Due to the typhoon, we were unable to go snorkeling, but the staff were very flexible and we were able to experience fulfilling activities! During the drive, they also shared recommendations for sightseeing spots, which made the overall trip feel more enriching. Stand-up paddleboarding was incredibly fun!

It was a slightly exaggerated title, but for me, who was experiencing everything for the first time, it felt like all my efforts in everyday life were rewarded through this activity.
The communication with the participants (there's a bit of a lottery element here) and the cheerful, energetic staff was also one of the factors that lifted my spirits and made it very enjoyable.
What made me feel the world around me...
It was the great nature of Ishigaki Island!
And the surreal feeling of stepping into that environment to do SUP and snorkeling.
However, it's also true that these experiences are hard to come by without knowledgeable people guiding you.
There are probably various local rules as well (seriously, right?).
Our family has decided that our next activity will definitely be with pipi!
Thank you so much for everything this time! I'm looking forward to the day we can meet again!

I'm having a very fulfilling experience as I continue to explore everything systematically! We can choose our return boat at either 4 PM or 5 PM. We even get to take pictures with cows! I was a bit greedy and booked both a water buffalo cart ride and cycling at the end, so the cycling time was a bit short, which was a little disappointing. The weather was great, though, and it was the best!
計画的にどんどん体験していくので、とっても充実しています！！帰りの船も16時か17時で自分達で選択出来ます。
牛と一緒に写真を撮れたりします！
欲張って最後、水牛車とサイクリングを予約したので、サイクリングの時間が少なめだったので少し残念でした。お天気も良くて最高でした！

I had visited Ishigaki Island several times, but participating in this tour made this trip the most enjoyable memory. I was able to see a coconut crab, the weather was great, and I got to see the Milky Way, creating wonderful family memories. The guide was particularly skilled at storytelling, starting with information about the population of Ishigaki Island and providing detailed information about the surrounding islands. I had a great time during the bus rides as well. I hope to have another tour guided by them when I visit Ishigaki Island again. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Since we participated in the tour with children, I carefully checked the tour details in advance to prepare for things like bathroom breaks and nap times. Everything went according to plan.
The mangrove cruise in Iriomote Island was filled with explanations and allowed us to gain a lot of knowledge. We were able to ride the water buffalo cart twice on the round trip to Yufu Island. On Yufu Island, we had an hour and a half of free time, which was almost not enough to fully enjoy it.
On Taketomi Island, we searched for star sand at Kaiji Beach and enjoyed swimming at the shallow Kondoi Beach while looking at the Nishi Sandbar. The return ferry time can be chosen without a reservation, so depending on how the kids were feeling, we could leave early or stay longer on Taketomi Island if the kids were energetic, which was very convenient.
子連れでのツアー参加でしたので、トイレや昼寝など想定しておくためにツアー詳細を事前に念入りに確認していました。全て予定通りに進みました。
西表島でのマングローブクルーズは説明盛り沢山で知識豊富になれます。水牛車は由布島の往復で２回乗れます。由布島では、自由時間1時間半が足りないくらい満喫できました。竹富島ではカイジ浜で星砂を探して、遠浅のコンドイビーチで海水浴しながら西桟橋を眺めることもできました。
帰りのフェリーの時間は予約なしで選べるので、子供の具合次第で早く帰ることもできるし、子供が元気だからたくさん竹富島で長く遊ぶという選択もできるのがありがたかったです。

