I found a half-day tour departing from Naha Airport at 2 PM and booked it immediately. There were some troubles on the day, which made me anxious, but they kindly assisted me, and I was able to participate without any issues. The Kariyushi Aquarium was beautiful and fun, and both Umikaji Terrace and American Village had stunning seas and plenty of delicious food, which left me very satisfied. Above all, the guide and the driver were very kind, which was heartwarming. The guide's stories about the base, Okinawa's flowers, and local specialties were truly enjoyable! This experience for the price was a great deal. Since there were still not many people around, I hope that Okinawa returns to its usual bustling atmosphere as soon as possible. On the last day, I wanted to efficiently enjoy sightseeing, so I signed up for the "Sefa Utaki + Gangala Valley" course. At Sefa Utaki, the guide provided explanations before our arrival, which was helpful when we actually explored the site. Gangala Valley offers a variety of plants and rare insects, and you can enjoy an adventurous experience by wandering through the caves with a lantern and taking in the views from the tree terrace. I was able to enjoy it more than I had expected. It was also nice to be dropped off at the airport at the end. Since you'll be walking outside, I think it's a good idea to prepare a change of clothes, especially if you're heading straight to the airport on the last day.

My impression after finishing the tour is that it would be difficult to cover such a course in one day on my own. I was unsure about touring the northern area by rental car since I'm not good at driving, but I found a bus tour to the area I wanted to visit and decided to sign up. It turned out to be a great decision as it was very comfortable.

We were able to visit various places, and the admission fee to the Churaumi Aquarium was included in the price, making it a great deal. I enjoyed the scenery much more than I would have while nervously driving a rental car. The guide and the driver were both kind, and I'm glad I signed up!

Despite the rainy season weather making the local sightseeing slippery and difficult to walk, both the bus guide and the bus driver were considerate, and their desire for us participants to have a comfortable experience was very evident.

In the northern part of Yanbaru, I participated in my first solo bus tour. On the day of the tour, it was cloudy with occasional rain, and I was a bit anxious, but the cheerful greeting from the tour guide immediately put me at ease. The information I heard through the earphones was also educational. Thanks to the guide's flexible responses, I was able to visit the mangrove walkway, see the stunning view of Route 58 and Daishi Forest, enjoy lunch (which was a heavy downpour at that moment), visit Cape Hedo (a breathtaking view), and at Daishi Forest, I could admire the strange rocks, forest, and sea, managing to complete all the courses even though I wasn't very confident on my feet.

I was able to see the Yanbaru Kuina, and I realized that it was great to efficiently explore and learn through this tour rather than going without any knowledge. By the way, I had a great time chatting at the local sweets shop at the roadside station we stopped at (the tart and cream puffs were the best).

Next time, I want to stay in the northern area and take my time to revisit the places on my own. I must mention the tour guide, YK! Even though she must have been more tired than I was after two consecutive tours, she kept the atmosphere bright and lively throughout. What a professional! Her parting words, "Let's meet again someday!" really touched me.

From Naha, the Churaumi Aquarium is far away, and you have the option to either rent a car or join a bus tour to get there. Since we had a larger group this time, we opted for the bus tour.
The Churaumi Aquarium is located within a marine park, and the time allocated for visiting is not very long. Moreover, we were instructed to have lunch in the park and return to the bus. However, while there are a café inside the aquarium and a food court in the park, all the options are overpriced, unappetizing, and lack local flavor, making them not worth eating. When we returned to the bus parking lot, we found several diverse local restaurants around the parking area that looked very delicious. In other words, after the bus arrives and you visit the Churaumi Aquarium (which is located near the coast, down a slope from the bus parking lot), it’s recommended to skip lunch in the park, quickly head back up the slope to the parking lot, enjoy lunch at one of the diverse local restaurants nearby, and wait for the bus departure time. However, this recommended pattern of behavior is not mentioned by the guide, so be cautious.
After the aquarium, Kouri Island and Manzamo are good natural sightseeing spots, but places like the Okashi Goten and American Village are just souvenir shops, and I don't see the point in spending more time than necessary there.

