I used this service on the first day of my three-day tour in Okinawa. The female instructor was very friendly and made it a lot of fun. She was a bit anxious about heights, but the instructor positioned herself in the middle, allowing us to ride together as a group of three, which completely alleviated my worries. I was very satisfied. I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.

沖縄3日間のツアー初日に利用させて頂きました。
インストラクターの女性の方がとても気さくで楽しかったです、彼女が高い場所が苦手で不安だったのですが、インストラクターの方が真ん中に入り3人の状態で乗らせて頂き、不安も全く無く、大満足です。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

The mangroves are sparse due to the river in the city. However, you can enjoy a leisurely kayak ride down the river. Along the way, the guide will take photos for you at a large mangrove area.

市内の川のためマングローブは少なめです。ですがゆったりカヤックで川下りできて十分楽しめます。途中大きなマングローブのところでガイドさんが写真を撮ってくれます。

The experience was really good considering the hassle of renting a car alone.

However, the bus guide was terrible.

When she spoke, it felt like she was instructing her subordinates, and even though she was just confirming things, she came off as very condescending.

She was kind to the foreign tourists who were late to the meeting point, which was frustrating.

Also, we were told to meet at a certain spot, but even after four of us searched for ten minutes, we couldn't find it.

Some people gave up on the activity.

She was smiling at the foreigners and spoke politely.

I can read like anyone else, so...

I felt discriminated against as a Japanese person while in Japan. Others mentioned they were too scared to ask questions because they felt they would be scolded.

内容は、一人でレンタカー借りる手間を考えればすごく良かった。

ただ、バスガイドさんが、酷すぎました。

何か話す時、上司が部下に指導するみたいで、確認しているだけなのに高圧的でした。

集合場所に遅刻した外国人には優しく接していてモヤモヤ。

あと、ここにいると言われたのに、4人がかりで10分探してもいない。

アクティビティ諦めた方もいました。

外国の方には笑顔でした。話し方も丁寧。

人並みに、リーディングは出来るので…

日本にいて、日本人差別された気分です。
他の方も、怖いし、怒られそうで聞けないって言っていましたよ。

There are many experience facilities to choose from, and with this, you can visit major tourist spots at a great price, which was nice.

If it includes places to go and things to eat, I think it would be really worth it.

However, it seems to be mainly used by overseas visitors, as I was approached as a foreigner everywhere I went, which made me laugh.

The way to access the QR code was a bit unclear, and I struggled for about 30 minutes before entering. When I called for inquiries, it was likely someone from overseas who assisted me. Their response was very quick and kind, but the explanations were a bit hard to understand.

As for the food and drink tickets, the restaurants are clustered in certain areas, so if you don't plan carefully, it might be difficult to use them.

This time, my trip to Okinawa was sightseeing without a car, but I wanted to visit places other than Naha, so I booked this tour. I was able to fully enjoy Okinawa as I was taken to various sightseeing spots! There were participants from different countries besides Japanese people, and they prepared a very easy-to-understand audio guide, which deepened my understanding of Okinawa. The audio guide was available in multiple languages, so I think everyone can enjoy it regardless of nationality. The bus was comfortable to sit in, and the windows were kept clean, allowing me to take beautiful photos of the scenery from the window. Each person received a bottle of water when boarding, which was very helpful. At the Churaumi Aquarium, we had about three hours to explore, so I enjoyed it to the fullest! If I have the opportunity to come to Okinawa again, I would definitely like to participate once more!

今回の沖縄旅行は車なしの観光でしたが、那覇以外の観光地にも行ってみたいと思いこちらのツアーを予約しました。
色々な観光地に連れて行ってもらえたので、沖縄を満喫することができました！
参加者は日本人以外にも各国の方がいらっしゃったのですが、とてもわかりやすい内容の音声ガイドを準備してくださっており、沖縄への理解を深めることが出来ました。
音声ガイドは各国の言語に対応していたので、国籍問わず楽しめると思います。
バスも座り心地が良く、窓も清潔に保たれていて車窓からの景色もきれいに写真を撮ることが出来ました。
乗車時にはペットボトルの水を1人ずつもらえたので、大変助かりました。
美ら海水族館も、参観時間も約3時間あったので思い存分楽しめました！
また沖縄に来る機会があれば、ぜひもう一度参加したいです！

From Kencho-mae, we were able to efficiently visit Manzamo, Pineapple Park, Okashi Goten, Kouri Ohashi, and Churaumi Aquarium by sightseeing bus. The time spent at each location seemed just right. I think it would be nice to have a course that includes lunch as well. Additionally, I felt that having more explanations from the guide would have been beneficial.

