Since it was after the peak of the autumn leaves, we were able to enjoy sightseeing smoothly without any traffic.

I strongly recommend that those meeting at Kyoto Station check the location of Japan Travel in advance. I asked four locals, but none could give me clear directions.

Here are some points that are not clear just from the map:
1. To get to the opposite exit, you need to go up to the second floor first. There are stairs (and escalators) along the way through the free passage, which can be challenging for first-timers.
2. Right outside the Karasuma Exit, there is a rotary for tourist buses, which can be confusing.
3. I was lucky to ask a passing police officer, but according to him, there are two Japan Travel locations in the area.

I think most people who sign up for the tour are not familiar with Kyoto, so it would be helpful if Veltra could provide a photo of the meeting place.

紅葉のピークを過ぎた時期だったこともあり、渋滞もなくスムーズに観光できました。

京都駅集合の方は予め日本旅行の場所を確認しておくことを強くおすすめします。地元の方4人に尋ねましたが明確に分かる方はいませんでした。

地図だけではわからないポイントを上げます。
①反対の出口に行くには一度2階に上がる必要がある。自由通路を突っ切る途中にも階段（エスカレーター）があるなど初めての人には難易度が高い。
②烏丸口に出てすぐの場所は観光バス用ロータリーがあり紛らわしい。
③私は運良く通りかかったお巡りさんに聞けたのでよかったが、お巡りさん曰く周辺には日本旅行が2店舗あるらしい。

ツアーに申し込む人は京都に不慣れな方がほとんどだと思うので、ここはベルトラの方が集合場所を写真付き掲載してくれるとよいと思います。

The annual winter girls' gathering in Osaka, the Festival of Lights, is now in its fourth year. The warm open deck was fantastic, and what stood out the most was the female guide. If she is the one guiding us, I would definitely consider coming back next year. We have this girls' gathering in Osaka twice a year from various places.

毎年恒例の大阪での冬の女子会、光の饗宴も今年で４回目、暖かかくオープンデッキも最高でした、特に良かったのは女性のガイドの方でした、この方が案内してくれるのなら、来年も有りです。各地から大阪での年２回の女子会です。

It was really great to be able to move smoothly while avoiding crowds during the holiday. I was able to rest while traveling by bus, so I could enjoy sightseeing at each landmark without getting tired.

連休中の参加だったので、人混みを避けてスムーズに移動出来たのが本当に良かったです。バスで移動中に休めたので、各名所で疲れずに観光出来ました。

It was convenient to take the train from Kyoto Station to Fushimi Inari Shrine since I wanted to experience riding the train. The tour guide was also kind and friendly, which made me very satisfied. I would like to join another tour if the opportunity arises.

京都駅から伏見稲荷神社までは、電車移動でしたが、電車にも乗ってみたかったので、好都合できた。
添乗員さんも、親切なおかつ気さくな方で大満足です。
また機会があれば別のツアーにも参加してみたいです。

I was worried that it might be a cheap and rough tour, but the guide was very accommodating, and I had a great time. I am very satisfied.

値段が安く雑なツアーかなと不安に思っていましたがガイドの方も対応が良くとても楽しめ非常に満足しています。

Even though announcements are being made, I can't hear them at all, so I end up missing the points of interest in the illumination.

It's not that the voices of the passengers are particularly loud; it's just that the external noise from the open bus is the issue. I would appreciate it if you could consider placing multiple speakers or other improvements.

Since many of the passengers are tourists, we need guidance to understand the points of interest. If we keep missing them, it feels like we’re finishing without really understanding anything, which is a shame.

せっかくアナウンスをしているのに、全然聞こえないのでイルミネーションのポイントを見逃してしまいます。

特に乗客の声が騒がしい訳ではないので、オープンバスゆえの外部の騒音のせいですが、スピーカーを複数配置するなどの工夫をして頂きたいてす。

乗客は観光客が多いのでガイドして貰わないとポイントが分かりません。見逃してばかりではよく分からないうちに終わってしまって勿体ないです。

It felt a bit hectic, taking almost a whole day, but it was great to have bus transportation since moving around individually would have been difficult. The guide's attentiveness was excellent both in the first half and the second half. The price also seemed reasonable. If I have the chance, I would like to use this service again.

