The tour was wonderful and convenient. However, I booked online and when I presented my voucher to the ticket booth at the eiffel tour batobus the woman there told me I had to exchange it on one of the buses. This is misleading since your ads say that it can be exchanged at any of the 58 stops. Also we had quite a long wait for the yellow bus - over 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon in August. But Overall it was a great experience.

The stops were sometimes a bit long and the audio didn't always work. But we enjoyed it and would recommend it to others.

as said in the voucher, we took our Voucher to the CITYRAMA office near Louvre and a lady staff there told us that the voucher is not issued by CITYRAMA and therefore for us to redeem our tickets from a bus. We walked to Louvre bus stop and talked to a bus driver. He gave us tickets but they were for L' Open Tour and not for A La Carte. We had to wait another 1 hour there while three busses full of passengers passed, until a bus with a few vacant seats came by. Finally, we had the L' Open Tour for the price of A La Carte and no river cruise.

We thought the tour was fantastic... my husband was on crutches, so climbing up and down the stairs of the metro was not an option - the tourbus allowed us to get on and off at all the important destinations. And sitting on the open-air top of the bus was such a great way to see the city.

great way to get around. Grand tour is most useful as it is the most frequent, you can be waiting quite a while for the other routes but hey! why rush!

We did have a problem exchanging our confirmation for the tickets. The driver gave us 32 euro tickets - these should have been 40 euro to cover the boat. When we tried to board the boat we were told that we would have to return to the office and get the correct replacements. After some heated discussion everything was sorted out. Overall, we would recommend the tour, especially if your time is limited.

Excellent way to see Paris. Had a little difficulty finding the operater, who then directed us elsewhere, but that aside certainly recommended for other travellers.

The only slight disappointment was that, because or he Tour de France reaching Paris on 26th July, open topped buses were disrupted & one was withdrawn completely. They did extend the pass for an extra day, but as we were leaving the next morning we could not take advantage of that. It would have been better to have known in advance but it was still a wonderful, hassle free way to see the sights of this beautiful city.

Great way to get around Paris, specially if you are short on time, ensures you see all the main sights at least from the outside.

It took us a little while to figure out which buses are the ones and where the stops are because City Discovery didn't give any maps. It might help to give this information in the future. Luckily we kept asking every tour bus that passed by til we found it, we just circled Trocadero a few times. I do highly recommend this to anyone visiting Paris!

We had a 3 day pass, so did all 4 routes. Good commentary, and you can get on and off bus to visit attractions. Didn't have time to use the boats. Pity the buses didn't finish later in the evenings, because we had to resort to the metro to get back to our hotel (which was on one of the routes). However we did see ALL of Paris, even if it was mostly from the open top of the bus!

The three day pass was brilliant for getting around. You could use any of the open-top buses, or, the boat whenever you wanted which was more rewarding than using the Metro all the time. The Boat was relaxing and gave a diffeent perspective on Paris and the Bus Tours gave a view of parts of Paris that may not be on the usual tourist itinery.

The sun was out all the time we were in Paris so it made the open top buses even better. Good value and never had to wait more than 10 mins at a stop.

Very easy way to see the city and easy to make transfers from one line to another! Busses not always clean up top - lots of bird droppings.

Very good especially as traveling with older family who were unable to walk too far, ideal for them to see all the sights without having to walk/take the metro. Got some great photos from the top of the bus and had lovely day on the river. Would highly recommend for young families/older sightseers.

The tour is great. Quick, efficient, and the only way to see the most if you go for a short visit.
In the beggining it was hard to find the bus stops, but after taking the first circuit, you move from one to another like fish in water.
Just one critic, the audio system on some buses didn't work properly, it went mute in the middle of the tourist guidance speech.
