As you mentioned, the traffic during Golden Week is indeed terrible. There were buses that returned to Naha 1 to 2 hours later than scheduled during this period. Additionally, Cape Hedo and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium are about 120 km from Naha, making them quite far. Cape Hedo and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium are part of the Yanbaru National Park, a nature-rich area aiming for World Heritage registration, but it is still not widely recognized, and we feel that we need to make further efforts.

However, there are no other regular sightseeing bus tours that cover Cape Hedo and the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, allowing you to enjoy the nature of Yanbaru while also visiting this popular spot, which has received positive feedback from both domestic and international customers. Our lunch buffet has also been well received, and many guests enjoy taking a stroll along the beach after their meal.

We have an automatic audio guidance system available in eight languages, and recently we have seen a significant number of customers from Thailand, making our bus increasingly multicultural. Fortunately, most of our guests tend to follow proper etiquette, so it shouldn't be a major concern.

Regarding seating, as you pointed out, passengers are allowed to sit in any available seat in the order they board. Therefore, if you are picked up last, your seats may be separated. Occasionally, our tour guides may ask other guests to move seats to accommodate everyone. We have established six pick-up and drop-off points within Naha City, allowing those who wish to stop by DFS or have a meal on Kokusai Street before returning to their accommodations to choose their drop-off location according to their needs. It is perfectly fine to change the drop-off location from what was reserved, so you can decide based on your mood that day.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the insufficient time spent at Daichi Forest, and I would like to provide an explanation on that point. The calculation is based on our bus arriving at the parking lot with the ticket office, allowing for one hour. However, after disembarking from our bus, you will need to take a shuttle bus to the entrance of Daichi Forest, which takes about 10 minutes one way, so we estimate a total travel time of about 20 minutes round trip. This leaves approximately 40 minutes from the entrance.

Since the estimated time for each route in Daichi Forest is about 30 to 35 minutes, we believed that this would allow enough time to complete one route. However, if you wish to take photos or enjoy the scenery more leisurely, it may not be sufficient. We will consider making improvements, such as adjusting the stay duration to better match the time spent on the shuttle bus, so that you can enjoy your visit more comfortably.
