It was a Thursday on a weekday, so it wasn't too crowded and I enjoyed it. The hotel buffet was also delicious. I recommend it.

平日の木曜日だったんのでそんな混んでなくて楽しめました。
ホテルのバイキングもうまかったです。お勧めします。

I boarded with my 2-year-old child. As we left Naha Port and arrived at the point where the fish are, I was thrilled to see a sea turtle swimming right away! My child was also very happy, calling out "Turtle, turtle!" We were able to see a lot of coral reefs and fish, and it was great to see my child enjoying themselves. In the pre-trip briefing, it was mentioned that the visibility was 3 (cloudy but visible), but I think it was clearer than I had imagined. It wasn't as sharp as in an aquarium or underwater camera, but adults enjoyed it too.

那覇港を出て魚のいるポイントに着いたところで早速ウミガメが泳いでいて感動しました！子供もカメさんカメさんと大喜び。サンゴ礁もお魚も沢山見ることが出来、子供が楽しんでいる姿を見られて良かったです。
事前の説明では透明度は3(濁っているが見える)でしたが想像していたより見えたと思います。水族館や水中カメラのようなクッキリ具合ではありませんが、大人も楽しめました。

The weather was a bit bad, but we were able to enjoy underwater sightseeing. Since it was still February and a bit chilly, I was glad I could enjoy the sea without getting in the water. It was very popular with foreigners as well.

天気が少し悪かったですが、水中観光をすることができました。まだ2月で肌寒い時期だったので、水に入らず海を満喫できてよかったです。外国人の方にもすごく人気でした。

The underwater sightseeing was great. I was able to see clearly underwater, and they scatter food, so the fish come to gather around. The hotel buffet exceeded my expectations☆ It was delicious.

Before boarding, there is an explanation of the current wave conditions and water clarity. I believe the wave conditions are divided into four levels. It was a great experience since I don't often have the opportunity to ride on a submarine. It would have been nice if there was sushi for the hotel lunch. There was chirashi sushi, but the sweet denbu was a bit much.

We participated in a dinner cruise as a couple at the beginning of the year. Both the Japanese and foreign staff were very friendly, and they promptly cleared the dishes after we finished eating, providing a stress-free service. The problem was the dinner food. To be honest, it wasn't delicious. The appetizers, main course, and buffet were all disappointing in taste. I understood why the cruise fee was low. However, perhaps a summer barbecue might be more satisfying. We ordered a course with diced steak and seafood gratin this time. It might be better to either raise the price a bit to improve the taste or switch to a buffet style to compete with variety. ← This is just my personal opinion. I think it was the shikuwasa beer? That was very delicious.

年始に夫婦でディナークルーズ参加しました。日本人スタッフも外国人スタッフも皆さん愛想よく食べ終わった後の食器もサッと下げてくれてストレスない接客でした。問題はdinner料理。ハッキリ言って美味しくありませんでした。前菜、メイン、ブッフェ、全てが残念なお味。クルーズ料金が安いのには理由があったのだと納得。ただもしかしたら夏のバーベキューなら満足できるのかも知れません。私達は今回サイコロステーキと魚介グラタンのあるコースを注文しました。もう少しお値段上げてでも味を見直すか、いっそブッフェスタイルで種類で勝負する方が良いのではないでしょうか？←個人的な勝手なコメントですが。シークヮーサービールだったかな？それはとても美味しかったです。

Everyone was a foreigner, but the attentive service provided by the Japanese staff was meticulous. I was able to spend my time comfortably. Their dedication was evident. Thank you very much.

The water was a bit murky, but I was thrilled to see so many fish coming close to me. The lunch at the Pacific Hotel was also great, with a variety of desserts, and the atmosphere inside was spacious and comfortable.

It was our wedding anniversary, so we applied for the anniversary service. I was worried that it might have been forgotten, but they surprised us with a special arrangement, which became a wonderful memory. Thank you for the commemorative gift as well. The live performance was very homey and great. I would like to recommend this to others.

結婚記念日でしたので、アニバーサーリーサービスを申し込み、忘れられたかなって思っていたら、サプライズ的に演出していただき、良い思い出となりました。記念品もありがとうございました。

When the ship was about to depart, there was a delay in collecting the boarding passes (plastic numbered tickets), which caused some trouble, but the sea and the fish were beautiful and met my expectations.

