We had two elementary school children (a fourth grader and a first grader) with us, but there were restroom breaks along the way, and the guide provided explanations about our current location, so we were able to enjoy it without getting bored! The weather was very nice and hot that day, so this way of spending time suited me well. I chose the 4 PM boat to return. I think this is a great tour for those who want to efficiently visit three islands within a limited itinerary.

The mangrove tour was during high tide, so the water was murky and we couldn't see the roots very well, but we were able to see five types of mangroves with white, yellow, and red flowers. Riding the water buffalo while enjoying the sanshin was a nice, relaxing experience. I had such a great time that I thought it would be nice to have a plan that allows for a bit more leisure.
