Lunch good but Seine cruise NOT included !

Tower access easy and check in for lunch very swift. Quickly shown to table and view from window was very impressive. Lunch was good and served by a pleasant waiter. Good quality food, just a shame no choice of hot dessert. No rush to leave table after food finished and very pleasant to sit there with coffee enjoying the view and watching the world go by.
Main complaint is original offer was for Eiffel Tower access, lunch and free Seine cruise. Cruise offer only ran till end of previous month but you only discovered this AFTER booking lunch. Offer still saying cruise included but it isn't and has been pointed out to Veltra but they've not changed it.
BTW ticket is only for lift access to first floor and you have to buy any lift access to 2nd floor and summit BEFORE you access Tower. NO lift tickets on sale once inside Tower though access to 2nd floor via stairs is free (climb around 55 metres and not too difficult if reasonably fit or happy to take your time).

Really Enjoyed it

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the lunch that we received. The service was also excellent. A shout out to the manager who really went out of his way to take care of us.

A couple of points worth noting: If you want to have a window seat, you need to book a table in advance along the windows. They are not offered on a first come basis.

Also, once you check in at the kiosk, you can pretty much go up to the second level. They don't check your ticket time when you go to the tram station.

Lunch at the Eiffel Tower was a great experience! We had window seats which afforded a great view of the city. The food choices were very good and included a beverage of your choice, which included wine and beer. Food was excellent. Overall a great time!

No Seine Cruise

The whole experience at the Eiffel Tower was amazing but I purchased a voucher to include a river cruise which we received no information about at all - which operator, what times, a separate voucher to redeem etc. The kiosk guy at the Eiffel Tower was unable to provide us with any information. Therefore my advice would be just to purchase a voucher for the lunch and sort a cruise out separately.

The process went smoothly with only a short wait time. Received the table requested this made the experience special was there celebrating my husband's birthday. Thank you

This is a nice simple way to eat at the infamous Eiffel Tower, would recommend. You need to understand it's a set menu that gives you three options for each of the three courses. Plus you have your choice of wine, water, or coffee with the meal. It was amazing food, would do this again if I go back to Paris

Lunch up the Eiffel Tower was a gift for a special birthday, and it was very special. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the views stunning. We were very fortunate to have a table by the window, which made it even more enjoyable. The only problem was choosing which food off the menu.