船が出発するとき、乗船券(プラスチック板の番号札)の回収に手間取り、なかなか出発しないトラブルがありましたが、海や魚はきれいで期待通りでした。

It was disappointing that the visibility in the sea was not very good due to the heavy rain two days before the tour. I would like to participate next time when the visibility is better.

ツアーの前々日の大雨のため、海の中があまりよく見えなかったのが残念でした。次回は、よく見える時に参加したいです。

The weather was bad, but I was able to enjoy the event on the boat and relax. The staff were kind. If I have the opportunity, I would like to use it again. The food is satisfying as long as you don't have overly high expectations.

天気が悪かったのですが、船の中でのイベントも楽しめゆっくりできました。スタッフの方は親切でした。機会があればまた利用したいと思います。料理も期待しすぎなければ満足です。

Suitable for both young and old, a unique experience to view underwater without needing to go scuba diving.

The waitress who took care of us made a balloon flower for my child. My child was very happy, and it became a wonderful memory. Thank you!

The food was delicious. The night view was beautiful. The live performance was great. However, the stars weren't clearly visible (laughs). The Moby Dick was amazing! The staff's efforts were evident! I want to ride again!

料理も美味しかった。夜景もきれいでした。ライブも良かった。ただ、星がきれいに見えなかった(笑笑)モビィディック号最高❗スタッフの対応も一生懸命さが、伝わったよ！また、のりたいでーす。

I used the sunset cruising service during my trip to Okinawa. The reservation was easy, and the food was really delicious. Since it was my child's birthday, I ordered a cake, and they surprised us by bringing it out. There was also live music, which made for a fun time. Thank you very much. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

沖縄旅行の際サンセットクルージングを利用させていただきました。予約も簡単でしたし、料理も凄く美味しかったです

We will depart near Asahibashi. I was worried because it was raining, but the visibility in the water was good. There is also an explanation about the water's clarity before departure, which is reassuring. Small children were very happy.

旭橋近くから出航します。雨が降っていて心配でしたが海の中はよく見えました。

I was concerned about the murkiness of the sea in warm Okinawa, but despite being in the bay, it looked beautiful and I was very satisfied. I've heard that the water clarity is higher in winter, so I would like to go in winter next time.

暖かい沖縄なので海の濁りが気になっていましたが。湾内にも関わらず綺麗に見え大変満足しました。冬のほうが海の透明度が高いらしいとのこと次は冬にいきたいと思います。

The weather was perfect, and the sea breeze was refreshing, but perhaps due to a nearby typhoon, the water was slightly murky. However, it was great to see plenty of fish. For lunch, I went to a hotel nearby, and although I didn't have high expectations, I found a surprisingly wide variety of dishes. It was a satisfying lunch overall. The prices were reasonable, so I would like to use it again.

天気は最高で、海風が爽やかでしたが、台風が近隣を通過していたせいか、やや海底が濁り気味でした、でも魚は沢山いたのが見えて良かったです。ランチはすぐ近くのホテルで、あまり期待していなかったのですが、行って見ると思っていたよりも品数豊富、普通に満足できるランチでした。価格もお手頃なのでまた利用したいと思います。

For our 10th wedding anniversary, we spent a lot of money on a dinner cruise in Okinawa, but the decorations inside the boat blocked the windows, so we couldn't see outside. The food was disappointing as well, with some frozen items. It was tough...

You can go outside and move to the third floor to see outside, but after eating, I didn't feel like going back to the floor to listen to live music.

結婚10周年の沖縄旅行ということでディナークルーズディナーに高いお金を出して行ったのに、船内の電飾がじゃまで窓に移りこんで外は見えませんでした。食事も冷凍の物だったりと味もがっかり。これは辛い。。。
外に出て３階へ移動すれば外は見れますが、ご飯を食べたらフロアに戻って生歌を聞く気になれませんでした。

I was satisfied with the staff's service and the meals at the hotel, but the sea was quite murky that day, so I could only see the fish and coral vaguely. I understand that this depends on luck for the day, but honestly, I wish I could have seen it in a clearer state.

スタッフの方の対応やホテルでの食事は満足していますが、海がけっこう濁っている日だったので、魚やサンゴはぼんやりと見える感じでした。
こればっかりはその日の運次第なので仕方ないと思いますが、もう少し綺麗な状態を見たかったな、というのが正直な感想です。

This time, I participated with my grandchild and daughter-in-law. I was worried about the typhoon, but perhaps it was due to our good behavior. We were able to see a beautiful sunset and forgot about our daily lives. My grandchild and I were both moved. I will include this in my plans for next time as well.

