A remarkable experience
Reviewed by: Lala, 2017/09/15We had a really great guide that took us around and patiently answering all questions, it felt so unreal and sad walking in the camp visualizing the story of this place.
However there was an instance where we were told by a lady from the local operating company to meet at a specific place at a specific time, but upon reaching that place on time, the group had left without us already.

We are sorry to hear that you had some issues during the tour with meeting the local operator. we have contacted the activity provider and they explained that you probably missed the bus transfer between Auschwitz I Camp and Birkenau Camp, however they reassured that you managed to rejoin the group and returned to Krakow safely.
