It was amazing!! The lagoon where you glide on a boat and the Caribbean Sea stretching towards the horizon are beyond words! You drive for quite a long time, and while moving slowly through the jungle, you can really take in the scenery.

The snorkeling was also great; you can dive down and see some simple statues, making it an experience that is worth more than the cost—definitely good value for money.

Even for beginners in snorkeling, if you get carried away by the waves, the guide takes great care of you, making it a perfect tour with a score of 200 out of 100!

ボートで滑走するラグーンと、水平線に向かって走るカリブ海は言葉に変えられません！かなり長時間運転して走りますし、ジャングルではゆっくり進みながら景色もちゃんと見れます。

シュノーケリングも潜って簡単な銅像見れたりして、コスト以上の経験でむしろコスパ良いと思いました。

Ten years ago, I saw the underwater museum, and this time I had already obtained my license, so here I am!

I think people who can't speak English might feel anxious since the staff speaks either English or Spanish.

I was a bit worried because there weren't many reviews yet, but it's operated by a large company that's been around for a long time, so it's all good! The staff were all very kind and took great care of my husband, who got seasick! I took Anemone, but it definitely rocked quite a bit, so motion sickness medication is a must!

I was also grateful to the person who dived with me for being considerate throughout the experience!

10年前に海底美術館は見たのと、今回はライセンスも習得済だったのでこっち！
英語かスパニッシュなので英語が出来ない人は不安になっちゃうかと思います！

口コミ数がまだ無くて不安でしたが昔からある大きな会社が運行してるので大丈夫です！
スタッフさんはみんな優しくて船酔いした夫にもよくケアしてくれました！
アネロンは飲んでいきましたが確かにだいぶ揺れたので酔い止めは必須です！

This is definitely a tour you should participate in. In Japan, you can kiss dolphins at the aquarium, but here you can float up with a foot push and hold onto the dolphin's dorsal fin while being pulled along. The photos are a bit pricey, but it's worth purchasing them for the good memories.

It's a large theme park, so you'll need stamina, and I think it's a good idea to narrow down the places you want to visit in advance. They provide some information on the bus, but it's mainly in Spanish with occasional English.

I visited during the Day of the Dead season in November 2023. I highly recommend it!

▼ Transportation
- There was some confusion because another shuttle bus from a different group was parked in front of the hotel at the meeting time, but they came to pick us up in the lobby a little late (the lobby staff mentioned they often run late), so I should have just waited calmly!
- Depending on the crowd, the timing may vary, but since it wasn't crowded that day, we arrived at the park in just over an hour (after 8:30 AM).
- For the return trip, we met near the parking lot after the biggest show ended (the meeting time that day was 8:25 PM). There was a bit of congestion at night, but we were back in the hotel zone by around 10 PM.
- The guide provided information in both Spanish and English, but most of the guests seemed to be Spanish speakers, so the guidance was mostly in Spanish. However, as long as you confirm the return meeting details, it shouldn't be a problem.

▼ Meals
- The buffet only includes one serving (you can buy food and snacks inside the park, but they are a bit pricey), so it's better to have a hearty breakfast beforehand!
- The bus guide also recommended having the buffet lunch around 3-4 PM, but it gets quite crowded at that time, so I think it's better to go a bit earlier (around 2 PM).

- There is a show that showcases Mexico's history and culture from around 6 PM to after 7:30 PM at a large venue located to the left of the entrance. It's a fantastic show highly recommended by locals living in Mexico!
- It seemed that entry started around 5 PM, and when I arrived 15 minutes early, I was shown to seats higher up. It's not free seating, so arriving early doesn't guarantee you can choose your preferred seats. In fact, I felt that the higher seats offered a better overall view!

- You can download a map of the park via a QR code, but it's also available in paper form at hotels, so having a physical copy is convenient!
- It's quite difficult to see everything in one day. If there are specific activities you absolutely want to see, it's better to prioritize them, so I recommend doing some research beforehand.

