At the first destination, the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, we were able to spend about two and a half hours exploring, including lunch. Since we had brought our own bento, we didn't need to spend time waiting in line at the shops or restaurants for lunch, which gave us some extra time. If it were crowded, it might be a bit tight to see everything.
After that, we visited Kouri Island, Manzamo, and Okashi Goten, but the stay at each location was about 20 minutes, so it felt a bit rushed, and we were busy getting on and off the bus.
The veteran bus guide had prepared various stories to keep us entertained during the journey, which was enjoyable. That said, it wasn't too lively, so if you're not interested, it's perfectly fine to relax and doze off during the ride.
Considering that the aquarium admission fee is included, I think it's a very good value tour.
最初の訪問地である美ら海水族館では、お昼を挟んで2時間半ほど見学することができました。予め、お弁当を持参していたので、昼飯のために売店やレストランに並ぶ時間が不要だったため、時間的には余裕がありました。混在時だと、全部を観るにはギリギリかも知れません。
その後、古宇利島・万座毛・御菓子御殿と続けての訪問になったのですが、各所の滞在時間が20分程度なのでやや駆け足なのと、バスに乗ったり降りたりと忙しい感じでした。
ベテランのバスガイドさんが、道中を飽きさせないようにいろいろとネタを用意してくれていて、楽しめました。とは言え、それほど賑やかでもないので、興味が無ければゆっくり居眠りしながらの移動も大丈夫だと思います。
水族館の入場料も込みということで、大変お得なツアーだと思います。

I participated in a bus tour during Golden Week. Unfortunately, it rained, but the bus guide shared stories about the history of Okinawa, and I learned so much that was new to me. Since it was raining, the bus guide and the driver kindly offered umbrellas to keep themselves dry, which was very thoughtful! The bus guide also sang songs, and it was a lot of fun! I went during the Golden Week without any restrictions. At this price, the admission to Sefa Utaki (300 yen extra) and Okinawa World, plus the round-trip bus fare, is definitely a great deal. Everyone on the bus was quiet, and the guide shared local stories, which made it enjoyable.

The Churaumi Aquarium was amazing, and I also got to visit Pineapple Park, which was the best! I was very satisfied to also go to Manzamo.
The infection control measures were thorough, with no eating on the bus and disinfection every time we boarded!

Overall, I was satisfied with the course. However, the ventilation inside the vehicle was unclear and not explained. Social distancing was not maintained. We were warned to stay tightly together during the journey. There may be a reason from the tour guide's side, as it could be difficult if someone gets separated, but on this day, the tour guide seemed to prioritize their own convenience and was very businesslike in their approach. I believe it all comes down to how things are communicated. I went with a fun mindset, but it was disappointing.
The driving was comfortable and safe. I think the quality of the tour guide can vary.

Due to the crowds during Golden Week, there were places I couldn't see at all ( ;ᯅ;)
Wait, is it already time to gather!? That happened a few times (laughs).
If you want to take your time and see each place thoroughly, it's better to rent a car yourself...
However, if you want to visit a lot of places, this is a great plan!
You can visit many of the sightseeing spots you were interested in in just one day!
Also, since I had a child with me, the bus rides were long, so I should have brought more toys and picture books...!!

On April 24th, I went on a bus tour to Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley. Unfortunately, the weather was not great, but strangely enough, during the tour, we were not rained on, and at Sefa Utaki, the rain umbrella turned into a sunshade under the bright sunshine, allowing us to feel an even more sacred atmosphere. In the Gangala Valley, the guide provided clear explanations with a touch of humor, drawing us deeper into ancient Okinawa. The guide was both intelligent and charming. I joined because I wanted to go to Daishi Forest Mountain. I was hesitant about traveling to Okinawa since I can't drive, but thanks to this tour, I was able to enjoy both the mountains and the sea in one day! The scenic spots are not just ordinary views, so I definitely recommend getting off the bus and listening to the guide's explanations. The lunch and little gifts were also very delicious.

We couldn't rent a car for our first family trip to Okinawa, so we decided to join this tour. It was definitely the right choice. The hotel pick-up service was very helpful. The tour content was truly moving. Both Kouri Island and the Churaumi Aquarium were amazing. The family photos taken by the guide were really wonderful. Thank you so much. We were truly taken care of throughout the day. I definitely want to participate in another tour. Okinawa is the best!

On the last day of my trip to Okinawa, I booked a half-day tour (to Sefa Utaki and the Gangala Valley).
It was a great way to learn about Okinawa's history (especially ancient history) and feel the sacred atmosphere, making it a perfect conclusion to my journey.
We put our luggage on the bus, and they dropped us off directly at the airport on the way back, which was very convenient.
As mentioned in other comments, there is quite a bit of walking involved, and some areas have gravel, so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
沖縄旅行の最終日に、半日ツアー（斎場御嶽とガンガラーの谷）を申し込みました。
沖縄の歴史（特に古代）を学べ、神聖な雰囲気を感じる事が出来て、旅の締めくくりに最適でした。
バスに荷物を入れ、帰りはそのまま空港で降ろしてもらえたので、とても楽チンでした。

Although there were only a few participants, it was a tour on a large sightseeing bus. Despite signs of a resurgence in COVID-19 cases in Okinawa, infection prevention measures were firmly in place. The bus guide did not cut corners even with the small group and provided interesting insights about Okinawa from various perspectives. Since Saijo-otaki is the site of the inauguration ceremony for the Shinkō Daikū, it reminded me of the drama "Tempest" that I had seen before. I learned from the local guide that the Valley of Gangala is a site of archaeological excavations of ancient people, making it a valuable location from an archaeological standpoint. We were blessed with good weather, and the trees were beautiful, so I was glad to participate.