My fifth-grade daughter loves living creatures, and since we could also enjoy stargazing together, we decided to participate. We were fortunate with the weather and were able to see a night sky filled with stars that we can't see in the city. We also got to see a coconut crab properly. It rained quite a bit in the morning, but the boat to Iriomote Island was mostly stable. Even though it was raining during the mangrove cruise after arriving on the island, we were able to see the mangroves without getting wet on the boat. The guide's explanations were thorough and educational. On the bus within Iriomote Island, we learned about the history and the lives of the locals through the guide's humorous talk while enjoying the ride to the water buffalo riding area. The water buffalo cart took us through a fantastical landscape to Yufu Island, where we had lunch made with local ingredients unique to the island. While there may be mixed opinions, personally, I enjoyed a little bit of everything, and it was very delicious! I was able to get up close and take commemorative photos with the water buffalo named Rui-kun. By the time we arrived at Taketomi Island, it had completely cleared up and was quite hot. Cycling in the sand during that heat was tough (but the younger ones seemed to manage fine). I recommend an electric bike for those who aren't confident in their stamina. After returning to Ishigaki, we still had plenty of time to play, making it a very fulfilling day.
朝からかなりの雨でしたが西表島までの船はほとんど揺れず、島についてからのマングローブクルーズでも雨が降っていましたが、ボートないは濡れずにマングローブを見れました。ガイドさんの説明が丁寧で勉強になりました。西表島内のバスはガイドさんのユーモア溢れるトークで歴史や地元の人たちの生活について知ったり楽しみながら水牛乗り場まで行きました。水牛車は幻想的な風景の中由布島まで進み、島では島ならではの素材を使ったお昼をいただきました。賛否があるかもしれませんが、個人的には色々少しずつ楽しめて、かつ、とてもおいしくいただきました！水牛のるいくんに触れながらかなり至近距離で顔を近づけて記念撮影ができました。竹富島に着く頃にはすっかり晴れて暑いくらいでした。あの暑さの中、砂で足元をとられるサイクリングは辛かったです(若い方たちは問題なしかと)。体力に自信がないかたは電動サイクルをおすすめします。石垣に戻ってからもまだまだ遊ぶ時間があったので、かなり充実した一日になりました。

Before we left, I was a bit anxious because it had been raining, but once the tour started, the weather improved rapidly, and we were able to visit the long-awaited Phantom Island under a clear blue sky. It was much more beautiful than in the photos, and I was moved by the white sandy beach and the crystal-clear sea. The guide was friendly and reliable, sharing not only information about the ocean but also recommending various restaurants in Ishigaki, which made me feel at ease and enjoy the experience. There were small children with us, but they were well supported, and even the ones who were initially scared seemed to have a great time. I want to go again.

I participated with my wife. The large full moon was very beautiful, and the sea and jungle illuminated by the moonlight were stunning. Thanks to the bright moon, the forest paths and the shoreline were softly lit, allowing us to walk in nature without feeling a sense of unease, which was impressive.
As I listened closely, I could hear the sounds of insects and the calls of owls, and spending time enveloped in a silence that can't be experienced in the city was truly luxurious.
The guide carefully explained about the creatures and plants, and being able to observe hermit crabs and nocturnal animals up close was a great memory. It was heartwarming to see small children eagerly searching for creatures and asking questions.
Although I couldn't fully enjoy the starry sky, I think experiencing the unique nighttime atmosphere created by the full moon was a one-of-a-kind experience of this tour. Next time, I want to aim for the new moon to see a sky full of stars.

