Driving made me anxious, and since I was traveling alone, I was wondering how to spend my time. Then I found out that I could join a tour that allowed solo participants to visit "Kouri Island," which I had always wanted to see. The bus guide's explanations were enjoyable, and we had plenty of time at the Churaumi Aquarium, even getting to see the dolphin show (the scheduling was perfect). Although the sky was overcast, I was very satisfied with "Kouri Island" (I couldn't go to the heart rock on the backside, though).

I didn't have high expectations for American Village, but since it was Christmas time, the decorations were lovely, and I felt like I was in America. I also stumbled upon a hotaru glass shop and got a souvenir for myself. I became friends with a woman sitting next to me, and we even went out for a meal together after the tour. I was hesitant at first, but I'm glad I decided to join. It turned out to be a wonderful memory.

車の運転は不安だし一人旅だし、どのように過ごそうかと思っていたら、一人参加ＯＫでずっと行ってみたかった「古宇利島」にも行けるということで参加ました。バスガイドさんの説明も楽しく、美ら海水族館もたっぷり時間があり、イルカのショーまで見れました（見れるスケジューリングが最高）。空はどんよりしていましたが「古宇利島」（ハートロックは裏側で行くことは出来ませんでしたが）も大満足。
あまり期待していなかったアメリカンビレッジもクリスマス時期だったため、飾り付けが素敵でアメリカにいる雰囲気を味わいました。ほたるガラスのお店も偶然に見つけ、自分へのお土産もゲット。隣に座った女性とも仲良くなり、ツアーの後に一緒に食事まで行きました。迷っていたけど、思い切って参加してよかった。良い思い出になれました。

I participated in January. The weather was sunny, making it hard to believe it was winter, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even with just half a day and a well-balanced schedule, I was able to fully enjoy Taketomi Island.

1月に参加しました。晴れていてとても冬とは思えない気候で堪能できました。
飽きの来ない時間配分で半日でも、十分竹富島を満喫できました。

The duration of stay at each point was just right, and at Oishi Forest Park, I was able to walk leisurely while taking photos without feeling rushed. The course with the strange rocks and views usually takes an hour, but I was able to complete it faster than expected, so I extended my visit to another course to see the banyan trees, and in the end, I managed to cover all the courses within 80 minutes. I think younger people or those with a decent level of fitness can see all the courses. The Churaumi Aquarium seemed to be planned so that we could make it in time for the dolphin show. The show started at a good time after we arrived, so it was possible to see it. I had enough time for the three-hour aquarium visit, so I also went to Emerald Beach, which is located in front of the aquarium, and enjoyed the scenery. The local guide was friendly and full of love for Okinawa. I was also happy to receive a complimentary bottle of water. Thank you very much.

各ポイントでの滞在時間も丁度良く、大石林山ではあせることなくルートをのんびり写真取りながら歩けました。奇岩と展望が見れるコースは、通常なら一時間掛かるのですが、思いの外早く回れたのでガジュマルを見にもう１つのコースへも足を伸ばし、結果全てのコースを80分という枠内で回りきれました。若手の方やある程度の健脚なら全コース見れると思います。美ら海水族館はイルカショー開催時間に間に合う様なプランニングだったのでしょうか。到着して程よい時間にイルカショーがスタートするので、見ることも可能です。水族館３時間の枠は余裕があったので私は水族館先にあるエメラルドビーチへも行き、景色を楽しむ事ができました。現地ガイドさんが気さくて沖縄愛に溢れた素敵な方でした。お水一本のサービスも嬉しかったです。有難うございました。

I chose the water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island. While riding the cart, the driver shared interesting facts about the water buffalo and Taketomi Island, and he also sang traditional songs from Taketomi Island, providing attentive service.

竹富島での水牛車を選択しました。水牛車に乗っている間は、操縦士さんが水牛や竹富島に関する豆知識を披露してくれたり、竹富島伝統の唄を歌ってくださったりと、丁寧な接客でした。

Despite the unfortunate bad weather, I was still able to enjoy myself! Since it was a tour, I could relax and have fun, even on my own!

あいにくの悪天候でしたが、悪天候でも楽しむことができました！！ツアーだったので、安心して楽しむことができ、一人でも満喫することができました！

The destinations were great, but I felt that there wasn't enough time at all the places. However, since I signed up knowing this, there's a part of it that can't be helped. The in-car guide through the earphones was very disappointing. The announcements were choppy, the volume was loud, and most people around me weren't paying attention. There were many foreign tourists, and while having a lot of free time is nice, the tour guide, who seemed to be new, was trying hard but spoke too softly, making it hard to understand what was being said. There were also various shortcomings, and it was unfortunate that the meeting point was far away, leaving us with little time to explore leisurely. I think the content of the tour and the training of the guides should be reviewed a bit more. I enjoyed the destinations.

