Since my flight was at 7:00 AM, the hotel pickup was at 3:50 AM, and I was worried about whether the driver would arrive on time, but I was relieved to see the driver had arrived before the pickup time. There was also another couple who joined us. Two days prior, I received details about the pickup time. In Cancun, where taxis are expensive, this kind of transfer service is very helpful and I highly recommend it. I appreciate that they are available early in the morning.

However, the wait time after being guided to the parking lot was long. I understand that there can be wait times with shared taxis, but I waited for almost an hour. The transfer to the hotel after getting in the car was smooth. Since taxi fares are high in Cancun, I recommend this transfer service.

During my first visit to Cancun, I flew with All Nippon Airways to Mexico City and then transferred to Aeromexico for the domestic flight to Cancun. Upon arriving in Cancun, I landed at Terminal 4. It seemed that the airport was undergoing renovations, as the instructions and messages sent by Veltora were not available inside the airport. Although I followed the flow and exited the terminal, there was no one from the transportation company dressed as described in Veltora's message. I had no choice but to call the contact number, which later turned out to be a call to the United States, resulting in a phone bill of 3,000 yen while I was communicating with them.
It was later revealed that the transportation company had indeed come to the airport as scheduled. In the end, I incurred a total cost of 10,000 yen for the tour fee and the phone call. In my opinion, this incident could have been avoided if Veltora's information had been properly updated.

後々判明しましたが、送迎を行う会社の方はキチンと空港に来てくれてました。
結局ツアー代金と通話料金で1万円。
僕的にはベルトラさんの情報がキチンとアップデートされていたら発生しなかったハプニングでした。

I used this service to travel from the airport to the hotel. When I headed to the designated pickup area as instructed by the receptionist, I was told to line up with the other people waiting. Since it was peak season, there were many people in line, and I assumed that both charter and shared buses would line up the same way, so I waited. I think I waited for about 20 minutes, but then my name (or reservation number) was called, and I thought a charter bus had arrived, only to be taken to the shared bus instead. I showed my coupon and informed them that I had a charter, but the staff at the pickup area didn’t seem to make any changes, and the bus attendant started loading our luggage onto the shared bus. The bus seemed ready to depart, so I gave up and boarded the shared bus as it was. It did take us to the intended hotel, though.
I was disappointed because I had hoped for the benefits of a charter service. I saw other reviews mentioning that they ended up on a shared bus as well, and I experienced the same issue. Ultimately, it was very frustrating to feel like I had to just accept it, and it put a damper on my mood right at the start of my trip.
The good thing was that since I had made a reservation in advance, I could go straight to the pickup location without worrying about the many people arriving at the airport. If I hadn’t made a reservation and had tried to choose a means of transportation on-site, I think it would have been very difficult to decide whom to trust.
If I had booked as a shared bus, I think the service would have been rated 100 out of 100.

受付係に案内された乗り場に向かうと、乗り場で並んでいる列に並ぶよう言われ、待っていました。ピーク時期だったからなのか、たくさんの人が並んでおり、貸切でも混載でも同じように並ぶものと思い待っていました。20分ほどは待っていたと思いますが、列の途中で、名前(受付番号)を呼ばれたので、貸切バスが到着したのかと思ったら、混載バスの方に連れていかれました。クーポンを見せてcharterだと伝えたのですが、乗り場の受付の方は特に変更してくれる様子もなく、バス担当の方は我々の荷物を混載バスに入れてしまっているので、バスが出発しそうな勢いでしたので、もう諦めてそのまま混載バスに乗り込みました。目的のホテルにはちゃんと到着してはくれました。
貸切のメリットを期待して申し込んだのに、ガッカリでした。他の方の口コミでも混載になったこと書かれていましたが、同じ目にあいました。
結局泣き寝入りになってしまうのが、とても悔しく、旅の初っ端から、気持ちがブルーになりました。
良かったことは、事前に予約してることで、空港で寄ってくるたくさんの人達を気にせず、受付場所まで直行できることです。もし予約しておらず、現地で移動手段を選択しようとしていたら、どの人に信頼して任せたら良いか判断できず、とても大変だったと思います。
混載バスとして申し込んでいたなら、100点の対応だったと思います。

While waiting for the shuttle, I appreciated the thoughtfulness of being guided to a well-ventilated area.
Since it mentioned that "pickup is only from Main Street in downtown," I asked to be dropped off near the hotel, and they kindly offered to take me all the way to the hotel since I was alone.