県庁前から、万座毛、パイナップルパーク、御菓子御殿、古宇利大橋、美ら海水族館を観光バスで効率良く巡れました。各場所の時間もちょうど良かったように思います。昼食付きのコースもあると良いと思いました。
また、ガイドさんの説明ももっとあれば良いと思いました。

I had a great time!

I visited my first choice, the aquarium, and stopped by a pharmacy to shop along the way. I also enjoyed delicious sea grapes for lunch.

Since I still had some time, I visited other tourist spots as well. The taxi was equipped with reclining seats, so I was able to comfortably rest during the ride.

I spent a very enjoyable 7 hours until I reached the airport.

The waves were a bit high while kayaking. At first, I felt uneasy due to the rocking, but as I continued, it became enjoyable. After returning to the beach and taking a break, unfortunately, we couldn't go to the Blue Cave, but we had a snorkeling experience in the sea in front of the store. I was able to see many different kinds of fish, which was really exciting and fun.

The staff member, Izumi, explained various things and took a lot of photos for us. She was very nice, and we had a great experience. I would love to request her again when I visit Okinawa.

少し波の高さがありカヤックを漕いでる時、
始めは揺れて不安だったが進んでるうちに楽しくなってきた。浜に戻り休憩後、残念ながら青の洞窟へは行けなかったけど店舗前の海でシュノーケル体験。たくさんの種類の魚を見れてテンション⤴︎⤴︎楽しかったです。
スタッフの泉(せん)ちゃんが、色々説明をしてくれたり写真をたくさん撮ってくれたり、
とても良い人で楽しく体験できました。
また沖縄に訪れた時はお願いしたいです。

It was my first time in Okinawa, and since I don't drive, I joined a bus tour that included the places I wanted to visit. They efficiently took us to various locations, which saved both time and energy, so it was great. Although the person accompanying us was not a guide but an attendant staff member, they provided explanations at key points and shared recommendations for delicious food, which was very helpful. It was a fun and satisfying day. Thank you very much.

初めての沖縄でしたが、車を運転しないので、行きたいところが入っているバスツアーに参加しました。各所へ効率よく連れて行っていただき、時間も体力も無駄にならずよかったです。同乗されていたのは、ガイドさんではなくアテンドスタッフの方とのことでしたが、要所要所で説明してくださり、また、美味しいものなど教えていただき、とてもよかったです。楽しく満足な1日でした。ありがとうございました。

We participated with our family, including those in their 60s. We got used to the movements during the mangrove kayaking in the first half, and in the second half, we were able to see a beautiful sunset during the sunset kayaking.

Right at the start of the new year, we received a lot of natural energy from Okinawa!

Although it was a last-minute reservation, I was relieved that everything was handled smoothly. The instructor, Mr. Yakabe, was also very enjoyable to listen to! I definitely want to visit again when I travel to Okinawa. Thank you very much!

1/4、60代含む家族で参加させていただきました。前半のマングローブカヤックで動きに慣れ、後半のサンセットカヤックでは綺麗な夕日をみることができました。
新年早々、沖縄の自然パワーをたくさんもらいました！

当日急な予約になってしまいましたが、スムーズにご対応いただけて安心でした。
インストラクター屋嘉部さんのお話も、とても楽しかったです！

I participated with my high school and middle school children. I was a bit anxious about whether beginners could enter the winter sea during New Year's, but it turned out to be amazing!!

Instead of kayaking, we started our adventure by climbing along the rocks near the cave. And then, we found the Blue Cave all to ourselves! It was truly beautiful and mystical, surrounded by many colorful fish!

