Swift response and alternative plan proposal for cancellation of JSA part
Reviewed by: Shoichi, 2019/05/06I expected JSA visit, but it was cancelled due to local authority's final decision.
That was disappointing, but the tour organiser smoothly made a proposal of alternative DMZ tour and I joined the tour.
The explanation of local guide was very good because he had enough background knowledge about the sites.
The only thing is that the organiser should have grasped the details of this partial cancellation and explained concrete reasons of the change for us (customers).

Great experience!
Reviewed by: Samantha , 2017/10/07We ended up only doing the DMZ tour due to the JSA tour being cancelled. It was still a great tour, filled with loads of information and worth even penny. Our tour guide was so friendly and had a great sense of humour. Definitely recommend this tour to others visiting Seoul.