行き先は良かったですが、やはり全部の場所で時間が足りないと感じました。が、薄々気がつきながらも申し込みしたので仕方ない部分もありますが、、イヤホンでの車内ガイドは残念過ぎます。途切れ途切れのガイドアナウンスで音量も大きいし周りも聞いてない人がほとんどでした。外国の方も多くて自由行動が多いのはいいのですが、新人であろう添乗員さんは頑張っているのは分かりますが声が小さくて何を言ってるのか分からないし色々未熟過ぎるし、集合場所までも遠いから時間が無くなってゆっくり見れないことが残念でした。ツアーの内容と添乗員の教育をもう少し見直された方がいいと思います。行き先は楽しめました。

I was very grateful that I could efficiently visit Iriomote Island, Taketomi Island, and Yufu Island. I wanted to leisurely explore the nearby islands from Ishigaki Island, but access was poor and it was unfortunately raining, so I made a reservation the day before. There seemed to be other tours with similar schedules, but I think this one was the cheapest. On Taketomi Island, there was also free time for strolling, and I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of the island.

西表島、竹富島、由布島が効率よくめぐれて、大変助かりました。石垣島から近隣の島をゆっくり巡りたかったのですがアクセスが悪いのと、あいにくの雨でしたので、前日に申しこみました。似たようなスケジュールでほかのツアーもあったようですが、一番安かったかと思います。竹富島では自由時間もあり散策もでき、島の雰囲気も味わえました。

It was a rainy season, but somehow the weather held up, and I was able to enjoy a variety of activities including the water buffalo cart, glass-bottom boat, and exploring the village and beach.

I intentionally jogged and walked around Kaiji Beach, famous for its star sand, and Kondoi Beach, which allowed me to collect shells on the sandy beach and observe plants and insects.

Although I had an afternoon departure, I was able to enjoy myself until 5:00 PM, so I had a great time.

雨の多い時期でしたが、なんとか天気が持ち、水牛車やグラスボート、そして村中やビーチ散策まで一通り楽しめました。
星の砂で有名なカイジ浜やコンドイビーチへは、あえてジョギングとウォーキングで巡ったので、砂浜での貝殻拾い、植物や昆虫などの観察をすることが出来ました。
午後発でしたが、17:00まで楽しめたので、十分に満喫できました。

It was a journey from mid-winter to mid-summer. It was a wonderful experience with nature still largely preserved. One downside was the poor toilet situation in Okinawa, which was concerning. With the Olympics approaching, many tourists will likely visit, so I hope for improvements soon.

What impressed me the most was the wonderful service from our guide! I was moved when they sang Okinawan folk songs accompanied by the sanshin. Their thoughtfulness, smiles, and singing were the best. If I visit again, I would love to ride on that guide's bus.

If I had to mention something negative, it would be the presence of some poorly behaved tourists who didn't respect the schedule. That was disappointing. However, it was still a fun day. I sincerely thank you. Thank you very much.

真冬から真夏への旅でした。
自然がまだまだ残されている素晴らしい観光でした。少し残念なのは
沖縄のトイレ事情の悪さが気になりました。多分オリンピックと共に
多くの観光客が訪れるでしょうから・・・出来たら早めの改善を願います。
特に感動したのはガイドの方の対応の素晴らしさ！また三線と共に沖縄民謡を
歌ってくださり、感激しました。気配り、笑顔、歌声・・最高でした。
また訪れることがあったら、あのガイドさんのバスに乗せていただきたいですね。強いて言うとマナーの悪い観光客がいたこと。時間を守らないメンバー。
残念でした。しかしながら楽しい一日でした。心よりお礼を申し上げます。

It was my first trip to Okinawa, so on the first day I thought about joining a tour. After looking at various options, I found a tour that covered attractions like the Churaumi Aquarium from the central area and signed up. I thought the price for a tour that lasts from morning to night was surprisingly low. The guide was also a fun person, and I had a meaningful day. Next time, I definitely want to try another course.

中部から美ら海水族館などを網羅したツアーがあり
申し込みました。
朝から夜までのツアーでこの料金は安すぎじゃないかな？
ガイドさんも楽しい方で１日有意義に過ごせました。
次回は是非とももう一つのコースをお願いしたいと思います。

It was affordable and great for visiting famous tourist spots in Okinawa. At Pineapple Park, I ran out of time while exploring the grounds, so I skipped the tour and focused on juice tasting and shopping. This was my second visit to the Churaumi Aquarium, and it was impressive to see the manta rays and whale sharks swimming gracefully. Ocean Expo Park has various attractions besides the aquarium, so even three hours felt short. I think you could easily spend a whole day just exploring Ocean Expo Park.