・集合時間に別のシカレグループのバスがホテル前に停まっていたので混乱しましたが、少し遅れて（ロビーの方いわくよく遅れるそうです）ロビーに迎えにきてくださったので落ち着いて待っていればよかったです！
・混雑状況により前後するようですが、この日は混んでいなかったので1時間強でパークに到着できました（8時半過ぎ）
・帰りは最大のショーが終わったタイミングで駐車場付近で待ち合わせです（この日は20:25集合）。夜は少し混雑がありましたが22時くらいにはホテルゾーンに戻っていました。
・スペイン語と英語で案内をしてくれるガイドさんですが、お客さんの大部分がスペイン語圏のようでほぼスペイン語での案内です。が、最低限帰りの集合の案内だけ確認できれば問題ないと思います。

▼食事
・ビュッフェは1回分しかついていないので（パーク内では食べ物・スナックなどを買うことができますがやや高い）、朝ごはんは別途しっかり食べておいた方がいいです！
・バスガイドの方からも、15-16時頃にビュッフェランチを取ることを勧められますが、この時間はかなり混むので、もう少し早め（14時くらい）の方が良いと思います。
・入り口付近のレストランには人が集中しがちなので奥のエリア（シーフードビュッフェのペニンシュラなど）が美味しいしおすすめです。

▼川下り
・時間が経つと混んでくるので、パークについたらまず川下りがおすすめです！
・まずはパークですぐに使わない荷物（服など）をロッカーに預け、パークで持ち歩きたい荷物（タオルなど）は鍵付きのバッグに入れてスタッフに渡します。渡したバッグは川下りのゴール地点に運ばれるので、川下りを終えたら受け取ってパークを楽しむことができます。
・1キロ近くの川下りはそこそこ疲れますが、気持ち良いです！離脱ポイントがいくつかあるので心配ないです。

▼他アクティビティ
・マナティー、ウミガメ、イルカなど、有料のアクティビティに参加しなくとも十分終日楽しめます！
・蝶々、鳥のゾーンが特におすすめです！あれだけの種類を間近で見ることができるのはほかではなかなかないと思います。
・このシーズンは死者の日の飾り付けがあり、たくさんのお墓にマリーゴールドの飾り付けがされるなど、カンクンでは唯一死者の日を体感できる場所だと思いました。

▼名物ショー「Xcaret Mexico Espectacular（Gran Tlachco）」
・夜18時〜19時半過ぎに、入口から左手奥へ進んだ大きなショー会場でメキシコの歴史・文化を味わえるショーがあります。メキシコ在住の方からも猛烈におすすめされる素晴らしいショーです！
・17時くらいから入場が始まっていたようで、15分前にきたときには上の方の席に通されました。自由席ではないので早めにいっても好きな席を取れるわけではありません。むしろ上の方が全体をよく見渡せたとも感じました！

・地図はパーク内のQRコードでダウンロードができますが、ホテルなどにもおいてあるので紙のものを持っておくと便利です！
・1日で全て回り切るのはかなり難しいです。絶対に見たいアクティビティなどがあれば優先的に回った方がいいので、下調べをおすすめします。

The tour itself includes a ticket with transportation. Once you get on the bus, there are fast-paced explanations in English and Spanish. I had high expectations for Chichen Itza, but since I had already visited Gran Cenote the day before, I found it a bit lacking. It might have been more enjoyable if I had added some paid attractions, but that would require waiting in a long line to buy tickets. There are several sections where you can experience the culture, so I recommend focusing on those areas.

The pickup was about 5 minutes late. On the way there, the guide talked non-stop like a machine gun. I was surprised by how they switched seamlessly between Spanish and English. I wished that important information for the return gathering was either included in the voucher in advance or spoken slowly.

For the return bus, we could choose to leave at 16:00 or after the night show at 21:40. Since we could decide freely, I was worried that if we stayed until the end, we might be left behind, but that was not the case, and we were able to board the bus safely. The night show is quite lively. However, if you're not familiar with Mexico's geography and culture, you might not understand why it's so exciting. But it’s still a lot of fun.

At the entrance, the guide leads you to the line for paid attractions, and that's it, so if you don't need the paid attractions, I think you can skip the line and move ahead. You can make reservations not only at the entrance but also at the attraction location if there are openings, allowing you to reserve, pay, and participate.

For the river float, I personally recommend the two Maya courses on the right, as the left course is mostly caves.

I might have gotten an upset stomach from the free water at Xcaret. My companion is fine, so it might just be that my stomach got cold.

入場時はガイドの案内が課金アトラクションの予約の列に並ばされて終わりになるので、課金アトラクションが不要な方は並ばずに先に進んで良いと思います。
入場場所でしか予約出来ない訳ではないので、アトラクション開催場所に行って空きがあれば予約、支払い、参加をすることも出来ます。

川流れは、左のコースだと洞窟ばかりのため、右側2本のマヤコースが個人的にはおすすめです。

私はもしかしたらシカレの無料水でお腹を壊したかもしれません。同伴者は無事なので、単純にお腹が冷えただけかもしれません。

Traveling to Cancun with a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old was a fantastic experience. Xcaret Park is a theme park packed with Mexico's nature and culture, and it exceeded our expectations in both scale and content.

