As soon as I stepped outside the airport, I saw my name on a placard, and it was easy to recognize. It was smooth and reassuring, so I booked for my return as well!

空港から外に出たところで、プラカードに名前があり、直ぐにわかりました。 スムースで安心出来たので帰りも予約しました！

It was very helpful to have a nameplate for easy identification and to wait in the middle of the exit. From there, while carrying my luggage to the bus stop, I was able to have a pleasant conversation until departure. I was very satisfied with the prompt and efficient service.

見つけやすように名前のプレートを持って出口真ん中で待ってていただき助かりました。
そこから更にバス乗り場まで荷物を運びつつ話しかけていただき出発まで楽しく話ができとても感じが良かったです。テキパキと対応いただき大変満足でした。

During my last visit, the operating company was different, but this time I was able to wait in a climate-controlled vehicle while waiting. Additionally, it seems that the person I was supposed to share the ride with had a delayed flight, so I was able to use the service privately.

前回利用時と運営会社が異なりましたが、今回は待機中も空調の効いた車内で待つことができ、また、相席予定者の飛行機が遅れたようで貸切で利用できました。

I used this service because it was cheaper than the taxi arranged by the hotel.
We picked up another group besides ourselves and headed to the airport.
We arrived on time and got there quickly, which was reassuring.

When I arrived at the airport, they were waiting for me with a board that had my name on it, which made it easy to find them. Although it was supposed to be a shared transfer, it felt private without any sharing. They mentioned a white shirt and blue pants, but they actually wore a shirt in navy, yellow, and white with navy pants.

空港に着いたら、私の名前を書いたボードをもって待ってくれており、わかりやすかったです。
混載ということでしたが、混載されることなく、プライベート感覚でした。
白シャツに青いズボンということですが、紺・黄色・白の三色のシャツに紺のズボンです。

Since you arrived earlier than the scheduled time and informed the entrance staff of your name, you were promptly assisted by the hotel staff when you finished checking out and headed to the lobby. I have used similar services at various places before, but this was the smoothest experience I've ever had. The pricing was clear and affordable, which was great.

時間よりも前に来ていただき、玄関のスタッフにも名前を伝えてくれていたためか、チェックアウトが終わり、玄関ロビーに向かった時点ですぐにホテルスタッフから案内してもらえました。
今まで同様のサービスをいろんなとこで利用してきましたが、こんなにスムーズだったのは初めてですし、値段も明瞭、安くてよかったです。

This is my third time in Cancun! I go to Isla Mujeres every year, so my English isn't that fluent, but I participated in a reasonably priced English-guided tour. I made the reservation on Veltra after arriving at the location. Therefore, I couldn't print the e-voucher and borrowed a computer at the local marina office to print it out. After checking in at the marina, we set sail. The schedule was posted online, so I had a general idea of the timing. However, I had some anxiety about not being able to understand English, especially regarding the meeting points for free time, but I was able to communicate with the staff in broken English. If you're not confident in your English, I think it would be helpful to check the schedule and have a general understanding so you can enjoy without worrying.

イスラムヘーレスは、毎年行っているので英語はそこまでペラペラではないですがリーズナブルな英語ガイドのツアーに参加しました。
現地に着いてからveltraにて予約しました。なのでeバウチャーの印刷が出来ずに現地のマリーナの事務所でパソコンを借りてプリントをしました。
マリーナでチェックインをして出航。
タイムスケジュールはネットに記載されていたので、なんとなく時間の流れが分かりました。
ただ英語が聞き取れず、自由行動の集合場所など不安な面ありましたが、スタッフに聞けば片言の英語でなんとかコミュニケーションできます。
英語に自信がない方は、スケジュールを確認して、ある程度把握していた方が気にせず楽しめるかと思います。