沖縄の有名な観光場所を見て回るのには手頃で良かったです。
パイナップルパークは園内を回っていると時間がなくなるので、園内見学をパスしてジュースの試飲やショッピングに時間をあてました。
美ら海水族館は2回目ですが、マンタやジンベイザメが悠然と泳いでいるのは見応えがありました。海洋博公園は、水族館以外にも見るところがいろいろとあるので、3時間でも短いくらいでした。
海洋博公園だけでも一日見て回れると思います。

Since it was my first time in Ishigaki Island, I read that island hopping is recommended, so I signed up, and I'm glad I did. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy, but it didn't get strong enough to affect the tour, so that was good.

初めての石垣島でどうせなら、島巡りがおすすめだと書いてありましたので、
申し込みして、よかったです。悪運で天気が雨でしたが、何とかツアーに影響するほど強くはならなかったので、よかったです。

We used this for our honeymoon trip.

It was perfect for efficiently visiting the sights, especially for those who are new to Okinawa or don't have a driver's license. I wanted to take my time to see each place, but that can't be helped. It was great to have so much packed into the experience! The entrance fee was included, so it was a good deal. We spent a full three hours at the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, but it felt like it wasn't enough because it was so spacious. For those who want to explore the northern part in depth, I recommend staying in the northern area instead of taking the tour (especially if you don't have a driver's license).

Having only an audio guide felt a bit lonely, and there were some interruptions in the audio, which was disappointing. But it was still better than having nothing at all.

新婚旅行で利用。

効率良く名所を回れて、沖縄が初めてという人や免許のない人にはもってこいです。
一つ一つゆっくり見たい感じもありましたが、それは仕方ないですね。
盛りだくさんで良かったです‼
入園料つきなのでお得でした。
美ら海水族館たっぷり3時間でしたが、広くて足りない感じです。
水族館含め、北部をじっくり見たい人はツアーではなく北部の方に宿を取るのをお勧めします。(免許無い人は)

音声ガイドだけというのは、少し寂しいのと、音声が途切れていたのでそれは残念でした。
でも全くないより良かったです。

Despite the rain, I had a great time. During the cruising, it was clear when we could take off the vinyl sheet and when we couldn't, allowing us to see the mangroves properly. For the cycling on Taketomi Island, we were able to borrow rain gear. Since the weather wasn't favorable, I'm thinking of trying again for a second chance.

クルージングでは、ビニールシートを取って良い時間もそうでない時間がはっきりしていて、しっかりとマングローブを見ることができました。
竹富島のサイクリングでは、雨具を貸していただけました。
お天気に恵まれなかったので、もう一度リベンジしようと思ってます。

We visited Pineapple Park, Kouri Island, Churaumi Aquarium, Manzamo, and some souvenir shops. It was nice to receive mineral water for everyone and the local specialty, purple sweet potato tart. However, as soon as the bus arrived at the aquarium, there was a sudden downpour. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough rain gear prepared, and we ended up getting soaked walking from the parking lot to the entrance of the aquarium. While I reflect on our lack of preparation for rain gear, it would have been appreciated if the tour company had provided some solutions, such as rental umbrellas or disposable raincoats.

パイナップルパーク～古宇利島～美ら海水族館～万座毛～土産屋を回りました。人数分のミネラルウォーターと名物の紅芋タルトをいただけたのは良かったですが、水族館にバスが着くや、突然の大雨が。運悪く十分な雨具を用意しておらず、駐車場から水族館の入り口まで雨に濡れてずぶ濡れになってメインの水族館を回ることになりました。雨具の準備不足を反省するところではありますが、ツアー側でも救済策(レンタルの傘や使い捨てのレインコートなど)を用意していただけるとありがたかったです。

The tour itself was fine but most people going from Naha have to be ready to waste 2-3 hours picking up people in other areas before actually going to the attractions. (Same with going back home)

The bus driver was rude af and racist towards the foreigners.

At first I thought the guide was fine but then oops nope changed my mind. In the aquarium it was very windy and we had to stop 3 times in random places outside the building to hear her explanation in Japanese so its like wasting 20-30 minutes while having yourself blown by the strong wind.

And when she distributed the ticket, she called in all of the Japanese passengers first by their names and after all the Japanese have their tickets. She gestured to all the foreigners to come to her and get the tickets by ourselves. Which is very rude and racist.