I flew on a Delta Airlines flight operated by Aeroméxico. Aeroméxico primarily uses Terminal 4, but for the international flight I purchased through Aeroméxico, I had to move to Delta Airlines' Terminal 2. The e-ticket did not specify the terminal, and when I informed the driver that I was using Aeroméxico, I was dropped off at Terminal 4. To move between terminals, I took the bus marked as the official airport bus, which cost $30. While it’s not entirely MTS's fault, it seemed that the flight details I provided during the booking were not communicated to the driver.

The meeting time for the flight departing at 7:45 PM was set for 3:15 PM, which is four and a half hours before departure. However, even after 30 minutes, the shuttle had not arrived. I had to check with the hotel MTS desk, and the shuttle actually arrived 40 minutes late at 3:55 PM. I was the first passenger, but after that, we had to wait for others to join, and we arrived at the airport just before 5 PM. Since it was a domestic flight, there was still plenty of waiting time, and I felt quite idle. It's strange to set an early meeting time considering the possibility that we might be delayed.

I was a little worried, but they arrived at the hotel lobby mostly on time. It was more reasonable than a taxi, so I was happy with that.

At the airport exit door, there was someone who seemed friendly and approached me, but I felt something was off, so I brushed them off and stepped outside. Since it was inside the airport, I thought it might be safe, but later when I asked the guide, they mentioned that following the instructions of people inside that door could lead to trouble.
Once I got outside, it was crowded with people handling pickups, and I thought it would be difficult to find the right person. As expected, I couldn't find them easily and started to panic, but after wandering around for about five minutes, I managed to spot the person I was looking for by following the sign with the company name that had been communicated to me in advance.
After that, I was directed to a bus stop by number, but the stop with that number was at the very end, so I had to walk quite a distance. It seemed that the bus would only depart once it was full, so I waited at the stop for about 15-20 minutes before finally boarding the microbus. The wait time wasn't too bad, and I thought, "Well, this is how it goes."
空港出口扉の内側で親切そうに声をかけてくる人がいましたが、なんか怪しい感じもしたのでそこは振り切り扉の外に出ました。扉の内側なので空港に容認されていて安心なのかなとも思いましたが、後日ガイドさんに聞いたところではこの扉の中の人の言う通りに対応するのも痛い目にあうようです。
そのあと扉の外に出るとこれまた送迎受付などの人でごった返していてこれは担当の人を見つけるのに難儀するなと思いました。案の定簡単には見つからず焦りましたが、5分ほどウロチョロしてなんとか事前連絡のあった会社名記載のプレートを頼りに遭遇することができました。
そのあとバス発着場所を番号で指示されましたが、その番号の記載されている乗り場が一番端だったのでそれなりの距離を歩きました。
バス満席になるまで客が集まってから出発するようで、乗り場で15-20分くらい待ってマイクロバスになんとか乗り込めました。それなりの待ち時間で済み、まあこんなものかなと思いました。

When I exited the airport, there were many shuttle bus companies waiting, but when I mentioned "MTS," everyone was able to tell me where to go and informed me of the color of the staff uniforms, so I found it right away. First, the staff confirmed my reservation and checked the number of bags, tagging them and directing me to the boarding area.
The boarding area was the farthest away, but the distance wasn't a big deal, so it wasn't a problem. After finishing the check-in, I waited for about 30 minutes, but they updated me on the situation several times, which was reassuring. The staff's English was a bit difficult to understand, but they answered my questions, so I managed fine.
On the return day, the shuttle arrived almost on time, so I had no worries at all. The vehicle was a large van type, but it was clean, and the air conditioning worked well, making it comfortable.
