I had visited Osaka several times, but I wanted to learn more about the city overall, so I decided to join this bus tour. There were many things I didn't know, and I enjoyed hearing more detailed information about the things I was already familiar with!

何度か大阪には来たことがあったが、全体的に大阪の事を知りたいと思い、このバスツアーに参加してみました。
知らない事も多く、知ってる事ももっと詳しく話が聞けて楽しかったです！

I used to live in Osaka, a city I love, and it was a wonderful experience to discover a new side of Osaka through the guide's explanations.

元々住んでいたこもがあり大好きな街、大阪でしたがガイドさんの説明によって新しい大阪を発見できた素晴らしい体験でした。

Good to do this when you’re not familiar with the area and surely recommending our experience to friends and families!

I took the northern route tour on the bus at 13:20 on Saturday, February 29. The guide was quite ordinary, which was a bit disappointing. Since most of the tour seems to cater to international guests, it might be understandable, but other companies, like the Osaka Duck Tour or the Dotonbori cruise with a rakugo performer, provide a more authentic Osaka experience. While it can be a bit over the top, their entertaining guidance makes it more memorable. Since it's a special Osaka sightseeing experience, I think it would be great if this bus tour could also offer a more engaging and lively guide for the passengers.

2/29（土）13:20の便で、北ルートの観光に乗車しました。
至極普通のガイドでしたので、少し残念です。
多くは、海外からのお客さまへの観光案内でしょうから、仕方ないのかもしれませんが、他社の、大阪ダックツアーや、落語家と行く道頓堀クルーズなどの観光では、大阪コテコテの味わいで、ガイドしてくださるので、多少、ウザさもありますが、面白おかしくガイドしてくださると、記憶に残りやすいです。
せっかくの大阪観光ですので、このバス観光も、乗車する方に楽しんでもらえるような、コテコテガイドに変わると良いと考えます。

Face to face interaction from the guide was much better than earphone commentary and a single level bus made this much easier. At times we were only couple on bus, at most four families due to season and Corona virus which was a bonus!
The website could explain that clicking on a stop number takes one to Google maps of the exact location of the bus stop. After giving up searching, I phoned the number given and a very helpful lady explained this. Much time wasted on finding or first bus.
All staff members exceeded or expectation in their helpfulness and information.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Mr. Moriyama kindly brought the 2-day ticket to exchange at the Grand Kanjyaku after work. On top of that, we received delicious pork buns, which my wife and I enjoyed. I felt like I experienced the warm human kindness in the bustling city of Osaka, making for a wonderful first day of our trip.
The loop bus and cruise offered fantastic views and clear English explanations, which were very good. However, it would be even better if the boarding times for the Wonder Loop and the cruise were better connected.
Additionally, I struggled to understand the Citybus route map and departure times, which made it difficult to use effectively, resulting in over 25,000 steps in one day, which was tough on my aging body.
I definitely want to use this service again next time. Thank you, Mr. Moriyama and all the staff.

　大変お世話になりました
森山さんには、仕事が終わってから、2dayチケットをグランド花月まで交換しに持参していただきました。そのうえ、おいしい豚まん（肉まん？）までいただき、妻とおいしくいただきました。大都会の大阪で温かい人情に触れたように感じ、とてもいい旅の初日になりました。
　ループバス、クルーズとも素晴らしい眺めと、わかりやすい英語の解説はとても良かったです。ただしワンダーループとクルーズの乗船時間が、うまくつながれば、よりいいのではないでしょうか。
　また、Citybusの路線図、発着時間がよくわからず、うまく利用できず、１日の歩数が２.5万歩をこえたことは老体にはこたえました。
　次回も是非利用したいと思います。森山さん、スタッフのみなさんありがとうございました。

I was so moved when I rode it for the first time on Christmas 2018 that I invited my friends to join me on Christmas Day 2019. The weather was great, and I was perfectly prepared for the cold, but with hand warmers and blankets, I wasn't cold at all. Although it took quite a while due to traffic on the highway, I was able to slowly enjoy the most beautiful illuminated scenes that usually pass by in an instant. I was able to take great photos as well. Since it gets incredibly crowded when you actually go to Midosuji, I think viewing it from the bus is the best option. My friends loved it too, and I was glad I invited them. The couple sitting in front of me was incredibly moved.

