I came to Osaka from Hiroshima with my mother to listen to my eldest son's research presentation at university. My mother, who has Alzheimer's disease, can only retain memories for about 10 minutes, but her dedicated doctor told us that if there are enjoyable and happy moments, even for just that short time, it can slow the progression of the disease. So, we decided to participate in the two-story bus tour on the Namba route. The season was perfect, the view was amazing, and my mother was very happy.

We were blessed with good weather, making it a pleasant tour, but I think sun protection measures are essential since the sunlight shines directly down. Each seat had a fan for heat relief. We leisurely explored the famous spots in Osaka while listening to the guide's explanations, and it was very enjoyable to see things from a different perspective due to the height. I chose the fax method, but when I tried to send it, there were system errors on the site, and I attempted three times without success. As the meeting time was approaching, I hurriedly emailed the contact listed on the site, and they called me back right away, saying that since the payment was confirmed online, I could just inform the guide, and everything would be fine.