After exiting the cave, a beautiful underwater world unfolded beneath the cloudy waves, and we forgot about the cold as both adults and children became engrossed in snorkeling! It was truly a wonderful experience.

Kayaking was fun, even though it was cold when the wind blew, and I appreciated that our stamina was taken into consideration.

高校生・中学生の子供と参加させて頂きました。初心者がお正月の冬の海に入れるのか、不安もありましたが。結果、さいこーでした！！
行きはカヤックではなく洞窟近くから岩場をつたってアドベンチャー気分。そして誰もいない青の洞窟！本当に美しく神秘的で、周りにはたくさんのきれいな魚たち！
洞窟から出て曇天の白波の下にも美しい海中の世界が広がり、寒いのも忘れて大人も子供もシュノーケリングに夢中！本当に素晴らしい経験をさせて頂きました。
カヤックも、風がふくと寒いものの、体力を考慮して頂きつつ、楽しかったです。
写真撮影、追加でお願いして良かった！！大満足！さやちゃん、ありがとうございました！

What surprised me was that 90 percent of the passengers were from the neighboring great country. They looked just like us, so I didn't realize until I heard their language (laughs). However, the explanations were provided through a smartphone app, so it wasn't too bothersome. In fact, unlike domestic tour buses, it was quiet, with most people sleeping and no conversations. It was a windy day, so even with a down jacket, it was tough in a leather jacket—Manza Beach is formidable.

It had been several years since I last visited the Tropical Dream Center, but there were more facilities, and it was very impressive. The viewpoint I skipped last time became my favorite this time. The wind was strong, but I definitely recommend it. Although it was a bit of a long bus tour, the staff (all from overseas) were very kind and helpful, and I am grateful. I also appreciate them coming to pick us up when we misunderstood and were a bit late.

驚いたのは、乗客の90パーセントがお隣の大国のお方。見た目も当方と変わらないので、言葉を聞くまで分からなかった(笑)ただ説明はスマホのアプリをとうして聞く形だったので、そんなには気にならなかった。むしろ、国内のツアーバスと違って静か、ほとんど寝ていて会話なし。風が強い日だったので、ダウンがあっても大丈夫なくらい、皮ジャンでは辛かったです、恐るべし万座毛。熱帯ドリームセンターは、何年かぶりだったけど、設備が増えていて、とても見ごたえあり。前回はスルーした遠見台、今回での一番のお気に入り。風は強いけれど、ぜひおすすめ。少し長いバスツアーだったけれど、スタッフの方々（すべて海外のお方）は言葉の不自由もなくとても親切で感謝。勘違いして少々遅刻した我々をお迎えに来てもらい更に感謝。
　

I was looking for winter activities in Okinawa and ended up here. The weather was clear on the day of our visit, the scenery was beautiful, and we were able to see various creatures, making the time fly by. The guide's explanations were helpful, and we enjoyed kayaking as well. I also learned about mangroves, which made for a great experience. I participated with my high school and college-aged children, and it seemed to be the most fun they had in Okinawa. Thank you very much.

沖縄で冬のアクティビティを探していたところ、こちらにたどり着きました。
当日は快晴で、景色もよく、色々な生き物をみることもでき、あっという間の時間でした。
ガイドさんの説明もあり、カヤックも楽しく乗れましたし、マングローブの事も知ることができ良い経験になりました。
高校生と大学生の子供と参加しましたが、沖縄で一番楽しかったようです。

Nago Pineapple Park is a place that's not easy to visit individually. The self-driving carts were fun, the dinosaur exhibits were impressive, and the freshly made cornet was delicious.

At the Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium, if you're using a rental car, you need to wait in a long line for parking, but it was nice to be able to enter smoothly using the bus-only parking lot. I also enjoyed the dolphin show without any issues.

I visited Manzamo for the first time since the guidance facility was built, and it was great to have a place to rest after seeing the sights. I would like to participate in other courses if I have the opportunity again.