I was recommended by a friend who moved to Ishigaki Island, and my husband and I participated together. I was a bit scared because I'm not good with bugs, but I was able to enjoy it while feeling excited with the guide and everyone else. Watching the guide bravely trying to catch a coconut crab gave me a lot of courage. I kept saying "gross, gross!!!" but then I reflected that I must seem grosser to the bugs. (laughs)
The full moon seen in a place away from the city lights was incredibly beautiful, and looking at the calm sea and the full moon felt like it purified my heart, making it a particularly memorable moment during the trip.
Although we had to drive far from the city, the guide shared many stories about Ishigaki Island and the surrounding islands, so the time flew by. I also became interested in visiting Kuroshima and Iriomote Island. It was great to observe many small creatures that are active at night while listening to the sounds of frogs and birds, allowing me to discover a side of Ishigaki Island that I couldn't experience during the daytime sightseeing. I participated in a snorkeling tour at the Phantom Island and the Blue Cave with a friend. The Phantom Island truly lived up to its name, with a beautiful white sandy beach floating in the middle of the ocean, which was incredibly moving! It felt like a great commercial could be filmed there. Surrounded by endless blue sea, I took a lot of photos, creating the best memories.
It was my first time snorkeling, but the guide provided a thorough briefing, so I felt safe and enjoyed it. Colorful tropical fish came close to me in the water, and the corals were so beautiful that it really felt like being in a natural aquarium. The Blue Cave was also very mysterious; when sunlight streamed in, the colors of the sea sparkled beautifully! Exploring the cave was fun as well. After the experience, I felt pleasantly tired and fulfilled, making it a perfect day.
The guide was very friendly and shared a lot of information about Ishigaki Island, let us touch sea cucumbers, and took many photos and videos, creating lots of great memories. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to fully enjoy the ocean in Ishigaki Island! I also went to buy the salt sataran-dagi that the guide recommended! It was freshly fried and incredibly delicious!

青の洞窟もとても神秘的で、太陽の光が差し込むと海の色がキラキラ輝いて、とてもきれい！洞窟探検も面白かったです。体験後は程よい疲れと充実感で大満足の一日になりました。

I visited Ishigaki Island for the first time and made a reservation to experience this activity.
I participated with my wife and our lively boys aged 4, 6, and 8. I had been interested in the activities for a while, but I wasn't sure about the typhoon situation. However, since the kids were eager to explore and the weather looked good, we decided to join on the same day!
This time, we were lucky to see various things, and our guides, Yuuki and Ryu, were fantastic!
We could see quite a few stars, but since the full moon was approaching, it wasn't at its peak. However, we were able to see a level of stars that we usually don't get to see.

We participated as a family of three. In the morning, we went canoeing near the mangroves, and in the afternoon, we went snorkeling. Both were our first experiences, but the guide was friendly and taught us carefully, so we had no problems and enjoyed ourselves. During the transfers and activities, the guide shared a lot of local trivia and recommended delicious places, which was very helpful.
Moreover, the weather was great for both activities, and the water was clear, so we couldn't have asked for more. The snorkeling, in particular, was breathtaking with an abundance of fish and coral that exceeded our expectations.
We didn't bring our smartphones or cameras, but the guide took many photos from angles we couldn't capture ourselves and sent them to us the same day, so there was no need to bring them.

I participated in a day trip tour that allowed me to fully enjoy Iriomote, Yufu, and Taketomi Islands. The tour included a mangrove cruise in Iriomote, a ride on a water buffalo cart from Iriomote to Yufu, and both a water buffalo cart and rental bicycles on Taketomi Island.
First of all, arranging this on your own would likely be impossible. Bus transportation is essential on the islands, and the logistics can be quite complicated and impractical, so joining a tour is the best option.
In Iriomote and Yufu, there are set routes and schedules, so you don’t need to plan everything in advance. Yufu is a small island, so if you follow the designated route, you can see all the attractions.
On Taketomi Island, there is free time for cycling, and being able to explore the island thoroughly during this time is crucial. 私は西表・由布・竹富島を日帰りで満喫できるツアーに参加しました。西表ではマングローブ遊覧、西表～由布までの水牛車に乗り、竹富島では水牛車とレンタサイクルが楽しめるフルパッケージのツアーです。
まず、個人手配することはおそらく不可能です。島内ではバス移動が必須ですし、様々に煩雑で手間がかかりすぎて現実的ではありませんので、ツアー参加一択です。
西表、由布では決まったルート、予定が組まれているので、そこまで事前に計画を立てておかなくてもよいかと思います。由布は小さい島なので、順路に従って移動すれば島内すべてを観光できます。

At first, I was wondering what it would be like, but I was able to find coconut crabs, as well as hermit crabs and frogs, and the starry sky was beautiful. I was satisfied to have participated in the tour.