**Tour Bus**
We departed the hotel at 7 AM on a shared bus and arrived at 9 AM. The guide provided explanations in English and Spanish about the highlights and important points. Since the explanations correspond to numbers on the map, having a map in advance makes it easier to follow along. To save your smartphone battery, it's best to grab a paper map from the hotel. The return buses leave at 4 PM and 9:40 PM, so we had free time until then, deciding our activities based on the kids' moods.

**What to Bring**
A waterproof phone case and a lightweight water bottle are very handy.

**Inside the Park**
There are many permanent photo spots with cameras throughout the park, where you can take pictures by scanning your wristband. You can download the photos at the end. The pricing is set according to the size of your group, so it remains the same regardless of how many photos you take. The UNDERGROUND RIVERS have a depth of about 170 cm. Even if the kids can't swim on their own, they can still enjoy the water while being held, though it does require some stamina. We had lunch at PENÍNSULA, which was a buffet style with decent quality.

It was quite hot, and since the park is extensive, we made sure to check on the kids and took breaks on the boat to enjoy ourselves. 夜のショーはギリギリでも入場可能でしたが、いい席を取るなら早めの席確保が必要。マヤ文明とスペイン植民地時代の歴史、メキシコの地域文化がぎゅっと凝縮されたショーで見る価値大。3歳の子供でも楽しんでいました。(4時に帰らなくて良かった！)

I was able to observe multiple turtles in a short amount of time. Due to the season, there was a lot of seaweed, and the water wasn't clear, but it seems that it becomes clear in the summer. The cenote was very calm and serene, although it was on the smaller side.

The guide provided a simple explanation in English and led us to just past the entrance before we were free to explore on our own. It was so much fun that the time flew by from our arrival at 9:30 AM until the meeting time at 9:30 PM!

With lockers and lunch included, I was able to hang my phone around my neck and enjoy the day hands-free in my swimsuit.

Drinks inside the park are expensive, but I bought a bottle of water from the shop's refrigerator (it has a strap, so it's easy to carry) at the beginning, which allowed me to refill it with cold water from the servers located throughout the park. It was great to stay hydrated as much as I wanted! (I also saw some people filling their own bottles.)

During snorkeling, you can use the lockers available at the site. A deposit of 200 pesos is required, so it's a good idea to carry some small change.

The shows held at various locations are a must-see, so I recommend taking a photo of the board with the show schedule. The night show was incredibly impressive!

シュノーケリングの時に、その場にあるロッカーを使います。200ペソのデポジットが必要だったので少額のお金を持ち歩くと良いと思います。

所々で行われるショーは必見なので、ショーのスケジュールが貼ってあるボードを写真に撮っておくと良いと思います。
ナイトショーはスケールが凄くて感動しましたっ！！

帰りの集合時間は始めにガイドさんにしっかり確認しておきました！
帰りのバス乗場にはたくさんのバスが並んでいますが、Xcaretツアーの赤いポロシャツを着たガイドさん(数人みかけました)にホテルの名前を告げると、どのバスに乗ればいいのか教えてくれたので迷いませんでした。

朝から晩まで遊び尽くすので、ホテル送迎はとてもラクで、ツアーで行って良かったです！！

The boat really has an incredible speed! There’s a sense of exhilaration as it races through the water! While it can bounce a bit when there are waves, I think the boat is sturdy and safe. The mangroves aren’t very long, but I still think you can enjoy them. Once you pass through, the boat stops, and you can go snorkeling over the coral reef! While there aren't tons of fish, you can see some beautiful ones and even underwater ruins. (You won’t necessarily see the ruins, but if you ask the guide, they’ll take you there.) At the start, they take two photos for you, selling one for 20 USD or a set for 35 USD. If you hesitate a bit, they might give you a discount?! Since the boat goes fast, you need to be careful not to lose anything as things can fly around or bounce. When you sign up, they ask if you want insurance, so if you’re worried, it might be a good idea to get it. (It’s a bit pricey, so we opted not to get it and took responsibility ourselves.) I thought the price was reasonable for what you get.

The guide mentioned that all the other passengers spoke Spanish and that they would come to explain in English later. The explanation was short, about 10 minutes, but I think it's good to remember that the pickup will be at the drop-off point at either 4:30 PM or 9:30 PM. The voucher mentioned a locker deposit, but there is no deposit required. At locker entrance number 7, you just need to tell them your name to get the key and use the locker. The staff at the location only spoke Spanish, so I couldn't understand what they were asking. When I looked confused, they checked the name on my wristband and gave me two keys. I highly recommend it! Even if you miss the bus number on your way back, just saying the hotel name will have the staff properly guide you. Also, the park itself is so large that you can't see everything in one day, so I recommend prioritizing where you want to go.