I thought it was mentioned that the bus had mobile charging available?

I participated in the last day of the event at Universal ^ ^ I was worried it might be cold since it was an open bus without a roof, but they lent me a blanket and even gave me a heat pack ^ ^ I live in Kyushu and am used to the illuminations at Huis Ten Bosch, so I felt the illuminations here were a bit lacking, but considering the price, I thought it was sufficient. I'm glad I took part ^ ^

ユニバーサルへ行く残日に参加しました^ ^ 屋根なしオープンバスなので寒いかな、と心配しましたが、膝掛けを貸して頂き、カイロまで頂きました^ ^
九州に住んでおりハウステンボスのイルミネーションを見慣れており、イルミネーションは少し寂しく感じましたが、お値段にしたら十分かなと思いました
利用させて頂き良かったです^ ^

I participated in the autumn foliage season in mid-November. It was incredibly crowded everywhere. I thought I would only be able to visit one place if I went on my own. I'm glad I joined this tour, which allowed us to comfortably and efficiently visit the main attractions by bus. The tour guide also provided various explanations during the journey, which was educational.
Only the visit to Fushimi Inari involved taking a train from Kyoto Station. The tour guide and one family panicked when boarding the train. When traveling in a group using public transportation, let's remember to stay calm.

11月半ばの紅葉シーズンに参加しました。とにかくどこも大混雑。自力で行ったら一箇所しか回れないだろうなと思いました。バスで快適に、効率よく目玉スポットを回れるこのツアーに参加してよかったです。添乗員さんも移動中に色々と説明をしてくれたので勉強になりました。
伏見稲荷だけ京都駅から電車移動だった。添乗員さんと一家族が電車に乗る際に大パニックしてました。集団行動で公共交通機関に乗るときは落ち着いて行動しましょう

I think this tour is not suitable for those who want to take their time sightseeing, as the time allocated after arriving at the tourist spots is short. After getting off the bus, the guide took us to the recommended sightseeing locations, but the walking pace was fast, making it quite physically challenging for someone in their 50s like me. However, thanks to this, I was able to visit four sightseeing spots. Thank you very much.

　観光地に着いてからの時間設定が短い為、ゆっくり観光したい方には不向きだと思います。
　バスを降りて、おすすめ観光地までガイドさんが案内して下さったのですが、歩くペースが早く、50代の自分には、中々体力的に厳しい観光になりました。
　しかしおかげで、観光場所は四ヶ所巡ることが出来ました。ありがとうございました。
　

I had always taken the subway to my destination, but this time, moving above ground helped me rediscover the charm of Osaka. I was glad to hear the guide explain many things I didn't know, like "Mido-suji" and "Kuidakore." Next time, I want to try the Umeda route. I was also surprised by the many temples I learned about this time. There are just too many tourists in Kyoto, so I'm switching to Osaka! (laughs)

いままで地下鉄で目的地に行ってばかりでしたが今回地上を移動してみて
大阪の良さを再認識しました。ガイドさんの「みどう筋」、「くいだおれ」
・・・沢山の知らなかったことを説明して頂けて良かったです。
次回はうめだルートに行ってみたいです。今回知った数多くのお寺にも驚きでした。京都はあまりに観光客が多いので大阪に切り替えです!(笑)

My boyfriend's mother came from Kyushu, so we traveled together. It was challenging to walk around, but we were able to take a bus tour, and the guide was very clear and provided information at just the right moments, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful illuminations thoroughly. It was indeed cold, but we received a hand warmer and were lent a blanket, so with my own gloves, scarf, and mask (my face was very cold), I managed just fine. After it was over, my body was very cold, but the beauty of the experience outweighed the cold.