The tour says it will provide english, chinese and korean guides throughout the whole day but none. Only some random english tapes are played and the guide talks in Japanese a lot throughout the day.

And mind you 60% of the people who joined are foreigners and only 20% speaks English. I genuinely feel sorry for the Chinese and Korean who comes to the tour thinking it will provide them with some guides but no.

Also the bus driver, he makes noises from inside the bus every 5 minutes before the departure time at each spot as if reminding us to hurry up. And he talks to the tourguide keep blaming how the "foreigners" are slow blablabla probably thinking "foreigners" don't understand Japanese.

The bus driver is very racist and rude also the whole tour is just okay.

Went by another company the next day and was surprised at how interactive the guide was plus it was 100 times wayyy better.

I was worried about not being able to drive, but I had a fulfilling day on the bus tour! I was able to take a nice long nap on the bus too! I had to leave the tour partway due to hotel arrangements, but the bus guide and driver were very kind, and a taxi arrived quickly, so I was able to get to the hotel right away! It was truly the best. I recommend spending a day relaxing on the bus too!

バスの中はたっぷりお昼寝もできましたよー！
ホテルの都合で途中離団したのですが、バスガイドさんと運転手さんがとても良くしてくれて、タクシーもすぐに来てくれて、ホテルにもすぐ行けました！
本当に最高でした。

There were two groups of Japanese people, along with other Asian tourists from overseas, making a total of over 40 participants, but everything proceeded smoothly. There were also individuals who participated alone. Each sightseeing spot had a sufficient amount of time allocated, so I never felt rushed and was satisfied. At the Churaumi Aquarium, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to walk from the bus parking lot to the entrance of the aquarium. The path has some ups and downs, but there are slopes and escalators, making it easy to walk. It's advisable to consider this round-trip time when choosing a tour.

　日本人は２グループ、あとは海外のアジア人、そしてツアー全体で４０人以上の大所帯でしたが、全てスムーズに進行。一人で参加されている方も、いらっしゃいました。どの観光地もある程度の時間がとってあるので、私には時間が足りないという事はなく、満足でした。美ら海水族館は、バスの駐車場から水族館の入口まで徒歩で、15～20分程かかります。道は起伏がありますが、スロープやエスカレーターがあるので、歩きやすい。この往復の時間も見込んで、ツアーを選択した方が良い。

You can take a ride on a water buffalo cart to see the streets lined with traditional Ryukyu architecture and guesthouses. The guide's explanations and the sanshin performances were also enjoyable.

琉球建築の民家や民宿が立ち並ぶ街並みを水牛車に乗って見学します。ガイドさんの説明や三振演奏などもあって楽しめました。

I had a great time. The guide was very good at chatting and even performed some island songs. Thank you, Water Buffalo Island-kun.

とても楽しめました。案内人の方もおしゃべりが上手で島唄も披露してくれました。水牛の島君、ありがとう。

Although we didn't have much time, by taking the tour, we were able to save time and efficiently enjoy sightseeing.

時間がなかった私達でしたが、ツアーにすることで、時短、効率良く観光出来ました。

I rode a water buffalo cart on Taketomi Island and then enjoyed some free exploration. Everything on the island, from the buildings and roads to the flowers and water buffalo carts, was beautiful, allowing me to fully enjoy the tropical atmosphere. The only regret was that the weather was cloudy, and I imagined a blue sky with white clouds while sightseeing. Also, we changed the meeting time about three days before the tour, but the process was smooth, which was very helpful. Thank you very much.

竹富島の水牛車に乗りその後、自由散策してきました。島内は建物、道路、花等植物、水牛車等すべてが美しく南国を満喫しました。
お天気だけが曇っていて心残りで、青い空に白い雲を想像しながら観光しました。
また観光の３日前ぐらいに集合時間の変更をしましたが手続きもスムーズで大変助かりました。ありがとうございました。

It was quite hot, reaching nearly 30 degrees for this time of year. The mangrove cruise was combined with other tours. The water buffalo cart ride was nice and had a charming atmosphere. The cycling option on Taketomi Island wasn't bad, but the hills were quite tough. Depending on the day's temperature, I think those who usually ride electric bikes should consider paying the extra fee to rent one. I was sweating a lot!