ガラフォン国立公園についてですが、ファミリー向けの施設だと思います。海上のジップラインは確かに面白かったです。しかし、他のシュノーケル、カヤックについては波が強かったせいか、監視員が見える狭い範囲での利用となります。カヤックについては一組くらいしか利用してませんでした。vipラウンジもvip待遇のツアー客が多いので、そこまでvip感はありません。ブッフェも期待通りに期待以下でした。
ガラフォン国立公園は午前中でお腹いっぱいだったので、イスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンに行こうとしましたが、そこまでの足がタクシーしかなく、ゴルフカートの貸し出しも公園では行ってないです。

ツアーガイドのアナウンスで14時と17時に迎えが来るとのことだったので、勿体ないけど14時の便で、早めにカンクンに帰ろうとしましたが、イルカツアーの場所に寄った後、突然イスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンで全員降ろされました。自分達を含め複数の乗客はアナウンスの有った後、突然の下船に驚きつつも船を降り、一時間ほどイスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンに放り出されました。

イスラ・ムヘーレスのダウンタウンはとても面白く散策には向いてますが、タイムスケジュールにも記載が無かったので、散策もほどほどに船着き場で他のツアー客を探して合流することに。ちなみに船着き場周辺のお店はかなり物価が高いです。

そして下船場所と乗船場所が別なので、それもまた不安を煽る要素となりました。

やっとの思いでツアー船に乗船したものの、またガラフォン国立公園に向かった時はもう好きにしてくれって感じでした。笑

結局17時にガラフォンに寄ってからカンクンのマリーナに到着しました。帰りの船は誕生日の方のためにお祝いがあったりとイベントはありましたが、爆睡でチップも渡さずツアー終了、マリーナからバスでホテルに帰りました。

このツアーで寄った場所は１つ１つがとても魅力的な場所ではありましたが、回る順番や方法がとても残念なものです。
イスラ・ムヘーレス、ガラフォンに行きたい方はイスラ・ムヘーレスへ船で渡った後にゴルフカートを借りてガラフォンに行くのがオススメかと思います。

スペイン語、英語がもう少しわかるならなんてことないツアーですが、初見の方には難易度が高過ぎなのが正直な感想です。日本でオプションツアーを申し込む際は、現地のツアー会社とタイムスケジュールが違う可能性があるので、安心しない方が良いです。もっとも、言語に自信がないから日本でツアーに申し込みをするのですが笑。こればっかりはベルトラさんが悪い訳でもないですし、このようなハプニングも日本ではなかなかないので、これはこれで面白かったです笑。

As I maneuvered the steering wheel through the meandering river, I made my way out to the open sea. After progressing for about 5 minutes in the slightly choppy waters of the open sea, I finally reached the long-awaited diving point. Based on my experience diving in various seas, I would say there were quite a few fish, but the variety didn’t seem very rich. I did see a few squid swimming, which were quite unusual. There were some coral reefs, but compared to the Great Barrier Reef, I think they weren't that impressive. Overall, I believe it was a thoroughly enjoyable tour. I definitely encourage everyone to give it a try!

This is a marine theme park that can be enjoyed by friends, couples, and families. There are additional activities available on-site for an extra fee, but you can have plenty of fun even without them. In the evening, there are impressive and captivating shows that are worth attending. I recommend arriving a bit early to secure good seats in the free seating area.

There are very few Japanese visitors in the facility; in fact, you hardly see any. While there are guidebooks available in Chinese and Korean, there is none in Japanese. However, I don't think you'll have any trouble if you can manage basic English.

友人・カップル・家族連れでも非常に楽しめる海のテーマパークです。敷地内は追加オプションでアクティビティも楽しめますしオプションがなくても十分楽しめます。夜には迫力と見応えのあるショーもあり、行く価値ありです。自由席で良い席を確保するために少し早めに場所取りをする事をオススメいたします。

I had more time to interact than I expected, and it was a great experience. My family of four participated, but we were told the photo cost was $200, so we didn't buy any, which is a shame because we don't have any pictures with the dolphins. It would have been nice if they sold them for about $20 each.

I went directly to Xcaret from the hotel without having to change buses. One disappointing thing was that the guide provided explanations about Xcaret in Spanish for 30 minutes and only 10 minutes in English, which clearly had much more information in Spanish. Since I was expecting an English guide, I wished there had been a bit more explanation in English.