今回孫と嫁の3人で参加しました。台風が心配でしたが、日頃の行いでしょうか。綺麗な、夕陽も見れて日頃の生活も忘れました。孫共々感動しました。次回も予定に入れます。

Although the weather wasn’t great it was a great experience! My kids loved it! It was nice and short so we didn’t get sea sick which was good. You do have to pay for Parking but it wasn’t much, like ¥320 yen. This trip was cheap and well worth it! The boat even had vending machines for drinks of coarse right!

The bad weather due to the typhoon was unavoidable, but the food was disappointing. I had hoped for at least a decent dessert, but this was it. I would have preferred vanilla ice cream instead.

I might have had overly high expectations, but I wouldn't recommend this place to others.

台風の影響でお天気が悪かったのは仕方ないですが、料理が残念でした。
せめてものデザート..と期待しましたが、これ。これなら、バニラアイスの方がましでした。

過度な期待をしてしまっていたのかもしれませんが、周りにおすすめはしません。

This cruise

First of all, what I was most looking forward to was the night view from the ship, but
the interior of the ship is too bright.
There are cheap-looking electric decorations on the ceiling,
which are also distracting...
They reflect in the windows, ruining the beautiful scenery.

That day, there were four groups of guests, including my family,
filling about 10% of the seats...
It was too lonely.

The service in the hall was decent, but

the food...
did not suit my taste.

There is a singer who performs,
and they have live music for about half of the time during the cruise.

However...

The singing is good, and the person seems nice,
but I feel it doesn't quite match the concept of this ship...

It was quite exhausting to be in such a sparse environment on the ship for a long time without being able to leave.

If there are points for improvement for this ship:

- Remove the electric decorations inside the ship.
- Dim the interior lights a bit to enjoy the outside lights.
- The singer seems to be a regular, but it might be better to feature various young artists who could shine, changing them daily or by time slots.
- Even if the price were raised by about 150%, it would be better to improve the quality of the food.

In any case, the concept is half-hearted.

Is it about the drinks, the food, the singing, or the night view?

During this summer period, it might be better to simply have an all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat beer garden atmosphere and have fun.

このクルーズ

まず一番期待するのは、船から見る夜の景色だと思いますが
まず、船内が明るすぎる
天井に安っぽい電飾が飾ってあるのだが
それも邪魔・・
そとの窓に映り込んで、折角の景色が台無し

その日の客は私の家族を含めて4組
座席の1割を埋めるぐらい・・
寂し過ぎました

ホールでの対応はまずまずちゃんとしてくれてますが

お食事は・・・
私の口には合いませんでした。

歌手の方が歌ってくれるのですが
乗船中、半分ぐらいの時間でライブしてます

これも・・・

歌は上手くいい人そうなんですが
この船のコンセプトとは違うんじゃないかな・・と
思う次第です・・。

非常に閑散とした船内で長い時間帰れない状態で
ちょっとしんどかったです。

この船の改善出来る点があるとすれば

・船内の電飾はとる
・船内を少しでも暗くし、外の明かりを楽しむようにする
・歌手の方が専属のようですが、出来れば日替わり、時間替わりで
色々な若い芽が出そうなアーティストを起用したほうがいいのでは？
・料金を150％ぐらい上げても、もっと食事の質を上げた方がいいのではないでしょうか

どちらにしてもコンセプトが中途半端

酒なのか、料理なのか、歌なのか、夜景なのか？

この夏の期間は、いっそのこと
ただのビアガーデン的に飲み放題食べ放題で
ワイワイやった方が良さそうな気がします。

I am sure this activity would have gotten an outstanding rating if the weather would have been better during the day. I decided however to go through with it due to going home the day after, I was offered a free re-booking or full refund by both Veltra and the tour operator on location.

So the weather was really bad, rain and windy which made the underwater visibility really bad, we did however see some really cool corral reefs, but I do recommend future participants to re-book if the conditions are not good, I am sure the view would have been amazing on a sunny day!

All staff I met during the tour was really nice and friendly, I just wish the time we were allowed under deck would have been a little longer, that is the only complaint I have :)

Just before the typhoon, the visibility and waves were reported to be at normal levels, but I could see the coral reefs and fish perfectly. I was lucky to go since the next departure was canceled!