彼氏のお母さんが九州から来たので、一緒に乗りました。
歩いて見て回るには大変ですが、バスでぐるーっと回ってくれましたし、その上ガイドさんもとても分かりやすく良いタイミングで案内してくれたので、イルミネーションを綺麗に十分に見ることができました。
確かに寒いですが、カイロ１つを貰え、膝掛けを貸していただけるので、あとは自分の手袋、マフラーやマスク（顔がとても寒い）をして何とかなりました。終わった後は体がとても冷えていましたが、寒さよりも綺麗なのが勝っていました。

I never expected to ride a deck bus on the highway; it was so much fun! The illumination was also amazing! (⌒▽⌒)

Osaka Castle is surrounded by so many buildings that I was told "Look, there's Osaka Castle!" several times. It was quite busy.

It's not as crowded as the Hato Bus, but I guess that's just how it is (laughs).

I couldn't hear the guide's voice and didn't understand what they were saying. I would like an explanation from the open deck. The price was good.

I came from Tokyo, and I felt that this city is just as vibrant and metropolitan as Tokyo itself. The long stretches of illuminated streets were incredibly beautiful and moving.

東京から来ましたが、改めて、東京に準じた、東京と変わらぬ大都市と感じました。
通りの長い距離のイルミネーションには、大変綺麗で感動しました。

I rode on a bus without a roof for the first time. I thought it was interesting to see familiar scenery from a different perspective. The night view of Osaka was sparkling and beautiful.

屋根の無いバスに初めて乗りました。何時もと違う目線で見慣れた景色見るのも面白いと思いました。大阪の夜景、キラキラしてて綺麗でした。

I heard from a friend in the neighborhood about how great this illumination bus tour was, so I quickly decided to join. It was cold, but the weather was nice, and everything looked very beautiful.

There was a bit of traffic, but I was happy because it allowed us to enjoy the sights for a longer time.

They provided hand warmers and prepared blankets for us to combat the cold, which was really nice.

I immediately posted about it on Instagram and recommended it to my coworkers.

寒かったけれどお天気にも恵まれてとても綺麗に見えました。

少し渋滞してましたがそのおかげで長く見学出来て嬉しかったです。

寒さ対策にカイロをくれたり膝掛けの準備もしてくれてとても良かったです。

Running under the blue sky on a day that is neither too cold nor too hot was more liberating than I had expected. It was great to be able to sightsee easily in a limited amount of time.

寒くもなく暑くもない日に青空の下を走るのは思っていた以上に開放感がありました。限られた時間でお手軽に観光が出来てよかっです。

I think this is a very good tour for efficiently getting around. About 80% of the participants were foreigners, and there were only three Japanese people, including myself. The guide was also a foreigner, but very attentive, and the driver was easy to talk to. However, I was concerned about the manners of some of the foreigners.

効率よく回るにはとても良いツアーだと思います。外国人が80％くらいの参加で、日本人の方は、私を含めて3人でした。ガイドさんも、外国人ですが、、とても気配りのできる方で、ドライバーさんもひたしみやすかったです。ただ、外国人の一部のマナーが気になりました。

We participated as a family. Since there are five of us, we couldn't take a taxi, and while purchasing tickets, our family tends to act independently, but we were really able to enjoy our sightseeing in Kyoto smoothly. We had plenty of time at each location. The distance to the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove is quite significant. Without verbal guidance, our family probably wouldn't have been able to get there. Thanks to the guide who took us from the bus to the entrance of the bamboo grove, we were able to go straight there without any detours. Thank you very much.

家族で参加させていただきました。家族五人なので、タクシーにも乗れないし切符購入してる間にそれぞれかってな行動する我が家の家族は本当に京都観光をスムーズに回ることができました。箇所ごとの時間も十分ありました。嵐山の竹林までは、結構の距離が有ります。口頭だけでは多分私達家族では行けなかったでしょう。ガイドさんがバスから竹林入口まで連れて来てくれたため、我が家の家族は寄り道もせず、真っ直ぐ行けました。ありがとうございました

It was great that we could visit the attractions by bus. It was cold, so I appreciated being told where to buy clothes and being given detailed directions for getting back.

見所をバスでまわれるので、とても良かったです。

The weather was not great, but despite it being late November, it wasn't cold, and the view from the open bus was nice. I was glad to visit various places with the guide's explanations. Next time, I would like to join the night tour.