I was able to enjoy the park without getting lost. There are three underground rivers, and depending on the course, there is a route where you swim through a dimly lit underground waterway, which scared some small children who ended up crying. Also, there were fish swimming in the water (it was seawater), so I recommend preparing or renting snorkeling gear.

There is no current in the river, so you swim on your own, which can be tiring. My child fell asleep during the night show. People were already heading to secure their spots for the night show early on.

I was a bit anxious about traveling to Mexico alone, but I was able to have a great time at this theme park. There were plenty of activities, and I had the experience of interacting with sharks. It was an activity where I could take photos with the sharks and swim with them. The staff were all very kind and friendly. There were many animals, and I got to see flamingos, iguanas, and turtles up close. In the evening, I was able to watch a dinner show where a large number of performers faithfully recreated Mexican culture. I learned a lot of new things, and it was a very fulfilling day!

You can choose the return bus either in the evening or after the show at night.

You can enjoy river rafting (the water was seawater, and anyone of any age can participate) and snorkeling, as well as experience Maya culture and visit a small aquarium and zoo, making for a full day of fun. We were there from morning until night, but there was still so much to see. There was also a section for hatching quail eggs. Although it was paid, the photo plan available with automatic cameras throughout the park was great.

The night show features dances and history from various regions of Mexico. The venue for the show is very spacious, so if you don't mind where you sit, it seems fine to arrive just in time.

There are multiple restaurants, and the seafood was delicious (this tour includes one restaurant for free).

In areas like the Maya culture section, where there are many plants, there are mosquitoes, so insect repellent is necessary. Also, only environmentally friendly sunscreen is allowed.

Xcaret is recommended for those who want to enjoy the sea of Cancun and marine activities while also experiencing Mexican culture. However, the activities are not very extravagant, so I felt it is more suited for those who want to take it easy and enjoy a relaxed time.

I decided to participate in activities from Cancun because I wanted to have a lot of fun. We gathered at 7:20 AM in front of the Fiesta Americana Hotel at the Xcaret Tour Base, and after a little over an hour by bus, we arrived at Xcaret Park. Before boarding the bus, we were asked to present a photo ID for participant verification. If you want to join this tour, it's best to bring your driver's license.

The tour guide was bilingual in Spanish and English, but the fast pace made it a bit difficult to switch between the two languages. For the return bus, we could choose between two departure times: 16:30 and 20:30. Since we chose the Xcaret Plus tour, we could select lunch from four buffet restaurants, and the buffet food was delicious.

There were three river routes (AZUL, Maya, Manatee), and the staff told us we would reach the exit in 45 minutes, but it actually took about an hour. We chose the Maya route, which had waterfalls along the way and several tunnels. We even spotted a small group of real bats inside one of the tunnels, and we were able to relax and enjoy the natural scenery of the river.

There were several cameras set up along the river, so we could scan our wristband's barcode to take photos during the ride and purchase them later. Many water activities require an additional fee, but with the Sea Trek helmet diving, you can walk on the ocean floor at a depth of 6 meters and see many small fish and rays (ear equalization is a must).

The Xcaret Night Tour was truly moving. It was divided into two parts: the first part covered the history of the Mayans, the Spanish invasion, and the ball game that was played at the Chichen Itza ball court (a game where you kick a ball into a hoop using your hips), which was fascinating. コース途中のトンネルの中に、本物のコウモリの小さな群れを見つけたり、水路の自然を眺めながら、プカプカのんびり出来ました。
水路の途中何ヶ所も、カメラが設置されてるので、リストバンドのバーコードをかざして、水路の途中の写真を撮って、後で購入することも出来ます。
ウォーターアクティビティは、別料金になるものが多いのですが、
シートレックというヘルメットダイビングでは、水深６メートルでの海底散歩が出来ます。
沢山の小魚やエイを見ることができます。
（耳抜きが必須スキルになります。）
夜のシカレナイトツアーは、本当に感動しました。２部構成になっていて、一部は、マヤ人の歴史の変遷、スペイン人の侵略の様子や、
チチェンイツァの球技場で行われていた球技（
腰を使って球を蹴り上げて、輪っかに入れるゲーム）で興味深かったです。
二部は、メキシコ各地の民族音楽や舞踊を鑑賞します。こちらも各地方の特色があり、楽しめました。
シカレナイトに行かないのであれば、別のパークでも良いのですが、シカレナイトショーは、メキシコ文化を体感できる素晴らしいショーなので、ウォーターアクティビティとショーの両方を楽しみたい方には、シカレをお勧めします。
１日では、パークを周りきれません！
パークを全部を周るには、２日は必要だと思います。色んな物を少しずつ体験したい方には、お勧めの場所です。
