Also, it's a good idea to book on the first day and gather plenty of recommended information about Miyako Island!
成人した娘との2人旅、担当のこめっちさん、上手く呼吸出来ない娘にとてもゆっくり丁寧に対応してくださり、すぐに不安払拭。ウミガメを見つけるのも上手だし何よりも宮古島情報をたくさんくださって、シュノーケルだけじゃ無く、その後の旅も本当に楽しめました。
予約は午後からコースでしたが、前日にお電話があり潮位の関係で午前が良いとの事で変更。
その時は分からなかったけど、仰るとおり満潮に近い方がシュノーケルし易かったので、ぜひ深く潜れる時間をオススメします。あと、一日目に予約して宮古島のオススメ情報いっぱい聞き出すと良いですよー。

This was my third time snorkeling in Miyako Island, and the service from the guide, as well as the quality of the photos taken by them, was outstanding! The day before, I participated in a snorkeling tour with another company but didn't get to see the sea turtles I was hoping for, so I booked this tour for a second chance. On the way back, they also recommended spots and restaurants in Miyako Island, showing perfect consideration.

写真も他の業者は数枚のところを、こちらは時間いっぱい撮ってくださり、それだけでも素敵な対応だなぁと思ったのに、出来上がった写真はプロ並みの綺麗さで、更に良い思い出になりました＾＾
私たちを撮っていただいた写真は50枚を超えていました！！(他業者だと自身が写っているのは5枚程度だし、写りもあまり良くありませんでした。)
他にも、当日なかなか電話に出られませんでしたが何度も掛けてくださったり、私たちカップルとお子さん連れ家族の2組の参加でしたが、それぞれの泳ぎ具合に合わせた対応をしてくださったり、帰りには宮古島のおすすめスポットやご飯屋さんを教えてくださり、心遣いも完璧でした。

申し込んだのは写真付きのプランで、写真は貰えても数枚かな？と思っていたのですが、
何十枚ものウミガメと泳いでる綺麗な写真を送ってくださり感動しました！
インストラクターのこめっちさんは明るく気さくな人で、ツアー終了後も宮古島のおすすめスポットをたくさん教えてくれました。