水族館以降の古宇利島や万座毛は自然の観光スポットとして良いが、お菓子御殿やアメリカンビレッジは単なる土産物屋であり、ここに必要以上の滞在時間を掛ける意味を感じない。

・美ら海水族館は海洋公園の中にあり、見学に与えられた時間はそれほど長くない。しかも、公園内で昼食を取ってバスに戻る様に指示あり。

時間内に施設をお楽しみいただけるよう昼食場所は園内のご利用をおすすめしております。

・ところがバス駐車場に戻ってみれば、駐車場周辺に多彩な地元のレストランがいくつもあり、とてもおいしそう。つまり、バスが着いて美ら海水族館を見たら（バス駐車場からずっと降りて行った海岸近くにある）公園内で昼食を取らずに、サッサとスロープを上って駐車場に戻って来て、周辺の多彩なレストランで昼食を楽しんで、バスの出発時間を待つ、と言うのがお勧めの行動パターンと言える。但し、決してこの行動パターンはガイドさんからは語られないので注意、

→海洋博公園外の施設につきましては、弊社でも把握てきておらず大変失礼致しました。

・お菓子御殿やアメリカンビレッジは単なる土産物屋であり、ここに必要以上の滞在時間を掛ける意味を感じない。

→御菓子御殿は、紅芋タルトなど定番のお土産を購入されたい方には人気の場所となっており、
また、アメリカンビレッジも沖縄ならではの異国情緒あふれる観光スポットで、写真撮影や海岸沿いのカフェエリアでゆっくりくつろぐなど人気の場所となっており立ち寄りご希望されるお客様もいらっしゃいますのでツアーには組み込みさせていただいております。

ご指摘いただいた点につきまして、社内でも共有させていただき、今後の商品造成の参考にさせていただきます。
他社のバスツアーでは弊社よりも沖縄美ら海水族館での滞在が長めのバスツアーや他の観光スポット巡るバスツアーなどもございます。これでバスツアーに懲りず、また機会がございましたら、沖縄観光のバスツアーにご参加いただけると幸いです。

I was very satisfied with the packed tour. Unfortunately, lunch was set to be eaten individually at the aquarium, but since my visit was right in the middle of Golden Week, both the restaurant and snack stands were extremely crowded, and I couldn't eat anything. I wish they had told us, "Please bring your own lunch."

盛りだくさんのツアーで大変満足しました。
残念だったのは、昼食は水族館で各自が食べる設定でしたが、参加日がゴールデンウィーク真っただ中だったためレストラン、軽食売店ともに大混雑で何も食べることができませんでした。

The course and fees were reasonable. However, the tour guide from Saitama had a low, fast-paced voice and was not good at explaining things, which was the worst part. Also, using the audio guide on the bus was unnecessary, and it was only used for that purpose. There was no explanation of what it was for, and when I filed a complaint, I was met with anger, claiming they had explained it!

First, the final confirmation email only mentioned that the meeting place was the Hilton in Chatan, and when I called to confirm, I was told it was a location with parking. It would be better to provide more details since there are several parking areas. I was quite anxious in the morning. Everything else was very good! I arrived in Naha at 11 AM and had lunch, which was just the right time for our meeting. I wanted to eat at the public market, so I left the airport, but I think it would have been better to take the airport shuttle to have more time. At Masahiro Distillery, I was able to taste aged awamori and moromi vinegar, and surprisingly, they were quite easy to drink and delicious. At the Kariyushi Aquarium, I enjoyed a different concept from Churaumi. I was able to feed the sea turtles and experience fish therapy (fish that eat dead skin). At Umikaji Terrace, planes flew overhead, and I got great photos of the underside of the planes. At American Village, I got lost on the way to the bus stop, and the guide came to pick me up; I apologize for the inconvenience. The tour content was well-organized and very meaningful.

