Our stay on Taketomi Island was about an hour, but we were able to stop by Koidon Beach, the star sand, and a café by bicycle, making it a very satisfying tour for our family of four. The lunch box was also delicious.

First, we took a sightseeing boat where we listened to explanations while viewing the mangroves, and during the ride on a water buffalo to Yubu Island, there was a performance of traditional music on the sanshin. On the next stop, Taketomi Island, we chose to rent bicycles, but we got lost with just the map and ended up using Google Maps. We found star sand, took a break with pineapple smoothies, and before we knew it, the tour was over. It was great to visit three islands in such a condensed way on this tour.

The entire itinerary is quite packed, and the scenery visible from the bus is also very nice. It's perfect for those who don't want to rent a car or drive for a day trip to the northern area. However, the time at the aquarium is a bit tight. The buffet restaurant outside the aquarium has average food, but the view is particularly good. If you choose to eat at the restaurant, you might not have enough time to visit the dolphin exhibit, the water buffalo exhibit, and the sea turtle exhibit. The meeting point is at the bus parking lot, which takes about 10 to 20 minutes to walk to from the aquarium. Therefore, for those who want to thoroughly explore the aquarium, it's recommended to bring some snacks or drinks, or there are places selling hot dogs and other snacks at the aquarium exit.

The last stop, American Village, allows you to break away from the group. The allotted time is not enough if you want to explore properly. The sunset at American Village is also beautiful, and I highly recommend checking it out. On Saturday nights, there’s a 3-minute fireworks show as well.

就是水族馆的时间还蛮紧张的，水族馆外面的自助餐厅味道一般但是风景特别好，就是如果在餐厅吃饭的话，最后的海豚馆水牛馆和海龟馆就会来不及逛，集合点是バス停车场，从水族馆走过去需要十几二十分钟，所以想好好游览水族馆的人建议就自己带点吃的或者水族馆出口有一点卖热狗之类小吃的地方
最后一站美国村可以自行脱团，预留的时间如果想好好逛是不够的，美国村的日落夕阳也很好看蛮建议大家去看一下，周六晚上还有3分钟的烟花表演

This was my sixth trip to Okinawa, and I finally got to visit Yanbaru. Since tours can lose their charm in the rain, I had been hesitant to book one. On the day of the tour, it was partly sunny and cloudy, but thankfully it didn't rain.

The area around Kunigami Port Shokudo offers beautiful views of the ocean. Many people quickly finished their meals and took photos.

At Daichi Forest, there is quite a bit of walking, so women might want to avoid delicate sandals. Also, the tour content is somewhat subdued (more suitable for adults), so those with small children might enjoy places like the Churaumi Aquarium much more. The Yanbaru Kuina was just sitting in the corner and hardly moved.

The lunch was a bento box filled with Okinawan cuisine; it was cold but still quite edible. The sightseeing time on Yufu Island felt a bit short, but considering the entire itinerary, it was understandable. However, after arriving at Taketomi Island, I found it difficult to locate the microbus for transfers, as the staff waiting a little distance away didn't have any signs, which led to some confusion.

Overall schedule was good but surprisingly when I got on the bus, the guide started to talk in Japanese only unlike the brochure saying that there would be English and Korean provided which I am comfortable with any of those. So I asked an audio translator and it didn’t work properly at all because of the poor wifi system. So it was disappointing experience although the course itself was pretty good. I truly recommend that you could provide a decent translator.

Before my trip, I looked up the ferry schedules and the bus times on Ishigaki Island, and I considered visiting three islands without booking a tour, but I'm glad I decided to book one. Since it was my first time on Ishigaki Island, I had a lot of things I wanted to do, so it was great to have many experiences efficiently.

Although I wasn't particularly interested in mangroves, the information shared during the cruise about them was very intriguing, so I'm glad I participated. In the future, every time I see clams, I will probably remember, "Is this the same as that?" (≧∇≦)

I also got to ride the water buffalo cart I had always wanted to try, and I felt warm and fuzzy listening to the gentle storytelling of the grandfather and the young man, while moving at the water buffalo's pace. マングローブは特に興味は無かったものの、クルーズ中にマングローブについて色々お話しして下さった内容はとても興味深かったので、参加出来て良かったです。

念願の水牛車にも乗れ、おじいやお兄さんの優しい語り口調にほっこりしながら水牛さんのご機嫌次第のスピードでの移動も良いものですね。

I participated in this bus tour to figure out how to get to the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium during a mother-child trip in Naha.

First of all, the guide was very entertaining, singing and creating a lively atmosphere, and when I asked questions, they provided a lot of information. They were really great!

Also, I was satisfied with how efficiently we were taken to many sightseeing spots that I wouldn't have been able to visit all in one day if I had driven myself. The time spent at each location wasn't long, but it was just right. The tour was fully booked, but everyone was punctual, which made for a pleasant experience.

One point to note is that since I joined from Loisir Hotel Naha, it was a bit tiring to stop at many hotels on the way there and back.

But thank you for taking us!

Since I couldn't choose the rental bicycle option with kids, I opted for the free walk. When we arrived at Yufu Island, there were about three rental bicycle wagons waiting, but only one company had children's bicycles available, so we managed to rent one. I think walking would be fine if it weren't hot, but in the summer, renting a bicycle seems like a better option.

子供がいるとレンタサイクル付きが選べなかったので、フリーウォークにしました。由布島に着くと3社くらいレンタサイクルのワゴンが待っていましたが、子供用自転車は1社だけ空きありでなんとか借りられました。暑くなければ歩いてもいいと思いますが、夏はレンタサイクルがいいかと思います。

The hot, blazing sun and humidity left me exhausted, but the mangrove boat tour taught me many things I didn't know and was very interesting and enjoyable. While being leisurely transported on a water buffalo cart, I was captivated by the fun and delightful stories from the guide. I thought it would be great to participate since I really wanted to visit the Churaumi Aquarium and various tourist spots. However, the actual travel time by bus cut into our schedule more than I expected! I didn't anticipate that the travel time would be included in the sightseeing time. Sometimes, the tourist bus parks a bit away from the entrance, which also shortens the sightseeing time. When you're in a new place, 20 minutes goes by in an instant. We rushed through the aquarium, which we had allocated 2 hours and 30 minutes for. I would have preferred to skip the 20-minute sightseeing spot and spend more time enjoying the Churaumi Aquarium and American Village at a leisurely pace. I was quite tired from all the moving around, so I would like to consider participating again next time!