なかなか個人では行きづらい名護パイナップルパーク。
自動運転のカートも楽しく、恐竜の展示も見応えがあり、作りたてのコロネも美味しくてよかったです。
美ら海水族館もレンタカーだと駐車場の長い行列に並ぶ必要がありますが、観光バス専用の駐車場でスムーズに入れてよかったです。イルカショーも無事、楽しめました。
万座毛もガイダンス施設が出来てから初めて行きましたが、見た後休憩できる場所ができていてよかったです。
また機会があれば他のコースにも参加したいと思います。

It was a day with high waves that caused the morning flight to be canceled, and the ride there felt especially like a thrilling amusement park attraction, with plenty of splashes. However, thanks to the guidance of the veteran crew, we were able to encounter a whale beautifully. We patiently waited for the whale to come up to the surface, and when we finally saw its back and tail, I was completely thrilled. It was wonderful.

午前の便が欠航になるような波の高い日で、行きは特に絶叫系の乗り物のようで波も浴び放題でしたが、ベテランクルーのみなさんの案内で見事にくじらに遭遇できました。くじらが水面まで上がってくるのをじっと待って、背中や尾びれが見えた時はすっかり興奮してしまいました。良かったです。

The experience of the trip can vary greatly depending on the driver. The atmosphere inside the car can positively or negatively affect the overall vibe of the journey, so it's really important.

ドライバーさんによって旅の内容がかなり変わります。車内の雰囲気で旅の雰囲気が良くも悪くも変わりますので本当に大切です。

We were a total of 9 people, 6 adults and 3 toddlers, on our New Year's trip.

When we exited the baggage claim area at Naha Airport, the driver was waiting for us with a name board and guided us to the hire car in about a minute's walk.

The three child seats we requested at the time of booking were already set up, allowing us to head to the hotel right away.

Our female driver, Ms. Oomine, was very kind and pleasant, paying attention to details like the air conditioning in the car. She maintained a perfect balance of being attentive without being intrusive, and she was knowledgeable about the shops around the hotel area, truly a professional.

It was a very seamless and comfortable transfer. I would definitely like to use this service again if the opportunity arises. Thank you very much.

大人6名、幼児3名の総勢9名でのお正月旅行でした。

那覇空港の手荷物受取場から出たところでドライバーの方がネームボードを持って待っていてくださり、歩いて1分ほどでハイヤーまで案内してくれました。

予約時にお願いしていたチャイルドシート3つもすでにセッティングされており、すぐにホテルに向けて出発することができました。

女性ドライバーの大嶺さんはとても優しく感じの良い方で、車内の空調など細かいところまでご配慮いただきました。付かず離れずのちょうど良い距離感で、ホテル周辺のお店などの情報も詳しい、プロフェッショナルな方でした。

とてもシームレスで快適な送迎でした。また機会があったらぜひ利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

I am truly grateful to our driver, Mr. Shimabukuro! Thanks to him, we had the best New Year's holiday! He took us to places even better than we wanted to go!! I definitely look forward to working with him again next time!

My 10-year-old son had his first surfing experience, and with some support, he was able to stand up on the board!

10歳の息子が初めてのサーフィンを経験させてもらいましたが、サポートいただきながら何とか立てるまでになりました！

The explanation was enjoyable. Other tour companies provided raincoats and waterproof pants, but there were none available, so my backside and pants got completely soaked. During the winter season, I would have at least wanted a vinyl raincoat, even if it was for a fee.

説明は楽しかったです。
他の催行会社さんはカッパや防水ズボンを用意していたのにそれが無くお尻、ズボンがびしょ濡れでした。冬の時期にはせめて有料でもビニルカッパくらいは欲しかったです。

Although the time was short and it was a bit hectic, I was able to do a lot of sightseeing, and it was great to see the Churaumi Aquarium and the dolphin show. However, it was disappointing that some people were late for the meeting time. If we don't stick to the scheduled time for sightseeing, it can affect the rest of the day.