２０１８年のクリスマスに初めて乗って感動したので、２０１９年のクリスマスの日には、友達を誘って参加しました。お天気もよく、防寒対策完璧で挑みましたが、カイロや毛布もあるので、ぜんぜん寒くなかったです。高速道路の渋滞でかなり時間がかかりましたが、本来なら、ほんの一瞬で通りすぎる、いちばん綺麗なライトアップシーンも、ゆっくり見れました。写真もバッチリ撮影できました。御堂筋に実際に行くとものすごい混雑なので、バスから見るのが、ベストだと思いました。
友達からも大好評で、誘って良かったと思いました。私の前の席の、御夫婦の大感激ぶりがすごかったです。

The illumination at Nakanoshima had ended, so I felt a bit unsatisfied. The bus made it hard to see due to the window frames. It seemed beautiful from the front, but I was seated in the middle (>_<). I lined up early for the seats, but they were predetermined. If I had taken the Hanshin Expressway to Harukas via the loop line, it might have been a bit more impressive.

中之島のライトアップが終わっていたので、物足りない感じでした。バスも窓枠が邪魔で見にくかった。正面からは綺麗そうだったが、座席は真ん中で(>_<)。座席も早く並んだが、予め決められていました。阪神高速も環状線でハルカスまで行けば少しは感動があったかも。

Unfortunately, it was closed due to the rain, but the illumination was beautiful and we were able to see it from the Hanshin Expressway, which was very enjoyable. (＾＾)

This is my third time using this service. This time, I wanted to have a fun trip to Abeno Harukas, so I decided to use it for just one way. I live in Osaka, but the view of the city from the two-story bus with its open-air design felt special and different, and both the kids and my grandmother were delighted. The guide's explanations are always easy to understand and very informative. I will definitely use this service again.

利用させていただくのは3回目です。今回はハルカスに遊びに行くのにどうせなら楽しく行きたいと思い片道だけ利用させていただきました。大阪市内在住ですが、吹き抜けの２階建てバスから眺める大阪の景色はいつもと違う特別感があり子供達もおばあちゃんも喜んでいました。ガイドさんの説明もいつも分かりやすく勉強になる事も沢山。また利用させていただきます。

We used the Namba route for two days. We are a couple over 65 who traveled from Nagoya to Osaka to revisit the flavors of our memories. This is the Osaka where my husband spent time 40 years ago. While looking for something fun to do before dinner, we found this tour. Departing at 3:40 PM, it was about an hour of sightseeing. It was filled with familiar place names and scenes we had seen on TV, along with interesting information about their origins and guidance. The hour flew by in a flash. Excited, we walked through the bustling streets filled with people the next day. It turned out to be a lovely little trip. Thank you very much. Next time, we would like to try a different route.

2日なんばルートを利用しました。名古屋から思い出の味に逢おうと大阪に出かけた65歳を過ぎた夫婦です。40年前主人が過ごしていた大阪です。夕食までの空いた時間に楽しいことはないか？探していたところこのツアーを見つけました。15時40分発　1時間ほどの観光。聞き慣れた地名やテレビなどで見ていた景色　名前の由来や案内　ワクワクする情報満載でアッいう間の1時間でした。テンション上がった私達夫婦は　翌日　あの人であふれていた繁華街を歩きました。良いプチ旅になりました。ありがとうございました。今度は別のルートも行ってみたいなと。

The weather was wonderful, and the sightseeing bus with an open roof was great, enjoying the autumn leaves, the scenery, the pleasant breeze, and the sunshine.

お天気にも恵まれ、オープンルーフでバスでの観光は、紅葉と景色、心地よい風に日差し、とすべて良かったです。

I want to experience this activity again next year. The view of the Midosuji Illumination from the double-decker bus was very beautiful.