Since it was after spring break, there were only four participants in the tour, and the compact seafood lunch was very filling. The small souvenirs were also great. The weather at Cape Henoko, the northernmost point, was excellent, and the scenery was stunning. In March, I took a solo trip and joined a bus tour to the Churaumi Aquarium. During this time, there were mostly young people on graduation trips, but I happened to enjoy the Okinawa tour with other elderly women from the starting point all the way to the American Village. Since it was my first time in Okinawa, the bus tour was convenient. I was amazed by the underwater fish and the clarity of the water while on the submarine at Manza Beach. I had hoped to go snorkeling, but unfortunately had to give up due to age restrictions; however, I had plenty of fun with the submersible. I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the Churaumi Aquarium. The dolphin show was also wonderful. The guide's attentive service was great, and I appreciated that they accommodated the seating for solo travelers on the bus.

Since the previous day was a full-day tour of the Churaumi Aquarium from morning to night, I opted for a half-day tour. The Sefa Utaki was mysterious, and perhaps because it was a weekday, there were few people, allowing for a calm visit. The shows and the limestone cave at Okinawa World were fantastic! The weather was great. After visiting the Sefa Utaki, I had a little extra time, so I walked to Chinen Misaki Park nearby and enjoyed the view of the Okinawa sea and the nearby Kudaka Island. Ontake and Gangala were both great. I think these are must-sees, but the bus guide's timing didn't match mine. I felt that they should have explained the procedures for getting off the bus and where to board more accurately.

I participated with my first-grade daughter. We enjoyed a course that we couldn't have covered on our own, including the Churaumi Aquarium, Pineapple Park, and Okashi Goten.
My daughter seemed to have a lot of fun relaxing with tea while watching sharks at the Churaumi Aquarium and riding attractions at Pineapple Park. She said, "Let's take the sightseeing bus again when we go to Okinawa!"
We were able to take our time at each place and experience Okinawa at our own pace.

I participated in mid-March.
The price, which includes admission to the Churaumi Aquarium, is very reasonable! The itinerary is well thought out, allowing you to efficiently visit the representative tourist spots of Okinawa. The time allocated for each spot was also appropriate. During the bus ride, the guide kept us entertained with interesting stories, so I never got bored. (Of course, if you feel sleepy, you can just take a nap, haha.)
I believe this tour has a very high customer satisfaction rate, but if I were to point out one area for improvement, it would be the bus seating. Given how comprehensive this tour is, there might be many participants on weekends, leading to a full bus. However, since I participated on a weekday, there weren't many participants, and there was plenty of space on the bus. Even so, all seats were assigned, and I wondered if it was necessary to cram everyone into one area of the bus. (There were different groups sitting in front and beside me.)
I think we should avoid crowding for COVID-19 safety reasons, and since I was participating alone, sitting next to and in front of lively groups made me feel uncomfortable. Additionally, the other groups seemed a bit puzzled as I was mixed in with a group of six.
Of course, it can't be helped when the bus is full, but when there is enough seating available, I think it would enhance customer satisfaction to allow each group to maintain a certain distance and use the bus more spaciously without incurring significant costs or effort.
Especially on tours like this, I believe that those participating alone are quite considerate about joining (there are often questions in the Q&A like "Can I participate alone?").
Rather than seating solo participants right next to lively groups, I think it would be better to give them a bit of distance and seat them in quieter areas.
(Well, this might also depend on personal preference, so perhaps it would be better to make it open seating. There are many tours that offer free seating.)

移動中もバスガイドさんが終始、興味深いお話を聞かせてくれ、退屈しません。
（もちろん眠たかったら寝ればいいと思います笑）
非常に顧客満足度が高いツアーだと思われますが、ひとつ改善点を上げるとすればバスの座席でしょうか。
これだけ充実したツアーなのできっと土日は多数の人が参加してバスも満席になるかもしれませんが、私が参加したのは平日だったので、参加者もあまり多くなく、バスの座席にも十分に余裕がありました。
それなのに、全席指定席で、参加者をバスの一か所にぎゅっと集める必要はないのでは？と思いました。
（前後も隣も別のグループが座っていました）
コロナ対策という意味でも密は避けるべきだと思いますし、私は一人参加でしたので、すぐ隣、そしてすぐ前後で他のグループの方々が賑やかに騒いでる中で、一人ぽつんと座っているのは居心地が悪く、また他のグループも、６人グループの中に私が挟まれるように混じっているので、若干、首をかしげているようでした。
もちろん満席の時は仕方がないと思いますが、今回のように十分に座席に余裕がある時は、各グループで一定の距離を取りつつ、バスを広々と使えば、大したコストや手間をかけることもなく、顧客の満足をより高められるのではと思います。
特にこういうツアーですと、「一人参加」の人は、相当に気を遣って参加していると思います（よくQAに「一人でも参加できますか？」などの質問がありますよね）
そうした一人参加の方を賑やかなグループ参加のすぐ隣に座らせるよりは、少し距離を取って静かな席に座らせたほうがいいかと思います。
（まあこのあたりも個人の好みかと思いますので、いっそのこと、自由席とするか。席が自由席のツアーも数多くあります）