時間が短く、バタバタでしたが、たくさん観光ができ、美ら海水族館もイルカのショーも見ることができよかったです。
ただ、集合時間に遅れる人がいたのが残念でした。決められた時間内での観光をしてくれないと後に響くので。

I arrived at the workshop earlier than the scheduled time, and from there, I received thorough explanations and hands-on instruction on woodworking techniques (how to carve wood, finishing methods, etc.).

I participated in fountain pen making. The nib of the fountain pen was only available in size "M," but it was compatible with both cartridges and converters. The woodworking process begins with selecting the wood. There are native Okinawan woods as well as foreign ones, each with unique characteristics in terms of hardness and color, so you can choose the wood according to your preference. After that, you will learn how to carve using trial wood, making it easy for beginners to work confidently.

Having an image of the pen you want to create (processing image: thickness, shape, color, etc.) beforehand will make it easier to process the wood. If you visualize the pen's thickness in millimeters, it will be clearer how much wood to carve away. You can also measure the pen's thickness during the work.

参加予定時間よりも早めに工房に到着しましたが、そこから木工加工（木の削り方、仕上げの仕方など）時間をかけて説明と実技指導をして頂きました。

私が参加したのは万年筆づくりでした。
万年筆のペン先は太さが「M」のみでしたが、カートリッジ、コンバーター両方に対応したシリンダでした。
木工加工木では、最初に木材選びから始まります。
沖縄固有の木材や海外のものもあり、それぞれに固さや色に特徴があるので好みで木材を選びましょう。
その後、試行用の木材で削り方を学ぶので、初めての方でも安心して作業ができます。

最初に作成するペンのイメージ（加工イメージ：ペンの太さ、形、色など）を持っておくと、木材の加工がしやすいと思います。
ペンの太さはミリ単位でイメージしておくと木を削る量がわかりやすくなります。作業中にペンの太さを測ることもできます。

The bus guide and driver were kind and provided excellent service. The guide shared various stories, and they were very friendly. It was great to efficiently visit many places, creating wonderful memories. I'm glad I participated. The tour was almost fully booked, but everyone was punctual, which was nice.

バスのガイドさん、運転手さんは優しくて接客が良かったです。ガイドさん、色んなお話をしてくれました。とても親切でした。
色んな場所を効率よく回れて良い思い出になりました。参加して良かったです。
バスがほぼ満席になるツアーでしたが皆さん時間をよく守っていて良かったです。

This was my second time, but it was my husband's first visit to Okinawa! He was so moved by Okinawa that he was left speechless by the various places we experienced. This tour takes you to all the best spots and is absolutely the best tour. I highly recommend it! We are already talking about wanting to return to Okinawa after the reconstruction of Shuri Castle.

Since it was the end of the year, there were few participants, and I felt that we could relax throughout the event. It was my first experience on a glass-bottom boat, and I felt that the sight of colorful fish swimming in the clear sea was a unique scene of Okinawa. At the Churaumi Aquarium, I was also able to see the main attraction, the whale shark, and I was very satisfied.

当日は年末ということもあり、参加人数が少なく全体を通してゆったりと過ごせた印象です。
グラスボートは初めての体験だったのですが、透き通った海に色とりどりの魚が泳ぐ姿が沖縄ならではの光景だなと感じました。
美ら海水族館ではメインのジンベイザメも見れ、大満足です。

After departing, we moved over the sea for a while. When we arrived at the point, we moved to the inner cabin, and the cabin sank. It was nice that we could look out from the front window, as the view was wide. However, the actual time was short, and it went by in an instant. What was disappointing was that the young female staff member, although not meaning any harm, was rather unfriendly and seemed to just be going through the motions, providing instructions without much engagement. I would have appreciated a bit more smiling or explanations. Well, I guess that's how it is...

出港してから、しばらく海上を移動。ポイントに着くと、内側の船室に移動して、船室が沈下します。正面の窓から眺めらるので、視界が広いのはよかった。でも、実質の時間は短く、あっという間でした。残念だったのは、係員の若い女の人が、(悪気はないが)あいそなく、黙々とルーティーンのように、指示説明だけしておられたこと。
もう少し笑顔とか、解説とか欲しかった。ま、こんなもんかなぁ……でした。
