Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between the booking confirmation date to 08:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 10% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 08:00 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Restrictions
- Guests with medical condition especially those involving the respiratory system may not be able to join the tour.
- Participants 17 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.

- The meet-up point for the Sea Quest boat is located at the pier behind the Shangri-La Hotel (sea side), the sign "B" will be your landmark.