天気はイマイチでしたが、11月下旬なのに、寒くもなく、オープンバスで眺めも良く、ガイドさんの説明で、いろんな場所に行けて良かったです。次回は、夜のツアーに参加してみたいです。

I went on a one-day sightseeing tour of Kyoto, departing from JR Namba Station - OCAT Building 1F at 8:50.

Most of the participants were foreigners, but since the guide was Japanese, there were no particular issues.

I only participated in the bus tour, and lunch was at Kiyomizu-dera. I think we had about an hour and a half there? We had lunch at a nearby shop close to the bus parking lot, and by the time we walked to Kiyomizu-dera and back, we were cutting it close, haha.

For Arashiyama, the guide took us to the "Bamboo Grove Path," but we took some photos along the way, and after passing through Tenryu-ji (which has an entrance fee), we were cutting it close again, haha.

I think it's a good option for first-timers to quickly visit the representative spots in Kyoto.

8：50　JR難波駅 - OCATビル1F 出発の、京都１日観光行って来ました。

ほぼ外国の方ですが、ガイドさんが日本人なので特に問題ありません。

バスツアーのみの参加で昼食は清水寺でした。
滞在時間が1時間半だったかな？
先にバス駐車場近くのお店で昼食を取り、歩いて清水寺まで行くと帰って来るまで時間ギリギリですｗ

嵐山も「竹林の小径」までガイドさんが送ってくれますが、手前辺りで写真撮って、天龍寺(有料)の中を通って帰って、時間ギリギリでしたｗ

初めてで駆け足で京都の代表的な所を回るにはいいと思います。

I think I wouldn't have been able to get to the destination so smoothly, so I'm glad I signed up for the tour as I could enjoy sightseeing without struggling with waiting times.

こんなにスムーズに現地まで行くことすら出来なかったと思うので待ち時間に苦戦すること無く観光出来たのでツアーに申込んで良かったです。

From Kyoto Station to Fushimi Inari, it's just a two-station train ride. After that, I took a bus to Kiyomizu-dera, Kinkaku-ji, and Arashiyama, which made traveling quite easy. However, there was traffic congestion, and I couldn't take my time to enjoy the sights as much as I wanted.

One particular issue was the restrooms. The line for the women's restroom took a lot of time, which resulted in not having enough time to explore. It would have been nice to have a bit more time at each location, but then I wouldn't have been able to visit all four places, so it's a tricky situation.

ただ車の渋滞や混雑もありあまりゆっくり観ることはできませんでした
特に困ったのがトイレ
女性トイレが並んでいてそれだけで時間がとられ結果あまり見て回る時間がとれなかったのが残念でした
場所場所でもう少し時間が欲しいところだけどそうすると4箇所も回らなくなるし難しいところですね

The weather was nice and it felt very pleasant. We were able to sightsee while staying on the bus, and the guide's explanations made it a fun tour. However, it would have been better if the bus had gone a bit slower, as things passed by too quickly to take photos. I would like to try a different course next time.

お天気が良くてとても気持ち良かったです。バスに乗ったままで観光出来て、ガイドさんの説明も付き、楽しいツアーでした。ただ、写真を撮りたくてもあっと言う間に通り過ぎてしまうので、もう少しゆっくり走っていただけると良かったかと思います。次は別のコースに乗ってみたいと思います。

I was worried about the light rain in the evening, but by the time the bus arrived, the rain had stopped, and I was able to enjoy the open-top bus. There were blankets provided on the seats, so I didn't feel cold at all. The illumination on Midosuji and the night view from the Hanshin Expressway were amazing, as they offered a perspective I don't usually get to see. It was a wonderful hour that flew by. It really lifted my spirits before dinner. I highly recommend it!

I visited Osaka for the first time. My family and cousins suggested taking a sightseeing bus, and it was the right choice. After a one-hour tour, I could decide to explore the places I was interested in, and the guide was entertaining as well.

初めて大阪に行ってきました。家族やいとこに観光バスつけてって言われてつけたのですが、正解でした。1時間で回った後に自分の気になるところを回るって決められるしガイドも面白かったです。
