The guide spoke at length (in Japanese) during the entire tour and got a sense we were missing out on quite of bit of information and trivia. That was unfortunate. For instance we didn’t understand why Manzamo, a beauti... moreful example of nature, was significant.

The pineapple tour was a bust. Didn’t get anything out of that.

The aquarium was awesome. But it’s a full day activity instead a couple of hours.

Overall, the tour was rushed with strict time guidelines. But that’s to be expected as there were lots of stops which included souvenir shopping.

This even was extremely organised, making it a lot more enjoyable. The fireworks was spectacular. The food near the area was very good and the toilets were extremely clean as well. I really liked the fireworks exploding ... moreright above us, so you could watch it while sleep. The lighting in the area was nice as well. I really liked how the fireworks went with the song. The speakers were loud making it easy for people further back to hear.

It’s a amazing experience with all the local people and tourists, good songs excellent firework and good vibe

My family and I decided to book an Alphard through Veltra from the airport to our hotel (5-hour tour). We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Shiro Kawashima as our driver and tour guide. This was our first time visiting Oki... morenawa, and we hadn’t done much planning in advance. Mr. Kawashima took the time to make recommendations for a lunch destination, and show us pamphlets for great spots to check out that were between the airport and hotel. He was an excellent driver, very patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about Okinawa. We had such an amazing experience that we decided to book him a couple days later for an 8-hour tour to the aquarium and some other destinations, which was even better. The car was very comfy and would be great for a family of up to 5, I would say. All in all, if you want excellent service, a comfortable ride, and a knowledgeable guide to help you maximize your time in Okinawa, I would highly recommend Mr. Kawashima! Thank you!

The tour guide was awful she only spoke in Japanese which I was told by hotel they should all speak Japanese, English and Chinese. We stopped off at 1 place which was not on the guide. The audio equipment did not work in... more the coach some people were given it some didn’t get it. If she wanted to communicate she just held a piece of paper with what she wanted us to do. She kept singing in Japanese and no one had a clue what the song was about. I would certainly not recommend her as a tour guide or even recommend this company. 100% unhappy customer.