この時期としては30度近くまで気温が上がり、暑かったです。マングローブクルーズは他のツアーと一緒でした。水牛車は風情を感じられて良かったです。竹富島のサイクリング選択は悪くなかったですが…坂道が結構辛かったです。その日の気温にもよりますが普段、電動自転車に乗っている方は追加料金を払っても電動自転車を借りた方が良かったと思います。私は大汗かきました(^^ゞ(^^ゞ

The orchid greenhouse at Tropical Dream Land captivated me with its scale and grandeur, surpassing that of the orchid gardens in Chiang Mai, Thailand. At the same time, I was delighted to see rare fruit varieties in the tropical fruit corner that I had not encountered during my previous visits to Malaysia, Ho Chi Minh City, and Taiwan.

At American Village, I enjoyed a chicken burger set at A&W, which was recommended by my guide. When it comes to American hamburgers, I've eaten at McDonald's, Burger King, Wimpy, and Dairy Queen, but the burgers from this chain had a unique flavor that reminded me of the ones I had in mainland America. After returning home, I researched this burger chain and found out that it started in mainland America nearly a hundred years ago and has been operating exclusively in Okinawa, Japan, for over 50 years. It was a burger of surprisingly high quality.

熱帯ドリームランドのランの温室は、タイのチェンマイのラン園を凌ぐ規模と迫力に魅了された。同時に南国の果実のコーナーでは、かつて訪問したマレーシア、ホーチミン、台湾で見かけなかった珍しい果実種が鑑賞できたことは収穫でした。

アメリカンヴィレッジでは、ガイトに薦めてもらったA&Wでチキンバーガーセットを食しました。アメリカのハンバーガーと言えば、マクドナルド、バーガーキング、ウィンピー、デアリークィーンで食べましたが、このチェーン店のバーガーは一味違い、アメリカ本土で食べたバーガーを思い出させる味がしました。帰宅してからこのバーガーチェインを調べてみると、約百年前に米本土で始まり、日本では沖縄のみでの展開で50年以上となるとのことです。予想以上に質の良いバーガーでした。

In December, it was 27 degrees, and the weather was warm enough to break a sweat even in short sleeves. I cruised upstream along the Nakama River in Iriomote Island, enjoying the refreshing breeze through the mangrove forest. Next, I took a water buffalo cart to Yubu Island. While gently swaying, I listened to island songs and felt relaxed. On the island, I explored freely, spending time picking up shells and coral on the beach where manta rays could be seen, and watching butterflies resting on beautiful flowers. Although it was just half a day, I had a fulfilling time.

12月なのに27度もあって、半袖でも汗ばむ気候。西表島の仲間川を、爽やかな風にあたりながらマングローブの林を上流へとクルージング。次は、水牛車で由布島へ。のんびりと揺られながら島唄を聞き、癒されました。島の中では自由散策で、マンタの見える浜で貝殻やサンゴを拾ったり、美しい花にとまる蝶を見たりして、時間を過ごしました。半日でしたが、充実した時間が過ごせました。

The weather was amazing and the scenery was fantastic! The color of the sea was emerald green, and I've been to Okinawa several times, but this was the most beautiful sea color I've ever seen.

I was able to fully enjoy Okinawa in just one day. Both the guide and the driver were great; they were truly healing people of Okinawa.

It was really a wonderful trip!

Just a short trip from Ishigaki Island, it feels like a different time flows here. This is my second visit, and when I go to Taketomi Island, I feel like everything is forgotten and my lifespan has been extended. Is it just me? You can truly enjoy the travel atmosphere here.

石垣島からちょっと足を伸ばすだけで、日常とは別の時間が流れている感じです。今回、2回目の参加ですが、竹富島を訪れると、何もかも忘れさせてくれ寿命が延びたように感じるのは私だけ？でしょうか。
旅行気分を満喫できますよ。

The cost performance was good, and I was satisfied. I did feel some overall disorganization, but that might add to the local atmosphere, which could be nice. The captain of the glass-bottom boat was very good. His entertaining stories eased my anxiety about seasickness. I was able to relax while listening to the live performance of the sanshin on the water buffalo cart. I would recommend this to my friends as well.

コスパも良く、満足です。
全体的な段取りの悪さは感じましたが、それも含めて地元感を感じられていいかもしれません。
グラスボートの船長さんがとても良かったです。楽しいお話で船酔いの不安も軽減されました。

I was a bit anxious about sightseeing with a rental car, so I joined this tour. There were some places where we didn't have enough time, but it was great to be able to see everything efficiently. During the drive, the guide provided various explanations and entertained us with songs and dances.

レンタカーで観光するのに不安があったので、こちらのツアーに参加しました。
滞在時間が足りない所もありましたが、効率よく観光出来てよかったです。
車中ではガイドさんが、いろいろ説明してくれたり、歌や踊りで楽しませてくれました。