また来年も体験したいアクティビティですね。2階建てバスから観る御堂筋イルミネーションの景色は、とてもキレイでした。

A few days ago, I was worried about the rain forecast, but I was relieved that it didn't rain on the day. I took my three grandchildren with me. Even though there were empty seats, I wished we could have been seated in a more viewable area, even if it meant splitting into pairs. I was looking forward to the illumination on Midosuji Line, but I was disappointed that the city of Osaka was too bright. After the illumination, we rode the Ferris wheel at Hep Five, and the grandchildren were thrilled, feeling like they were on a field trip.

数日前から雨の予報で心配していたのですが、当日は雨も降らずホッとしました。
孫3人を連れて行きました。
空席があるのに、2人ずつ別れてでも、もっと観やすい場所にして欲しかったです。
御堂筋線のイルミネーションを楽しみにしていたのですが、大阪の街は明るすぎて残念・・・。
イルミの後、ヘップの観覧車に乗って孫達は遠足気分で喜んでいました。

It was just an ordinary landscape that I usually pass by, but since the bus slowed down, I was able to see it from a different perspective. Also, the guide's explanations were easy to understand, and there were many things I didn't know, which made me feel like a tourist even though I live in Osaka.

普段通りすぎるだけの風景でしたが、バスのスピードを落として走行してもらえたので、違った風景を見ることができました。
また、ガイドの説明も分かりやすく、知らないこともおおかったので、大阪に住んでいながら観光気分になりました。

The rain that I was worried about stopped, and I was able to fully enjoy the display of lights. I had brought a shawl, but I was also lent a blanket, which helped me keep warm, and I was very grateful for that. The illumination from the expressway loop was fantastic.

心配していた雨も上がり、光の競演を満喫することができました。カイロも持参していましたがひざ掛けも貸していただき、寒さしのぎもでき大変助かりました。高速環状線からのイルミネーションは最高でした。

I thought it would be cold, but blankets and heat packs were provided, so it wasn't that cold. The night view was beautiful, and it was great. We got on the highway, and it was quite an interesting experience to drive on the highway with the roof open.

寒いかと思っていましたが、毛布やカイロが用意されていてそんなに寒くありませんでした。
夜景もきれいでしたし良かったです。
途中高速に乗りますが、屋根が開いた状態で高速に乗るのもなかなかできない体験なので、面白かったです。

スタッフは温かいバッグと毛布を提供してくれましたが、英語のガイドツアーはありませんでした。美しい光る木々を見逃してしまいました...

I was a bit worried about making a reservation easily with a credit card, but the tour exceeded my expectations and was truly wonderful. I was really moved by the night view of Osaka from the top of the open-top double-decker bus. I sincerely thank the guide and the driver.

カード決済で手軽に予約できて、それはそれで本当に大丈夫かと不安でしたが、予想以上期待以上に素晴らしいツアーでした。屋根だけない二階建てバスの上から見下ろす大阪の夜景に本当に感動しました。ガイドさんと運転手さんに心からお礼申し上げます。

The Hop-On Hop-Off bus was a convenient way to get around the inner city of Osaka. We visited areas that we probably wouldn't have otherwise visited. However the long time between circuits meant that we were often waiting long times fr the next bus to come when we hopped off. I Liked that the cost of the ticket included the trains and the boat trip, however we did not get much chance to make to the most of those extras.

I came to visit from the Kanto region. The autumn leaves in Kyoto were beautiful, but the shining illumination of Midosuji, along with the guide's friendly explanations, made me feel like I truly enjoyed the city of Osaka. The bus also took us through the Hanshin Expressway, which was quite impressive.

関東から遊びに来ました。京都の紅葉も良かったけど、光輝く御堂筋のイルミネーションにガイドさんの親切な説明がついて大阪の街を満喫したかのような雰囲気にさせてくれました。
バスは阪神高速も通り大迫力

The temperature wasn't too cold just now, but once I started running, it was indeed chilly. They provided blankets and hand warmers, but while I was taking pictures, my hands and face were freezing. Proper cold weather gear is definitely necessary.

