the speed of others. The children, who experienced feeding fish for the first time, were amazed by the beauty of the ocean and the abundance of fish, making it a valuable experience. The staff are attentive, so it's no problem for families with children.

約40分程度シュノーケリング楽しみました。家族ごとにスタッフ1名付くので周りのスピードに気にせず安心して楽しめます。餌付けが初体験の子どもたちは、海の綺麗さと魚の多さにびっくりしており、貴重な体験ができました。心配りのあるスタッフの方なので子連れでも問題ありません。

The staff's response was very good!
The sea was full of fish, and I was able to see many different kinds!
However, I was surprised when I saw something unexpected floating right in front of me in the water... I avoided it!
I had heard that if you throw up in the sea, it becomes food for the fish, but I really didn't want to see that in real life.

I was really glad to experience both snorkeling and kayaking! We participated as a group of four, and the duration of the activities was just right, leaving us pleasantly tired and fulfilled!

From arrival to departure, the staff provided thorough guidance and explanations, which made me feel at ease. The email responses prior to our visit were also prompt. Both the snorkeling and kayaking guides were kind and taught us patiently, allowing us to relax and enjoy! Their explanations were easy to understand, making it accessible for beginners to take on the challenge. I was reminded of how important guides are! Thank you, Sen-chan!

The changing rooms and showers were easy to use. There were cold tea and water available, and I appreciated the salt tablets for heatstroke prevention! The beach view from the shop was absolutely beautiful!

I was very satisfied! If I have the chance again, I would definitely like to participate! Thank you!

I participated with a friend. I was a bit nervous about snorkeling, but I felt at ease because they taught us carefully from the beginning! During the drive, we got to hear about the gourmet food and recommended spots in Ishigaki Island, making it a very meaningful time overall! I highly recommend everyone to listen in! During snorkeling, I learned a lot about the ocean, which made it even more enjoyable! Since we had free time on Taketomi Island, it was great to move at our own pace! We also received photos, and overall, it was a plan with 100% satisfaction!

友達と2人で参加をしました。シュノーケリングに対して少し緊張感があったのですが、一から丁寧に教えていただいたので安心して参加が出来ました！
移動中の車で石垣島のグルメやおすすめスポットのお話が聞けて、そこも含めてとても有意義な時間でした！皆さんもぜひ聞いてみていただきたいです！

On the day of participation, we were blessed with good weather, and it was a very enjoyable experience.

The female instructor cheerfully provided detailed explanations and guidance, which eased any concerns I had. Since I participated early, there were few participants from other companies, allowing us to spend time leisurely in the cave. We moved close to the cave by boat, and although I had some anxiety about swimming upon landing, I found it more comfortable than walking, so I recommend it.

参加当日天候に恵まれとても良い体験が出来ました。

女性のインストラクターさんが陽気に丁寧に説明と誘導していただき不安要素なく順調に、また早い時間の参加のため他社の参加者も少なく洞窟内もゆっくりと過ごせました。
ボートで洞窟近くまで移動し、着水での遊泳に多少の不安がありましたが徒歩での移動より快適かと感じましたのでお勧めします。

I joined the tour because I wanted to see beautiful coral. Being able to borrow a GoPro and visit the Phantom Island to see the coral was the best tour for me.
The Ishigaki Coral Reef was amazing, with plenty of fish. I was able to take photos and videos with the GoPro, which became a great memory. The staff at the shop took photos and videos for us, which made me very happy. They also provided explanations about the coral. Although I'm a beginner at snorkeling, I was able to enjoy it comfortably.
The Phantom Island was as beautiful as I expected. We arrived at a good tide time and were able to take lovely photos.
I would like to join another tour on my next trip to Ishigaki Island.

　美しい珊瑚が見たくてツアーに参加しました。GoProが借りられ幻の島に行けて、珊瑚が見れるなんて私にとってベストなツアーです。
　石西礁湖は珊瑚が素晴らしく、魚もたくさんいました。GoProで写真、動画撮れて、とてもいい記念になりました。ショップの人が写真、動画を撮ってくださり、嬉しかったです。珊瑚の説明もして頂けました。シュノーケルは初心者ですが、安心して見ることができました。
　幻の島は思った通りとても綺麗でした。潮位のいい時間に着き、綺麗に写真を撮ることができました。
　次回の石垣島旅行、またツアーに参加したいと思っています。

I heard there was a free GoPro rental, but since I had never used one before, I had given up on it. However, the SD card was only 1,000 yen, so I decided to give it a try. Even though it was my first experience, I was able to capture beautiful shots of the fish and corals. The staff were very kind, and I had a really enjoyable time. Thank you! ♪

初体験なのに魚ややサンゴ達もとっても綺麗に撮れました。スタッフの方達もとても親切で凄く楽しい時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました♪