公設市場で食事がしたかったので、空港から離れましたが、空港送迎にしたほうが時間もゆっくりできたと思います。
まさひろ酒造では古酒の泡盛の試飲やもろみ酢の試飲もあり、意外と飲みやすくおいしかったです。かりゆし水族館では、美ら海とは違うコンセプトで楽しめました。ゾウガメにも餌槍もでき、フィッシュセラピー（角質を食べる魚）体験もできました。
ウミカジテラスでは、頭上を飛行機が飛び、飛行機のおなか部分をばっちり写真で取りました。アメリカンビレッジではバスのりばまでの道がわからず、ガイドさんに迎えに来ていただき、その節は大変ご迷惑をおかけいたしました。
ツアーの内容もしっかりと充実しており、とても有意義でした。

I have participated in similar tours several times, but this was my first experience visiting the Churaumi Aquarium first. However, this course is more efficient. It's a classic, but seeing the whale shark always brings a sense of calm. For lunch, I had yakisoba at the aquarium, but it was almost like "yakiudon." Manza Beach had a nice parking lot, but the old cluttered souvenir shops are gone, and it feels like the Okinawan charm that reminded me of Asia has disappeared, which made me a bit sad. Like everywhere else, it's unfortunate that due to COVID-19, we can't sample products at the souvenir shops. American Village is geared towards young people, so I found myself with too much free time. Overall, I think the cost performance of the tour is good.

I boarded from in front of the Okinawa Prefectural Office, but since there was no staff, it seems that the meeting place is difficult to find for first-timers.

これまで何度か同様のツアーに参加していますが、最初に美ら海水族館を訪れるパターンは初めてでした。でもこのコースのほうが効率的です。定番ですがジンベイザメはいつ見ても気持ちがおだやかになります。昼食は水族館内で焼きそばをいただきましたが、ほとんど「焼うどん」でした。万座毛は駐車場がきれいになっていましたが、昔のごちゃごちゃした土産物店がなくなり、アジアを連想させる沖縄らしさが消えてしまったようで、少し寂しく感じました。どこでもそうですが、コロナの影響で、土産物売り場で試食ができないのはやはり残念です。アメリカンビレッジは若者向けですので、じいさんは時間を持て余しました。ツアー全体としてはコスパはよいと思います。
なお沖縄県庁前から乗車しましたが、係員がいないため、初めての人には集合場所がわかりにくいようです。

I was picked up at the airport by a cute Hello Kitty taxi (there are only a few of them), which really boosted my spirits (^o^).

The five-hour course included the airport → Kyoda Road Station → Kouri Island → supermarket → hotel in Motobu. The kind female driver was very accommodating, even responding politely to my request to take a picture of the white flowers I saw earlier. She took me to a large local supermarket where I was able to buy unique Okinawan ingredients, allowing me to enjoy Okinawan cuisine every day (since it was a self-catering accommodation).

Why didn't I give it the highest rating? It was because of the downpour during the rainy season, which forced us to give up on visiting Nakijin Castle ruins ^^; I will definitely ask for this service again next time and seek a do-over!

かわいいキティちゃんのタクシー(数台しかない)で空港に迎えに来てくれて、テンションアップ(^o^)

５時間コースで、空港→許田道の駅→古宇利島→スーパー→本部のホテル。
親切な女性ドライバーさんで、「さっき見た白い花の写真を撮りたい」なんていう要望にも丁寧に対応してくれました。
スーパーも地元の大きな店に連れて行ってくれて、沖縄独特の食材を買うことができたので、毎日沖縄料理を楽しめました(基本自炊の宿なので)。

なぜ最高の評価にならなかったか?
それは梅雨のスコールのような雨で、今帰仁城跡観光を断念したから^^;
次の機会にはまたお願いして、リベンジします❢

First of all, the tour price is attractive.

The pickup was on time. During the bus ride, the guide shared detailed information about Okinawa and the sightseeing spots. I was glad to learn so much. Since I'm traveling alone and don't have a car, I always use the bus in Okinawa, but with this kind of tour, it's convenient and enjoyable because you just sit back and get taken to the destinations. Although it was a half-day tour, I was able to spend a more fulfilling time than I had imagined.

時間通りにお迎え。移動のバス内で、ガイドさんが、沖縄の事や、観光するスポットについて、詳しくお話ししてくださいました。
色々知る事ができてよかったです。

Unfortunately, the weather was bad, but that's why it was great to easily visit the sightseeing spots on the bus tour. Listening to the shamisen live performance while enjoying Ryukyu cuisine was the highlight. I highly recommend it!

あいにく天気は悪かったですが、だからこそバスツアーで楽に観光名所を巡れてよかったです。
あんがまでの三味線ライブを聴きながらの琉球料理はハイライトでした。