The street trees reflect on the window glass at night, so I couldn't capture them as I wanted, which was disappointing. It might be just right to enjoy them with your eyes.

Lastly, I was told by the guide that the moment you see Midosuji from the highway is a highlight, and they pointed out the viewpoint, but to be honest, it wasn't visible at all. With cars and buses around, it didn't feel like a highlight at all, and I was shocked because I had high expectations. This year, it might just be my imagination, but it felt like there were fewer illuminations near the intersections, possibly due to a lack of light.

If you want to see the night view from Midosuji, it might be a good option.

今ほど気温は寒くなかったものの、走り出すとやはり寒く、膝掛けやカイロを配布してもらったけど、写メを撮っていたら手や顔は極寒。
しっかり防寒対策必要です。
街路樹は、夜になると窓ガラスに反射するので、思うように撮れなかったのが残念。
目で見て楽しむくらいがちょうどいいかも。
最後に高速から一瞬見える御堂筋がハイライトとガイドに言われて、ビューポイントの一瞬をココです！と言ってくれますが、はっきり言って見えません。周りに車やバスがあれば全くハイライトにはならず、期待しただけにショックでした…。今年は気のせいかもですが、交差点付近はひかりがなかったせいか、何となくイルミネーションが少なくなったように感じました。
御堂筋から夜景を通しで見るなら、良いかもしれません。

I thought it would be cold on the open deck bus, but the blankets and hot packs made it just fine! If you have a hat and a mask, you're all set!

It was truly a dazzling display of lights.

I wasn't expecting much because of the rain, but the illumination was beautiful as it reflected in various ways. At night, the car tail lights and red traffic signals looked like part of the illumination, and since Midosuji is one-way, it made it even more beautiful. Also, the guide was excellent. I would love to experience it again if I have the chance.

雨なので、実はあまり期待していませんでしたが、逆にイルミネーションが乱反射して綺麗でした。
夜は車のテールライトと赤信号迄もがイルミネーションに見えて御堂筋(一方通行)だから余計に綺麗でした。
又、ガイドのおねーさんの案内最高でした。
又機会があれば乗ってみたいです。

After work, I took the two-story rooftop bus departing from Osaka Station at 19:20 along Midosuji to Namba. It was my first time seeing the illuminations from above while even riding on the highway. My colleagues, who often hang out in Osaka, really enjoyed it too. I thought the seats were unreserved, but it was nice to have assigned seating. I initially thought 45 minutes might be short, but it turned out to be just right; any longer would have been a bit too cold. I was impressed that there were hand warmers and blankets provided at the seats. The Japanese guide's commentary was very good, but since it was a rooftop bus, it was a little hard to hear at times. It was a great value, and I felt like a tourist, which was very refreshing. I would love to participate in another bus tour.

仕事帰り大阪駅１９：２０発の２階建てのルーフトップバスで御堂筋を難波まで、そのあとなんと高速道路にものって、上からイルミネーションを見るなんて初めてでした。普段から大阪でよく遊ぶ同僚もとっても楽しんでいました。席は自由席と思っていましたがちゃんと指定されていてよかったです。時間も45分では短いかなと思ったけど、あれ以上だとちょっと寒すぎてちょうど良かったです。座席にはカイロやひざ掛けが用意されていて感激しました。日本語ガイドさんのお話しもとても良かったですがルーフトップなのでちょっとだけ声が聞き取りにくかったです。コスパもいいし観光客気分でとっても新鮮でした。また別のバスツアーにも参加したいです。

I used it again this year, following last year. I would like to make it a year-end tradition. Thank you very much. The loan of knee blankets and the hot pack service were very helpful.

Unfortunately, the open bus had its roof closed due to the rain, but I was able to see the city's illuminations well from the high windows of the bus, which was great. Next time, I will try again on a sunny day!

あいにくの雨で、オープンバスの屋根は、クローズしてましたが、バスの高い車窓から、街のイルミネーションがよく見えて、良かったです。
次回は、晴れた日にリベンジします！
