This tour was awesome !! We learned a lot about the history of Rome and about Dan Brown's book versus Ron Howard's movie version. It was SO interested and entertaining at the same time. Roberto is an AMAZING tour guide!! Very knowledgeable, funny and extremely personable!! LOVED this tour!!!

It was the second time I did this tour. In 2010 with Roberto and this time with an other wonderful guide. It's always very interesting. The guide with Dark Rome are always very good. They show us a lot of motivation and they really know very well all the historic part. The only thing no so important is if Dark Rome wants to give us a coffee or ice cream, please bring us to a good place. I know very well Rome and drink a cappuccino in a plastic cup it's a non sense in Roma. Please!

We had a fabulous time on the Angels and Demons tour. Mike was a fantastic guide and was extremely knowledgeable about the history of all locations on the tour. Particularly enjoyed his sense of humour which might not be to everyone's liking but for us, added to the experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

Very entertaining tour with a mix of an explanation of the movie and actual history. Louise was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour stops were interesting and we got to see some of Rome while we were riding from point to point.

I took this tour my last day in Rome. I already have visited some of the places included in the Tour but it was a totally different experience than before. Our guide (a girl with a ancient Rome and Greek history that I forgot the name) was excellent! I loved her so much I wanted to take the Catacombs Tour that she guides the same day, but it was too much for me, since I had to get back to hotel and prepare for my trip back home. Anyway, our guide also told us some interesting stories that are not connected to the Angels and Demons, and I liked them very much. Explanations of the sights and events from the book (and the movie) was great with exception of one - Castel Sant'Angelo. I wish I heard and saw some more about the Castel Sant'Angelo and its connection to the book. All in all, this is a tour that I would recommend to everyone!

My husband & I loved this tour! What a clever way to visit & learn about some of Rome's sights. We also enjoyed finding out where the movie & book used a bit of poetic license....pop! We arrived in Italy only to discover our luggage had not, went through several frustrating days to locate it (did not get it back until the night before we left) & this tour (which I had planned on my birthday) was just what I needed to give me a lift! I would recommend this to everyone!!!!!

Our guide introduced himself as Mike, as in Michelangelo, and offered to use his (amazingly good) Italian accent - the group preferred his native American accent. Throughout the tour his sense of humour was much appreciated. Mike has an excellent knowledge of the book, the film and the actual history and geography of the sites visited, and provided very interesting comparisons and comments. Transport between the sites was by luxurious bus. An excellent tour, which I can recommend.

My teenage son chose this tour for our trip to Rome. I hadn't seen the movie nor read the book yet I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Graham, was energetic and enthusiastic, even though he repeatedly takes the same tour. I experienced the book and movie through him and I appreciated his humour when retelling the plot. We were pleased to find that most of the travel was by bus as we had thought we'd have to be walking for hours. A bonus in high summer heat! Our group size was small. We rated this tour as the best of 5 we did on this trip.

Our guide, Kelsey, was brilliant. So informative, amusing, enthusiastic and great to listen to. The tour itself was fun and a fantastic way of seeing some of the key sites of Rome. Highly recommended. We would definitely do it again!
