A beautiful tour. A guide who provided specific information without overdoing it.
The boat trip was the highlight of the tour.
Highly recommend it and can be done as part of a one-day trip to Salzburg from Vienna if you plan well. Leave Vienna on an early train (we went on a 6 am train to spend about 3-4 hours touring the city before the 2pm tour. We returned to Vienna on a 8 pm train.

It gave us a chance to see the wonderful mountains and countryside in the area around Salzburg. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful and highlighted all the many sights of interest. We enjoyed our Lakes and Mountains tour so much that we booked another tour for the next day! To be thoroughly recommended.
